@Morose I don't want to though. I'm not saying it's bad for any of this to occur either. I prefer to let things play out naturally rather than seek anything out. I learned that the hard way when I was RPing in MMOs

@FantasyChic It doesn't always matter how long people have been RPing together. In fact I think one of the first RPs (not including this one) that I joined up with Lady A we had a ship pretty early on. It's about having a chemistry with another RPer and having compatible characters more than just having RPed with someone for a long time.

Lady A and I have had the same chemistry when we barely knew each other as we do now. It isn't always down to length of knowing someone. :)

@FantasyChic That's good though, playing it out naturally. It works a lot better. The ship's that are around have come by organically. Makes them more interesting. Fuck the ones in TWD that are around are miracles considering everything that has happened.

@Lady Amalthea Yeah, back when I was in MMOs I had a group that I hung with and I started forming them early on, before I even finalized a character. It was bad and it got awkward real quick. That was around the time I stopped playing them all together. Now I just let things happen naturally. It's better that way.

@Charnobylisk I'm only saying what I've noticed so far. I am only in 3 of Lady A's RPs so naturally I don't have the full knowledge. Not saying it's a bad thing either, having great chemistry can make RPs a lot more fun.

And it's now given me practical experience as to how dates work! Y'know, kill a walker, do the chicken dance, hide in an abandoned house. The usual stuff.

I remember my first 'ship here in TWD. Lasted all of three posts. She stole his ride and then got ripped to shreds by dead people. He was devastated. Afterwards, there was another 'ship that was discussed, a couple of meaningful IC discussions. Maybe after he deals emotionally with the death, they make it official. Then she gets shot, an hour of IC time later.

Then more people died. Lots more. If anyone got close to him, either emotionally or just proximity, they got shot or gnawed on by zombies. Eventually, it was merely called The Curse and is driving him slowly insane.

The good news is, he's single! And in charge. Has a nice car, too.
