She had no idea what to think with regards to trying and get her soul back. There were so many of the things, that there was no way to easily tell which one was the original one that had taken it from her in the first place. So that was a bit problematic to say the least. Then there was apparently something going on with Max that she was insanely confused about and had no clue what he was spouting on about. The guy really was insanely strange to her, and now was acting like he didn't know her or abandoned her and Carolina to the Green Eyed One or whatever?

"What has gotten into him," she asked, pointing slightly at Max, before her attention shifted to what was said about potential ways to deal with this situation and all that was going on. "I'm all for fighting, especially since you had said that one or all of them have my soul. Especially considering we don't actually know which one is the original one we encountered. However not I won't be too helpful in this fight. My magic doesn't typically deal with blowing things up, fire or anything like that. I control water, and use a sword. Probably the two worst things you'd want for something like what you're talking about... I might be able to restrain them to be helpful, but that's about it..." she added, not sure what else to say or do.

Things weren't exactly going all too well that was for sure, and once she oriented herself a bit so she could hear what was going on around her, she noticed the conversation with regards to what Nancy was wanting to do. Janelle felt bad for Nancy, but figured she likely didn't want to talk about what all was going on or what had happened. So there wasn't much else that could be said about it, aside from them needing to get going places and all.

Then Alexios decided to make the comment about how they could actually just walk through the doors to get to Tartarus even though they might not be able to get out of there again. Finally she actually had a chance to share what she had heard earlier since no one else was listening or focusing on anything. "I was goin to say dis earlier but I gaht destracted by de whahle people wanderin ahff cahnstantly and needin babysetters every secahnd to naht do anythin stupid," she said with a bit of a shrug, "I 'eard sahme o' de people 'ere mention de doors bein down in de basement."

Something had to have happened, at least somewhat anyway, when it came to what was going on. He was not too sure what to overall think upon hearing Nancy not taking the news well. That was understandable, he didn't really know Nancy or Madalyne really well, but from what he did know, Nancy was stressed out already from what their quest off that way was, so hearing any other bad news was not a good idea. Jason wasn't actually sure whether or not it was a good idea to have told Nancy what was going on now though.

Hearing Damon's question towards him, he shrugged slightly, "I mean, yeah fine, just thinkin a lettle bet. My sester is wit de ahther group, de one Nancy is in, so now wahnderin a bet o' what's fully goin ahn wit de ahther side o' dat message dat Niah sent," Jason ended up telling him, not entirely sure what else to really think or say about that sort of thing right now. Aside from that he didn't really see any reason to comment more on that whole situation.

From what little she knew about Nancy, the reaction wasn't super surprising. Well, at least in part, she hadn't expected a sound shockwave to shoot out and be super loud. Actually, the sound was a bit concerning, at least to her, as then they might have to worry about it drawing the attention of anyone to the area. Sure, Damon and Jason hadn't found anything in the immediate area, but that didn't mean anything, not in a world of demigods and monsters or anything like that.

They probably should get moving away from here, at least right now. They had been there for a little while now, sticking around much longer in the one spot probably wasn't the best idea. It actually was nice when Persephone more or less stated what she had been thinking about moving along now. So upon seeing Persephone starting to head along the trail, she figured she'd follow after her. Hearing Andy make the comment about the quest thing, "It all depends on what we come across, but we should be fine to help them out, otherwise it's a long way for us to easily get back to camp from here," she said with a shrug towards Andy, before heading in the direction after Persephone.

Well that fight seemed to be a bit anticlimactic to say the least. Megan had looked fully ready to duel Maleficent to the death right then and there, and suddenly she got trapped in the pages of a notebook. That was always something to laugh about later. Though he did wonder where his father had gotten off to. He'd taken off before this, which meant he was still out there and likely was going to cause some issues later. Something to potentially look forward to.

