Ed nodded when Mira accepted his offer for help. He plucked a hair from her shoulder and cast the spell. Iris rolled during that time it took him to cast the spell. He didn't get why she seemed to think it had something to do with herpes, and he almost lost concentration to laugh. Thankfully he was able to finish the spell and he could feel the healing snap around Mira. He nodded at her. "You should be better now."

Mist appeared from the game board. Ed frowned he wasn't certain what was coming but he sided a bit with Guin. It made sense. But a person was not what he was expecting. And she started to attack. He didn't know who she was and even with Guin giving information about her didn't illuminate it anything for him. He had no idea who Klara was, Thor sure, but he hadn't known Thor had a kid. Beth wrapped the woman in shadows and Klara struggled against it enough that it concerned him.

The skill he had started to build when dealing with the spiders came to mind. He could contain Klara in a bubble. He reached into his pocket and touched the tiny shield there and the translucent orange shield appeared around her. He turned to Guin, "She is under a mental spell. That is not where my magic strengths are. I can continue to contain her." His voice was low as he spoke. It carried the disapproval he had for 'reading minds', but he was doing his best to not start a fight with Guin by not outright saying it.

"Oh I'm not saying it is horrible. But there are so many cobwebs that new ones can't be made. The critters gotta have a fresh area to build in." Bugs, and even spiders, had never bothered Rose. They were part of nature, an important part. She even didn't mind a few in her home. The only ones she'd get rid of (and usually by getting into a Tupperware or something and putting outside) were poisonous spiders. She didn't want those biting her.

Rose watched Layla act like a cat and knock a skull of the table. She smiled. Then Sierra got her attention. Sierra was talking about Rose's mom. That got her attention quickly. She stepped over and took the book from Sierra. Rose looked and found her mom's name. Next to it listed that she was in prison. And that her execution was scheduled for next week. Her blood ran cold, as if someone dumped a bucket of ice water on her. She stood up straight.

"Merlin, how accurate is this book? Like is it magically updated? Or did you write this over a month ago?" The last part of her question rose and anger was seeping into it. If Merlin had lied - If he had knowingly brought her here telling her that her mother was alive and waiting for her but she had been executed a month ago and there was nothing for Rose to do to help. She didn't know what she would do, but it would not be kind. She would have rather never known about this place if that were the case.

"Yeah I see it." There was a bit of reverence in his voice. Colby had always been interested in magic. He had learned sleight of hand originally because of that love and interest. It was even the reason he had met Matthew originally. They both shopped at the same magic shop.

Colby caught the tone in Rose's voice. She was angry. Whatever was in that book had pissed her off. He stepped behind her and looked over her shoulder at the book. It was a list of names, all their parents. His eyes darted through the list looking for his own father, and Matthew's father's name. Both were listed as in Agraba.

"Our fathers are in Agraba." He said quietly, making room for Rose. There was something about her anger that worried him. She was no cat. He decided he didn't like her, which wasn't hard he didn't like most people.

Niah took Mads offered a hand to get out of the makeshift flight-craft. With both her feet on solid ground again Niah felt better. She did a couple of toe touches and reached up stretching for the sky. "Next time is should be lawn chairs or something." She joked. Her stomach grumbled. Nancy's offer of the abandoned food was fine with Niah. She grabbed a forgotten basket of fries. She didn't dare try for the chicken, not certain how long it had been sitting unattended.

"I wonder what the mortals are seeing the dragon as? The mist has got to be working overtime to keep them in the dark about it, but they still fled for safety." Her little bit of experimenting with the mist had taught her the basics, but she didn't know if there was a way to see what the mortals were seeing. Whatever it was it must have been terrifying. She considered the possibilities and all she could think of was some giant bird. Humans didn't have a lot of natural predators, not to mention flying ones. Maybe everyone thought pterodactyls had come back from extinction.

Niah munched on her food and assessed what they would need to do. She'd probably have to put on the armor, or use it in another creative way to get them up into the air. She might stand an actual chance against a dragon as a small flying thing. Like an obnoxious fly. If Mads and Nancy created a distraction maybe she could just get the gem and they could get out of there without any fighting.

"I certainly have no plans to bug the kid of the end of the world." Dalisy shrugged and picked at her food. She was upset and it had nothing to do with the meal...or the prophecy. At least not in the way anyone around her would have assumed. She was worried about her sister. If there was a hope of stopping Ragnorok Dalisy was all for trying. She only wanted to protect her sister. She couldn't give a damn about the rest of the world.

"What do you mean by soft Beth?" She asked. Sort of changing the subject. Dalisy, of course, didn't know Beth and Runa had met earlier, and that it had been a rough introduction. "Also I think they just expect you to suffer for honor or something." Dalisy shrugged and took a deep drink. Her leg was shaking under the table as she tried to think of ways to help her sister. End of the world = dead sister. And Dead Sister was not desired.

