Hierarchy and Focus: The Jikangai follow a quasi-ancestor worship hierarchy, with the oldest and most powerful members of the clan being venerated. Yata, the Immortal Matriarch of the clan, is considered to be deific in nature, and all those descended from her have the most power and the most authority. Beneath Yata are the Immortal Scions, figures of legend chosen by Jikangai, Kinjiro to supposedly be immortalised and direct the clan’s efforts from the shadows. Below this are the various sects of the Jikangai, each with a focus on a particular element of Fuuinjutsu. Female Jikangai are more powerful and important than their male counterparts as they are guaranteed to produce Jikangai children.

The Jikangai’s area of expertise is Fuuinjutsu, which they are the progenitors of.

History: The Jikangai clan's origins begin with the matriarch and eternal leader of the clan, Yata, who was born into a wealthy family in a time where chakra was yet to grace the land. Yata's early history is unknown to anyone but herself, but there are a few established facts that the Jikangai are privy to: Yata was among the first to receive the gift of chakra, and in her blood were the secrets to the first sealing techniques. Yata became the first to utilise the nature of the seal to manipulate chakra in ways that could not be achieved within the body, and her rise to power was as swift as it was lethal. Yata later discovered that her sealing techniques were potent enough to affect the flow of time within small areas, and developed this power over many years alone. At some point, Yata gave birth to her first child, Kinjiro, with an unknown father who was on a similar or greater level of power to her, and Kinjiro was born with all of Yata's power except that over time, though she was the first Jikangai known to possess the trait of being "outside time", likely a result of Yata's experimentation with temporal energies.

The earliest members of the Jikangai were not selectively bred or taught like many of the earliest coalitions of clans. Initially, to gain entry to the Jikangai one only needed to be a powerful male (in order to create children from Yata's side to pass her potent sealing power down) or to have an interest in the sealing techniques that Yata offered. Coalitions of like-minded people that were not required to possess specific traits were initially rare, so the earliest Jikangai groupings were not as powerful as many of the other fledgling clans, but as the requirements to join were so simple, many chose to partake of the power that Yata offered. War was common in the early days as people discovered the limitations of their newfound power, but the Jikangai chose to weave seals within their architecture that offered them highly fortified and defensive positions through which to avoid battle. The legendary safety of their strongholds resulted in those tired of war defecting to join the Jikangai, and after a few short decades the Jikangai had members of almost every discipline that presently existed and the means to research many more.

When Yata's first child, Kinjiro, turned thirty two she achieved the secrets of immortality and shared these with her mother, causing the pair to become biologically immortal for a time. This secret gave the matriarch of the Jikangai clan enough time to perfect the seals that would render her truly immortal and cement her eternal reign over the Jikangai. It was also around this time that Kinjiro disappeared from the annals of the Jikangai, taking with her several of the more medically minded individuals of the time with her, and the clan turned from essentially worshipping its most powerful members (those who had most of Yata's blood) to a more expansion-oriented people, using their collective knowledge and sealing prowess to become conquerors. The seal-infused architecture typical of the early Jikangai strongholds became as much a weapon of war as the rest of the techniques within the Jikangai's grasp and they reconstructed many settlements that they took over with their own to ensure that none that came after them could take the land should they be ousted, and other contingents of the Jikangai could take their place.

The love for complex sealing and structures quickly became the largest downfall of the Jikangai, and their promising expansion years were cut short after only a small number of generations due to infighting within the clan, and their own seal-infused architecture being sabotaged by rival members within the power-oriented clan. Many of the less powerful members died during raids from other sects within the Jikangai, or through the defences upon which they heavily relied being rendered defunct and invading parties having enough of a surprise advantage to turn the tide of battle in their favour. The most powerful of the Jikangai survived and chose to withdraw into the heavily fortified structures that they had relied upon in their infancy, abandoning hopes of conquest for mastery over their sealing techniques under Yata's directive.

