• Name: Mako Kurogami
• Title: Weaver of Unshakeable Contracts
• Age: Unknown
• Division: Japan
• Class/Species: Devil Feeder
• Abilities: While the full-extent of her abilities is unknown to none but Mako and her Boss, the most common application of her power is to weave "unbreakable" contracts. While there's no supernatural compulsion to do so, any contract written by her, has to be fulfilled or the part that breaks it will have to pay the agreed price, which depending on the gravity contract in question may as well range from monetary loss, to an eternity of damnation and just about anything in between.
• Bio: Mako is known as for being a non-nonsense woman. As the secretary, or rather personal assistant, of the leader of the Japanese branch of the Agency, she tolerates no pointless foolery and screw ups. Most Hunters will eventually only know this side of her, as she's the person who they have to deal with to collect bounties and payments as well as handle most of the non-trivial paperwork. At the job, she's an absolute professional, no different from any other high-performing white collar worker. Those who get a little closer to her, especially direct coworkers, end up noticing other sides of her personality like her love for drinking and mystery novels. The few who are friends on a personal level might end up even picking up her taste in games, especially the high-difficulty kind.
• Inventory: Her most noteworthy possession is a pen which is supposedly the vessel of her contracted demon, Asmoday, the Lord of Shadows and Contracts.
• Other: N/A
"Of course that blood knight of a sister would wait for that," Haruka followed up on Tomoko's explanation.

"Anyway, you won't be helping us, right? After all, you are one of my sister's buddies, aren't you?" she said, looking at Nya with accusatory eyes. "Next thing we know, that bunny will be here as well to stir even more chaos," she followed up with an observation that would be significant only to the parties in the know.

"Geez! I'll let you deal with the...unwilling guests, I guess? If they are willing to help, it would be for the best. Though, I'm pretty sure the other one will not come back if we let her go. You're the boss here, so you decide what to do," Haruka said to Tomoko after her sister's howling cries almost shook the Silencia out of the sky. "Are you guys coming as well? It may be a little sad for me to say that but I can't quite bonk some reason on my sister's head on my own...I guess," she added, talking to Yeshua and Mako before leaving the infirmary.

A few moments later.

"I'm here already, you know? I'm pretty sure if I took longer you would begin to grab buildings and throw them at us, anyway," the now fully-fledged GMG Diva said in her ever so melodic voice as she appeared before her animalistic sibling with a glorious splash. "What's the big deal? I didn't know it was time for your bath, but if that's what you want, I will get you soaked to the bone. Just don't complain to me later, right sis?"

@Quasi Fine by me either. I suppose you know what to do, right?

You're fine. You can move her to the CS tab and post whenever you're able to.
"That's what I love about you, my dear," Victoire replied the wolf's sarcastic remark in a fitting tone as he begrudgingly departed to do her bidding. There was nothing more entertaining than seeing the contradictions between one's mouth and their actions. It was always enjoyable to wonder which one told the truth of a being's true desires.

"Just make sure you don't let them go anywhere near the library. We can't afford to lose anything else until the thief is found," the vampire said imperiously, her voice reaching her servant even after it had already departed. "If you need to, throw them on the cellar or something like that, I know you are creative enough."

Clair kicked the wolf sent flying back at her, smashing it against the ceiling on the way up and hitting it with her blade on the way down, before it crashed against the floor. Right as she did so, a new kind of beast came up to them. However, this one had more than thorny barks to offer.

"Woo~ Hi there, hottie~" Clair thought as she held back a whistle.

"Hey! You could at least let us steal something before accusing us of being thieves," the blonde said in an indignant voice, more outraged at some third party beating her to the punch than at the accusation itself. "I guess it's just like she said. We are here on an adventure, and adventurers help people. If you and your mistress want some helping hands on the case, we can offer your some, for the right compensation, of course."

"I guess you know how these things work, don't ya?"

"It certainly wouldn't be. After all, we Heroic Spirits exist for the sole purpose of protecting the future of Humanity. Having enemies of Humanity among our ranks makes no sense at all," Archer said in a dutiful voice.

"I agree with my Master, but since you seem to have a route in mind, I suppose it's no problem to go through this Japanese District before we make to the downtown," Archer said after they cleared their ideas on which course of action to take. On the way there, she took one or two curious glances at Reines' metallic attendant. However, her attention turned away from that as soon as they reached the Japanese District.

"I can't say this looks like the Japan I knew when I lived, but it certainly brings memories in an interesting way—" Archer reminiscence was cut short as soon as the other girl almost fainted. "Are you alright? Maybe we should find somewhere to rest," she asked as she approached Reines only to notice that the girl's blue eyes suddenly became as red as her own.

