"Never could trust you, I still got your location on, fell out of love, I delete all the nudes out your phone. Can't get a reaction out of me, that's what you want."

You have to live every day as if you've dropped your pants and told the whole world to suck your dick.
Saskia was having an amazing nap in Clementine’s car. She’d barely slept the night before thanks to being crammed between Ella and Lisa, hair up her nose from one side and a bone crushing hug from the other. She was dreaming pleasantly - she was a bringer of justice, hunting down Stauber like it was a game. Causing him fear, ah, sweet fear... Sleeping Saskia smiled, mumbling something and curling into herself.
So many ways to hurt him when she caught him. Maybe she should start with a bone shard to the shoulder… No, no, burning. Ah, the sweet smell of burning flesh-
BANG.
Saskia jolted awake, burning smell actually wafting around her nostrils - because someone had thrown a massive fucking fireball through the wall. Oh shit. Saskia scrambled to get out of the car, barely awake and nearly falling over.
"What the fuck happened?" Saskia shouted to Vanessa and Clementine. Desperate worry, the most emotion she’d shown in a long time, was sketched across her face. She didn’t even wait for an answer before running towards the hole in the wall. "Ella! Lisa!"
However, Saskia’s forearm got yanked by Clementine, who had her pistol drawn as she said, “Hold on! Let’s take it slow!” Vanessa was at her side with a gun similarly drawn. “We have no clue what’s going on in there! You could be running facefirst into something that has nothing to do with you.”
"There's no way it's not them," Saskia hissed, stopping running towards the building and just glaring at it. Ella and Lisa could handle themselves, but they were also often incredibly oblivious. Of course they'd get into a magical fight. She should've gone in with them. "What should we do then? Just stand here?"
“We assess the situation,” Clementine rolled her eyes as she quickly ran to the wall adjacent to the hole and slammed her back to it, facing it. She quickly looked at Saskia, then slapped the wall behind her and nodded as Vanessa got on the other side of the hole. Once all three of them were in position, they steadily moved forward before…
… Lisa climbed out of the hole in the wall using her spider legs. She quickly climbed above… and a burst of pink fire came out afterwards.
“Jesus!” Clementine said, covering her face with her arm.
"Fuck- Lisa! Where's Ella?" Saskia was relieved to find one of their friends, but unhappy that she'd been right. She shoved a hand into her pocket to grab her knife… only to realise that it'd been taken when they were arrested. Shit. She couldn't run in there when unable to use half her spells. "Either of you have a knife- before I do something drastic."
”... She’s still inside!” Lisa shouted,
Clementine dug into her pocket and pulled out a folding knife and practically threw it to Saskia before she looked up and shouted, “What the hell happened in there?!”
”We b-botched it!” Lisa stammered as she remained in place on the wall.
"No shit," Saskia said, catching the knife and pulling out the blade. She swiftly pulled it across the palm of her hand. Only a few drops of blood escaped before she was controlling it, running up her arm to coat her body in a protective layer. She shoved the knife in her pocket. "Ella! Shit, we should-"
"Saskiaaaaa," a wail came back, followed by Ella's head popping out the hole. She rolled out at the same side as Vanessa, probably flashing her thanks to the short magical girl skirt, and pulling up to a crouched position. "We messed up big time! It was going so welllll then she started shooting fireballs!"
”I should have did the talking!” Lisa shouted from above.
“Look, let’s ju-“
Another burst of pink fire came out of the hole as Neon stepped out… baring chest to the world as both hands burned with an intense pink fire. Both Clementine and Vanessa pointed their pistols at her as Clementine shouted,
“Get on your knees! Put the fire away! And gently place your channeler in front of you!”
“Fuck!” Neon said, “I should have known you bitches were working with the feds!”
“Get on your knees!” Clementine repeated, “Don’t make me repeat it again!”
“What?! Trying to make me imitate your mother last night!?” Neon laughed as she slowly got down, the fire fading. She put her hand on the ground, looked up at Vanessa, and grinned. Before she exploded into an orb of pink fire, light, and electricity, then darted down the street at incredibly high speeds.
"I swear we're not with the feds, it's complicated!" Ella shouted. She scrambled to chase after Neon - but even with slightly stronger legs she wasn't a runner. "We want to help you!"
"How much did you fuck up?!" Saskia rolled her eyes, giving chase after Neon. She lightened her bones as she ran, speeding up enough to not immediately lose her… but she was still just running, lightened bones or not.
”... A lot!” Lisa shouted as she hopped off the walls, onto ground level. Then hopped again onto an adjacent wall, she looked over her shoulder. ”I should have ma- I’ll catch her!” Lisa shouted, as she hopped to the rooftops, using her spider legs.
“Saskia!” Clementine shouted as she ran back to her car, then stuck a foot in, “You’re not catching her on foot! Get in!”
"... shit, yeah." Saskia had forgotten they had a car, quickly changing her direction to run to the car. She ignored the sharp pain in her ankles at the sudden change. She yanked open the door, jumping in the back.
Thankfully Ella managed to reach the car too, getting in the other side.
"Let's go, in case Lisa ends up catching her first."
Vanessa hopped in the passenger seat, and Clementine slammed the door shut. Without a word, Clementine floored on the gas and sped off after the speeding fireball. Neon bobbed and weaved her way through the cars as they hardly reacted to her. Lisa was still pursuing from the rooftops, hopping from building to building. While Clementine was swerving through traffic like a maniac.
“We should have grabbed an undercover cruiser!” Vanessa shouted.
“We should have!” Clementine shouted, “Should of. Could of. Would of!”
However, Neon quickly transformed into her human form at an intersection and narrowed her eyes at her pursuers. She swung both hands upwards, and with them came two waves of pink fire directly approaching the car.
“Oh shit!” Clementine quickly swerved to the right, skidding out of control.
Ella screamed, and Saskia’s hand shot out to grab Ella’s even though she was silent. At the same time she swiftly formed a blood tentacle on her back, smashing out a window and grabbing a traffic like pole with it in an attempt to slow the car down before they crashed and died. However, Clementine got control of the vehicle and came to a gentle stop. She sighed out of relief.
However, Neon turned to leave…
”... AAAAAAAAAH!” Lisa screamed like a maniac as she flung herself from the rooftop at Neon. Her spider legs retracted into her body. Before she could react, Lisa made an impact, knocking Neon to the ground.
Saskia kicked open the car door, using the blood tendril to pull herself out. She half swung around the pole, landing a short distance away from Lisa and Neon. She rolled, shooting back out the tendril to try and wrap around Neon’s waist. Lisa had wrapped herself around Neon’s chest, biting on her shoulder like a psychopath.
However, Neon sent out electricity, which caused Lisa to convulse as her hair stood up. It hit the blood tendril, electrocuting Saskia directly through it. It was fucking painful but she held on, pulling herself in closer to straddle Neon's legs. At first, she hadn't wanted to hurt her, but she was pissed that Lisa had been hurt. Two bone spears shot out of Saskia's legs where they met Neon's, shooting directly into her flesh.
“Ayyyyyyyyye!” Neon shouted as the spears shot into her thigh. She quickly raised a hand at Saskia and fired out a hot-pink beam of kinetic force. Saskia twisted so it hit her shoulder rather than her face, bone dislocating with a horrid snap. She didn't retract the bone spears, keeping her on top of Neon, and started to squeeze with the tendril.
"Saskia! Lisa!" Ella came running over, late, flourishing her magic wand and hitting Saskia with a beam of healing light, which quickly began to heal her. Clementine and Vanessa ran up, aiming their guns at Neon as Clementine shouted,
“Everyone relax!” She said, “Let’s put the magic away! Sit down! And talk about this!”
“Will you put your fuckin’ guns away?!” Neon shouted, aiming a glowing hand at Ella, and another at Saskia. Lisa finally shook her head as she took a few steps away.
“Saskia…” Clementine said, “Put it away.”
"... fine," Saskia frowned, retracting the bone spears and letting go of Neon with the tendril. It was sucked into the wound at her hand and she rolled off Neon. She then looked up at Ella. "I'm fine, Lisa was electrocuted."
"Oh," Ella said, swapping her healing beam to Lisa. She looked down at Neon with an apologetic smile. "I'm really sorry! We really just wanted to talk! Do you want healed?"
As agreed, Clementine and Vanessa holstered their weapons.
“Now you wanna talk!?” Neon shouted, shaking her head. “You bitches threatened me!”
"I always wanted to talk, you attacked us!" Ella said.
”You just took it the wrong way! I’m sorry for my smoothbrained friend!” Lisa said, shaking her hands as she awkwardly laughed. ”Let’s talk about this! Just give us another chance! We’re trying to help you!”
“Give me one good reason why I should!?” Neon shouted, as she threw an arm across her exposed chest.
"Here, a peace offering." Saskia pulled off her oversized sweater, revealing the baggy black t-shirt below, and held it out to Neon. "Look, I don't know what that idiot over there said, but we're not threatening you. We want to help you. A shady, society bought agent has given proof that you're with the society, so there's a warrant out for you. We know that bastard is with them, which means you're not… well. Not on their side."
"We'll know soon, anyway!" Ella declared, looking around vigilantly. "If that white bastard comes outta a portal again."
Neon hesitated, but she didn’t flinch before grabbing the sweater and putting it on. It was a little snug on her because she was just a little bit taller than Saskia, but Neon didn’t flinch. She shook her head, “Thanks, chica.” She stood up to her feet and shook her head. “Not surprised Stauber sold me out… bastard’s probably mad that I wouldn’t have sex with him.”
She briefly pulled the sweater down, only for it to snap back into place, and she rolled her eyes, “Now, just so you know, I’m with the Society… just not with the Society. You know what I’m saying, right girls?”
”Totally!” Lisa smiled widely.
"Like a double agent," Saskia nodded. That made sense… and made things easier for them. The corner of their lips tugged up into an almost smile. "That means you have information on the Society, right? Like how to get to Mo-"
"Don't say his name!" Ella interrupted, looking around again. "He might just appear!"
"That'd make our life easier," Saskia shrugged. "So, you worked with Stauber- even though that bastard was sicking feds on Society enemies?" “Look, mami,” Neon tugged at the bottoms of the sweater again, before she shook her head and said, “I didn’t know about that. He tried making it sound like he would help me. If I knew how much of a piece of shit Stauber was, I wouldn’t have even bothered with him in the first place!” She could only awkwardly laugh.
“... Would have saved me a lot of irritation because all he wanted to do was shove his lil’ pecker in me!” She laughed, except for real this time, before she turned to Ella, “And I didn’t say he would appear, just that his little followers are everywhere and will do something if they hear you. Would you do good to keep your mouth shut.”
"His followers are after us anyway," Saskia shrugged. "We’ll just kill them."
Clementine and Vanessa crossed their arms as they listened.
“Why though? Why do ya’ll give a damn about me? What do you want with those bastards? ”
"Well you see, we’re-" Ella started, before Saskia cut her off by shoving their blood tendril over her mouth.
"No way are you talking again, Ella, you already fucked up once," Saskia rolled her eyes, retracting the blood again when she was sure Ella wouldn’t talk. "Namely, Stauber was our lead, no he’s disappeared. We figured you could help us since he outed you. As for those bastards, we want to kill the one we can’t name. I had a wonderful drawing to show exactly what I was going to do with him… but the PRA took it… and it was lost…"
Saskia trailed off, muttering under her breath. Ella cheerfully said, "Yeah we’re trying to get rid of the Society!"
