Well he can. Tossing fireballs, an ice shard, lashing out with a wind blade, and other things are within his capabilities. He's not particularly skilled at such things since he found one thing he wanted to do with Prima, and practiced specifically towards it, but he can if someone sat him down and said, "Prove to me you're actually a competent mage and not some one-trick pony."

If they wanted a firestorm or blizzard, they'd have to go find Runik instead.

Look at chart, take the ones that fit, add up your numbers, closer to 75 means your mortality rate is higher.

If I'm to understand it right. There are 15 sections. Of the 15 sections there are five scores with 5 being the "worst" and 1 being the "best". Five points per section means 5 x 15 = 75 possible points. You want the lowest amount of points overall.

Actually, I'm curious. Been sometime since I've read things outside of Touhou-doujins, so are the moon rabbits still the OPest of them all? Cause I think they went to the Moon in the latest instalment.

Well they were never the most OP of all. That belongs to people like Shinki or Eiki Shiki.

They're still pretty powerful though, and on the higher end of things if I'm not mistaken.
