Height: 6’2
Weight: 200
Ethnicity: Black and Italian

Personality: Lex can be easily described as the stereotypical high school jock that never grew up. He’s overconfident and is easy to find someone to make fun of for the simple sport of it. He comes off as loud and obnoxious when he feels like he’s on his down time, which is often… according to his perception. He doesn’t like to take things so seriously, but oddly never pulls his punches when he acts on something. Lex usually has a playful smile on his face which can either hide or reveal his true intentions depending on the situation or the person who catches it. His persona makes him come off as immature and uneducated, but Lex can be surprisingly cunning and often uses his common sense to solve issues. He hates complainers and people too boring for his taste. What he enjoys most is using his ability. The man actually couldn’t go a day without making a red spark flow through his fingertips.
Background: Lex was born into an interesting family in Tampa, Florida. Lex never knew what his father did for the amount of wealth his family had, but he wasn’t oblivious to the fact that it wasn’t legitimate. Not only did he not grow up without knowing what his father did, but he didn’t personally know the man himself. He’d seen him, talked to him, and called him his father, but Lex didn’t know him. He was curious of the man, but not as curious as his older sister. Lex and his sister always found each other competing and butting head with each other. They loved each other, and the competition always kept them sharp. Everything was mostly normal for Lex until his sister gained an ability at the age of thirteen. Lex couldn’t believe how fast his sister had become, but oddly the whole thing seemed expected. No one freaked out, and Lex’s sister seemed to have obtained the golden ticket to getting to know their father.
Lex felt like he was somewhat in the dark when it came to his family, but at least he had his mother and uncle. Lex always saw his uncle as more of a father figure than his own father. His uncle, Rob was a hired gun working for whoever had the money to afford his price tag. His uncle assured him that in a few years he’d be just as special as his sister. Lex found comfort in this, but he didn’t just want what his sister Cleo had, but he wanted to be better. He explained to his uncle that if he was better than she was at the age of thirteen, then he would be accepted far more than she was by her father. Rob entertained the idea and agreed to train Lex in basic combat in both ranged and close quarters. Though Lex was young, he was extremely driven and somewhat of a natural. Lex could already taste the victory he would have over his sister; unfortunately he made it to the age of sixteen without gaining even a hint of an ability. This barely seemed to discourage the teenager. At least until he finally got to see his sister perform her ability again a year later. She was faster than before; so fast that she appeared to be a blur at best whenever she moved. Lex knew she was making him jealous, but it was working. It wasn’t until he lashed out at a family dinner that he awakened his latent talent. A streak of red electricity left his index finger as he pointed at his sister. Sure, she dodged it, but everyone was appalled by what happened.
After the incident, Lex was taken under his father’s wing. As ironic as it sounds, Lex declined. His father found this odd, but told him that he would come back to him with time. Lex continued being his uncle’s apprentice and incorporated his ability into his combat. Lex eventually became a mercenary like his uncle, taking jobs in different countries for any side that paid the best.