Neon furrowed her brows, “... I told you, they’re watching, mami.” Then shook her head. “But, why, though? I mean the Society are assholes, but I want to know why you want the Society out?”
"Less the society, more their boss,” Saskia shrugged. She didn’t really care if they were watching. They already had targets on their heads. "Our… boss wants him dead, I guess."
"He isn’t our boss!" Ella argued. "He’s more like… dunno. But we need to kill him to stay alive."
"Yes, his life for ours. Also, he’s a bastard.”
"A very evil bastard…"
”The evilest!” Lisa shouted.
“Well, he calls himself the ‘Father of Lies’,” Neon laughed. “An ‘evil bastard’ doesn't begin to cut it, Mami.”
She grabbed her hair and began twirling it, “So, somebody is basically holding you three hostage unless you do a job for him…?”
Lisa looked between the three, ”... From a certain point of view, yes.”
“I would advise if you three want to pull this off to work on your people skills…” Neon laughed.
"Our people skills are perfectly fine?” Saskia tilted her head, looking slightly confused. "Well, mine are. Ella’s… not so much.”
"Hey, I don’t draw torture scenes!" Ella shouted, before looking at Neon. "You’re probably right. We don’t get much practice with that cause we di- don’t get out much. But do we really need them? That doesn’t help with killing."
"It would help us turn his own people against him, so we can dismantle his empire and destroy everything he loves…”
“... And maybe negotiate so I don't think ya’ll are threatening me?” Neon facepalmed.
"I wouldn’t have seemed like that if I was there,” Saskia intoned.
"It would’ve! You can’t stop talking about torture! I bet you were dreaming about it again," Ella huffed.
”Torture, or meeeeeeeee!” Lisa laughed.
Saskia didn’t deny it, waving Ella off. "We’re getting off topic. Basically, we hope you’ll be able to help us with information on the Society. In return, we’ll get them to remove the warrant they have on you.”
“I’ll see what I can do, but I already trusted the Feds one time,” Neon shook her head, glaring at Clementine and Vanessa another time. “I’ll help you three, but I’m not helping them.”
Vanessa shrugged.
“... Fair.”
“Look, we’ll keep Stauber off your back,” Clementine said, “Matter fact, we’ll stay out of your hair.”
She looked between the four, and said, “... Deal?”
”Sounds good to me!” Lisa said.
"Perfect, we work best without oversight,” Saskia nodded.
"Just make sure that sleazeball Stauber doesn’t come near us!" Ella declared. "I will kill him."
“You’d be doing us all a favor,” Clementine laughed. “It’s ‘bout time he falls out of a window anyway.”
”I’d vomit spiders on his dick anyway!” Lisa said, ”I’m glad we could work everything out! Even though I prefer you without the sweater, I can’t live in a world where people are mad at me over nothing!”
“Yes… it was just…” Neon waved her hand left and right. “... A big misunderstanding. Oh wait, before I forget…”
She reached for something, before she hissed, “... Shit, I left my phone in there.”
”We don’t have phones anyway,” Lisa said.
“No phones? Whaaaaaaaaaaat, mami?” Neon said, “What are you three? Teenagers? Well, I guess most teenagers these days got phones, but whaaaaaaaaaat?”
"Well we kind of are- We just couldn’t afford ‘em!" Ella laughed. "Our friends bought us one laptop between us but no phones! Only walkie talkies!"
"You could watch all the anime you wanted on a phone…” Saskia mused. "It’s a long story why we don’t have anything like that. Real long.”
"We should get some! Lisa do that thing-" Ella started shouting, before pausing and looking at Clementine and Vanessa. She lowered her voice to a whisper. "Do the thing with your spiders again later."
Lisa menacingly grinned as she said, ”... Sure!”
Clementine narrowed her eyes, but was otherwise silent.
“Let’s get out of here, then, Mami,” Neon said. “My ass is getting cold anyway.”
“... Where are you three sleeping tonight?” Clementine asked, before she rolled her eyes. “Well, where do you want to go next is the better question?”
"We should probably go back to the motel,” Saskia said, looking at Lisa and then Ella. "Hopefully our friends are still there and there’s two beds.”
"Oh yeah, I bet they’re worried! Probably think we did something stupid again," Ella laughed. "Hopefully they won’t make us stay inside for days this time…"
“Maaaaaaaami!” Neon slapped a hand on her hip as she smiled. “You grown, don’t let anyone tell you what you can and can’t do when you’re grown.”
”Y-yeah! Clementine’s bed is a little small,” Lisa shouted, thrusting a fist up into the air. Before she turned to Neon, ”Um, Neon, should we keep calling you Neon or…”
“No, no, no, mami, that’s my performer name,” Neon laughed. “Imagine somebody passes by and hears you call me that?”
”True, true,” Lisa then shrugged. ”What should we call you then?”
Neon smiled.
“... Lupe,” She began, “Technically my slave name is Guadalupe, but nobody can get that right.” She playfully laughed.
”It’s nice to meet you, Guadalupe!” Lisa said.
“I don’t think I ever got properly acquainted to you three, either,” Lupe said.
”I’m Lisa C. Turner!” Lisa introduced herself, throwing her hands in the air.
"Ella Rene Brooks!" Ella grinned, striking a pose with her hand on her hip.
Saskia rolled her eyes at them both as they just gave out their full names. Sure, they were technically dead… but really? "Saskia. The rest of my name will remain a mystery.”
“It’s so nice to meet you three!” Lupe said, smiling. “Sorry we got off on the wrong foot!” ”No, we’re sorry,” Lisa put both of her hands on her chest, warmly smiling at Lupe.
Clementine nodded her head.
“Alright, now that you’re done,” Clementine said as she walked back to her car, and opened the back door. “Everyone get in; we’re going to take you all back to the motel.”
“Oooooh, mami!” Lupe shouted, “Lemme give ya’ll my number.”
”We don’t got phon-” Lisa cut herself off as she put her hands together. She summoned spiders from the sleeves of her dress, and they crawled over to her hands. ”Give it to me… mami.” She grinned.
Lupe gave out her number, and as she spoke, Lisa parted her hands, and the spiders weaved a web… writing out the number in webs. When they were done, she had a massive and complex web between her hands. ”Okay! I gotta… gotta not fall, or else this will fall apart.”
Clementine rolled her eyes.
“... You know I got a pen and paper in my car, right?” She chuckled.
"Already ahead of you,” Saskia said, pulling pen and paper out of her trouser pocket. She scrawled down the number written on the spider webs. "I took it before my nap, in case I needed help sleeping.”
Lisa turned towards Saskia as she said, ”... You’re saying I did this cool trick for NOTHING?!”
“... Oh God, why?” Clementine put a hand on her forehead, shaking her head gently.
"It looked so cool I didn’t want to stop you,” Saskia shrugged, even though she’d actually just forgotten she’d taken the pen and paper before Clementine mentioned it.
"Yeah, it was super awesome, Lisa! Don’t be too upset!" Ella slapped a comforting hand on Lisa’s shoulder.
“Okay, let’s just go,” Clementine said, and as instructed, Lisa got into the car along with the others.
“Byyyyyyyyyyye, mami!” Lupe said, waving at them with a smile. “Keep in touch!”
Today, it was announced that Lyss had even come back into town.
Today was news that Lyss is dead.
A hand had graced her forehead as Britney shook her head, sighing. She thought highly of Lyss and knew she was the most helpful member in this debacle. The only issue was that Lyss had a hard-on for playing mysterious - and look where that got her? She shook her head as she stood and looked at everyone here or the people who were showing up. It seemed like the lineup changed every time they had a meeting! Linqian was a given, but Ayrin was a surprise. However, Britney thought how they were joking around when they just received news someone had just died to insanely disrespectful. Layla was here, and Britney had to resist the urge to scrunch her nose at the sight of the gal. She was here to gather information for the House of Cards. Kenshiro showed up as well, and that was a welcome surprise! Britney was delighted to see that he was back in town, and it was great to see they had an actual reliable person among them (Besides her of course). Then Amara showed up, and Britney discretely rolled her eyes. Perfect. Hopefully, she won't be too annoying this time, but Britney would attempt to be cordial towards her.
As long as the energy was returned, that is.
Luca showed up, smiling at her, and that was a surprise. Stormy, Anya, Lila, Lynn, Sloane showed up, and... Sully! Britney smiled at him, and that smile got even wider as he tried to offer a moment of silence for Lyss, and Britney was about to offer her own words.
Then, a colossal boom reverberated through the area. Britney's head darted towards the house door to see Sloane had decided to be an asshole and show that she had no respect for anyone but herself. She blew the door open using her magic, even though Kenshiro, clear as day, knew where the spare key was. Even if the spare key wasn't there, there were mountains of better options than blowing the door open, pissing everyone off, and then making a ton of noise in a place they're not supposed to be.
”Oh, hell no,” Britney said as she bared teeth. Immediately, she stormed over to Sloane - going past Anya making weak ass excuses for her - and said to her, ”Sloane, what the hell?!” She turned a free palm upwards as she stared her down.
This was the first time Britney and Sloane had interacted; the former would have preferred to keep it that way because the second meeting — when she said Linqian should have been murdered — made it dead clear that Sloane had not changed one bit. Britney examined the dent in the wall and shook her head.
”I know because you think Kari is dead; it doesn't matter what we do to her house, but I'm not going to sit here and let you, or anyone else, trash her home,” Britney began her rant, raising her voice a bit. ”I don't want to be here, and I don't think we should be breaking into her house in the first place, but we need to show her - and her possessions - some respect.”
Britney shook her head, ”She was one of us - the most vital in fact - and you should leave your little world for a second and remember that.”

Spiders! ⫻ Lisa is an arachnology expert, possessing a deep understanding of spiders gained through years of study and observation. She can identify various species by their traits and behaviors and appreciates their ecological significance. Lisa's knowledge extends to practical skills, such as safely handling spiders and incorporating spider symbolism into her spells.
Appearance ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "Who says Spiders can't be stylish!?"
The definition of bubbly.
Lisa is an approachable, energetic woman, an attribute she carried from childhood until adulthood! She is almost constantly bouncing, smiling, and talking, and some may consider her immature or annoying, but Lisa sees herself as Lisa. She is just one happy gal to be alive! Despite her love for all things spooky and macabre, there's an undeniable warmth and kindness about Lisa that draws people to her. Her wardrobe reflects her eclectic and eccentric personality, mixing whacky graphic tees with vintage skirts and combat boots. She has a habit of accessorizing with chunky jewelry and mismatched socks, adding a whimsical touch to her attire.
One of Lisa's favorite pieces of clothing is a vintage-inspired dress adorned with spiderweb lace patterns, its flared skirt waving around her legs as she moves. Accessories are crucial in Lisa's wardrobe as the finishing touches that unite her outfits. She loves to accessorize with jewelry, favoring chunky rings and bracelets adorned with spider webs and other motifs. Her hair accessories collection is equally impressive, with an assortment of bows, clips, and headbands in all shapes and sizes, each adding a playful pop of color to her curly black hair.
Footwear is another area where Lisa's personality shines through. She's often seen sporting combat boots adorned with quirky charms or platform sneakers in bold, eye-catching colors. And when the occasion calls for something more formal, she'll swap her boots for a pair of vintage-inspired Mary Janes.