His attention shifted towards Megan and he had to stop himself from laughing slightly. It was a bit fitting that they were in a fairy tale world, and she seemed to be getting a bit of a fairy tale ending. That, and adding onto the fact that she hadn't known Gabriella for very long, seemed like she was almost like the classic Disney princesses who basically fell in love and dove head first into things. Nothing wrong with that, if that was what she wanted, and it made it apparent that she was going to be staying in this world and not going back. Which had actually been what he'd been leaning towards doing for a little bit now, and that more or less just confirmed his thoughts of sticking around here and not going back.

She honestly was a bit surprised that that idea had actually worked, and that someone actually agreed that it was a good one. Rosalia was still a bit weirded out by the fact that she had made a wish with a genie to try and take out the person causing all of the issues. Looking down at the piece of paper in her hands, knowing perfectly well that the genie was right about making sure to not lose it, she saw Maleficent moving around as a drawing, clearly trying to get out. That was definitely weird.

Her attention shifted as Layla used the third wish, and the notebook went straight into the lamp, making it a bit easier to protect it and make sure Maleficent truly was trapped or something like that. That was a good thing, made it so that it wasn't really her problem anymore with regards to what happened to the paper. Though now she needed a new notepad or something to doodle on or whatever. Well, at least the whole situation was over with, as Merlin asked more or less of what they wanted to do now, the truth was that she didn't know. At all. She didn't exactly have anyone to go back to in the real world, but here she knew next to nothing about people. It was a weird thing to try and think about.

Nothing seemed to be going right, at all. At least when it comes to trying to slow down Cortez. As Bethany is unable to create any sort of shadow to try and blind Cortez, and when Carolina tries to possess Cortez, she practically gets thrown out instead. Lance looked at Max when he made his comment and laughed slightly, "Yeah, sure, I can do that pretty quickly in the event you need it, but just saying, I'm not exactly worried about your powers, just would prefer to not have to use one specific one of mine in a sort of enclosed space like this unless it's literally life or death sort of thing."

Pietro was only half paying attention to what it was that Max was saying, so he didn't actually hear really what it was that he had said. He was more of paying attention towards Robert who had decided that yelling at his father was a good idea. "Dude seriously??? I don't care for him too much but come on even I know his powers going haywire isn't his fault so why the hell are you deciding to yell at him over it?"

Of course that wasn't seemingly fixing anything that they currently were having to deal with. As despite Ed's efforts, the shards were not being bubbled or anything like that, at least not enough to really matter. The shards were flying around still hitting anyone still nearby, which considering most people were trying to deal more with Cortez himself, that at least meant that they were out of the way of it. Aside from a few people. The shards only caused a few minor cuts on Ed that were more of just an annoyance, Robert didn't really get injured from that at all, and for Pietro a weird thing happened again. He didn't actually move to avoid them, having been distracted by what he viewed as Robert's stupidity for the yelling, and despite that, the shards seemed to go, almost just sort of around him not actually at him. That was definitely not normal to say the least. The walls a few of the panels were starting to come apart, not exactly a good sign.

Mary was partially focused on both instances of chaos going on, however her attention shifted more specifically towards Cortez, as he likely could cause more damage then Magneto could if he kept using his own powers on people. The stability though of the hallway they were in right now was getting to be concerning though as the walls kept shaking all around them. Pulling a seed from her pocket, she sent it flying into one of the walls, vines starting to sprout a bit now and giving more stability to the hall so at least it wouldn't immediately result in them dying if Magneto started trying to pull the walls apart. Her attention moving towards Cortez again, who seemed to be almost smiling a bit at Max.

"Oh? Who said I was truly running? Seemed more like I was trying to just watch what was going on. However this is starting to be a bit more fun in general isn't it?" he said with a laugh, before he seemingly started using his own powers again to cause chaos. Though it wouldn't be overly apparent at first who it was that had gotten hit with it.

