What Makes You A Misfit?:Other than being a nuisance in her early years, it wasnt until her late teens when she hooked up with her now ex boyfriend and did petty crime, sometime this involved using her powers reluctancly as she tried to hide it where she could through fear of what she could do, but pressure from the group she was with made it hard sometimes to resist temptation and enjoy the power she had.
What Do You Think About The Classified Crew?:Initially Sarina understood why would be around, catch the bad ones etc.. but that since changed after they raided her family home and attempted to take her and causing her home to be burnt down. she now has pretty strong disliking to them ever since and she won't forgive them, sure she wasn't always the good girl, but she was working on it for the better, she just wanted to be left alone and live her life.
Appearance:Sarina is a lovely mixed ethnic girl with brown hair, touched with some red dye, She usually has it draping over her shoulders, preferring to have her hair flow free. Sometimes or depending on what Sarina is doing she will tie up her hair. She's has dark brown eyes and soft olive skin complexion. She stands roughly at 5'5¾" and has small cheeks, a medium size nose, hands, and ears with delicate slightly over average size lips. Sarina also has a tattoo with it going from her
Right shoulder blade and making it's way down her back. She also has her tongue pierced and has a small scar that runs a little along under her right rib.
In terms of attire, Sarina likes to try and keep things simplistic and minimalist with flowing garments that breathe easy. Things that hang over her shoulders, but also keep tight enough that they don't get in the way. She can often be seen in neutral or dark coloured clothing, mostly black and leathers, weather it cargo pants, jackets etc... Typically, Sarina prefers to wear black high heel or standard combat boots but can easily slip into sneakers. She's not the type of girl to go all out fancy - though, honestly, she does secretly like the feeling of a dress or a skirt hanging neatly off her body. Sarina, despite being partial to more practical foot wear, can easily rock a heel if she needs to.
Personality:Sarina is an interesting individual. She has had to learn to adapt and improvise to her surroundings which has led her into becoming a capable individual, she'll do what she can to help out if it benefits her situation. But; does try to keep a strong idea of what is right and wrong but that does not always work out, she isn't the type to make friends fast, to her trust takes time and shouldn't be something fast to toss around, just don't break it.
Sarina loves her music and is as likely to listen to metal music as she is calm, just depends on what she feels listening to at the time and may even sing to it when she is in her own world. But; despite this is, Sarina appears to not care less about material things, like online fashion, posting what someone is eating, celebrities and posting her every move on some social media network.
Sarina considers herself as an approachable person that is kind to those that earn it, open and honest, she is quite wary knowing more than she may let on, Sarina can have a fiery temper especially when she is passionate about something. But don't let her flaws fool you, she can have a laugh, be friendly and Sympathetic to others capable of giving second chances. Sarina is the type however that is loyal to those who do right by her and looks out for her friends even if it just to listen or be a shoulder to cry on.
Skills/Abilities:Sarina is ambitextrous with Very basic understanding of self defence, she is pretty decent with a handgun as her ex taught her, Sarina is also skilled in various forms of Poi Dancing, Fire Poi being her favourite and is proficient in parkour and pickpocketing from her past life, she is also pretty handy at darts and pool.
Powers/Magic:Pyrokinesis. Sarina can control the kinetic energy of atoms to generate, control/manipulate fire Allowing her to excite or speed up an object's atoms, increasing their thermal energy until they ignite, not necessarily objects, but also air particles, she can control and move the flames, along with fireproof skin and thermal resistance something that is a life saver. This also allows Sarina to illuminate a dark area. Sarina is also capable of flight with a pair of
flame wings she can manifest, her body is engulfed in flames during this time. Sarina will continue learning new ways to use her amazing abilities.
Fire Ball Projection which is the ability to create and manipulate fireballs in her hands and throw them, Fire Stream Projection will enable Sarina to generate or create flame thrower-like blasts of flames that can go up to long ranges. They can burn things with intense engulfing flames but sadly there is no telling if Sarina will be able to control the size and radius of her blasts initially. Fire Breath is the ability to manipulate the fire in her lungs and exhaling to spew a torrent of fire. Fortunately, Sarina has thermal resistance in her throat and mouth which is something she has not yet discovered because now she can only use her hands.
Sarina will be able to understand and control her gift enough for Pyrokinetic combat in the form of Fire Shield Construction which will allow her to create a shield out of the fire to defend/protect herself from harmful, melee and even offer minimal resistance to cold attacks. On the more offensive side, through concentration, Sarina can create a sword of fire that not only can do physical damage like an actual sword would, but also can burn them severely if she chooses to, this includes a flaming lasso/whip. If there is one thing Sarina won't always admit is her fear of what she might capable of, especially after the incident at her home.
Backstory: A third-generation native to Klamath Falls, Sarina is one of 6 siblings, four brothers and one other sister within the De Santa family. the last name itself carrying quite a positive reputation around the town and putting quite a bit of pressure on herself and her siblings as they grew up, expected to be perfect children. Sarina was a very active, difficult child from the moment she could stand on her own two feet. Although some would have reservations about having so many siblings, Sarina was over the moon to have others she could look out for and take care of if needed.
