To put this simply my devices were smashed. I had a big thing with my family and it's why I've been gone for so long so I apologize to the people I was writing with.

Resting an elbow upon the dusty windowsill the bards sharp steely blue eyes gazed out the dirty glass towards the flying machine the strange toadmen began to make quite the fuss about. Gabriel had propped his hand neath' the nape of his neck and on his chin, listening to Zav his gaze flicked to her.

"You're an odd one Zav, but your hearts in the right place...Every rhyme has a reason, an' my tale ain't a pleasant one." the half-elf spoke vaguely with a distant look upon his expression staring into the faint reflection in the window "But I ain't one to launch into long-winded tales like an old tottering man, I just...I've just got scars, on my mind and body the kind no magic can heal." the hand on his chin traced the outline of the scar that marred the side of his face.

"We all come from different walks of life, and aye fate seems to have bound our tales together, now I dunno if it's as philosophical as you makes it sound but I can agree that we all have to face the ugliness to see the truth." gingerly he gave Zavakri a light pat on the shoulder before he turned from the windowsill.

"'Accidents' like that only remind me of a life I drink to forget, but maybe I've been living in the past too long." Gabriel smiled, and though he didn't say it he clearly seemed thankful to have the present company, maybe adventuring was his purpose now instead of living by the pay of contracts on the road for a meager living to run away from the past.

Maybe he deserved to remember his promise to lead a better life, maybe he could be a better man or maybe he was getting a bit ahead of himself "Thanks for putting things into perspective."
@XxFellsingxX the fact I completely missed seeing this 6 days ago smh
@Guardian Angel Haruki@Fading Memory I appreciate that, I understand though.

It's Early Afternoon right now. On the back of Daisy, Clive could probably make it there and back by Evening haha. That girl is the fastest horse in Mytheria and I believe Clive's an exceptional rider.

I second this πŸ‘
@Tally Dor yeah but I have to do some refining to the idea.
After the next post I'll get to writing again I'm really sorry for being such a slack off
@Guardian Angel Haruki you can get the post up I'm sorry I've been missing things just been rather busy with things this week.
Kay, so in all honesty we are in absolutely no shape to fight we should get that out of the way, some of us are more injured then others. So the options regarding any kind of chance we proceed and fight or sneak I am against I want to offer something however, Clive could ride to Cherrad to request reinforcement.

Daisy is faster than any horse, and it could be the best bet to getting help. So I vote for option 5 but offer an alternate, possibly turn around make camp while some of us go to get reinforcements

Trudging through the vast, arid expanse that stretched out before him Osvald's journey was not going as planned. Sweat trickled down his forehead, soaking his clothes and making every step a battle against fatigue.

The scholar's chest stung from the heat and glistened with drops of sweat as he crested a dune, Osvald squinted against the relentless glare of the sun it's light and heat bearing down on him.

With the inner part of his forearm the scholar wiped his brow, breathing heavily he thought to himself fatalistically β€˜I wonder if the heat is beginning to play tricks with my mind.’ pushing the rim of his thin spectacles up the bridge of his nose, Osvald descended the side of the dune catching a glimmer of a far off light shimmering like a mirage in the distance.

’Hm, the light is no illusion.’ the scholar's determined stride forward through the sand and loose rocks picked up, Osvald's worn leather boots sinking into the sand with each step.

β€œOh…Good.” uttered the exhausted scholar.

The light indeed hadn't been a trick of the eye, but the light shining on the towns sheer sandstone walls carved out of the rock, Osvald heaving a great sigh of relief tired stumbled his way past the large open entrance after he sauntered past the couple guards, met by the lively sound of a busy bazaar filled with the sound of hawkers selling foodstuffs, tactiles and the like.

Gerudo and others alike - of all shapes and sizes, gave the disheveled looking traveler erelong glances of mixed degrees from suspicion to disgust at the man looking much like a vagabond with his clothing ragged and dirty. Osvald cared little of how others perceived him so long as it was of no importance or consequence.

’Now to find the others, it…Shouldn't be that difficult.’ considering that half of the Seeker's were not even remotely human nor very quiet Osvald considered finding them to not prove too difficult though where to start he knew not.