Instead of waiting to see more specifically what was going on, Mary used the vines that were along the walls now of the corridor and sent them charging straight at Cortez, some of them were covered in thorns as they hit Cortez, stopping him from continuing his power usage, while a non-thorn covered vine wrapped around his spare hand that Max didn't have entangled. "Give it up this is getting insanely ridiculous at this point!" she snapped at him, clearly a bit annoyed with Cortez at this point.

"You all think you know everything, but you don't, not really," he said, laughing a bit at them again. Lance meanwhile also had decided to try and blind Cortez like Bethany had attempted to, but the light missed Cortez's head, as he was moving a bit making it difficult to truly aim or anything like that.

"Oh really?" Klara asked with a laugh, "You act like that was unexpected, but whose the one whose been going off about the old Sorcerer Supreme? Think you called him a mentor or something? If he really valued you that much and you actually were close to them, wouldn't you have known about that sort of thing? Plus you've been acting like you know a lot, so that adds to the you should have known. Or your so called "mentor" chose not to trust you with learning that sort of thing. So yeah, it is your fault." she responded to Max, sticking her tongue out at him over that entire situation.

She really really didn't like him, or Jack, but truthfully with Jack it was more of he showed up afterwards and then sent the thing with her soul away that she was mad about more then anything currently. Plus right now she really just wanted to go do something else, not just hang around here right now. Thinking nothing of it, she followed after the others to the Everdark through the portal, and then she heard Jack mention the Green Eyed One and how there were now a lot, which might all have her soul in them. "Well I'm all for fighting them to get my soul back, this has been a really weird sort of experience..."

Things were starting to wind down a bit surprisingly when it came to things currently outside of the castle, and now they were going to see about moving onwards inside to actually potentially deal with those still there. Though he was wondering how things were going for those who had snuck it. Which they likely were going to find out the answer to that fairly soon as everyone started moving into the area, seeing more of the carnage that had happened with all of the fighting and more of the goons were there.

Figuring there was nothing better to do as they were able to see the others and there were still more of the soldiers around, he decided to see about tossing more fire or whatever at them to take more of them out. The first managed to knock down some of the goons, so that was a good thing. Meg was getting into a fight with Maleficent, and it looked like the other group had summoned up the genie so that they could make wishes. Which meant this likely was going to end soon, hopefully anyway.

Wait, did he really just tell her to make the second wish and to make sure to not use the third one? Why her? Just, why? She wasn't sure what to wish for, but she knew that she had to be careful since they didn't exactly have any extra ones to spare. Still though, she was supposed to make a wish, to help in this situation? Ok, she can do this, probably. Easily solution? What would be the easiest solution to come up with and easiest way to word it so that it didn't get all screwed up? Right, Maleficent, make her gone and the others might crumble right? Hopefully anyway maybe.

Could make her get transported elsewhere? No, that's not good enough, that would result in her likely eventually coming back to kill them all with another army or something. Put into a deep sleep? No, would have to have her put somewhere, and then it'd be easier for someone to find her body and figure out a way to wake her. Trap in a mirror? No, wait, while that would be more permanent of a solution and all, didn't look like there were mirrors nearby anyway. Plus wrong fairy tale, magic mirror is known for the Snow White story and the Evil Queen not Maleficent. This was a lot harder to come up with then people would think...

Her mind was racing, trying to think of a solution, when she remembered something else that she typically carried around with her. It wasn't a super big one, but she pulled out the sketch pad that she carried around, and flipped to a blank page. That might work. Despite the carnage around her, she turned to look at the genie. "I wish for Maleficent to be trapped in my sketch pad as a drawing," she said to him, holding up the book with a blank page showing now.

Things weren't going all too well with regards to Nancy, that much she could easily tell. However everything else immediately went even more downhill with the loud shockwave that knocked her backwards. That wasn't the thing that concerned her though, it was the volume of the sound that messed with her and she instantly took a few steps back, hands covering her ears as the ringing started. This was bad, this was really really bad. Now she very much was a sitting duck with no idea of where she was compared to the others or anything like that. Getting knocked back was one thing, messing with her hearing so she couldn't orient herself back around in addition to that wasn't going to work out.