Yata, the Immortal Matriarch, directed the clan's efforts towards creating a set of seals of unknown form and function shortly after their withdrawal from their expansive phase, and at some point within the next ten years all instances of the Jikangai on the surface world promptly vanished and retreated into a single underground compound. Much controversy was raised over the reason for the disappearance of any large body of Jikangai, but several missionaries remained in the world to quell these rumours and to recruit promising talents into the folds of the Jikangai. Though it would seem, from looking at the history books, that the Jikangai simply erased themselves from the world, nothing could be farther from the truth.

After withdrawing to their underground compound, the Jikangai returned to their original state of pseudo-ancestor worship. Yata once again became the ultimate public authority within the clan (where before she had largely ruled from the shadows) and once the seals she had ordered the clan create were finished, she ascended beyond the mortal scope of power. With her new seals, Yata's presence was dangerous to all non-Jikangai, and though there was no immediate aftermath, the clan grew worried that her unchecked power would draw attention to their hiding location and chose to construct a sphere in which to entrap their Immortal Matriarch and limit her power. Yata herself designed the seals for her gilded cage, recognising the threat that she posed, and willingly withdrew to lead the clan from within a place that she could do no harm. Unfortunately, Yata's prison limited the contact that she could have with her children, and she receded from the spotlight once more to allow the Jikangai to work towards goals she would entrust to the most powerful members of the clan.

It was at this point that the various sects of the Jikangai begun to develop, each with a focus on a particular aspect of sealing, and the clan begun to evolve into the complex society that it is today. In order to avoid stagnancy, the Jikangai offered the secrets of their seals to the world for knowledge and resources that they may have needed through use of their missionaries, who in return recruited brilliant individuals to join the clan. This process has continued since that era, and is still something that occurs semi-regularly within the Jikangai. It is not uncommon for the most powerful members of the Jikangai (those selected to receive Kinjiro's gift of immortality) to directly intervene with mortals of specific interest and prowess to offer them unique gifts in return for their service. Some would liken the Jikangai to would-be Gods, undying beings with a penchant for interfering within the lives of perceived lesser beings for their amusement, but the truth of the matter is far simpler than that: The Jikangai scions are mortal ambition taken to its furthest extreme, with the power to match, and delight in precisely the same game of control that all mortals do, only on a larger scale.

Miscellaneous: The Jikangai are a secretive clan, having sequestered themselves deep underground many years ago. Their primary contact with the surface world is in the form of Jikangai Missionaries, who broker deals and trades with the hidden villages to secure resources and trade influence/information. These missionaries are also sworn to high-ranking members of the Jikangai (such as sect leaders of members of the Immortal Scions) as spies and informants. The missionaries are very easy to find should one wish to contact them, and they can be found within any major village.

Roku is an extremely focused individual. Despite her status as granddaughter of the Sankage, she does not typically mention it or use that status to her benefit.

【History】
Roku is the grandaughter of Ayameko by marriage, being the child of Ayameko's second husband's son.

Born during the war, Roku was pushed extremely hard to excel, should she be called upon to defend herself and her village once she came of age. Thankfully, the war was put to an end before her services would be needed, allowing her to spend time trying to catch the years she had lost with many of the other children born during that timeframe.

Roku's upbringing was mostly uneventful. Both of her parents survived the war and are active within the village and clan. She was granted the opportunity to train with both the Windspeakers and the Fire Monks, two groups of Spiritual Leaders within Kyokujitsu no Tochi mostly due to her status as Ayameko's granddaughter and Rin's wife-to-be.

Roku is currently engaged to Yūdai Rin, her childhood friend turned husband-to-be.

Description: The Shitai are four circlets that clasp around Roku's wrists and ankles, creating focusing bands for her chakra, providing her inhuman level control over her chakra. The Shitai are capable of utilizing a version of Hakkeshō Kaiten without having the user spin themselves, but it does not have the significant scope of the fully version of the technique and is limited to directly around her body.

The force is only faintly visible and while the impact can knock someone off of their feet or slice the body depending on the desire of the user, it unfortunately will not apply any of the Gentle Fist effects. Creating slicing effects with this technique requires extra chakra or reduced range of the technique. Unlike Hakke Kūshō, this technique can be easily used in quick succession.