The first thing that people notice about Lisa is that she is short, extremely short. She stands at an intimidating and horrifying... four-nine. Yeah, she needs help reaching the things on the higher shelves, and she always felt like she would get taller but never did. Her height was never an issue for the gal, as she considers herself "fun-sized." The girl always struggled with her weight despite her lightning-fast metabolism; she just always had difficulty getting up and going to the gym or for a run. Despite looking skinny from a distance, she has a bit of a flabby gut and is embarrassed about it. The girl isn't very chesty otherwise (she has a little booty tho).
Lisa is African-American with very dark skin and deep dark hair. However, her hair is messy and not all that styled or well-maintained. Sometimes, it's styled; sometimes, it's a mess; and sometimes, it's not styled! A keen eye can sometimes notice a spider or two crawling across her (her outfit, hair, or skin) like it's nothing.
If you see it; don't worry about it.
Psychology ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "A survivor, a warrior, and a friend."
MAIN GOAL ⫻ Lisa's current goal is to get back to Adora by any means necessary. The next goal is finally getting her revenge on Emily G. Reed for making her life hell.
PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Lisa's whole philosophy is that every individual possesses a unique attribute (or "magic") within them that needs to be explored! She believes true strength comes from embracing the differences between one another and celebrating the quirks that make everyone unique! To Lisa, life is an adventure filled with infinite possibilities, and it's up to everyone to embrace and explore their "magic." She believes in the power of kindness, empathy, and acceptance, seeing beauty in the diversity of the human soul. For Lisa, every challenge or obstacle is an opportunity for growth, and every setback is a chance to learn and evolve into something more significant (or stranger). She approaches life with a sense of wonder and curiosity, eager to explore the mysteries of the universe and unlock the secrets of the soul. With a heart full of love and a spirit that refuses to be tamed, Lisa embraces life with open arms, knowing that anything is possible with some magic.
SECRETS ⫻ The one secret that Lisa kept to herself is that she's a stalker... She started stalking Adora during the brief dissolution of their friendship and followed her everywhere. However, once she was brought into the Old Coven, she began stalking other people that she was interested in. Mainly Greta Faust, Britney Williams, Jade West, Luca Olivera, Olivia Ruiz, Evelynn Serenelight, Kari Wilson, the "Magical Girls," and others. She would observe their habits and "borrow" something from them, typically something... "intimate" for her to keep in her private collection. Lisa keeps it a secret but doesn't fully understand that this behavior is just a little unhinged... The other thing that she keeps a secret (more internalized) is her obsession with Emily G. Reed, the woman who bullied her so heavily that she considered ending her own life. She wishes to kill Emily and devises several brutal spells to inflict the worst suffering possible on Emily.
SEXUALITY ⫻ Lisa has no clue what she is, as she never got the opportunity to explore her sexuality and experience things before her death. She has found herself attracted to many different people in the Old Coven but is oblivious to what it means or what to do with these feelings. Primarily, Lisa had feelings for her friend, Adora.
FEARS ⫻ Lisa's experiences of being bullied and isolated from her peers have left her with a fear of rejection and abandonment. She worries that if people were to discover her true self, they would reject her or treat her differently, leaving her feeling vulnerable and alone once again. Lisa deeply treasures her friendships and relationships but fears being betrayed or deceived by those she trusts. She struggles with feelings of insecurity and doubt, constantly second-guessing the intentions of others and fearing that she will be hurt or let down once again. As someone who thrives on knowledge and understanding, Lisa struggles with a fear of the unknown and uncertainty. She worries about what lies beyond the boundaries of her knowledge, whether in the realm of magic or the mysteries of life itself, leading to anxiety and apprehension.
REPUTATION IN OLD COVEN ⫻ Lisa had a bit of a shaky reputation in the Old Coven. While she was accommodating at times, she was seen as annoying, strange, and overbearing. She often didn't pay attention and got called out for putting others on the line. However, she had a bubbly, positive attitude that uplifted the Coven through their darkest hour.
ROLE IN THE BATTLE WITH THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ Lisa was not an up-front fighter like the others, but she did support them. Lisa was a multiple-roled fighter who went back and forth between being a scout and healer, supplying spider minions to collide with the Stygian Snakes, and pulling people out of the fire. Lisa also helped Greta Faust gather supplies using her Spider-Minions, so she saved many lives by allowing Greta to create more potions.
FLAWS ⫻ Lisa's social skills have always been lacking. The girl doesn't have great social skills and is oblivious that she is annoying or overbearing sometimes. She isn't very confident either and has a hard time sticking up for herself without the help of others to back her up. Due to her past experiences of betrayal and rejection, Lisa struggles with trusting others and opening up emotionally. She puts people at arm's length and puts up walls to protect herself, which prevents her from forming meaningful connections with others. Lisa strives for perfection in everything she does, and this leads to some unrealistic expectations. She is overly critical of herself or others when things are unplanned. Lisa is her own harshest critic, constantly second-guessing herself and dwelling on her shortcomings. She sets impossibly high standards for herself and feels shame when she falls short of her expectations. Emily G. Reed is a walking source of trauma; the woman almost drove Lisa to suicide. The mere mention of Emily is triggering for her, and Lisa holds a deep-rooted obsession with Emily. She wants to see her fail, wants to see her fall, and most important of all, she wants to see Emily die. In fact, Lisa has devised some spells to inflict the most horrifying death possible on Emily.
Not that Emily wouldn't deserve it.

Born on a dark, stormy night in St. Portwell. Lisa had two loving parents who dreamed of starting a family and welcomed her into the world with open arms. However, as she developed, there seemed to be something off about the girl... Her social skills were honestly lacking, and she created some weird fascinations. While a curious and imaginative soul, Lisa was solitary - an outcast, often retreating into her world of books and daydreams when the other children shunned her. While her classmates played tag and traded Pokémon cards, Lisa could explore the woods, collecting spiders and insects in jars and sketching their patterns in her notebook. Her bedroom walls were adorned with posters of creepy creatures, and her bookshelves overflowed with tomes on the occult and supernatural.
Despite her bubbly and kind-hearted nature, Lisa's love for spiders became a source of ridicule, and she was taunted and harassed to no end. Pranks were constantly pulled on her, and everyone pushed her around as she didn't have the confidence or backbone to strike back. Lisa was bullied into becoming an introverted recluse, one who would have to work herself up to order some pizza on the phone. High school was when Lisa got it the worst. Her main bully was Emily G. Reed, a high school senior who was a monster. Lisa couldn't go a few hours without Emily harassing her, beating her up, humiliating her, or pouring something on her clothing, and the school district was a lot more sympathetic to Emily than Lisa.
Lisa dreaded even going to school as she would damn near suffer an anxiety attack at the mere thought of seeing her tormentors. Even going out wasn't safe as people like Emily would sometimes catch her when she was going to the mall, so it felt like nowhere was safe. She became withdrawn and quiet, retreating into her little fantasy world of books and spiders to escape how horrible life was. Regardless of what she did, she couldn't find any relief as her family was no help, and the school district didn't care.
Eventually, her bullies succeeded, and Lisa was finally pushed to the edge and contemplating suicide to escape her miserable and lonely life. It was enough to trigger her Kindling-Event, but Lisa was not in the frame of mind to care about or consider the world of magic. Lisa stopped going to school as she got the strength to write her suicide note.
Then, Adora entered her life.
Adora was an acquaintance at best, but Lisa never thought she cared about her, and soon Adora became that friend. Listening to Lisa's problems and getting her bullies off her back - even getting physical! Adora was Lisa's hero, eventually helping her gain the courage to return to school. Adora was a wonderful person and began to occupy the same headspace as spiders did to Lisa! Whenever Adora was around Lisa and talking to her, she felt a feeling in her chest that could only be a growing affection. She kept these feelings to herself and instead devoted her attention to magic!
After some testing, she developed some spells - related to spiders, of course - and just had to show Adora! One day, Lisa invited Adora to her house and showed her the beautiful things she could do... and made the girl haul ass into the night. Lisa tried to reach out, but Adora was avoiding her, sending her back into the dark places - but she refused to go back there. She wanted Adora, and she knew that Adora wouldn't have liked it, and there was something wrong with her actions, but she used her abstraction to tail Adora. She followed Adora wherever she went; if she wasn't there, a spider minion was in her place. Eventually, Adora came to her senses to apologize... Lisa saw this beforehand and gave Adora the cold shoulder. However, she (eventually) accepted Adora's apology.
Then, they got attacked by the Stygian Snake. Lisa had no clue what in the world it was, but knew it had to be magic... but it had destroyed her house, and Adora attempted to sacrifice herself so Lisa could escape. In tears, Lisa fled and knew it was the last time they would see each other. That was when the Sycamore Tree Coven came and drove the Stygian Snake off. Adora was healed, and they were recruited into the Sycamore Tree Coven against the Stygian Snake.
Lisa was a helpful part of the Old Coven and developed new spells to create Spider Minions to assist the group and travel. She was neither a front-line fighter like Adora nor a healer like Jade and Sully, but she found her Niche in the Coven as a flex support scout. With the help of Adora, she came out of her shell and made herself friends with many members of the Old Coven. She uplifted the group with her positive and bubbly attitude and was close friends with Greta Faust and a "Magical Girls" member alongside Ella, Saskia, and Kari. However, many group members found her quirks to be off-putting and annoying - worst of all, she had to work with Emily G. Reed. To say the least, just hearing that monster's name was triggering.
Despite the deaths of Ella and Saskia, Lisa attempted to see it as an adventure and remained by Adora's side - despite her confidence not being super high. However, the day of the Eclipse happened, and the final battle had begun, and Lisa was sure that she would avenge her friends. However, Lisa remained on the sidelines, observing and calling out objectives on her spider... then Adora and her Trinity were launched out of position, exposing Lisa. The Stygian Snake brutally killed her in front of Adora and left the poor gal with heaps of PTSD.
That should have been the end of Lisa's story.
However, the Hound resurrected her, Ella, and Saskia for some mission, making them his "Agents of Death." Lisa didn't trust the Hound as far as she could throw it, but she needed to get back to Adora, so she had to follow the Hound's orders.
So she could get Adora to forgive herself for what had happened.

TYPE ⫻ Adept.
ABSTRACTION ⫻Green & Gold Lux. Channeler: Necklace of Orb Weaver Spider in Amber.
ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Lisa's obsession with spiders and her headfirst dive into the macabre have allowed Lisa to develop three "pathways" for her spells. One path focuses on creating spider minions to assist her in various tasks, another alters her body to adopt traits from spiders, and a third path that she keeps her socially unacceptable spells. With these three "pathways," Lisa is a versatile and dangerous combatant with some extra spells.
THE SPIDER QUEEN ⫻ The Spider Queen is the "path" that harnesses the power of Gold Lux the most, but she channels the Green Lux in some of her spells. The Spider Queen "path" is the one path group that Lisa is the most proficient in and is thus her primary spell group.
Command ⫻ is the most crucial spell in Lisa's Spider-Queen path. She channels her Golden Lux (with a dash of Green Lux) to exert her will over the spiders, overriding their instincts. She can command any Spider—possibly even Abominable, provided they do not have an Emotional Field!