She was taking a few steps around, having no idea where in comparison with the others that she was, she took a few steps, but she wasn't even sure where she was or what direction she was facing. At the moment she was truly completely blind to everything around her. "Maybe, but right now I dahn't know where anyone is," she said to Hypnos, not even really able to focus or hear her own voice.

"Yeah, ahnly been 'ere a few years and dis country is stell sahmewhat confusin to me at times... My sister and I 'aven't been at de camp fahr too lahng, so stell naht super used to everythin goin ahn wit all o' dis sahrt o' din," he said, adding the last part with a bit of a shrug. Yeah, he still was having a hard time wrapping around the whole being a demigod thing at times, and the idea of quests too.

With regards to the question about whether or not they should keep wandering or head back, he just shrugged a little. "I mean, we 'aven't run into anyone else, ahr seen anythin, so 'eadin back now wooehld make sahme sense."

"...I mean, that's just it, no one actually knows how far it goes or how big it is. Since no one has ever really been able to map it out, plus it is kind of always changing. So you can't really know how big it is... It's a little weird that way, but just think, as mentioned we basically traveled across the country wandering through it, so it might not fully stretch around the world, but I think it does considering how big it is and how hard it is for things to get through it successfully... We just so happened to find a book with a magic compass that pointed an arrow wherever you wanted to go for it," she said to Stella with a bit of a shrug. This group was still in the middle of their own quest though, so who knew how things would go here.

Her attention instantly shifted towards Niah, who was yelling out Nancy's name, and she winced a bit. She knew that conversation was about Madalyne, that she knew, but it clearly wasn't going well. Mary wasn't entirely sure what to say to Niah or to ask, or even if she should say something. So at the moment she just chose to not say anything, just keeping an eye a bit on what was going on with Niah, though the sound through the portal wasn't exactly a good thing she was pretty sure.

Zelda still wasn't entirely sure whether or not it was a good idea for her to go into the haunted house. Actually she was fairly certain it was a bad choice for her to go. However she wasn't entirely sure it was much better to be standing around doing nothing by herself. Even though that had been her initial plan for when she got to the dance and all. She couldn't help but be a bit curious about the haunted house though, hence she was going to maybe see about going through and seeing what it was all about.

"Alright I'm coming," she said after thinking for a moment, before she followed along after the others to see about entering the place. Zelda wasn't sure about what to expect when they entered the place, but she wasn't too sure about things when they all got separated. That certainly was not a good thing. And she ended feeling a knife fly past from behind her and she turned to look, seeing a version of herself that had decided to start trying to kill her and was throwing knives at her. Considering she didn't have her own knives or weapons, and trying to not use her powers since considering the panic that was popping up would cause some major issues, she turned away from her own doppelganger, and started running, really wanting to avoid this. And starting to regret slightly being in the haunted house at the moment.

Zari nodded her head a bit with regards to the question about her mom. "Yup, that's my mom," she said with a smile. Her mom had a few friends when it came to her old SHIELD team, though her dad didn't get along all the time with them from what she heard. The old team had a lot of people who were here currently at the school. Of course she probably could have been going to the school a bit sooner, but she had waaaaaay more important things to do then to go to school or something.

Hearing Andy's question, she just sort of shrugged, "I mean, maybe once or twice in passing... You have to remember Andy, I grew up a world away, my mom usually would come back to visit, but typically if I got brought along it was to go hang out with Diana and Percy since Diana's very close to my age and not to mention one of her moms literally fine with destroying the world from what I'm told for her and was her best friend. So I typically hung around with them, less anyone else, except my mom was still friends with Mary Sue's mom Niah last I checked and would visit her and all like that. I just typically didn't get brought along to those moments. If that makes sense. But yeah, kind of a rough explanation I guess?" Zari said with a shrug towards Andy. She honestly didn't really get it either.