She can then transport herself anywhere within the pillar of Wind once before the mark is completely consumed, allowing her to strike an opponent while in the air (typically downwards, into the ground).

Description: More of a style than an actual jutsu, the Shokei Shimasu uses physical blows with an opponent to accomplish a few effects. By thrusting her own chakra in a jab once she has hit someone, she can push an equal amount of chakra out at the point she strikes (but cannot exceed the amount that could occur there - IE Blows to chakra centers are potentially more serious). The benefit of this technique is that Roku is able to combine it with other techniques to create a potent mix of effects. The second effect of this technique is Roku being able to 'explode' her chakra. Once inserted into a physical object, the chakra is converted into physical force and moves outwards from where it is. A touch to the neck, by Roku, could be considered especially dangerous. However, the Shokei Shimasu requires the secondary effect to be initiated nearly immediately (unless the person has very poor chakra control and/or a small pool) before the chakra is overwhelmed. The Shokei Shimasu requires a direct exchange of power for it to work. It cannot transfer its power to anything but direct contact from a source of power to the new medium. So, while someone could use the Shokei Shimasu to fire an arrow and have it create a crater from the force of the blow, it could not then be transferred to another person.

【Personality】
Shadan is often loud and boisterous (to the point he is almost shouting in normal conversation), pairing with his rather gregarious nature. Shadan views innocence as precious and fights to protect it. Shadan can be rather naive, often giving people the benefit of the doubt when he shouldn't. It is rare that Shadan isn't smiling, when they aren't in battle.

Suishō is very different from her husband, often coming across as cold. Highly opinionated, she often chastises her husband for his behavior, providing a good check to his nature, ensuring people do not take advantage of his view on life. Secretly, she envies Shadan's abilities to see the good in things, a trait she doesn't possess herself.

【History】
Shadan and Suishō have been married over 15 years. They have five children, two sets of twins back to back. Rin and his sister, Kisaki, are the oldest at 19, with their siblings (Tokumei, Kei, and Morainaki) coming within the next two years.

Shadan's days at the academy were rather tough. With an awkward body, being significantly larger than his peers) and a poor scholastic aptitude, he was at the bottom of his class rather consistently. Shadan was constantly shown up by shinobi years younger than him, including his wife Suishō. Had it not been for the interest of Ayameko, a well known medic-nin in Konoha, it is likely Shadan would not have graduated, despite his natural, but largely unrecognized skills.

Suishō was almost the opposite. From a long line of archers, Suishō was, in many ways, set up for success. She preformed well scholastically and excelled in her family's unique skills with a bow. Suishō was skilled enough at a young age to best students with more experience and training than her, her skills obvious and more eagerly taught.

Not surprisingly, Suishō and Shadan did not get along, at least from Suishō's perspective. Suishō bested Shadan during their Chuunin exams, handily beating him despite his years of training under Ayameko. Suishō saw Shadan like many others - naive, but also dishonest, as she did not believe that someone would congratulate her as he did after their match with any honesty, despite its actual sincerity.The two, ironically, were placed on the same squad after the exams, along with another woman. It would be in those early years, actually spending time with Shadan, that Suishō would begin to respect his skills, both saving each other's lives on a number of occasions.

They would marry to much celebration, but much skepticism on how long it would last. However, after the birth of their first set of twins no one could question the strength of the relationship. They would have another set of twins the year after, much to the surprise of others.

The war would be rough for both of them. While their squad did make it out in one piece, Shadan, who befriended anyone he could lost many people he called friends. Most difficult for them was raising children in a climate of war. The two took significant steps to protect their children during this time, ensuring they could take any assignments they could that kept them close to the village itself where they could protect their children themselves. Shadan was grateful that his children could still have a childhood in peacetime.

Now well into adulthood, their squad had gone its separate ways.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Shadan is a skilled sensor and medic nin, which is surprising to many that meet him. Reflexively, he has the high strength and stamina one would expect of a man his size. Shadan is completely inept at preforming Genjutsu, with only marginal skill in utilization of his KG. As expected of a medical shinobi, he has fine chakra control, coupling with a large chakra pool. Quite possibly most surprising, Shadan is very quick on his feet.

