My petpeeves are simple: I'm not fanatical about "Grammar Experts" because my rebuttal to them is simple; go find a job, get paid for being what you pose yourself as, don't waste time correcting people. In the same vein, I don't tolerate Elitist RPers, if you're an Elitist & reading this, do yourself a favor; find a job that gets you paid to be an Elitist, you have no business on forums, put me on your blacklists, don't bother me and I won't bother you, go forth and find a job that pays you to be an Elitist. Identity-disaccountability is another one that I don't accept, if you've messed up your reputation so bad, I don't have a big problem with shedding your skin to a new identity, however if your attitude comes to light, then all of this are for nothing!
Learn to take the Ls of your RP-times regardless of where you're from, I don't care where you're from. I'm willing to give you chances to change but if your old nature don't repent, then you're fooling yourself. The Byakugan in land is the most powerful visual prowess, it has no Blindspot at all, unless the matter is made out of Lead or obstructed by flashing lights, its range of territory is 800-meters, which means that the Hyūga vividly sees pathways liken to an Owl's view. It sees infraredly to detect someone through their body heat and determine the development of one's chakra & default elemental structures but not its advanced nature & affinity transformations. The Byakugan has precognition but not overclocked like the Sharingan.

As mentioned, the Byakugan has precognition but not overclocked like its cousin, the Sharingan. This means that the Hyūga has the fine ability to read movements at their own pace but because their neurotic-optical disposition isn't designed for hyperprocessing information like the Sharingan, their kinesthetical vision is limited to real-time, not slo-mo. What they see is the fluidity of the picture itself but never the means to recreate said picture, they can anticipate movements in a 360° r but not quite as bruising.

Genjutsu performed by the Byakugan is anywhere between 70-m–800-m leyline on a 360° raidus, its visual illusions are widely potent, leaving those in range, the equivalent of being lost in a jungle, illusions so layered that it immobilizes even a Perfect Jinchuriki, the Byakugan sees through Genjutsu.
1. Act 2 will start at early January, the reason being, I'm rewarding y'all a long Christmas Season Break for the efforts you've done.
2. RP is on free interaction, the reason to that is I'm going to be busy until Mid-December & given the Xmas Season, like y'all, I won't be around much.

Situation wise, our OCs are mostly exhausted, you're free to run from the Police or comply, they're not going to mind nor be harsh on juveniles, given that the downtime will be at the Eirei Forms, not on your rooms but the common hall inside it.
Likewise, by its been a pleasure, finishing this First arc, we have our losses along the way but we've persevered.
The Samsara Eye is the precursor to all Dōjutsu & the immortal eye of the Allfather Rikudo and his Ninshu Prophets, only those with the Rinnegan are considered legit Ninshū Prophets for their Affinity is all of the Five Base Chakra Natures, the Rinnegan will appear once every 100 years to an infant Ninshū Prophet.
The Outer Path is unique to the Rinnegan.

Powered by the emotional & mental clarity of the Ninshū Prophet, they control the forces of gravity, the Deva Path is the precursor to the Sharingan & the Uchiha and their sudden burst of emotions, as if gravity moves the earth.

The Ninshū Prophet has control over life & death, in this case, the Naraka Path has the ability to interrogate & restore healing to pristine condition, this is the root of the Ketsuryūgan.

