Antoinette sat there a moment, smiling at the little girl she created as she stared up at Dean with wide eyes and a brilliant smile. She truly seemed to love her big brother. Slowly the girl faded away, much like the last scene of a movie would. With her gone, Antoinette looked back at Dean who went over to say his goodbyes to Carolina personally before he truly did leave. The painter sighed and leaned back onto Carolina’s bed. While she had created the illusion, Beast had hooked Carolina and Allison up for the transfusion and it was well under way. The yelling in the room escalated but then diminished just as quickly and Antoinette was thankful for the previous distraction.
People were now filling out of the room so Antoinette turned around and looked at Carolina. She also spotted Bethany who kept looking at them every few seconds before she finally apologized but Carolina didn’t want to hear it it seemed. Now Antoinette wasn’t the vindictive type but it had been a long day for all of them. She simply nodded at Bethany before she looked at Carolina when she took her hand and squeezed it.
”Of course,” she said when Carolina mentioned getting some sleep. ”I will come check on you in the morning.” She too, kissed Carolina’s forehead before she left her friend and followed the steady stream of people leaving.
She paused beside Lance and his father, watching the former for a moment. She had no right really to say anything or intrude but well, she was going to.
”Dr. Banner? Thank you for coming as quickly as you did. I’m sure there will be consequences,” she said, glancing at the discarded blood transfusion tools. ”But we are all pretty good at problem solving here.” She smiled softly at Lance before she scampered from the room, following the people so she wouldn’t get lost. Again.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: Entrance Hall -- Wizard Tower

Cuyler’s attention and emotion momentarily shifted as Thia came in and leaned heavily against him. He sighed happily and knelt down to scratch the top of Thia’s large head, bigger than her form as a Norwegian Elkhound and more lethal. He kissed the top of her head as well and breathed in his friend’s scent. She provided him with a comfort no one else ever seemed to be able to, including Arya.
Thia’s ears and nose twitched as noise and strange smells filtered in from the the Great Hall. She couldn’t quite gage what was going on in there but it was something big but Thia didn’t move from Cuyler’s side. She wasn’t normally this loving though in her wolf form but something warranted the need for it. Shifting, after getting a kiss from Cuyler, Thia looked at the older woman he was with. She was kin Thia knew, having met her several times already. Still, Thia did not go to this woman to be greeted by her as well. She simply stayed with Cuyler.
Cuyler smiled and ruffled Thia's head once more before he looked at Klara once she responded. He beamed at his mother but his excitement and pride was short lived.
”Mother, you do not look well,” he spoke boldly. He stood up, ready to try and get her to sit or find some water for her. Something dawned on Cuyler though as he looked for a chair. A conversation they had only a few short days prior.
”You're feeling unwell because of what happened between Arya and I aren't you?” Even more guilt settled onto the former Northern Traders shoulders.

Amarantha

Location: Great Hall -- Wizards Tower ---> The streets of the Castle
Skills:

Amarantha smirked when Fleur got two very stern threats on the safety of the child who was yet to be born. The witch would have to be brain dead to try something in a room full of gods, who were all watching with a keen eye to this birth of a future family member. It was with that knowledge that Amarantha made her decision and slipped out of the crowd watching the birth. If Fleur tried something, she wouldn’t make it out of this place alive and that was all the assurance she needed in order to leave Wizard Tower. Amarantha needed to regroup. The ExtraOrdinary Wizard was presumed dead, the Witch Messiah was back in action and she just so happened to have saved all Magykal kind at the moment. There would be a reckoning, of which magnitude, Amarantha didn’t know but she needed to be prepared, along with all of her people and the royals she swore to protect. How much easier her task would have been if Puck still led her but all the more deadly for her. Sometimes it aggravated the former Deputy Hunter how much she had changed in her sort time as Commander.
She made her way through the Castle streets, plans forming her head of training sessions needed to be planned and messages needing to be sent. Magyk needed to be reinforced here and they needed allies. As she reached the Palace, a young woman thought she could waltz past the guards and head inside. Bold little thing wasn't she? Amarantha moved into the woman’s pathway though and looked down at her.
Amarantha’s sword dangled at her side, having been simply slid between her belt and the fabric of her formal tunic as she didn’t have a strap of leather proper for the sword. Amarantha’s daggers remained tucked and hidden beneath her clothes and she looked at the new woman’s face with a smirk.
”And you are?”