Suishō is an archer of well noted skill, coupling the art with her skills in ninjutsu. Like her husband, she has solid chakra control, but an average pool to draw upon. She is much quicker than her husband, possessing an incredible amount of agility and raw speed. However, she lacks much of his stamina and raw strength, relying on her skills with a bow. Suishō's combat style is noted for being one of the most efficient of styles, allowing her to outlast many of her opponents.



【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】

Shadan wields a large shield over eight feet high and 6 feet wide, allowing the shield to cover his entire form. Inscribed with many seals The shield is designed as a conduit and store for his chakra, giving him great access to large sums of chakra should he need it. Aside from his medical kit, some flash tags and smoke bombs, Shadan does not utilize any other standard shinobi equipment, preferring a 'hands on' approach. At each of the corner's of Shadans shield is a larger symbol, with another directly in the center. This is similar to the technique Five Seal Barrier, which creates an extremely strong barrier out of the shield. Shadan's markings on the left side of his body store excess chakra, as well as make it easier for him to cover his left arm and chest side with Doton: Domu (Earth Release: Earth Spear).

Suishō wields a variety of standard shinobi weapons, but her primary weapon is an elegantly carved bow designed as a conduit for her chakra. She creates all of her arrows herself, inscribing them with a number of generic sealing techniques to provide additional effects to them in combat - something she applied to her quiver as well, giving her access to thousands of arrows providing she has the chakra to release the seals. Her arrows are designed to passively return to the quiver should they miss their mark and their abilities have not been invoked. The seals on her arrows allow her to create arrows with smoke or flash bombs at the end, as well as exploding tags or other shinobi tools, even after they have hit a mark. Another occasionally used tool is the tension line like her left wrist, which can be launched from the back of one of her arrows to embed itself into an object behind it. This can also be attached to a bracer on her right arm to allow her to ascend a building or mountain with her bow. Her bow will automatically allow her to pull arrows from her quiver without a physical motion, utilizing a small store of chakra within it.

At the base of her back she has a simple tanto strapped to it, but it is a weapon that remains largely unused. She has a couple of dart style arrows strapped under her left sleeve, which can have a tension line attached to them, allowing her to preform a variety of tactics (these can also attach to other tensionlines/arrows in flight). She does have a small number of kunai, tags, and bombs on her left hip which she occasionally uses individually.

When an enemy is struck by one of these arrows, the point of impact will cover with a relatively thick, chakra enhanced ice. The ice melts slowly, despite often not being in freezing environments, making it extremely painful over long periods of time, including being capable of inducing frostbite. If struck at, or near a joint, it can be difficult for the victim to move due to the casing of ice around the bodypart. Should all of the arrows miss, they can also create small patches of extremely slick ice that repels the intrusion of foreign chakra, making it immune to standard walking techniques.

Description: The Tengoku no Shidō - Chi ni Teikyō is the set of prayer beads that Shikon wears over his chest. The prayer beads are inlaid with symbols of worship to the Four – Suzaku, the Phoenix; Seiryu, the Dragon; Genbu, the Turtle and Byakko, the Tiger.

The Tengoku no Shidō - Chi ni Teikyō allow Shikon to sense the location of an opponent’s tenketsu by allowing him to sense the spiritual energy flowing through people’s bodies within their chakra system (effectively granting him vision of their chakra system, but not of effects such as genjutsu that one with the Byakugan could sense).

Shikon is able to invoke the power of the beads in order to guide Hitodama into a shell of chakra, creating a form of spiritual armour that covers him and grants him access to specific abilities relating to the entity his armour is aspected towards.

In addition to these effects, the Tengoku no Shidō - Chi ni Teikyō acts as a magnet towards any Hitodama within a mile of the beads, allowing Shikon to either purify them and send them to the pure world, or (with their consent) add them to his shell of chakra aspected to the Four. Whenever an individual within a mile of Shikon dies, he is able to convert their soul into a Hitodama if they are willing.