"You have no objection against this, right Master?" She asked as she looked up at the source of the zooming noise, to assure it wasn't any threat.

"What, did you like it?" Haruka replied to Setsuna's provocation in a matching tone. A faint trace of smugness could be seen in her face as she flashed her new outfit for all to see. "If you insist," she continued, "I think that Nya would be fine for a smug cat like you. As for Yeshua here, how about Fuuko? You can thank me for the names later once we—" Nevertheless, she was cut short a few moments later, by a certain telepath.

"Someone likes to feel special," Haruka commented snidely after the fact. "If that's your intention, I guess that you'll have plenty of chances to do that now," she added, following Tomoko's explanation of the imminent attack coming from no one other than Haruka's own flesh and blood.

"I should have expected she was up to something when she disappeared for days like that, after dumping a 'hostage' on our laps," Haruka said as she treated the situation with an uncommon degree of nonchalance. "Also, I don't think that's the case. Knowing my sister, she's likely going to cause as big of a ruckus as she's able to. MFF being involved or not," came a reply to Yeshua's question.

"Someone's thirstier than a fish in the desert," Haruka said after Utena spoke.

"Anyway, do you even know where my sister is, Tomoko? It would be better if we could go there now and stop her before the body count gets higher—I mean, anyone else gets hurt," she said as she got ready to leave at a moment's notice.

"Come to think of it, what happened to our other hostage?"

"Guess it's fight, then?" Clair said to none in particular as the others quickly moved to intercept the wolven interlopers. Or where they vegetables? It was like the chicken or the egg question at this point. And, just like that, the answer didn't matter much to the situation at hand.

It wasn't like she had much of a choice either, since a moment later Clair had to dodge a lunge. "Broccoli isn't my thing. I guess I'm gonna have to pass," she said as she kicked the wolf—sending it flying with surprising force on a collision course with Caprice—and using the force of the blow to launch herself into the air. In a single swift motion, she threw a handful of smoke bombs at a couple of wolves as she spun through the air and... "Ok, let's see how you like this. Starshot!" blasted them with a volley of magic missiles, using the power of her newly-acquired blade.

Little did any of them know that this was only going to be the first challenge of their ascent through the cursed castle. Deep within the halls bathed by in crimson moonlight, an ancient evil overlooked each of their steps with a disinterested gaze.

"Seems like our guests are more capable than I anticipated. Would you bother keeping them company, my one-and-only knight?" The Countess said in a cold voice.

The only answer she got was the flashing of fangs, unlike and yet so equal to her own. The very lighting of the decadent throne room dipping for a moment as if a part of her very shadow took a life of its own and crawled out to do her bidding.

"Well, that was nice~ I'll be back for more later, KitKat," Clair smiled to Cait after finishing her sundae. And, with all said and done, it was finally time to dive into the maelstrom of adventure once again.

Clair didn't waste any time when she reached the other side with everyone else. If anyone cared to look, the blonde thief would already be stretching up and warming her muscles. "That's a fancy place if I ever saw one. A little dilapidated, but I bet there're must be some shiny trinkets to claim here," she said as she got ready to leap into action like a springy feline.

"Hah! Don't think too much about it, boy. Everybody gets nervous about their first time. Ya'll be at home in no time," Clair said as she approached by Thomas, smacking the boy's back with a few hearty slaps.

"Ok, so how are gonna do this? Do we split apart like last time or go as a team—" Clair interrupted herself not long after Akiko made her remark about a mysterious sound nearby.

When a pack of beasts that looked like a crossbreed between demonic hounds and ill-kempt, thorny bushes jumped on the group from around a corner, it was evident that their arrival hadn't gone unnoticed.

"I guess that's gonna have to wait," Clair said as she drew her blade swiftly and fell into a low stance, ready to fight or flight.

"That's what they always say in the games as well, Master. But, don't worry, I understand what you mean," Archer said after Mitsuki deflected her comment. "Even so, you have to admit these coincidences are becoming more and more frequent. With the way things are going I wouldn't be surprised if the next time we go out, we ended up running into a stray Servant girl in need of your help," she added, nevertheless.

Archer's attention turned back to the youngish blonde when the girl decided to size her up and let out a worrying comment out of nowhere. "I'm not—" 'a demon that would do that' Archer's words were caught on her throat when she realized there was no way she could negate that part of her nature. "A Servant that did something so low isn't worth being called a Heroic Spirit. They would be nothing but a bloodthirsty demon," she said instead.

"Anyway, if that's my Master's wish, I'll be glad to help however I can," Archer said once the issue was settled, more by the blonde girl than by Mitsuki but so be it. "I suppose we should begin to look for this brother of yours where he works, right?"