Tessa and Gordon came up out of the pipe and joined the group on the catwalk. She had given Gordon a bit of a brief of what had been happening in the water processing room. Y92-6 looked upset from the first glance. Tessa had a feeling that Vinnie wasn't being compliant with Y92-6's wishes. She agreed though. Y92-6 was more valuable to them alive where they could answer questions.

"I don't know. They don't tell me their plans. They certainly haven't gone around telling me why they've enslaved a bunch of people into robot bodies." Y92-6 sounded frustrated. Tessa could make a few guesses as to why. Her first guess was that Y92-6 was already a slave and here Vinnie was saying they weren't going to let Y92-6 go.

"I can't help you. I don't think you understand that. Not I don't want to help you. I'd love to. If I could help you and everyone else imprisoned on this ship I would do anything. But I cannot. Where we stand is one of the few rooms I'm permitted. I've only have minutes more before my absence is noticed and checked. Killing me is the best way to keep it from being noticed. Get out of sight, back to the rooms. Then give it an hour and you can come back and exit out through the main door there." They pointed off behind a tank. "You can't access everything on the ship from there, but you'll be able to get to most places."

Tessa was about to say something, but Noah pushed off from the railing and hit Y92-6. Tessa reached out on instinct but she was too slow. Both Noah and Y92-6 were tumbling over the railing. It felt like it was in slow motion as her fingers brushed the cloth of Noah's shirt. Part of Tessa hoped that Noah had done it on accident. The other part of her knew he hadn't. Noah had had a strange sadness since his memory had returned. He also had sympathized with Y92-6 more than anyone else.

Y92-6 didn't fight it, they let themselves tumble over the railing. Neither screamed. They just both fell the hundreds of feet to the hard floor below. Surviving would be unlikely.

Sector Two Group Containment - Atrium

Sparky, having left the Galley, was followed by no one. For her sake that was probably a good thing. She missed the man with the knife slitting the throat of the robot. A fight was breaking out. Some of the noises could be heard through the echoing hallway that connected the three areas of the ship. Considering that it might not be a good idea for her to go back. At least not until things calmed down. However, the noise might cover up the sound of someone particularly strong trying to kick the grate in.

Ed wasn't certain how to react to Pietro picking him up and zipping him from one place to another. He had been planning to make a few more of his squishing shields. There was definitely something that could be said for having real-life danger to be a teacher. He had spent most of his life training for such a situation.

"Thanks Pietro." He nodded at him. "It is Mira and Iris' turn." He turned to face Mira, "You've seemed to have thrown out your voice. Would you like me to see if my healing can do anything for that?" He offered. Ed liked to make sure everyone involved in his magic was a willing participant. Of course, there were exceptions such as murderous spiders. Ed also had a nagging worry.

He had so far been unable to heal his leg. He could explain away not being able to heal Lance because of his DNA being different enough. That would be something he'd have to learn how to work with. Healing himself should have been a lot easier and now he had tried twice with nothing to show for it. And Mira without her voice was not good, her voice was her weapon.

Andy had been lost in her thoughts when the door opened and a guy came in. "Sorry I didn't know this was your room. I just picked it at random." Then words stopped. He said that this was Cayden's room too. She knew that name. It was the name of the guy who had been shot and died. They hadn't been able to help him. "Oh, this was his room." She frowned. "You haven't been told yet have you?" She really didn't want to be the one to tell him that his roommate had died. Andy didn't catch that she used the past tense.

"I don't know how to tell you, so it might be better to ask Veil. I'm sorry for bothering your room. I can leave." She stood up and straightened her clothing. "You should take care of the sick and injured. That one girl with the rainbows was shot and stuff." Andy tried to say helpfully. The guy seemed like he was the doctor or something. Andy shifted from one foot to the other. She couldn't get out of the room with the guy, James, there

Niah could hear that Oliver had a fight down a floor or two, and Cass was then telling someone to step away from the body. She tensed up. Was Oliver dead? She wanted to head down there and find out what was going on, but there was a whole lot going on their floor still. Cass could handle herself. But she looked at Matt, "Something wrong is going on downstairs. I think Oliver is down." She did not expect what Matt did next.

Matt bolted down the hall. The Younger was heading for the Quinjet and they could not allow that to fall into his hands. Niah was saying something to him, but his focus was on the Skrull. He knew Cass had survived her suicidal leap after Bonnie. Matt tripped. Maybe there was a section of flooring that was off, he couldn't say. Especially since he was now flipping over the railing and following the same trajectory as Cass and Bonnie. He cursed.

Niah realized that Matt and Agent Asokho were trying to stop one of the Skrulls. He was heading the direction of the Quinjet. That made sense, but why had Matt jumped over the railing? She raised her ICER and took two shots. The first missed. The second found its target and the Skrull fell to the ground. She sighed a little relieved. Niah had gotten used to shooting multiple shots because it seemed her first one or two never hit.