Description: Shikon strikes an enemy with Byakko-aspected chakra, placing several Byakko-aspected Hitodama on their body as he does so. His next melee strike will coalesce the Hitodama into a spiritual seal that draws surrounding spiritual energy, and thus chakra, into it. Enemies afflicted by this seal cannot use techniques above two ranks below their highest ranked technique (If the target has an S Rank technique, they can only use B or lower ranked techniques) for the duration of the seal. The Hitodama will return to Shikon after two minutes, dispersing the seal. If Shikon changes stance, the seal dissipates.

The circle lasts for ten seconds, and each second he gains a stack of Byakko’s Wrath.

Using this technique prevents Shikon from entering the Byakko no Tachiba for the remainder of the battle, and removes the Byakko aspect from Shiken.

Suzaku – Strong Fist; Katon

Shiken engulfs Shikon in spiritually pure fire, causing his Taijutsu attacks to burn through chakra-based defences and purify bodies of spiritual energy that they encounter, cleaving chakra of abnormal compositions into physical energy and pure spiritual energy (which can only be used to perform spiritual techniques). Hitting an opponent with the Suzaku-aspected Shiken removes the effects of the Seiryu-aspected Shiken.

Seiryu – Gentle Fist; Hyouton

Shiken coats Shikon in a wreath of frost-aspected spiritual energy, causing his Juuken to freeze the chakra within the internal chakra system that they strike. Each tenketsu hit by Shikon while using a Seiryu-aspected Shiken will completely freeze over the course of thirty seconds, preventing passage of chakra and blood through the area. Hitting an opponent with the Seiryu-aspected Shiken removes the effects of the Suzaku-aspected Shiken.

Genbu – Strong Fist; Doton

Shiken infuses Shikon’s body with pure Doton chakra, massively increasing his resistance to physical attacks and rendering him immune to all non-Raiton elemental damage. His Strong Fist carries incredible weight while using the Genbu-aspected Shiken, essentially doubling his physical power. Hitting an opponent with the Genbu-aspected Shiken removes the effects of the Byakko-aspected Shiken.

Byakko – Gentle Fist; Fuuton

Shiken coats Shikon in an aura of fierce wind, increasing the range of his reitaijutsu techniques to ten feet rather than melee. Reitaijutsu techniques become Byakko-aspected, causing them to sever the spirit from the body should they hit tenketsu. If Shikon can attack all 361 tenketsu while using a Byakko-aspected Shiken, he can completely separate his opponent’s spirit from their body.

Description: More of a style than an actual jutsu, the Shokei Shimasu uses physical blows with an opponent to accomplish a few effects. By thrusting his own chakra in a jab once he has hit someone, he can push an equal amount of chakra out at the point he strikes (but cannot exceed the amount that could occur there - IE Blows to chakra centres are potentially more serious). The benefit of this technique is that Shikon is able to combine it with other techniques to create a potent mix of effects. The second effect of this technique is Shikon being able to 'explode' his chakra. Once inserted into a physical object, the chakra is converted into physical force and moves outwards from where it is. However, the Shokei Shimasu requires the secondary effect to be initiated nearly immediately (unless the person has very poor chakra control and/or a small pool) before the chakra is overwhelmed. The Shokei Shimasu requires a direct exchange of power for it to work. It cannot transfer its power to anything but direct contact from a source of power to the new medium. So, while someone could use the Shokei Shimasu to fire an arrow and have it create a crater from the force of the blow, it could not then be transferred to another person. Shikon cannot convert chakra to force inside of someone else's body.

Rin is completely focused on the betterment of his nation. Even at a young age, Rin was interested in the affairs of the world and his place within it. Rin comes across as a bit too serious for many people. Rin is not particularly fond of heights despite the ability to, in essence, fly. He can tolerate them to the point where it does not cause any issues with his combat effectiveness, but avoids flying as much as possible.

