Ack, sorry I wasn't really paying attention much to this rp till I had someone to pair with. Are we still getting situated in the dorms? Also I assume at least one of are characters are pairing up so do you wanna post first or let me go first. Also are both characters are paired with mine or just one, and if just one which one, idc to much I like them both.

@Urbanliner Hey, have the twins met again before now, or is this the first time they'll have come into contact since the divorce? If the latter, I wanna know how you feel about an arc where Kagura tries to help mend the gap time has made in their relationship. Building relationships is the reason Kagura is here, and she would definitely want her partner to have a bond with her twin that will last a lifetime.
Also, since Kagura is still on "Tatebayashi-san" terms with Eri for now, I really, really want a scene where Kagura mistakes Keiko for Eri, Keiko doesn't realize Kagura means Eri since she's using her surname, and they have a conversation where Kagura is just staring at Keiko and who this alien imposter is and what it has done with her partner.

The twins have not met each other since the divorce, and the mini-arc seems like a nice idea. The confusion plot seems entertaining to others.

That does seem to be something of a downside, people waiting on multiple folks in a conga line type effect. Thanks though! I'll probably just start doing posts for separate characters in an effort to avoid this kind of shenanigans in the future though.

• Profession: Teacher (Science), secondarily a researcher
• Personality: Even interacting with fellow teachers, Kaede retains a professional and calm air. Even if this is, for instance, after she set her sleeves on fire in a simple lab demonstration for the third time that year. She's almost too calm and collected... though those who've seen her drink are well aware that she's more shy than as icy as she appears. The science teacher is also more willing to hang around with students than is entirely normal, though this is to a degree encouraged.
  Incredibly fond of cats, rabbits, and snakes, despite how little the three go together.
• Abilities or Weapons: Receiver
• Skills: Although a good teacher and with plenty of practice, Kaede dreads science experiments and employing her otherwise exceptional cooking skills: clumsiness. If a task presents an easy way to accidentally injure yourself or something can be tripped over, she'll find it. Aside from academic criteria, the teacher is versed in basic self defence, can take care of plants, and is oddly good at holding her drink.
• Brief Backstory: Unlike almost all modern receivers, Kaede wasn't genetically engineered to have the ability: she was one of those natural mutants that simply happened to luck into it. Of course, this meant she was never expected to team up with anyone in particular, and it went unnoticed until she was completing her more advanced studies--on aether, in particular; a class test to see who might be a Tuner threw up her rather surprising result.
  Staying in academia a while, the pale girl eventually received an offer from the Akiyama-Kreuz academy; her area of study was useful to its more academic purpose... and they needed another science teacher. Naturally, the fact that there might be another paired Tuner and Receiver factored into it, but over the past three years, she's not shown any inclination of a suitable pairing.
  Once again, she's been made the homeroom teacher for a first year class.
