Aaaw, don't be like that, little bitey-bat! You like video games? You can have video games! Just as long as I can have you! :D

"How DARE"
"I am a higher vampire"
"I get no respect!"
"Do you know anything about monsters? this aint never gonna stop...but sure, what games you got?" -nicholas-

"Did someone say video games?"

Somehow I feel like Ryū is frankly just...NOT prepared for her new neighbors. Could go to like an AA-style meeting with Velvet: Former Evil Monster Tyrants Anonymous!
Okay, the second most annoying.
If you try to take Velvet as a trophy, she will be the single most annoying trophy you have ever owned.
Aren't vampires collectively also very vulnerable to fire? *Looks at the two dragons in the complex*
... Just sayin'...

"Maybe weak little BITCH vampires!" (and then she dabbed)
Velvet can be burned alive like anybody else, it's one of the few things that can really discorperate her. She's just kind of bullshit broken in terms of pure survivability and can't be killed without very specific means (stake from a churchyard yew older than her through the heart, decapitated by an elementally pure silver weapon, THEN burned. This is the benefit of being a higher vampire). Except the sun, because it's the sun, and if she's out in it for too long she'll burn away forever.

Well, and I guess petrification and/or being taken to places she's not supposed to be in. They don't kill her, but they keep her locked down until further notice.
You're right! Maybe I should add a bit about a secret room hidden behind the fireplace (revolving, of course) that's a cavernous "bedroom" with a big hoard of gold in the center, which serves as her bed :P

Oh hey cool a brand new video game fund for Velvet opened up! Good luck killing her without stake and silver! Burn her to ash that blows away in the wind? She'll just reform in her crypt at the next sunset!
Achi would like MMOs actually... maybe in between classes and papers.

Well hey, Velvet is always looking for new people to raid with!
See, now I'm curious how many tails she has. How old is she? Is she Velvet's elder? She will not be used to that.
Miyuki certainly can speak and read moon runes. I, as a player however, cannot. Just keep that in mind in case you're thinking of communicating with her IC'ly like that. :P

If I do, I'll put a note under it このように.

Oh, let's see. With five tails, Yumeiko would be... In her... 400s.

YOUNG'UN
I glossed over it in her backstory, but here are some fun facts about Velvet's world travels:
1) She knows a lot of languages. Most current (and quite a number of extinct, like Norn and Fingallian) Eurasian languages to some level and more than two dozen to fluency, as well as several from the New World like Apache and Navajo. That's right @Xaltwind, she can talk smack to Miyuki in her mother tongue! そうでしょ、バカ狐?
2) She knew several historical figures, a couple friendly, most unfriendly. She was particularly fond of Lord Byron, for example, and she has a permanent and irresolvable vendetta against Count Dracula of Wallachia for being a terrible host when she was in the neighborhood. Not only that, but also letting everyone know quite a few weaknesses of her kind because he just HAD to go to England, HER TURF (when she was asleep, no less!), and try to abduct some women in the dumbest way possible.
3) In that vein, she's also responsible for several historical events. For example, she might've gone a little too hard on some early settlements that vanished off the map, she was definitely the one who killed Edgar Allen Poe, and she's responsible for at LEAST one war (the War of the Roses, for those curious).