【History】
Rin is the eldest son of Shadan and Suishō. He is a part of the Windspeakers, who he has trained most of his life with. In fact, Rin and his sister Kisaki were both born in the Temple of Fuujin and, according to many of the stories told within the temple, blessed by Fuujin.

Like many wartime children, Rin grew up in a period where he was uncertain what is future would be. The Temple, located near Kyokujitsgakure was a safe haven for many of the children. As such, many children in Kyokujitsu no Tochi, at least those from the Land of Fire, spent their early years with the Windspeakers or the monks from the Temple of Fire. It was there he met Roku, who also stayed at the Temple during the war, the woman he would be engaged to many years later.

Unlike his parent's romance, Roku and Rin were far from the opposites. In fact, the similarities in personality between the two unnerved many who encountered them. Rin, as focused as Roku, even as a child, behaved more as an adult than his father at even the age as young as four. Concerned with the affairs of the world and his impact, Rin pursued his training at the Temple of Fuujin with zeal. Kisaki, his sister, also trained at the Temple with him but in an entirely different from of invoking the powers of Fuujin.

Name of Weapon or Item: Kazemakase [Carried by the Wind]
Description: A sword of peculiar power. The katana maintains its appearance as a normal sword, but when swung, the blade converts entirely to wind. This wind is just as sharp as the blade, but makes blocking the sword exceptionally difficult. A native, additional ability of the Kazemakase is it's ability to create blades of wind, including the ability to control the wind created by the blade to create vacuum like effects. The range and shape of these effects are dependent on the amount of chakra put into them.

The draw techniques from this sword are exceptionally fast as Fuuton chakra can help draw the sword from it's sheath, giving Rin an incredibly fast draw with the weapon.

The third ability of the Kazemakase is the ability to read the air currents within 100 feet of themselves with incredibly accuracy. This is a unique type of wind sense in that it can differentiate between objects that have chakra and those that do not.

The last ability of this weapon is with the sheath. The sword and sheath are bonded with the individual, making them unable to be effectively used by anyone else unless the specific circumstances are met. This last ability is reminiscent of the Hyuuga's Vacuum Palm - however, this does not need to be blunt force like the Hyuuga technique. In the case of Rin and the Kazemakase, this effect is not solely limited to palm thrusts. The distance, damage, and power of this effect is based on the amount of chakra that is put into it.
Appearance: When still, Kazemakase is a beautiful sword. The blade is a silver-blue steel with symbols of Fuujin inscribed onto them. The tsuba of the katana is shaped similarly to the symbol for Fuujin. The hilt is an ordinary hilt, but is covered with a pale blue cloth. The sheath for the weapon is made of a bamboo that has been dyed a brilliant white-blue with silver symbols embellishing it.

Tokumei is laid back, despite his analytical abilities. This is mostly done to counter the sometimes overwhelming amount of information that is barraging him at a time.

【History】
Despite being the youngest child of five, Tokumei is exceptional within his own right.

His first seven years of life were during the war. In fact, Tokumei is the only one of his siblings that 'served' during the war. His abilities were picked up on very early by Touzoku, who, at the time, was part of Kyokujitsugakure's Intelligence Division. Given the nature of his abilities, he served as a sensor in the the medical camps - the only reason Shadan and Suishou would have allowed them to do so. Under the protection of his father, Tokumei was charged with detecting nearby presences and relay communication throughout the camp. At this stage of his life, only 6 years old, and just before the end of the war, Tokumei started to develop his abilities and refine them. During those early years the range of his power was incredibly limited.

As he grew up, he formally joined the Senkensha, Kyokujitsu no Tochi's sensory division before he even graduated the academy. It was a special exception made solely to him given the unique nature of his abilities. Tokumei's kekkei genkai is a closely kept secret with his family and the high ranks of Kyokujitsugakure knowing of its existence. Because of his ability's importance, Tokumei rarely leaves the village. He has a specialized office within the Sankage's compound specifically for him. His superior, Shiō, also works directly within the Sankage's compound.

Because of his abilities, Tokumei was granted the position of second-in-command of the Senkensha. Shiō actually often concedes to his abilities and judgement, given that he is technically the superior sensor. However, Shiō, partially of virtue of being Nara, and partially a virtue of her being Shiō, is the superior tactician.