Ahote Proudstar

Location: Outside Wizard Tower
Skills: Aura Sensing

From the first floor, Wizard Tower was just as grand as the top floors. Perhaps with more efficiency to move around but it was still something to admire all the same and for someone who didn’t grow up around such elaborate buildings, it really was a marvel. Ahote walked inside, looking completely heathly and not at all like he had just been thrown from the top floor of the tower. He walked across the Floor, not knowing any different as it lay dormant under his feet.
A few people remained in the entrance hall, several moving through the doors into another room but of the two people that remained, Ahote gazed at. A shift though at one figure’s legs caught Ahote’s attention first. The wolf from earlier. Ahote smiled and gave the wolf a grateful bow of his head. It seemed the wolf did have a companion that she was looking for and they had now found each other. Ahote looked back at the man. He was young, even younger than Ahote but this man seemed troubled and on edge. A blue aura, ever shifting in colour and size moved around him. Much like the waves of a very stormy sea. The colour told Ahote that this man was experiencing a sense of turmoil and change. That he was on the edge of a decision that will change his life. Whether for the better or not was yet to be determined. Still walking, although his pace had slowed, Ahote looked to the woman next. She was clearly older than the man before her and judging by her aura, she was older than a lot of the people in this tower, even if all their ages were combined. She looked worn, pale and tired. Absentmindedly, Ahote looked around for a chair but he didn’t think the woman would accept the offer to sit even if it was upon a golden throne. He looked back at the pair of them as he passed, seeing further into the woman’s aura of love and hatred. It seemed to tell him that she had seen her fair share of both. A never ending war of people battling each and this woman was somehow caught in the middle of it all. Every time.
Ahote didn’t linger in the entrance hall for there was also a tension in the air within this room. He pushed further, leaving the pair to continue their discussion in private. He hurried into the other room upon hearing a very loud cry and came upon a rather glorious scene. However, Ahote didn’t want to be here either. It seemed a birth was occuring. He scanned the people’s faces within this room, looking for Arnora for Grims was still outside. He didn’t find her though but he did recognize Runa and cleared his throat.
”Sorry to disturb but the female companion I was with upstairs, do you know where she has gone to?”

Carolina was still expressing deep concern for injuring Antoinette and she sighed a little bit, stroking her friend’s forehead once. It was not Carolina’s fault by any means. It wasn’t even Bethany’s not truly.
”I’m made of tougher things. A broken nose will not stop me,” Antoinette said. Allison and others walked into the operating theater and addressed the crowd. It turns out someone by the name of Mesmero had behind the Mansion’s fight club. Antoinette looked at Carolina and squeezed her hand, hoping she would see now that Antoinette in no way blamed her or felt ill against her.
There was an increase of loud voices, despite Carolina’s urging that they all keep it down. Lance it seemed was not very happy that his father was here and offering aid. There was much Antoinette did not know of their relationship. For instance, she didn’t quite understand why someone, even with Bruce Banner’s blood, would speak so ill of them for saving his life. Of course, that was none of Antoinette’s business and everyone was entitled to react the way they wished. What Antoinette would give to see her father right now…
Dean spoke up again, conjuring an image to mind of what made him happy. Turns out Dean had a younger sibling he was rather close to. Antoinette focused on him and his few descriptive words. She vaguely remembered him telling a few stories of his sister as well and built off of that as well. She released Carolina’s hand and focused on a blank spot in front of them and brought Dean’s sister to mind. Of course with a picture it would have been much simpler but by some precious miracle, Antoinette was able to bring forth a perfect illusion of Dean’s little sister. Stupid little smile and all.
Dean would be able see his sister and hear her perfectly if she chose to speak. Of course he would not be able to physically touch her though. Still, Antoinette was pleased she could do something for Dean, even if it was this little. She hadn’t got to practice with her illusions much lately and it was a nice change of pace. Her right eye, the purple one, glowed brightly as she casted her illusion.