As Sarina entered into her teen years, her knack for getting into trouble only increased and seemed to even get more dangerous for her. This streak in her of course, caused many fights within her family as she had a name and reputation to hold up but Sarina just couldn't find it in himself to care enough to quit having her fun. It was also around the time of discovering her unique capabilities. Seeing their sister constantly in trouble upset her other siblings greatly, which hurt Sarina in the special place of her heart reserved for them, but she didn't dare show it - not if she wanted to keep her own "bad girl" persona up. Her family had one reputation to keep, and she had another.
It was also during these years that Sarina met a set of twins, Alexander and Jessica. Being the same age she was, Sarina got along quite well with Jessica and the two eventually became the best of friends. But what Sarina hadn't counted on was developing strong feelings for Jessica's brother, Alexander, who also seemed to have a knack for trouble. The two of them hooked up on occasion without telling anyone, knowing that it would put a strain on her friendship with Jessica, and it did. Sarina and Alexander were quite the pair when they began to hang out with each other more openly, what was considered petty crimes turned into much larger ones - starting fights, street racing, tagging and even thievery. This was where Sarina came to her senses and bailed out of that lifestyle, when the group she was with took it up a notch, it was not so funny anymore, and feared it would bring to much attention to her and the magic she possessed.
Soon enough Sarina made her way back to Klamath falls from her travels, it had been years since she was last their and contact was patchy at best. But none the less she made it home, to her parents, her siblings had since moved out doing their own thing. It was rough and not perfect, but she owned her mistakes, apologised and asked for a place to stay while she worked on getting herself back onto her own feet, Sarina never once asked for their forgiveness, Over the coming weeks however; peace would not last.
Sarina was eventually caught out during a night raid by CC agents, she managed to knock several guy's back with flame attacks and struck another directly with a flame thrower like attack, severely injuring them all. Unfortunately for her, this caused the house to catch fire, negligence on her part, but the CC agents had knocked out her parents and retreated out of the house. Try as she might, she was struggling in her desperate attempts to get them out before being helped by one of her brothers who arrived and managed to get them out together, surprisingly her brother used the chaos to help his sister escape from the CC agents, she has been living her life one mile at a time since, not knowing the fate of her parents as contact has been difficult.

It had been several days since the warehouse fight, Sarina was more than happy to go back out there and do her own thing, continue on the search for her target, after all it is personal for her. Still the circumstances of that night still played in her mind, not that she normally cared about such things, but now her enemies would be starting to learn she had teamed up with a titan at least. Cyborg and Arsenal had convinced her to meet again to talk, and that is how she found herself sitting on a park bench waiting.
She didn’t have to wait too long, her constant observation and expectation of some sort of ambush had her notice two men approaching her, to her surprise it was none other than Cyborg and Flash, it literally looked like three casually dressed individuals simply meeting up and nothing out of the ordinary.
“You actually turned up, I was expecting you to have already skipped town” Vic would begin.
Sarina had a sly smile showing.
“I almost did, Considering I’m meant to be a villain and all, But I was curious what you had to say.” The trio began to through the park.
“Curiosity killed the cat”“Why did you bring him again?” She pointed at Wally.
“Look we are not here to reignite hostilities” Cyborg momentarily raised his hands, before casually placing them down.
“I will be real with you, there are those out there that would like nothing more than to put you in that super powered prison in Queens. But after your actions the other day, I managed to persuade them to give me a chance to offer you a choice, and it will be completely up to you.” Sarina listened as Cyborg finished his sales pitch. It was true, she probably deserved to get locked away in all honesty, but why would a titan of all people try to put their neck out on the line for someone like herself? She surely didn’t deserve it in her mind.
“I’m listening”“There are to choices you have, the first being, we can go our separate ways, you would a twenty-four hour reprieve, you can carry doing what you always have done, the other option will be forever closed and if you get captured you’ll be taken to Queens.” Cyborg paused for a moment allowing it to sink in.
“The second option is to come joins us at Titans academy, especially after your recent actions.” Sarina raised an eyebrow and stopped walking.
“Is that really a choice? You’re basically telling to take my chances and possibly go to prison, or go to school” “It is not a school; it is an academy.” Wally pitched in.
“Your actions have opened up a rare opportunity, you could literally turn your life around, not always be the bad guy anymore, sure not all may forgive you, but you have a chance to use your powers for good, you could be a super hero.” Sarina stifled a laugh.
“Me a superhero? Sorry, but in what screwed up world would that ever be allowed to happen?”“This one” Cyborg pipped in.
“You have no idea just how much of an opportunity you got yourself into, honestly what have you got to lose in trying?” To be fair, he had a point, what did she have to lose? At this point she had more enemies than she did allies, what is the worst that could happen?