Tokumei's alternative role is directly with Sankage Ayameko to provide theoretical modelling for their research.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Tokumei is, by partial virtue of his Kekkei Genkai, one of the most powerful sensor shinobi in the world. Additionally, he is innately gifted with an analytical mind and naturally eidetic memory. Tokumei is incapable of preforming most ninjutsu, despite having the skills and knowledge to preform them due to how his chakra behaves. Due to his kekkei genkai, Tokumei is exceptionally skilled with fuuinjutsu. He is also exceptionally gifted at shape manipulation despite his inability to use most techniques.

Tokumei also has exceptionally high chakra reserves and control, despite his inability to use these for most things.

Tokumei, despite many attempts to train him over the years, is completely inept at almost all forms of jutsu, except for fuuinjutsu, which are even still occasionally hit and miss. He is barely an academy graduate in taijutsu, and mostly only able to do anything due to his kekkei genkai's ability to analyze.

Description: Jōhō Seido is a multi-faceted kekkei genkai. The first, and most utilized characteristic of Tokumei's kekkei genkai is his ability to process large amounts of information. This includes secondhand information by utilizing jutsu specific to his kekkei genkai.

The second ability is his ability to visualize information as it is happening to things within his visual range, as Jōhō Seido does provide the bearer with a doujutsu. However, this ability is not limited to the doujutsu, but can be preformed within a predetermined sphere of influence. The visualization of this data can include recognition of patterns, chakra pool, display of trajectories, or other data. With usage of other techniques, this sort of visual overlay can be transferred to other individuals. Tokumei's visual prowess is significant enough he can see the flow of chakra in minute detail.

The third ability of his kekkei genkai relates to the second ability and his ability to create 'networks'. For most instances, these networks are created by contact with his chakra. With techniques, this allows Tokumei a number of abilities, which includes the transference of information.

The fourth ability of his kekkei genkai is the ability to store the information gathered with this kekkei genkai.

Description: Tokumei's Setsuzoku-bu can be executed in multiple methods. The first, and most common, is physical touch by him, or someone already under the effect of Setsuzoku-bu, which, at this point, allows him to duplicate and transfer the effect of Setsuzoku-bu. The second option is through a seal, inscribed on a tag, the ground, or other object and then having an individual make contact with him. The third method is similar to the Puppet String technique in which he can project a thin line of energy out at an individual or object, including from people already under the effect of his connection. The range of the technique is limited depending on the method of connection. While it is possible to maintain a long distance connection, even spanning halfway through Kyokujitsu no Tochi, in base form by committing significant time, energy, and focus on maintaining the connection, the alternative method of long range connection is utilizing the fuuinjutsu form of the seal which shapes portions of the body's electrical field to maintain the connection, extending the connection that can be maintained to incredible proportions. The limiter on this is that Tokumei's connections with those at greater distance are much weaker unless they are within 30 miles of a Chūkei [Relay] seal. This technique does nothing other than facilitate his other techniques.
Weakness: Limited range depending on method of contact. If using long distances with a basic connection, then he must focus on that individual if they are significant distances away. This technique does nothing other than facilitate his other techniques.

Description: Jōhō Tensō is a multi-faceted technique that can only be executed on those under the effects of Connection. The first function of Jōhō Tensō is to allow the user to download information from a willing individual, allowing Tokumei to gain a copy of the memories as well. The second function is the opposite in which he can transfer information to another individual, including the visualization (arcs, trajectories, etc) of data that Tokuemei is capable of or even items such as techniques they are theoretically capable of. In the instance of technique Tokumei can only transfer that information temporarily with fabricated muscle memory before the body reverts. Visualization creates an experience unique to the individual under Jōhō Tensō and thus is as good as their memory is natively. The third function is as a communication system using between those marked where Tokumei behaves as a relay. By virtue of the third function, Tokumei is able to take sensory information from one individual an overlay it with his own.