Matt reached out, his fingertips brushed the wall, and then he saw the railing of a landing. Thankfully he had good enough reflexes. It hurt with the change in velocity but he wasn't hitting the ground floor with a splat at least. He winced and tried to pull himself up but his shoulders weren't in the right position for it. He looked down, he could drop and possibly land without hurting himself. He was up a floor from the ground floor.

"Uh, okay I'll give it a try." Andy looked at Rebecca nervously when she asked her to guide the gryphon to the cargo hold. It did seem the gryphon liked her. "I definitely am wondering the same thing." She said looking at Jason. He seemed a bit easier to understand the more she spent time around him. She still had a dislike for him since he had been mean to her brother.

She looked between Arthur and Rebecca wondering what Rebecca meant by the sunset and sunrise thing. Did that mean Arthur would live a long time? Was she predicting the future? She wanted to ask more questions. "Can you see the future?" She asked Rebecca. But Arthur snapped. He was mad. Andy didn't blame him. "Stay here." She said to Arthur. She didn't want him to follow the gryphon and upset it.

Andy gently guided the gryphon down into the hold. It followed her with no issues. She was a little stunned by that. Why her? Rebecca seemed like the type of person who the gryphon would want to follow over her. Down in the hold, she tried to help it settle down in the stable that was there.

"I don't know how to, sorry. I mean I think I drove a car maybe five times, but I came here pretty young and couldn't drive legally yet." She turned to Waverly, the girl had come to camp fairly late she might know. Emily knew Marco didn't either. She supposed he was hoping someone else in the group knew. "Waves do you know how?"

"I've got the armor if all else fails, but I'd rather keep both feet on the ground." Niah said. She wasn't afraid of heights, but she didn't revel in them. Niah also wasn't keen on giving the armor a test with an additional three people compared to last time.

Emily smiled. She had no fear of heights and could be a bit reckless, or adventurous just depended on who you asked and was intrigued at the idea of flying armor. She glanced over the armor that Niah was wearing. She had seen it before, but that was because it was the armor that Niah was known for, and had worn it into several of the mock battles. That being said Emily didn't remember Niah using the armor to fly, well maybe make big jumps. But from the implication Naih's armor could give sustained flight.

"I don't have a cell phone though. I don't know if Emily can get one with her laptop." Niah said. She didn't know if any of them had a cell phone. Though Niah would have put money that neither Nancy nor Mads had one. She'd believe if Marco, Emily, or Waves did though. "Do any of you have a cell phone?" Niah felt a bit better that she at least knew it required cell phones to get an uber.

"I don't" Emily said plainly. "And we'd need wifi for my laptop to order anything. Camp has some wifi, but outside the camp there isn't any. At least not for a while. And getting an Uber to pick us up from camp...well I'm just gonna guess is a terrible idea.

Rose Buckner

Rose let out a small sigh of relief after the army had finished marching past and they could no longer hear them. She wasn't ready to have to fight, to battle for a land that she wasn't ready to call home. As familiar as it felt to her. She hadn't been here since she was seven. Rose returned the arrow to quiver. She smiled at Cass. Then moved back to the road with the group.

When they arrived at the tower Rose was a little impressed, but was sad at the disrepair it had fallen into. "It needs some TLC, but exciting a real wizard tower." She smiled at Merlin. Rose wondered if Morgan Le Fay was the same as she remembered from a book series she read once, or if there were differences.

Her shoulders relaxed a little as they entered the tower. She looked around trying to see what all was behind the cob-webs. What magical secrets this place could hold. If asked a week ago Rose would have thought herself too old for such fantasies, but here she was. Giddy that she had found her door so to speak.

Colby's shoulders relaxed as the marching army passed them and the sound of them disappeared. He sighed. Then glanced at Matthew. Matthew had started chatting a bit with one of the girls and a part of Colby was jealous. But he was thankful that Matthew was talking to someone and getting to know the others. So he tried to let that jealousy slide.

Now that the army was passed he stepped onto the road. When they reached the fork in the road Colby looked both directions trying to assess which direction the army had gone. He didn't particularly want to go the same way they had. Thankfully they had gone the opposite direction of the way Merlin led them.

At the tower, Colby looked around trying to make sure he had a good idea of the layout of the tower. If there were marching armies they might have to defend it. He walked the outer perimeter of the room trying to assess it on his third pass around he noticed something strange a glowing. As he investigated it he realized it would be a massive magic shield around the whole clearing. There was also an entrance to a basement just inside the tower. He poked his head and saw it led to a long tunnel.

Colby didn't want to wander off too much on his own and he didn't know what Merlin had planned so he didn't go down the tunnel. He just stood near the entrance of it. He had a theory that it led to Camelot proper underground. It was a secret passage, which was just straight up cool.