The Arachnid Horde ⫻ With a flick of her wrist, Lisa utilizes her Golden Lux to summon minions to aid her. They can either crawl out of the shadows or the unseen crevices of a location, or they can burst out of the ground, walls, or ceiling (Which takes more effort). These spiders can vary in size and species, from tiny jumping to massive tarantulas. Lisa can pick and choose what spiders she summons; otherwise, it will summon a random assortment by default, and she can summon thousands. Utilizing the vital Command Spell, the Arachnid Horde is beneficial as a weapon and a tool.
Infestation ⫻ A particular spell that Lisa made to torment Olivia Ruiz for grabbing her titty that time. Unlike the Arachnid Horde and Spider-Vomit spells, it’s a long-ranged usage of Golden-Lux. If Lisa has been to a location or touched someone recently, she can summon thousands of spiders to that location, like the Arachnid-Horde. The Spiders quickly make themselves at home by weaving hundreds of different webs. This spell is purely a psychological tool, as the spiders are typically out of range of her other Spider-Queen spells.
Vomit ⫻ The first version of the Arachnid-Horde spell that she developed before other Gold Lux users taught her more... efficient ways to cast this spell (They just wanted her to stop vomiting Spiders). Simply put, she spews a flood of random Spiders from her mouth, alongside some bodily fluids (mainly saliva, some stomach acid, and a little blood!). Even though the Spell had mainly been retired, Lisa had updated it to act more like a projectile weapon as she could expel a flood of spiders on an opponent. She can spray these spiders up to five meters away - not super far, but enough to catch someone off guard.
Enlarge ⫻ One of Lisa's more "famous" spells in the Old Coven. Focusing her Green-Lux on a spider, she wraps it in a cocoon of magical webs. This process takes a few moments, but once it's done, the Spider could be up to the size of a sedan. Lisa primarily used this spell to create a mount that she rode on, typically a Jumping Spider, as they were the fastest (and cutest).
Shrink ⫻ Lisa channels her Green-Lux to reverse the effects of her previous spells that enlarged spiders under her control. As she focused her will, a wave of Green Lux would wash over the Spiders, causing them to shrink back to their standard size with a series of unsettling pops and crackles.
Hybridization ⫻ Lisa delves into body modification using Green Lux, splicing together the physical forms of spiders and other insects to create grotesque hybrid creatures. Like her Enlarge Spell, she surrounds her spiders in a cocoon of magic webs for a few moments, and then they burst out as monstrous amalgamations of chitin. From the fierce mandibles of beetles to the aerial prowess of dragonflies, Lisa has the power to create an endless array of hybrid creatures, each more formidable and terrifying than the last. Legs elongate and split into segmented sections, wings sprout from backs, and exoskeletons shimmer with an otherworldly sheen as the spiders undergo their grotesque transformation.
Renewal ⫻ A Spell that Lisa devised before the Healing-Spider spell ironically (and got a lot of shit for it). With a gentle touch, Lisa can channel her Green Lux to restore her spider minions while she uses this spell; a glowing web-like pattern briefly appears over the affected area. In moments, chitin will be bent back into place, wounds will be closed, and any other injuries will be restored until the Spider is as good as new!
Acid-Burst ⫻ Lisa imbues her spider minions with a volatile mixture of corrosive acids, transforming them into corrosive bombs. The spiders grow horrific growths that glow with yellowish-orange liquid as they bulge with pent-up pressure—ready to pop. They will detonate with a blast of acid and chitin shrapnel either on command or if they are impacted enough, as they will be fragile. With horrifying efficiency, they unleash an acidic liquid that eats away at flesh and bone but is less effective on metal materials.
Healing-Spiders ⫻ Annoyed into learning a healing spell by the Old-Coven, as her Green-Lux was an asset in the fight against the Stygian Snake, Lisa developed a healing Spell. Jade West initially taught her a healing touch but struggled until she spruced it up with a macabre flair. Some minuscule, harmless-looking spiders will come from the pores in Lisa's flesh, and she can command them to "attack" another person. They will burrow underneath their flesh, disappearing to release a soothing, revitalizing energy that courses through the target's body, accelerating natural healing processes and repairing damaged tissues from within. Stimulating regeneration, closing wounds, and alleviating pain. Once the process is done, the spiders vanish without a trace.
Dispel ⫻ A simple spell in which, once Lisa no longer requires her Spider-Minions, she sends them away. They quickly scurry into the same depths they emerged from and disappear into thin air.
THE INNER-SPIDER ⫻ The Inner-Spider is a path in which Lisa alters her own body to adopt the traits of different Spiders. This "Path" exclusively harnesses Green-Lux as she applies different spells to herself and embraces her affinity's "primal" aspect. Lisa is not as proficient in this spell group as her Spider-Queen. However, she is very formidable with these spells.
Spider-Limbs ⫻ Lisa channels her Green-Lux to sprout eight spider-like legs from her back. These legs are sleek, black-colored, and chitinous; each tipped with razor-sharp claws capable of supporting her weight and immense agility. With her newfound appendages, Lisa can move with the grace and speed of a spider, scaling walls and ceilings with ease.
Eyes of the Spider ⫻ Lisa conjures forth additional eyes that sprout from her forehead, temples, and cheeks, granting her a panoramic view of her surroundings and a heightened awareness. These eyes can detect even the slightest movement; she can see in the dark, and her depth perception is enhanced to inhuman levels.
Webweaver ⫻ While Lisa cannot launch webs a la Spider-Man, she can spin webs the good old-fashioned way. Given enough time, she can weave intricate and layered webs and often makes art with her webs... however, she only really uses this spell to help her minions weave webs if the situation calls for it.
Toxic Pheromones ⫻ Lisa releases a noxious cloud of toxic pheromones out of her body that permeates the air around her. The pheromones are a potent cocktail of magical chemicals that induce nausea, disorientation, and fear in those who breathe them in. And it stinks. Its scent overpowers the senses of those unfortunate enough to be in the vicinity. Those who inhale the toxic fumes are overcome with dizziness and vertigo, their vision swimming as their stomach churns with nausea. In addition to inducing physical discomfort, they attract swarms of insects and other creatures to Lisa's location. Drawn by the scent of the pheromones, these creatures descend upon the environment.
Regenerative-Cocoon ⫻ Lisa envelops herself in a cocoon of silk spun from her own body, imbued with Green-Lux, which accelerates her natural healing abilities. Within the cocoon, cuts knit themselves back together, bone is reformed, and all other wounds are healed. She can recover from being critically injured in under twenty minutes - at the cost of being a sitting duck and far more accessible to kill. Once it's done, Lisa emerges renewed and ready for action.
Wallcrawling ⫻ A Spell that Lisa has devised for the hell of it. Her Spider-Limbs spell is technically more powerful, but this Spell is faster and more subtle. At will, Lisa's fingertips become covered in tiny, invisible spider hairs. When pressed against any surface, these hairs stick to it, allowing Lisa to scale walls and cling to ceilings.
Revert ⫻ A simple spell in which Lisa undoes any transformation she has done to her body with spells from the Inner-Spider Path.
THE MACABRE ARTS ⫻ A path that harnesses Green-Lux primarily... and a pathway that Lisa keeps a secret as her alternate name for this personal discipline is the "Forebidden Spellbook". The Macabre Arts is a series of three spells Lisa has developed to inflict the most painful death on her object of obsession, Emily G. Reed, possibly. It's a pathway that Lisa has only dabbled in, doesn't actively use it, and would only use it on the worst of the worst. However, these spells are socially unacceptable, even among the Paranormal, so Lisa keeps it a secret.
The Wretched Web ⫻ An "Ultimate" Spell that Lisa has developed (specifically designed to use on Emily), one that is incredibly potent but one she also knew a majority of the Old Coven wouldn't appreciate. She sticks her hand out and creates a net of webs... not out of silk, however, but human flesh. It is a thick, pulsating mass that binds itself to the flesh of anyone caught in it. These fleshy webs will transform them into massive egg-sacks - and they'll explode with millions of Spiders she can command. This Spell is the one Spell that Lisa has an issue using, and they will only use it on the worst of the worst.
Metamorphis ⫻ This is another Spell that Lisa devised specifically to inflict a fate worse than death on her tormentor, Emily G. Reed. Lisa considers this a "forbidden" spell, as it's beyond the pale, not even in the war against the Stygian Snake. She experimented with this during the darkest hour against the Stygian Snake and, unfortunately, didn't get a chance to finish it. Using her Green Lux in a manner only supervillains would utilize it, Lisa can forcibly transform a subject into a grotesque hybrid of human and arachnid. The process is excruciatingly painful as the victim's body twists and bends into the shape of a spider, sprouting multiple extra limbs, fangs, and an exoskeleton. The result? Permanent disfigurement that could only be undone via magic - and Lisa did not find a way to revert a person to usual as, if she was going to use this spell on someone, it was going to be used on the scum of the Earth (I.E Emily). Lisa only tested this on animals - she never had the guts to test it on a person - however, she never considered that she needed to penetrate Emotional-Fields to work on Emily...
Parasitoid ⫻ Possibly the most sinister and subtle spell of the Macabre Arts, revealing Lisa's sadistic side beneath her bubbly attitude. With a whisper and a touch, Lisa implants a tiny, parasitic spider egg into the body of her victim. Initially undetectable, the egg slowly incubates within its host, feeding off its victim as it grows larger and larger. It begins as an itch, but the victim experiences increasing weakness, fatigue, and mysterious symptoms over time as the spider larva matures and consumes bodily fluids from within. As the parasitic spider grows more prominent and voracious, it exerts control over the host's nervous system, causing agonizing pain, and once it finishes, the victim dies. A giant spider is born into the world after bursting out of what's left of the victim. The whole process takes around a month, and at will, Lisa can kill the spider and end the pain.
LIMITS ⫻
THE SPIDER QUEEN ⫻ The effectiveness of Lisa's spider-based spells may be influenced by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and terrain. Specific environments may be more conducive to the proliferation and activity of spiders, while others may hinder their mobility or effectiveness. Lisa can only command her spiders when she is in a range of around fifteen meters of them - if she is out of this range, they will do nothing until she gets close enough to command them. Lisa can summon thousands of Spiders at a time; the more spiders she summons, the more energy she consumes until she is completely drained of stamina. Otherwise, Lisa is not limited to how many spiders she can summon at a time and summon trillions of spiders... then immediately pass out. She cannot summon spiders from places in view of a person; if they are, she'll have to expend more energy by having them burst out of a wall/ceiling/floor. Lisa can only have one infestation spell at a time and must dispel them to summon another. The Infestation spell has a limit of a day for her to cast it in any place or on any person she has encountered. Otherwise, there is no range limit, and she could, theoretically, use infestation on the opposite side of the planet (or even a different dimension!).
Lisa could only cast Spider-Vomit once every few minutes and could not control what type of spider she spews. When using her Hybridization and Enlarge Spells, it takes a few moments for them to take effect, and these are a few moments that Lisa needs to focus on and concentrate on. This leaves her and the Spiders vulnerable for a few moments. Lisa can only Enlarge up to five spiders at a time, but that requires so much energy, and she prefers to stick to one. Lisa can Hybridize up to a hundred regular spiders at a time but can only Hybridize a single Enlarged one. Lisa can only Hybridize her Spiders with one insect at a time. The acid created from Acid-Burst is more effective at dissolving flesh and bone than inorganic materials such as metal - thus, even the most basic armor is effective against it. The Spiders with Acid-Burst cast on them will explode automatically after a few moments, and anyone can cause a premature explosion with a ranged attack. She cannot undo the Acid Burst Spell, and they will have to explode.