Feeling rather refreshed with a bounce in his step, Ezekiel walked up behind Leda with Kristen sortly behind him. He listened to the rundown on the chariots and grinned, looking at the Pegasus who would pull them where they needed to get to. He tossed his bag into of the chariots, claiming it as his own and stepped up inside. He looked at his companions and Marygold who finally came strolling up the way. Honestly, urgency was not a thing with her was it? Still, they were present and accounted for now.
”So four kids to get with who knows how many monsters. I figure we each take one kid each, make our target once we have eyes on them and go from there. Of course dispatching of the monsters first is ideal but the kids are priority I would say.”
Being a leader wasn’t exactly Ezekiel’s wheelhouse but he had something to prove and there were multiple people looking to him and watching him.

Antoinette smiled at Carolina and squeezed her hand back when she took hold of it. She was glad for the slight contact. Proof that Carolina was well and would be okay. All she needed was a day or two of recovery but Antoinette knew her friend and Carolina most likely wouldn’t be satisfied sitting around ‘resting’. She was already seeming to have a hard time with the attention and being told to rest. At the mention of Antoinette’s nose, she gave it a little twitch and tears pricked her eyes. If she hadn’t started to bruise under her eyes already, Antoinette was sure it would happen shortly.
”Much better then your head,” she assured her friend. Carolina rolled away shortly after and Antoinette made quick work of pulling Carolina’s hair back.
Beast was back, concern on needing a proper blood donor still and Dean looking not much better after Carolina’s assurance and Beast’s assurance that she would be fine. Antoinette smiled a little, noting his distress and thought for a moment of what she may be able to do. Everyone was a little on edge still, concern for the other in the room over themselves.
”What makes you happy Dean? Or laugh.” She had an idea, she only hoped her illusion casting would cooperate with her.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: Entrance Hall -- Wizard Tower

Cuyler watched as his cousins disappeared in clumps, thanks to the aid of Thalia. It seemed as things were coming to an end here, there was a certain air of finality to this place and Cuyler was confused by it. He only ever felt this way about getting ready to leave port or after a death. Sure there had been a death or two today but none that were of significance to Cuyler. It was a bizarre feeling.
He looked back at his mother, waiting for her answer. Cuyler didn’t miss the exchange between Klara and Runa before his mother answered him. Cuyler had no reason not to believe his mother and so he did; even though he was still worried about her pale complexion. He let out a little relieved breath and relaxed his stance slightly. It was still strange that Arya had not been here, had not shown up at all but nothing about this day had been normal. Strange seemed to be the thing as of late. The last of his cousins disappeared, including a woman he had never seen before. Cuyler remained though, despite Runa wanting all children of Asgard to go. Wasn’t he one?
”Can I go as well?” He looked to Klara and Runa for permission.
There was definitely a finality about this day. An ending to something Cuyler thought he never would have had to begin with. He needed a change, wanted it, had told Arya as much.

Amarantha

Location: Great Hall -- Wizards Tower
Skills:

The advancement of Myth’s labour was moving along rapidly. Lucky girl. Amarantha had been present to many mothers during their first birth and then had not gone as quickly. Sometimes the mother’s made it through those lengthy births, other times they were not so lucky.
Her sharp eyes tracked Fleur’s movements as she walked over to Antonije and laid hands on him. The man dropped a minute later without so much of a warning and with no rise and fall of his chest. There wasn’t much time to react for Fleur laid hands on him again, bringing breath back to his body. Amarantha frowed and stared at Fleur in confusion and disbelief as she turned back to the labouring woman. This was not the same woman Amarantha had stood against months prior. There was a strength and unbidden power to her now. Amarantha didn’t know what to make of any of it but that would come later. The Queen, it seemed, had finally shifted her attitude and agreed it was time they left, however she left in not the way Amarantha would have liked. All three of the royals disappeared without any of their guards and the commander grumbled unhappily. She pointed her sword at Titan and Lennox and then the door.
”Leave, take some of the other guard with you. And tell the children to head back as well. They’ve had enough excitement for one day.” she said. The men didn’t hesitate to take her command and hurried out of Wizard Tower with a dozen or so guards.
Amarantha looked back at the miracle happening on the floor of the Tower. She would remain while the birth took place, keeping an eye on Fleur and anything else that may or may not happening.
As it was more people started disappearing from the space around her but no one seemed too alarmed by it. In fact, it was like it was a daily occurrence here.