Description: Tokumei's technique is a method of dealing with counterseals on his, or allies, fuuinjutsu. By forming a connection with a seal (his are already under these effects), Tokumei 'encrypts' his seals, changing the seal's function and appearance into gibberish while maintaining the effects of the seal using an algorithm that only Tokumei knows. Tokumei uses an mutating algorithm that alters the original algorithm at specified times. As a personal effect, Tokumei has an encryption algorithm over the encryption algorithm within his own mind, leaving only certain mental functionality. As an inadvertent effect, his is unable to be put under the effects of most Genjutsu.

For his personal techniques, this is much easier and he can have many of his techniques continue to run or activate with mere though. For techniques that he has merely stored into his database through his kekkei genkai, typically techniques taken from others, he can only use it on a maximum of 5 techniques. When paired with Jikkō Kanōna, Tokumei pays the cost of the technique as well as the person he is using as a conduit. This can integrate with Hyōji Gamen to allow others to use activate techniques instead of him. In fuuinjutsu format, this technique can be used to program single techniques into items as well.
Weakness: Requires connection for usage outside self.

I'll probably be posting tomorrow by the way. I had to get Syu-lerne's combat puppets done so I could do my Sunagakure post so yeah.... Also, since @Anderiel seems to have gone ghost on you @Tearstone I'm going to send him on a different mission for...reasons and have my NPC/NJC go with your character on the predetermined mission. Hopefully I won't see reason to kill Anderiel's character off for the plot soon...for their sake.

Kāidǎo [Enlightened]

So they make fantastic sensor nin. How exactly. You've stated they can sense "spiritual energy," which I'll just assume is a filler word for chakra. To what degree can they sense it? Also, why does he need both the Kāidǎo and the Tengoku no Shidō - Chi ni Teikyō. The abilities are essentially redundant.

All techniques can be countered by their assigned chakra affinities. Knowing you this is already a thing, but I'm stating it here in case you thought it wouldn't be.

Seiryu

Seiryu no Tachiba: Fuyu no Ibuki [Stance of the Dragon: Breath of Winter], Seiryu no Tachiba: Totsuzen no Kōsetsu [Stance of the Dragon: Sudden Snowfall]

I'm gonna go with no on his other techniques always using Senmon Haki. Consider this non-negotiable.

Seiryu no Tachiba: Ryū no Ikidōri [Stance of the Dragon: Dragonwrath]

More or less fine with the storm. Just know that it's going to be chakra intensive. Also, no on freezing the person solid once their tenketsu are all sealed. That's ridiculous on so many levels.

Suzaku

Suzaku no Tachiba: Hōō no Oha [Stance of the Phoenix: Tail Feathers of the Vermilion Bird]

Lower the Area of effect.

Genbu

Genbu no Tachiba: Nishi no Hoshō [Stance of the Turtle: Sentinel of the West]

So I'm going to be generous and allow the petrification. However, you don't get to reduce the time by 1 minute per strike, but instead 15 seconds per strike. Sorry, otherwise that shit is ridiculous. Also the petrification is resistible and/or NOT permanent.

Genbu no Tachiba: Tsuchi nado Fukutsu [Stance of the Turtle: Unyielding as the Earth]

Remove the time reduction on this technique. You don't get to reduce the time because you blocked someone.

Genbu no Tachiba: Shibara-ji no Ashikase [Stance of the Turtle: Fetters of the Earthbound]

Each hitodama should increase the strength of this effect, but the initial effect does not cause much strain and does not wholly bind at least one foot to the ground. This fits the theme of the style better imo, AND is more balanced.

Byakko

You keep mentioning Byakko's Wrath, but you don't have a technique for it.

Every 2 seconds, not every 1. That'd be a lot of stacks of Byakko's wrath even if they're bound to disperse after the technique (which I know they are).

Shokei Shimasu [Execute]

Haha, I see you adding Suishou's technique here. How about no to the secondary effect and state his style can't replicate that portion of the technique due to the other effects his chakra causes. The reason for the OOCly, it's too much on top of his other abilities. Remove it or make that edit.