Lisa can only summon a finite number of Healing-Spiders at a time. Typically, she can command a swarm large enough to address several moderate injuries or one severe wound. Once all spiders have been deployed, she must wait for a cooldown of around twenty minutes before summoning them again. The Healing Spiders also do not work on her at all.
THE INNER-SPIDER ⫻ Lisa cannot instantly transform her body and requires a few moments to apply the changes - and in this state, she will be stationary and vulnerable to surprise attacks. Again, altering Lisa's body and maintaining it takes energy. Lisa can only retain her spider-like traits for a limited duration (around a few hours) before returning to her normal state. Once the duration expires, Lisa must wait for a cooldown before she can transform again. The more changes to her body that she has applied, the shorter the duration (up to thirty minutes). Lisa can only use the Regenerative Cocoon once a day.
MACABRE ARTS ⫻ Wretched Web has a relatively short range of around four meters. This Spell only works on organic beings, and she can only cast it once a day. In her obliviousness, Lisa never thought that her Metamorphosis Spell would need to penetrate Emotional-Fields. Thus, at the moment, it cannot work on the Paranormal until she finds some way to penetrate them. She cannot use this Spell in a fight, as she requires stamina, concentration, and constant physical contact to cast. The Spell could take hours to fully transform a person, so she also needs to restrain or pacify them long enough. All in all, this spell is just impractical. The Parasitoid spell can only be cast in one person at a time, and Lisa has to touch them first - and it has to be skin-to-skin contact. Wherever Lisa touches them, that is where the Parasitoid is, and it cannot travel and will eventually be noticed by the host and could be killed.
WEAKNESSES ⫻ It's probably not a weakness. Still, most people would find Lisa's spellbook just a little bit unnerving - especially the more macabre spells she has developed.
THE SPIDER QUEEN ⫻ Lisa's primary weaknesses to her Spider-Queen are elemental magic (fire, ice, electricity, etc), or any magic that has an area of effect. Thermal-based elemental magic will make quick work of her Spider-Minions, and area-of-effect magic will flatten her hordes of spiders. Using Spider-Vomit, she loses body fluids and food and could either starve or dehydrate herself. While she uses the Enlarge and Hybridization spells, her Spiders are extra vulnerable in the cocoon and are far easier to kill. Hybridization comes with its own set of weaknesses depending on what she splices her spiders with. Her most common hybrid - a giant spider with wings - is incredibly loud and makes it incredibly hard to hear (along with hurting her ears). The Acid-Burst Spell can affect friend and foe alike, and if Lisa isn't careful, the acid can kill her too! Also, thermal damage cancels the spell outright and destroys the acid.
THE INNER-SPIDER ⫻ Lisa will be stationary while she applies the changes with her Inner-Spider and could be ambushed. If she is interrupted in this state, she will be in a state of incomplete transformation and will have to revert to normal to restart the process. Transforming her physical appearance using spells from the "Inner-Spider" path can tax Lisa, especially if she maintains the transformation for an extended period. When she pushes herself too hard or relies too heavily on her spider-like enhancements, she experiences intense physical exhaustion and fatigue. Her muscles ache, and her joints ache with pain as the strain of maintaining her altered form takes its toll. In severe cases, she may even suffer from muscle cramps, spasms, or injuries due to overexertion.
The enhanced senses and abilities granted by spells from the "Eyes of the Arachnid" spell can sometimes overwhelm Lisa, causing sensory overload and disorientation. They also leave her susceptible to sensory overload in situations of extreme stimuli. Bright lights can overwhelm her senses, causing disorientation, confusion, and even debilitating migraines. In these moments, Lisa may find it difficult to concentrate or make sense of her surroundings, leaving her vulnerable to attack by her enemies. Lisa is not immune to the effects of her toxic pheromones and may expose herself to their effects if she is not careful. Prolonged exposure to the fumes can cause dizziness, nausea, and disorientation, impairing her ability to concentrate and making her vulnerable. The toxic pheromones are susceptible to dispersion by wind or air currents, which can dilute their potency and reduce effectiveness. In outdoor environments or areas with strong air currents, the pheromones may be quickly dispersed over a wide area, diminishing their ability to affect specific targets. While it heals her remarkably fast, Lisa's Regenerative Cocoon leaves her as a sitting duck, and she is far more vulnerable in this state.
The MACABRE ARTS ⫻ The whole big point of the Macabre Arts is that they are spells that Lisa would not like people to know as they are the spooky, body-horror spells that are socially unacceptable. In many cases, Lisa would not use the spells, but if her friends found them out, then the fallout would not be pretty. People would have a hard time trusting Lisa from here on. While the Wretched Web is resistant to physical attacks, it is highly susceptible to fire. Exposure to flames causes the flesh to ignite and burn rapidly, weakening the structure of the web and causing it to collapse. While the Wretched Web effectively restrains enemies, it also sacrifices Lisa's mobility, as she must remain stationary to keep the web intact. This weakness leaves her vulnerable to attacks from enemies not trapped in the web, as she cannot move freely or evade incoming threats while concentrating on maintaining the spell. The Metamorphosis Spell is, unfortunately, very situational despite being capable of disfiguring someone permanently. Extreme temperatures, electricity, etc can easily kill the Parasitoid, and the host can stab the spider with a knife to kill it.
Other ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "I don't trust the Hound, but maybe if we do what he says, we can return home!"
Lisa had a journal detailing the story of her life up until her death at the hands of the Stygian Snake. It included her thoughts on the various Coven members, and the members of the Old Coven she had feelings for got very... spicy.
"With all this power, what good is it if we can't protect the people we care about?"

He/Him | 26 | British/Japanese. | 5'11ft | 197lb _______________________________________________ Integrity. _______________________________________________ Skills & Talents "I couldn't save Jade, so what good am I?" ___________________________________
Basketball ⫻ Growing up, Drake was the star of his basketball team... at least when he played it. He played a ton of Basketball, officially for his school or just on the streets, and he was pretty good at it. He often practices shots to relieve stress, but even he realizes he's out of his element.
Fist-Fighting ⫻ Drake was always a trouble-starting shithead, and fights were pretty easy to come across in his hometown. He's a pretty good scrapper, even without martial arts training.
Social-Butterfly ⫻ Drake's pretty good when it comes to people; he's grown up his entire life being at the forefront of his family and getting to know a variety of different people. He knows how to deal with people and knows that a lot of problems can be solved by being a listening ear.
Firearms ⫻ Drake likes guns... he's a mean shot with a pistol, and don't ask me what he can do with a carbine.
Appearance ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "Ladies, off the market indefinitely."
Drake carries a youthful and energetic aura around him; almost as if he is still a teenager, he still has the same energy. He's ready for anything exciting to go down, and his movements are quick and spastic; he can't seem to hold down all of that energy within him. However, he kind of acts like a model (a very goofy ahh) model as he's prone to making melodramatic poses, almost as if someone is taking a picture of him. It's weird. Though he has a great, well-shaped body from years of athleticismsm and bodybuilding, he will gladly remove his shirt and flex if you ask.
He's exceptionally well-built, and his body has complemented his body shape well, though I will say his legs are the most defined because Drake was a runner before anything else. And he has a great ass, and his weiner is eight inches long. He is around the average height of a Caucasian male. Speaking of Caucasian, Drake is British and Japanese, but you wouldn't be able to tell given that he looks one hundred percent white other than the fact that his eyes are slanted. His skin is coated with various scars because he is a rough player when playing sports. His elbows are shit because he fell on them a lot, his knees are covered in nasty scabs, and his knuckles are scarred and bruised from fist fighting. His teeth are also very shitty because he's missing a few, and he should have gone to the dentist more. Regardless, the Blackmore Family has excellent genes.
Drake Blackmore, here is a connoisseur of jackets! His favorite hobby is finding a cool ass jacket and flaunting it, his favorite being leather jackets. He dresses pretty simply, wearing jeans or shorts and a T-shirt with a jacket. He doesn't do the whole accessory thing except for sunglasses and his gloves... though Drake wears a wedding on his right hand and a silver ring that says ADAM on his index finger.
Psychology ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "I'll do anything to get my hands on that bastard Wolf Father, or whatever the fuck he calls himself! He's dead."
MAIN GOAL ⫻ Drake's primary goal in life was to find himself a purpose... as he spent his life running around, living it up, and now is wondering if that's how his legacy is going to be. He did not want to end up as nothing more than a party boy, so he decided to build something new with his wife, Jade, and continue the Blackmore legacy. However, now that Jade was murdered by Father Wolf, his new goal is to put the bastard six feet under, regardless of the costs.
PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Drake believes that everyone needs to have a purpose in life and to strive for something - except Drake doesn't know what his purpose is. Drake also has a personal creed to help people and positively impact the world, even if it is at the cost of himself. He tries to work towards improving society and protecting innocents who couldn't otherwise protect themselves. This is not rooted in Drake's arrogance but a genuine desire to help people. So, yeah, Drake has a little bit of a hero complex.
SECRETS ⫻ Drake keeps his trauma and grief a secret and pushes on as if it doesn't exist - he knows he cannot be vulnerable as people are relying on him. So he puts on a veneer of a happy-go-lucky bruiser when, in actuality, he's about to fall apart. Drake also keeps the fact that he was a vigilante who prowled the streets of St. Portwell for hostile Paranormal beings a secret.
SEXUALITY ⫻ Drake is as straight as an arrow, baby! Though, Drake hasn't been feeling all that sexual in the face of the death of his wife, Jade.
FEARS ⫻ Drake's little hero complex makes him deeply afraid of being unable to save someone - and he has failed to keep someone in the past during the battle with the Stygian Snake. He carries the weight of responsibility, and the fear of failure haunts him. Most importantly of all, Drake sincerely fears losing another member of the Blackmores.
REPUTATION IN OLD COVEN ⫻ Drake was seen favorably... in terms of his character. You see, during the fight with the Stygian Snake, Drake had made a lot of bad decisions that required him to be bailed out. Some members saw him as nothing more than an impulsive meathead, a liability, and he was in danger of being kicked out a few times. While others looked up to his bravery, moral character, and desire to help whenever he could. However, after the Stygian Snake's defeat, Drake left shortly after as he did not like the direction the Sycamore Tree Coven was going. He only accepted Auri's call because he wanted to put that bastard Father Wolf in a box after he killed his wife.
ROLE IN THE BATTLE AGAINST THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ Both a boon and a burden, Drake has participated in the many battles against the Stygian Snake using his Red-Lux spells. He is a powerhouse with his lightning spells but has made many reckless decisions... such as, after the death of his father Adam, going to face the Stygian Snake by himself and nearly getting killed. The Coven had to band together to bail him out of this mess, and several other times, Drake made a rash decision, and it blew up in his face. Fortunately, he survived - Unfortunately, it led to a good chunk of the group utterly despising him.
FLAWS ⫻ Now, Drake is a very headstrong and overly confident man; if there's something that Drake has set his mind to, it's very hard to talk him out of it. This has gotten him into deep trouble in the battle against the Stygian Snake, and nearly killed him a few times. Drake is also not good with authority and usually ends up just doing things his way - which has caused a lot of friction in the Old Coven. Drake has gotten better, but old habits die hard, and they're deeply engrained into his personality. Drake refuses to open up and ask for help, and will, even if it kills him, handle things on his own - and keeps his emotions bottled up whenever possible. Now, Drake has a deep-rooted hero complex, and that is one thing that's not going to change; he just has to be the one to save the day. He'll jump to help and protect people with his magic, even when it's detrimental to himself. There's just a certain excitement to him going out and fighting "evil."