Whatsoever Eirei saw at that point, only spelled fear, whatever they're doing was immediately nullified by the Yakuza Allfather's death-like-gaze or better yet for those that're quick enough, they saw Keyaru transformed into a Dragon while a fragment of reality, distorted. Matsuru, Kanako & Rin's minds linked with Keyaru's, the image of a 60 foot Dragon was vivid yet surreal. He ensured those with Mentalist Quirks won't interfere with his mind any further, this is as far as they get.
Amaya attempted to use her Quirk but it seemed like it's nullified, the same went for Yusuke.
Keyaru stared at the sky.
Suddenly, he was taken in by surprise, Ravens attacked him with her feathers, he lost an arm due to how sharp her feather blades were, fortunately for him, Keyaru reacted if not, barely on time, he pinned Ravens down.
"Sneaking on your foes has always been your M.O, Ravens." however, it was an illusion all along from Ravens, she actually just popped up to sneak him.
Ravens wasn't pinned down at all, she was hiding among the debris, her feathers do look aesthetically like a Peacock's after all, hypnotic & deceitful.
"Very well, I'm reasonable enough to not destroy the empire I've built, consider this my mercy for what type of adult would not go easy on mere children, if you were Proheroes, I would've leveled Shibuya into oblivion, perhaps someday ..." Keyaru may be a villain but he got style, he didn't want to spend money on collateral damage.
Keyaru saw that the Shibuya Police Force were all flocking down, with their Antiquirk Snipers, ready to shoot.
For what seemed to be a gleamer of hope, only turned into unfairness.
Chinmoku then received an urgent voicemail from a kin, suddenly one of the Policemen stated names to bail.
"Akatsuki Chinmoku, Yaoyorozu Matsuru, Himura Amaya, Kaku Mei, back away from the vigilantes!"
"Matsuru, I do hope you remember our last encounter, I own Shibuya & neither the police are going to listen to mere brats like Eirei, have fun being suspended from Hero Work for you and your friends will be under house arrest. You fail your father yet again." Keyaru walked away as the Police swarmed the Provisional Heroes, ignoring those that are part of Big Hero Clans.
Ambulances also made it into the scene, Keyaru was indeed correct, he controls Shibuya.
"One more thing." Keyaru gazed on Akira & Yui, whatever wounds they had, stopped, they were nursed to some capacity but not fully.
"It seems that only a few are worthy of having the title of Hero, failing to catch me a second time was such an underwhelming experience, all of you should've been willing to bend the law to your benefit, work smart, not hard!" Keyaru has watched how the fights went and he knew that Akira had the most heroic spark.
Keyaru stepped out of the scene and went inside his limousine, mocking them with one last burn, he sowed seeds of distrust to the Heroes part of the Big Hero Families, now all eyes are on them, a clever diversion, if they fell for it.

Namikaze Minato invented the Rasengan as an Advanced Konoha Hiden to for the Konoha Shinobi including its Territories.

The color of the Base Rasengan is orange, if imbued by an element, it varies.

Each clan & individual has created their own version of the Rasengan.
The Raikiri is the most modern Hijutsu to date in the history of Hinoa:The Land of Fire alongside Konohagakure & its territories, invented to creed perfection by the Copy Ninja: Hatake Kakashi, the Raikiri is purple-lightning without noise, backed by the rodlike dexterity of its users as the ideal Assassination Technique for Ninja in the Hatake clan. Described as an ultraelectromagnetical and weather—altering lightning rod, the Raikiri emits an electromagnetical barrier from the separation & collision of Yin-Yang Chakra, jet-propelling its users to an immersive speed, faster than sound, releasing both blinding light & scalding heat in the process. Raiton of B-Rank & below is either redirected or absorbed, the latter, replenishing chakra at the instigated Raiton Jutsu's chakra cost. It's considered equal to the Rasengan in terms of being one of the highest chakra manipulation and nature transformation, bar none.
When Raikiri is active, users can speed up the signals that are sent from the brain to the muscles to increase striking speed & cutting capabilities from barehanded attacks, this gives them assistive reaction time to overcome the tunnel vision.
Unlike the Raiton Armor of most Raikage, the Raikiri Modes lacks Raiton Shunshin and the increasing parameters overtime by stacking lightning as this mode is built for speed, enough to run on air & emits ultra-electromagnetical barriers to negate incoming attacks, only when they're moving & if not, it doesn't activate.
This mode has three functions, Ibukiken is for pounding opponents while Raikiriraishin redirects B-Rank Raiton & below, finally, Jibashiraiden emit currents of lightning, stronger than the Chidori Nagashi.
The Chidori is invented by Hatake Kakashi & perfected by Uchiha Sasuke, listed as an Advanced Konoha Hiden, only select may acquire this jutsu under the guidance of a Hatake.
An Assassination Technique despite its loud sound of one thousand birds chirping because it only means that its practicioner must be having the reflexes to move in blinding speeds of sound. The Chidori is a higher concentration of lightning chakra channelled internally by sending sped-up signals to the nervous system, providing refined movements with little to no tunnel vision. A notable feat that Sasuke made & discovered when he's using the external chidori current, by internalizing it, made the Chidori, perfected to overdrive.