Ahote Proudstar

Location: Outside Wizard Tower
Skills: Enhanced Human Condition -- Healing

Ahote was still coherent so he heard Grims speak and Rainbrook lash out at the man while he lay on the ground. Rainbrook clearly had an attachment to the ExtraOrdinary Wizard and Ahote felt bad for the boy but there was nothing Ahote could do. This land was foreign to him and he was a little under the weather.
Thia watched Rainbrook and Zekerra walk past them and towards the Tower. She looked at Ahote before she left him and followed the other two quickly into the Tower. She made a beeline straight for Cuyler and leaned heavily into him.
Ahote meanwhile was starting to get his groove back. It seemed his enhanced healing was back at it and removed the blood clot completely. Energized, Ahote stood back up and continued to make his way into the Tower, as was his original plan.

Antoinette stayed by Carolina’s side, stroking her hair soothingly even when Bruce Banner started arguing with Beast. Her eyes watched their movements and scanned Lance. He didn’t look like they had time for their argument but it still happened. Despite it all, Antoinette was curious to see how Lance would react with the direct blood transfusion from his father. She wasn’t into science as much as Lance or a genius like Guin but she could appreciate curiosity and the desire to learn more.
Dean called out to her in the middle of Antoinette’s daydreaming and she looked over at him, eyes glazed for a minute before they focused on the boy. The Irish native looked back at her friend and smiled a little bit.
”I think she will be, she’s still awake. Bethany threw her around quite brilliantly actually.” She spoke softly while looking at Carolina.
”How did you fair, Dean?” she asked looking back at him. ”Were you controlled or left to endure?”

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: Great Hall -- Wizard Tower

The Floor’s messaged faded away and although the feeling of the Tower was changed, not as welcoming and friendly as it had seemed earlier, Cuyler took no notice. He was far more fixated on his old friend and the fact that she had just gone into labour. Not to mention she just personally introduced him to Bruce, her future husband. How many times had they ran around their village, playing the Myth of Four and defended Midgard before they settled around the fire for their nighttime meal and storytelling?
”Um, should you sit down or lay down? Can you move? Um….” Cuyler looked around, unsure of what he was doing when Bruce’s father came over. Cuyler relaxed, well as much as one could in the presence of a god. He stepped back, giving ample room and turned his attention to the sudden appearance of a new person.
He knew this one though, Fleur, the Witch Messiah. She started speaking of the Sickenesse being eradicated and Chthon being almost out the door as well. Witchcraft had gotten ridden of the Sickenesse. What was being destroyed was what was needed to dispel of the evil. Arya it turns out, had been right.
Arya.
Cuyler finally looked up and around the room. She still wasn’t here. Was she upstairs still? Surely not… She would know of all the destruction going on in her own home, surely. He stepped off the altar, completely ignoring the others in the room and the fact that there was about to be another stand-off and he made his way into the entrance hall where his mother and the others now were, along with a few newcomers.
”Mother, have you seen Arya?”

Amarantha

Location: Great Hall -- Wizards Tower
Skills:

The stillness of the Tower settled over Amarantha like an old friend. She was no stranger to death. No, none of these people were but she had seen and done things far more than any of these people she protected had. The somber feeling of the Tower however was subsided for the breaking of the bride-to-be’s water. Amarantha twirled her sword a bit impatient but that was short-lived as well. Fleur, the Witch Mother, now Witch Messiah, appeared in front of them all, preaching that she had taken away the Sickenesse from the Castle and that Chthon remained inside someone here and that someone, was one of Amarantha’s recent ally’s. Wonderful.
Amarantha took a step forward and over, effectively blocking the royals behind her and the two guards who added further protection. Myrus commented on wanting to leave now along with Luna. Perhaps now they would listen to her the first time until waiting until it got worse. Fleur’s determination was something to not be outmatched though and Amarantha found herself believing her. Still, she had a job to perform.
”Titan, Lennox, take Luna and Myrus home now,” she said. Her eyes remained focused on the Witch Messiah though while she stood bold and proud in the Tower of the late ExtraOrdinary Wizard. How long would it be until she found out? Amamrantha didn’t estimate long and once Fleur knew, what would become of this place?
Amarantha twirled her sword around again, the epitome of calm but her energy was agitated and full of lethal rage.