Backstory ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "First, my dad... I must learn to live without Jade."
Drake comes from the Blackmore lineage, a family of Adepts that go back to the Middle Ages and was one of the few families blessed by the Bull. Drake's father, Adam, was a second-generation immigrant from Britain who moved to the United States of America in hopes of finding a better life. He ended up in St. Portwell, where he met his future wife, Lisa Takahashi, and they had four kids: Victoria, Drake, Amanda, and Charles. Adam worked for the big businesses, had an excellent six-figure job, and guaranteed the Blackmore siblings the happiest life he could! Drake, however, was the most athletic and outgoing out of the Blackmore siblings, with his little sister Amanda being second. However, Drake was a nerd for medieval literature, even the corny stories where the knight goes to save the princess! He wanted to be a modern-day knight by upholding the ideals of kindness, gentlemanliness, and honor! Though Drake was a beast in whatever sport he played, he was inclined to Basketball! He tells people he was the star player on his school's basketball team, which led to his Kindling Event after winning the championship! It was spooky, and he talked to his father, Adam, who told him that Drake was the last of the siblings to gain an Abstraction.
Damn it.
Adam mentored his children, taking them out into the woods during the weekends to train them in their abstractions, and found that Drake had an affinity towards electricity and lightning! Naturally, Drake made spells where he could create semi-solid swords, axes, and other weapons made out of electricity. It was badass! Drake felt like he was finally becoming a knight... and his fantasies were about to take a very serious turn when a "dragon" came to St. Portwell. That "dragon" being the Stygian Snake, and Drake's first encounter with it was when Amanda desperately called Drake, saying that a group of monsters was attacking her and her friends. Drake quickly grabbed Victoria and Charles, and the three went to Amanda's friend's house.
Despite having magic, they were quickly overwhelmed by the horde of Abominable and Apparitions... until Adam stepped in and incinerated the monsters with a barrage of spells. However, the Stygian Snake had shown up, and Adam was forced to retreat with his children despite being a high-level Adept. Drake decided that he would defeat the Stygian Snake, and this was his journey! Drake ventured out at night and battled the Stygian Snake's minions - eventually getting caught by his older sister, Victoria, who had a better idea. Victoria had learned that a group of Paranormal teenagers, led by her friends Ashley, Daisy, and Auri, was forming to battle the Stygian Snake, and the Blackmore siblings couldn't resist but join the battle.
The Blackmores were under that very sycamore tree when the Coven had formed their pact, and they were some of the founding members of the Sycamore Tree Coven. They participated in battle after battle with the Stygian Snake, to no progress, and the being was getting even stronger. The Coven split up into several "battle parties" to go out and battle the Stygian Snake's minions, and usually, the Blackmores were together (with Drake calling them the "Blackmore Party"). One night, the Blackmore Party went out, and the Stygian Snake was sighted chasing a girl named Jade West, whom Drake had known from his class. The others thought she was a goner, but Drake went out and distracted the Stygian Snake long enough for Jade to get away. This caused the Apparition to turn its attention onto Drake and required him to be saved by the rest of the Coven.
Afterward, Drake found Jade, and the Coven patched up her injuries. he then told her about the Coven, and she asked to join - only on the condition she worked alongside Drake exclusively in this "Blackmore Party." A girl named Britney Williams told them about a few artifacts... and Drake went fuck that. He didn't believe that the artifacts existed and that it was a waste of time to search for them - in addition to not trusting the All-Verse. He was a part of the group that stayed beyond to keep the Stygian Snake's minions in check - but Victoria went with the group to find the Apparition Killer and Bull's ring. She told Drake not to do anything stupid and assured her everything would be okay.
However, dimensions moved at different times, and Victoria was gone for a couple of days... one night, the Stygian Snake attacked the Blackmore household and specifically targeted Adam. Drake was out with the Blackmore Party (minus one) and didn't even realize it was at the Blackmore household until he saw it in the sky. They rushed back, and they found Adam dying in the front yard when they returned. Drake and the Blackmores rushed to save their father, but he died from his injuries before they could do anything. This devestated the Blackmores, and they were frozen in shock - However, this made Drake mad. He rushed after the Stygian Snake, even after people begged him not to go, to finish the bastard once and for all...
... and got thoroughly trounced.
Drake was almost dead when the entire Coven, including the members on the expedition to the other universes, returned. A massive battle ensued in which members of the Coven were lost, but Drake was saved, and Jade had patched up his injuries. Though, the Sycamore Tree Coven were really pissed off at him for what he did. However, with the day of the eclipse the next day, they had little time to reprimand Drake and rushed to battle the Stygian Snake, which Ashley stabbed with the Apparition Killer while Drake pounded it with lightning. After the Snake had slithered to the tree they formed under, they completed the ritual and sealed the Apparition in the Sycamore Tree, freeing the world from its menace. Afterward, Drake agreed to have his memories wiped off its location and became a part of the Coven.
Many arguments and insults were thrown around, and Drake expected the Coven to go after other Apparitions. Instead, they floundered around while other bad guys were pooling into the city of St. Portwell to replace the Stygian Snake. From how Drake saw it, it was only a matter of time before another Apparition like the Snake reared its head, and the Coven should prepare for it. Not just that, but Drake had a problem with Britney Willaims forcing Apparitions and curses onto people and Daisy dragging a ten-year-old to fight a world-ending problem. So... Drake left the Coven reasonably early on and didn't as much as shed a tear when he found out that it had collapsed.
Jade left alongside Drake and confessed that she had feelings for Drake, and the two began dating shortly after. Drake was still grieving the loss of his father, and Jade was there to help him while he was unsure of what to do with his life. Drake didn't want to go to college, so he became a police officer for the St. Portwell Police Department because it was his way to make a difference and keep the community safe. However, Drake knew that the monsters were in his backyard and quickly put together a makeshift costume, so on his days off, he would go out at night and patrol the streets for hostile Paranormal beings. He was battling them with his abstraction and sealing Apparitions and throwing them into the ocean where they couldn't bother anyone else. It was a delicate process balancing his job as a police officer, his relationship with Jade, and battling the malicious Paranormal.
What made things complicated was that Drake got on one knee, and Jade said yes.
The two got married the following year, and Jade found out about his vigilanteism... and told him that it wasn't healthy and to stop before he got in over his head. Drake agreed to the sanctity of the marriage, and he took on a second job as an armed guard to build up money for their dreams. Jade wanted to travel, and Drake would take her to all the places she wanted! They planned a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, and they enjoyed themselves... until the very end of the trip, when Jade didn't feel well and went back to their room to rest, insisting that Drake "drinks for the two of them." He stumbled back to their hotel room, drunk as they get... to find a pool of blood underneath the bathroom door. Frantic, Drake threw the door open and saw that Jade had been brutally stabbed. He clutched his wife in his arms as he screamed.
This was the worst day of his life.
Drake became reclusive, taking some time off work to get himself together. However, this was when he went out more than before, going out and battling hostile Paranormal beings, being more determined and brutal than before. It wasn't long until Auri reached out to him, and he was fully set on declining it until Auri said that Jade's killer had a name...
Father Wolf.

TYPE ⫻ Adept.
ABSTRACTION ⫻Red & Purple Lux. Channeler: Adam's memorial and wedding rings.
ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Drake learned that he, at a young age, had an affinity towards lightning and electricity from his late father, Adam Blackmore - it was a favored element from Drake. Through exploring this affinity, Drake developed a series of spells and became famous in the Old Coven. Despite it all, Drake is a very seasoned and well-trained Adept due to his constant personal training, being trained by his father in his youth, and developing new spells to assist with his vigilante work. Drake has four different "spell groups" or disciplines for himself: The "Electric-Arsenal," in which Drakes crafts semi-solid weaponry out of electricity and The "Lightning-God," a collection of different electricity-based spells, The "Son of Adam," which are spells his father taught him and other spells shared between the Blackmore siblings, and finally, The "Dragon," which are pyromancery and ash-based spells. Drake is more in tune with the Red Lux, almost entirely neglecting his Purple Lux, which he uses vary sparingly. However, he is gradually learning to work it into his Spellbook.
THE ELECTRIC-ARSENAL ⫻ Drake's primary offensive weapon that he has tweaked and fine-tuned through a lifetime of practice, training, and necessity. Through Drake's near-mastery of the electrified realm, he has made himself a scary arsenal of semi-solid weapons. Known as the Lightning-Arsenal, he has a variety of different weapons, each one crackling with untamed energy, much like Drake, and ready to unleash hell upon his enemies. These spells are almost exclusively Red-Lux, but Drake is diving into Purple-Lux to incorporate Time and Movement Magic to enhance this discipline. Drake can only create one type of electric weapon at a time and typically cannot create more than two.
Voltblade ⫻ A longsword crackling with arcs of electricity. Its blade pulses with a vibrant electric glow. Upon contact, it can deliver devastating shocks and wounds to enemies. His Purple Lux enhances its electrified edge, allowing Drake to strike with lightning-fast precision and overwhelm his enemies with a flurry of electrifying blows. Drake can create two Voltblades at a time, one for each hand.
The Voltbuster ⫻ An enhanced version of the Voltblade, a colossal weapon crackling with torrents of electricity, designed to unleash devastating blows and electrifying shocks upon whichever poor bastard gets hit by it. It is enormous, about three times the length of Drake's body, and isn't as sharp as the Voltblade. However, it's more of a powerful siege tool that hits with far more force than the Voltblade and far more electricity behind it. Drake can only create one Voltbuster at a time.
Battle-Axe ⫻ A small, double-edged battle axe that pulses with waves of electrifying energy. Its compact size and lightweight design make it ideal for swift maneuvers. At the same time, its electrified edge delivers powerful shocks that immobilize and incapacitate enemies with each impact. Drake can only create two axes at a time.
Thunderguard ⫻ A round shield enveloped in an aura of crackling electrical energy to protect against attack while electrifying any poor schmuck who touches it. When wielded by Drake, the Thunderguard forms a barrier of electricity in one of his hands. Its electrified surface can unleash explosive energy, launching a shockwave of electrical force that will send anyone nearby flying. Drake can only create one Thunderguard at a time, but he can also create a weapon, such as a Voltblade or Battleaxe, to use in his other hand.
Electric-Flail ⫻ A flail composed of electrified chains crackling with lightning sparks, ending in a spiked ball that emits electricity. Its flexible chains can deliver electrifying strikes that leave the poor bastard who gets hit by it wishing their mother used the coat hanger. With one swing, it becomes a whirlwind of electrified devastation! Drake can only create one at a time.
Stormbreaker ⫻ A massive Warhammer with a heavy head that crackles with lightning. While heavy and unwieldy, it allows Drake to crush his foes and send out powerful shockwaves of electricity. It's the perfect weapon for ignoring defenses and shattering defenses. Drake can only create one at a time.
Thunder-Lance ⫻ A formidable and massive lance with a long shaft is pulsating with electricity with a razor-sharp tip that'll impale foes. The Thunder-Lance is ridiculously long, three times the length of Drake's body, and can be used as a thrusting instrument or a slashing one (Somehow, don't ask questions). It's one of Drake's favored weapons. Drake can only create one at a time.
