Interaction(s): Sophia @QiaPreviously: Memories
Natsumi softly smiled once more at Sophia. It felt nice to find another person so welcoming to be on her side. Aside from Lina, she had largely been met with hostility, disgusted gazes, but also pepper spray. She was never one to judge a person, but truthfully it felt relieving to have a break from the chaos.
"I was trying to wash out my eyes when the room started to explode, so I only caught the tail end of it. That... That force field that appeared out of nowhere probably prevented more injuries from the explosion." Natsumi replied, thinking back to the events in the rec room. How many more people would've been hurt if the force field wasn't in place? Better yet, who put the force field up? There was so many questions that needed answering, but it felt so dizzying just attempting to make sense of the chaos.
"Hopefully Billy makes it through, though." She let out an exhausted, tired sigh. Everything felt so tiring—it had been chaos since the start.
As Sophia picked up the remote, Natsumi paused, considering what they should watch. A good movie or show might help lighten the mood. Yet truthfully, it had been awhile since she had truly sat down and watched some television, being so busy preparing for her future college work before the world swept her off her feet with all this "superhuman" nonsense that she was now preoccupied with. What to watch... what to watch, indeed.
"Maybe Larger Than Life if they have it?" Natsumi replied, looking back at Sophia. "My parents have always been big fans of Bill Murray. I don't really get their love for him, but road trip movies haven't failed me yet."