Ahote Proudstar

Location: Outside Wizard Tower

Ahote was looking back at the Tower so he saw the shift with the purple haze, it dampened and he felt it within his very bones. That could not bode well. He looked back to Grimspound. His friend would be well enough and now that Ahote was better, he wanted to return to the Tower and see what had become of everyone else. He looked at the young man when he questioned the health of the young ExtraOrdinary Wizard.
”Chthon “Vanished” her, whatever that may mean to you.” That was all the information Ahote could provide to these people. With that, he started walking back to the entrance to the Tower. He had a shadow however and looked behind him to see the wolf following him at a slow prowl but her eyes were intent on the doors ahead of her. Clearly there was someone in there that she wanted to see.
Ahote wouldn’t make it to the door though. There was an intense pressure build up behind his eyes, followed with a bout of dizziness and then narrowing of his vision. Something was clearly wrong with the healing process he had undergone in a quick time frame. He slowly went to the ground and laid himself down, looking up at the dark sky. What next?
Thia stopped her purposeful stride towards the Tower and looked back at Ahote. She went over and sniffed him over before she sat down and looked back at Rowland and Zekerra. Clearly something was wrong.
Ezekiel Kel

Location:Dining Pavilion ---> Apollo Cabin -- Camp Half-Blood

With their assignment given and travel plans arranged, Ezekiel clapped his hands together and gathered his remaining food, tossing it into the brazier after Kristen did. On his way out he grabbed a orange and peeled it as he walked back to the cabin. He hummed to himself as he walked, the only time he could actually remain in key. Ezekiel had a horrid singing voice and only saved it for special occasions of needing to piss someone off. Sometimes you needed to get a person going in order for it to be a challenge. In order to push them to be better.
Ezekiel stepped into his cabin and started gathering some things into his already ready bag. He had a go-bag so to speak, for those last minute missions or it’s time to bail because camp is under attack...again. It payed to be prepared. Ezekiel was rearing and ready to go within ten minutes. They did have an hour to get themselves ready though so he decided a quick shower would be beneficial. A full stomach and sparkling skin was step one to a sunny disposition.

Antoinette looked back at Lance while Beast spoke. It bothered her that she would not be able to help him this time. Antoinette felt fine, she didn’t feel the head injury like her friend Carolina would be. No Antoinette felt normal but she knew better than to question Beast. So she would wait for this mysterious blood donor who was called to show.
Lance began to stir a bit as Carolina was brought into the Operating theater. Antoinette remained focused on Lance though and his few words. His eyes fluttered shut shortly after speaking though and she wasn’t sure he was awake still. No matter, she still slipped a delicate hand into his and watched his eyes and chest fall with his staggered breathing.
”Well, do you remember when Wonder Woman was controlled? Well really, they all have in those comics at least once haven’t they? That’s what has seemed to have happened in the mansion. Makes you wonder why such a powerful thing as the mind can be so easily controlled…” Antoinette started to ramble and trail off as she listed off various traits the mind will do in order to protect itself but how completely vulnerable it was.
Absentmindedly her fingers stroked Lance’s until there was a fairly large disturbance. Antoinette looked behind her and saw Bruce Banner, looking a little green, hurry in and spot Lance. She immediately released Lance and went to her other friend’s side. She looked at Carolina and smiled.
”Just let him help Lina.” Antoinette stroked her friend’s hair despite the blood. Despite it all, Antoinette had a smile on her face. She was altogether relieved that her friend was safe and was going to be okay.