The Long-Hard Blackmore Stick ⫻ The Long-Hard Blackmore Stick is a simple staff weapon that Drake primarily developed to indicate that he has a weapon named... The Long-Hard Blackmore Stick. It's a simple staff created like the rest of the Lightning Arsenal that is lightweight and meant for quick engagements and keeping foes at a distance.
Thunderstruck ⫻ Thunderstruck is a bow and arrow set designed to unleash electrifying arrows upon Drake's enemies from a distance. It is massive, longer than Drake's entire body, and can unleash shocking arrows rapidly using both Red and Purple Lux. Drake can only create one at a time.
Halbread ⫻ Another weapon with a long, pulsating shaft (Drake asserts he's not gay) that cackles with electricity. The Halbread versatile weapon allows him to deliver sweeping strikes and electrifying thrusts that cleave through enemies with lethal precision. The Thunder Halberd's reach and versatility make it ideal for engaging enemies at a distance and incapacitating them with electrifying force. It was Drake's favored weapon. Drake can only create one at a time.
The Electric-Guitar ⫻ Created in collaboration with his sister, Amanda, and inspired by Sylvia Cruz and Simone Le Fay (sort of). As the name implies, it's a guitar made of lightning! It looks like a spiky electric guitar but is primarily used as a blunt instrument. However, it has a unique magical attribution: Drake can create special sound blasts to launch the opponent black by playing on the riffs. Drake can only create one at a time.
The Two-Headed-Monster ⫻ Linqian created a dildo made out of lightning! A young Drake Blackmore had no choice but to one-up her by not only creating his version of the Lightning Dildo but a three-headed one. In contrast, Drake can only create one at a time but should create zero Two-Headed Monsters.
The Future? ⫻ Who knows what the future may bring? Drake feels like his Electric Arsenal is redundant and needs updating. Drake is working on merging the Electric Arsenal with his Lightning-God discipline, so maybe eventually, he could learn tricks as such as telekinetically manipulating his weapons, creating hundreds, and more.
LIGHTNING-GOD ⫻ The secondary spells that Drake used as an offensive weapon, but less cohesive than his Electric Arsenal. The Lightning God discipline is a collection of lightning-themed spells that do not fall under the Electric Arsenal. It's technically the first discipline that Drake developed, but at the same time it is incomplete, as he quickly abandoned the discipline to focus on the Electric-Arsenal. The Lightning-God is Red-Lux, but it's the discipline in which he uses Purple-Lux the most (other than The Son of Adam).
Zeus's Lightning ⫻ This Spells channels Drake's inner-Zeus, the cool, lightning-chucking, All-Father and not the God that fucked a cow one time. This spell allows Drake to create and physically hurl bolts of lightning at his enemies. With a commanding gesture, Drake summons a lightning bolt from the sky and shapes them into a javelin-like projectile. He can control how fast (or how slow) they can go, but at the top speeds they can travel at blinding speeds.
Electric-Aura ⫻ Or the "fuck off" aura, one of the first spells that Drake had developed. By channeling his mastery over lightning magic, Drake can generate a shimmering field of blue-white crackling electricity surrounding his body and anything he touches. While this is active, it provides no defense or enhancements beyond making it foolish to touch him and enhance his physical strikes. He can make a partial-field or one that fully envelopes him.
Thunderbolt ⫻ Thunderbolt is a spell that unleashes a concentrated blast of lightning from Drake's fingertips, one that he can charge to be more devastating. By focusing and channeling the power of thunderstorms itself, Drake charges a powerful bolt of lightning out of his fingertips. One that, if appropriately charged, can electrify and stagger even the most potent Paranormal-Beings. However, he must be immobile while charging it.
Flight ⫻ is one of Drake's first developed spells and one of the few spells that almost exclusively channels Purple-Lux. Flight allows Drake to defy gravity and soar through the air, leaving behind a trail of lightning as he flies. Drake can levitate and propel himself through the air at incredible speeds, traversing vast distances and easily evading enemy attacks.
Ride the Lightning ⫻ One of Drake's "ultimate weapons" to use in his "fight against evil" and bringing peace to St. Portwell. Using a mixture of Purple and Red Lux, Drake charges forward by surrounding himself in a solid-orb of electrical energy. With this spell, he can gravely injure some of the strongest Paranormal-Beings out there.
Works in progress ⫻ Since Drake is working on developing the Lightning-God discipline further, Drake has developed some more spells that primarily utilize his Purple-Lux.
Thunderstep ⫻ Drake has attempted to harness the power of lightning to facilitate a form of teleportation teleportation. However, the results are less than reliable. When activated, Drake vanishes from one location in a blinding lightning bolt... but he hasn't worked out the kinks yet and can't control its destination. So far, Drake has ended up on top of trees, the sky, and the ocean - thankfully, he can't teleport inside the solid objects. So, the spell's erratic nature and lack of control make it practically useless, which frustrates Drake. Nonetheless, he continues experimenting and refining the Lightning Step to unlock its full potential.
Arc Lightning Field ⫻ The Arc Lightning Field is an experimental spell that Drake is developing, utilizing both Purple & Red Lux for a devastating combination. Drake creates a box that slows down the movement of anything within that lacks an Emotional-Field by using his Purple Lux while ravaging the poor sucker inside with erratic lightning. The intention is to make one large enough to cover several city blocks and bypass Emotional-Fields; however, since it's in the testing phase, it is precarious and unreliable. He can hardly create the field half the time; if he can, it will only last for a few moments before it falls apart and dissipates.
Electromancy ⫻ The pinnacle and end-all-be-all for Drake's lightning magic, one that supersedes not just the Lightning-God discipline, or the Electric arsenal discipline, but his ultimate magic. Electromancy allows Drake to manipulate and control electrical currents on a scale never before seen. With a mere thought, he can summon thunderstorms from clear skies, unleash devastating bolts of lightning that cleave through buildings, and command the element to his will. Electromancy's potential is staggering, with the ability to rival even the strongest Paranormal-Beings and will allow the "Lightning-God" discipline to live up to its name. In its current form, Electromancy is still in its infancy, and it cannot control electricity beyond what the Lightning-God discipline currently entails.
SON OF ADAM ⫻ Adam Blackmore was considered to be a master of Purple & Red Lux and had thousands of different spells under his belt. Spells that he attempted to pass onto Drake, but as it turns out, Drake was far too hard-headed to utilize the spells that Adam taught him. From feeble attempts at Lumomancy to comically unreliable Teleportation magic, each spell in this hapless arsenal reflects Drake's journey to discovering his affinity in Lightning and developing his primary spell-groups.
Lumomancy ⫻ Drake's attempts at Lumomancy often result in feeble attempts to summon dim, flickering lights or tiny sparks that barely illuminate his surroundings. Despite his efforts to channel his father's teachings, Drake's lack of focus and enthusiasm for light manipulation leaves much to be desired, making this spell useless.
Aeromancy ⫻ Drake's level of Aeromancy yields laughably weak gusts of wind that barely rustle leaves or ruffle hair. Despite his father's attempts to instill the principles of air manipulation, Drake's lackadaisical approach to the discipline results in ineffectual breezes that provide little more than a gentle breeze on a warm day.
Portal Creation ⫻ Drake's experiments with Portal Creation lead to chaotic and unwieldy disasters as his attempts to open portals result in unstable rifts that collapse upon themselves moments after being created. His father's teachings on interdimensional travel and portal creation were lost on Drake. Though Victoria has been teaching him somewhat... instead of working against his nature, she is trying to teach him how to create portals out of electricity.
Chronomancy ⫻ Drake begrudgingly engaged in half-ass attempts to grasp the intricacies of Chronomancy, spurred by his father's insistence on tapping into the most potent aspect of Purple Lux. However, his efforts yield only feeble results, as Drake struggles to harness time manipulation with zero luck or success. Despite occasional attempts to concentrate and focus on changing the flow of time, Drake's lack of genuine interest and commitment to the Spell results in hilariously ineffective results. Though he's learning some aspects of it, such as for his Arc Lightning Field, Chronomancy is not his forte. He'll likely never develop this Spell until he undergoes some major growing like his father did.
THE DRAGON ⫻ A discipline that Drake has been developing recently, though it comes from the fragments that his father taught him (what little of it stuck to Drake). Drake created The Dragon Spellgroup from those fragments, inspired by Linqian and other fire benders in the Old Coven. Since Fire is also one of Drake's affinities, he has a straightforward time developing the Dragon Discipline. Unlike regular flames, this fire is a vibrant blue color.
Fire God ⫻ This collection of spells represents Drake's burgeoning mastery over fire magic, inspired by his affinity for pyromancy and his determination to harness its destructive potential.
The Flameblade ⫻ Using a similar method to Drake's Electric Arsenal, Drake conjures a blade of pure flame from the depths of his hot-blooded soul. The fiery weapon dances with flames fueled by Drake's firey rage, and much like the Electric Arsenal, it's somehow solid. It can cleave through flesh and bone like an actual blade (though Drake missed the memo on the point of, you know, a sword).
Fireball ⫻ One of the few spells that his father taught him that Drake caught on to. Drawing upon the primal fury of flames, Drake conjures a sphere of fire in his hands, and Drake can hurl the Fireball at will. He can create a fireball the size of a basketball that'll leave behind a trail of swirling fire behind it. He can make several fireballs one after the other and put them in both hands.
Shotgun Fireball ⫻ Building upon the explosive potential of the Fireball spell, Drake channels the chaotic energy of fire into a burst of literal firepower. With focus, he fragments the fiery sphere into smaller projectiles like a hail of flaming meteorites. Each projectile is far weaker than a full-fledged fireball, but the Shotgun Fireball spreads further and is devastating at close range.
Flamethrower ⫻ Drake conjures a roaring column of fire out of his hands, much like an actual flamethrower. Drake creates a fiery torrent directed toward his enemies; however, it has a concise range of around two meters, making it an effective short-range weapon of destruction.
Explosion ⫻ In an attempt to harness the volatile energies of combustion, Drake attempts to develop the spell "Explosion." However, it has yielded less-than-ideal results, as the spell proves to be highly unpredictable and unreliable. When invoked, "Explosion" manifests as a burst of fiery energy that erupts at a chosen location; however, it is wildly inconsistent. At times, the explosion may be disappointingly feeble, barely strong enough to singe a few hairs. At the same time, on other occasions, it might unleash a catastrophic detonation that engulfs even Drake. Due to its inconsistent nature, Drake struggles to control this spell and finds himself at the mercy of its unpredictable results.
Ash-Storm ⫻ Amidst his exploration of pyromantic arts, Drake has begun to experiment with a spell he tentatively calls the Ash-Storm. However, in its current state, the spell remains erratic and unreliable, barely living up to its potential. When Drake attempts to use the spell, he struggles to control the power he seeks to unleash, resulting in a lackluster display of some ash specks spawning - rather than the swirling tempest of fiery destruction he envisions. Despite its shortcomings, Drake remains diligent in developing the Ash-Storm spell. Recognizing its potential as a destructive weapon, engulfing the battlefield in a swirling maelstrom of ash and flame.
Dragon-Dive ⫻ A mixture of Red and Purple Lux and the fire version of his "Ride the Lightning" Spell. It's a simple spell; if Drake is in mid-air, he launches downwards toward his target like a rocket. As he descends, flames surround Drake and leave behind a fire trail. Drake crashes down with the force of a meteor, unleashing an explosion that launches fire in all directions.