Klara, Daughter of Thor

Location: Limbo

Klara was very much not liking the fact that Jack and Max were seemingly not actually wanting to take accountability for their actions with regard to her situation. She didn't like them, but the idea that Runa had proposed was certainly a more interesting reaction or replacement for what was going on. Of course, she probably should explain the full situation more, but considering she was mad at the pair and they didn't even acknowledge what she had said with regards to them? Why should she try to elaborate more or anything? The two were basically useless in her opinion.

Then came Prudence, a person she didn't really know or have any sort of real interactions with before, who seemed to get the whole idea that Jack and Max didn't seem to deserve any sort of forgiveness or anything from her. "They don't and haven't even seemingly felt bad about anything either, which doesn't make me likely to forgive them anytime soon either." she explained a bit to Prudence, before looking at Runa, "How would that even seemingly work? With basically me getting someone else's soul or something?" she asked, thoroughly curious about it now.

Things were not going too well at all right now, fire had slammed into everyone throwing them everywhere. So now they had to deal with Max's powers going out of control. However, the metal rattling was not seemingly going too well. Actually she was fairly certain that Cortez had caused some issues with regards to that.

"Well that was fun," Pietro commented, having not raced the trio off but had basically done a fancy loop off the walls and ceiling of the hallway so that he, Guin and Bethany were still there.

"Max try not to use your powers we don't need to blow up or anything or any holes here to be destroyed or whatever." Mary said instantly, before looking instantly around. Cortez could attack with some range, but not a whole lot from what little things she knew.

"Well now someone is acting like a spoiled child demanding something." the speedster said out loud, looking over at Robert. "I swear, you can't just demand it or ask for it in a kind of rude way and then suddenly expect it."

Yup, definitely don't like this guy, he then said to Guin mentally.

Mira wasn't paying much attention to what was said once she was up and about once again, she instantly started looking down the hallway in both direction. When she saw Cortez. He was mostly hidden down around a corner not far from them, the guy definitely struck her as a weirdo though, considering the fact that he seemed to almost smile at the chaos that was going on. "Over there," she said instantly pointing farther along, before all hell broke loose once again.

This time seemed like Magneto's powers were either going haywire, or he really really hated all of them and had been hiding that until now.

Bits of metal started swirling about the hallway, pulling up from the place, though it did seem to be several layers of metal, so it wasn't exposed to space or anything. Yet anyway. Which wasn't exactly super comforting considering the fact that there was still a lot of shrapnel now seemingly flying around looking for targets. And considering how many people were currently in the area, that was not going to end well.

The shrapnel started flying outwards in all directions, and despite his best attempts, Pietro ended up getting a decent sized piece of metal stuck into his knee, making it so he couldn't easily speed to necessarily avoid any more bits of metal. Several others ended up with bits of metal stuck into arms, that being Bethany, Ed, Perry, and Max all got hit with the shards as well. The speedster was really wanting to get the hell out of there, but then came another wave of metal flying at them. He instinctively put his arm up to potentially block the metal from at least hitting his arm since it came too fast for him to have easily avoided it.

But the shards never hit him.

Moving his arm away, the shards had seemingly completely stopped. But that was weird for more then a few reasons, aside from the fact that the shards were within a few inches of him. What made it strange was that they were the only shards that had stopped, others had gone to attack others but all of them had missed. With that in mind, it was fairly obvious that Magneto hadn't been the one to stop them. So who had?

"...I am so confused..."

"Maybe don't complain and just go with it!" Lance eventually said, before a wall of light of something basically shoved Pietro out of the way as the shards then went back to moving and hit the wall behind where he had just been. They had to deal with Cortez and hopefully that would deal with everyone's powers going haywire.

Mary's mind was racing at what was going on, and she glanced over in the direction that Mira had pointed to, before looking towards Max, "If you aren't able to control fully your powers right now, just aim, Cortez is somewhere and might as well see if we can make it so he regrets messing with anyone's powers."