LIMITS ⫻
THE ELECTRIC-ARSENAL ⫻ The weapons in the Electric Arsenal require a significant amount of energy to use, draining Drake's stamina with each use. Overusing these abilities can lead to exhaustion and potentially render Drake unable to cast further spells or wield his electric weapons. Despite their power, weapons in the Electric Arsenal are limited by Drake's physical strength and endurance. Using heavy weapons like the Voltbuster and Stormbreaker requires significant physical exertion.
LIGHTNING-GOD ⫻ Some of the most potent Lightning God spells rely on atmospheric conditions such as storm clouds or electrical disturbances. Drake's ability to cast these spells may be severely hampered without suitable weather patterns, and on a sunny day, Drake is the weakest, ironically. Drake's lightning-based attacks are more effective in environments with high conductivity levels, such as open fields or urban areas with metal structures. His spells may be less potent or ineffective in areas with poor conductivity, such as deserts or insulated interiors. Channeling vast amounts of electrical energy through his body carries the risk of overload, which can lead to physical exhaustion, mental strain, or even injury if Drake pushes himself too far beyond his limits. Zeus' Lightning and Thunderbolt require Drake to be immobile... though it doesn't count if he's floating using his flight as long as he's stationary in the air.
SON OF ADAM ⫻ Drake's lack of interest and commitment to mastering these spells severely limits their effectiveness. They often produce only minor, inconsequential results, are highly inconsistent, or fail to achieve their intended purpose.
THE DRAGON ⫻ First and foremost, Drake cannot mix his Dragon Spells with his Electric Arsenal or Lightning God Spell groups - he has to choose fire or lightning. The fiery nature of the Dragon spellgroup makes them particularly sensitive to environmental conditions. In damp or rainy environments, the effectiveness of the spells may be diminished, as water can dampen the intensity of the flames and reduce their destructive potential. While powerful, the Dragon spells are most effective at close to mid-range combat. At longer distances, their effectiveness diminishes, and Drake may struggle to target distant foes with his pyromantic attacks accurately. While powerful, the Dragon spells primarily focus on offensive firepower, offering limited versatility in terms of defensive or utility capabilities.
WEAKNESSES ⫻ It's water. You can beat Drake with a cup of fucking water.
THE ELECTRIC-ARSENAL ⫻ The effectiveness of the Electric Arsenal may be diminished in certain conditions, such as heavy rain or extreme humidity, which can interfere with the conductivity of electricity and weaken the power of Drake's spells and weapons. If his guns get drenched in Water, they'll be destroyed, and he'll have to remake them. Also, these weapons are bright and loud and interfere with his sense of vision, sight, and smell.
LIGHTNING-GOD ⫻ Water is a natural conductor of electricity, and Drake's lightning spells may be less effective or even backfire in environments with high moisture levels or standing water. This causes these spells to explode in his face if he isn't careful. Drake's lightning-based attacks demand precision aiming and timing to ensure maximum effectiveness, leaving him vulnerable to agile adversaries capable of evasive maneuvers. These spells are also bright, flashy, and loud, throwing stealth and any subtly out the window, temporarily blinding and deafening him as he has zero resistance to bright lights and sound.
SON OF ADAM ⫻ Drake's haphazard attempts to use Son of Adam spells can sometimes result in unintended consequences or backlash. These unforeseen consequences pose a risk to both Drake and those around him, making the spells inherently dangerous. For example, when attempting to use the Teleportation spell, Drake could miscalculate or fail to establish a stable connection with the destination. This can result in partial materialization, leaving Drake momentarily trapped in an object or even a different dimension. However, these spells are useless anyway.
THE DRAGON ⫻ The fiery nature of the Dragon spells makes them vulnerable to water-based attacks or environments. Water can extinguish flames and dampen the intensity of pyromantic spells, rendering Drake's fire-based abilities less effective or even completely nullifying them in wet conditions. Drake isn't fully immune to fire, so the intense heat generated by the Dragon spells can be a double-edged sword, posing a risk of overheating Drake if used excessively. If not used safely or correctly, Drake can burn himself with his fire.
Other ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔
"...WHO THE FUCK TOOK MY CIGARETTES?!?!?!"
Drake Blackmore, one of my oldest characters, converted to Recollections. He was a joy to rewrite, and I'm hoping he'll still be fun to play as he was... like over ten years ago. lol
Paranormal-Expert ⫻ Due to her own experiences dabbling in the Paranormal and prowling her family's archives on all things magic, you can call her an expert. Britney's knowledge of the Paranormal is unmatched in the Coven and was instrumental in defeating the Stygian Snake. Her knowledge kept her around, despite them not liking her, and was the sole reason Auri recalled her.
Dancing ⫻ Britney was always a great dancer, from typical ballet to more risqué dances.
Gardener/Botony-Knowledge ⫻ Due to her abstraction, Britney knows a great deal about different plants and whatnot.
Modeling ⫻ Britney is a plus-sized model! This has made her great at striking a pose! It also gave her a keen fashion sense, confidence, problem-solving, adaptability, etc.
First-Aid ⫻ Britney learned First-Aid after the battle with the Stygian Snake to apply it to not just herself but to others in case another situation along those lines arises.
Leadership & Cunning ⫻ The girl is a natural-born leader and has a knack for picking the best decisions to make... at least, she believes so. The girl hides a cunning streak and will step on other people to get what she wants.
Appearance ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "Enough about how tall I am...."
Britney has a bit of size to her body, mainly because she's so damn tall at six-three, a height that boys wish they had. Both her mom and dad were huge in height, and they said they were "big-boned," too, so they had a ton of mass on them. It's the first thing people notice about her, and it's not good because she's very insecure about her height. Unfortunately, that's just something that she lives with, but she loves it when people don't bring it up. The other aspect that makes her look big is her body shape; she has an oval shape primarily shaped by extra body fat that she can't shake off due to her genetics.
Britney has a bit of a gut, but it's not flappy or saggy at all, and she's happy she doesn't have a fupa at the very least. Britney. Puberty was tough for her, but she is very curvy. Inherited from her mother and father, her butt has always been big (the butt of many jokes, you may say), and she's chesty (at 44D) though they don't look that big because she's so damn tall. She is a woman. However, people think she is fat because of her body shape. While she is a bit heavier than other girls, she is far from morbidly obese.
Britney has a soothing and approachable aura, as she usually has a broad smile and rarely raises her voice. Britney is usually talkative and preppy but has a slight air of nobility about her - though she can sometimes sound condescending. If that confidence fades for whatever reason, something is very wrong. Britney is African-American, though she claims she has roots in the Dinka tribe, which is why she's so damn tall.
Psychology ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "No more secrets, I promise."
MAIN GOAL ⫻ Britney truly wants to forgive herself and be forgiven by the old Coven for her actions. In the battle with the Stygian Snake, she did some... not so great things (such as forcing curses and Apparitions onto people so they could join the battle). Afterward, the entire Sycamore Tree Coven hated her and eventually voted her out. Thus, in the ten years since, Britney has been working on herself and wishes to be forgiven.
PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Britney Williams believes in the power of compassion as the keystone of her life. She sees compassion as a virtue and a driving force that dictates her actions, decisions, and interactions with the world. Britney recognizes that people make mistakes, including herself. She believes in forgiveness and second chances (as she so desperately needs herself), always seeking to understand the reasons behind actions and offering support to those who genuinely want to change. Britney understands that small acts of kindness can have a significant impact on the world and the lives of others. She makes it a daily practice to perform acts of kindness, whether helping a stranger in need, volunteering, or simply offering a listening ear to a friend in distress.
SECRETS ⫻ In the battle with the Stygian Snake, Britney held a lot of secrets... mainly that she had been purposely infecting people with Afflictions and Adjoining them with Apparitions to have more footsoldiers in the fight against it. However, after it came out, her reputation plummeted, and since then, Britney has dedicated herself to holding no more secrets.
SEXUALITY ⫻ Britney is pansexual, but she wants kids someday, so she leans a bit toward males. Other than that, Britney isn't all that picky, and she isn't above flirting with anybody.
FEARS ⫻ Britney, deep down, fears the world of magic and the Paranormal and that someday another threat along the lines of the Stygian Snake will arise. This time, they won't be able to stop it. Britney also fears herself because of a deep-rooted guilt in her previous actions.
REPUTATION IN OLD COVEN ⫻ Britney was... not very well liked. Originally, she was seen as instrumental in defeating the Stygian Snake, but after some revelations came to light about the lengths she went to defeat it... her reputation and relationship with the group plummeted. She was only kept around due to her knowledge of the magical, but even that was shaky. Shaky enough, she was voted out of the Coven a few months before their eventual collapse.
ROLE IN THE BATTLE AGAINST THE STYGIAN SNAKE ⫻ an essential part... as when Britney was brought in, the Coven had no clue of how to defeat the damn thing and were just throwing spells at it and hoping something worked. Britney told the Sycamore Tree Coven about the artifacts known as the Apparition Killer and the Bull's Ring. With Kari Wilson's help, they could travel to different universes and locate them. Britney was also secretly forcing people to join with Apparitions and cursing them to have more hands to battle the Stygian Snake - which was not well-received by the Coven when they found out.
FLAWS ⫻ While Britney is ultimately a well-meaning person, she has an issue with forcing her ideas of what is right and wrong onto other people (one could say it's a mild God-Complex). This means that Britney was willing to screw other people over to stop the Stygian Snake and justified it to herself by saying she was doing the right thing. Britney is ultimately helpful in doing whatever it takes to get the job done, but she cannot understand when she's infringing upon someone else's autonomy.
Backstory ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ "I... should have done more. At least to stop the Stygian Snake."
The Williams Family is a wealthy family that owned a lot of sway in the town of St. Portwell, as they hold plenty of businesses (primarily tourist attractions) that get plenty of foot traffic. They weren't millionaires, but they had amassed enough wealth to provide their daughter, Britney, with everything she needed. However, the Williams held a dark secret; they were Adepts who used their magic to bully their business rivals out and make people sell their businesses to them. Of course, Britney didn't learn about this until she was far older. Britney lived her early life as a loner despite her nature, as she was used to reaching out to people only to get used to her resources. Thus, she grew up keeping people at arm's length. Still, she kept herself company by digging into her family's archives... a massive library on the world of the Paranormal and learned about all sorts of different artifacts, Apparitions, and so forth. It was her hobby to dig into such a place, and it was her quiet place, as her family never bothered her.
This was between school, interacting with her few true friends, and dance class/ballet. As she grew up, she learned how to sort out the people who had no interest in her and kept her friend group small. However, when she entered high school, the Stygian-Snake's reign of terror began; Britney was spending time with some friends when one of them was enthralled by the being and forced to kill everyone else in the room - including Britney. When the girl came at Britney with a knife, she underwent her Kindling Event and activated her connection to the Red Lux... which was useless now. Britney managed to escape and immediately retreated to her family's library, where she found information on the Stygian Snake.
Britney saw herself as the only person who was capable of stopping the damned thing, so she completely locked herself off from everything (friends, school, etc.) and practiced casting spells. She discovered her affinity was towards plant life, so she kept at it and devised several plant-based spells. After deciding she was ready, she set out to battle the Stygian Snake... Britney knew that she was one girl, but she was going to do the best that she could. This led her to her friend Auri Auclair, who asked for Britney to be there under the Sycamore Tree when they formed. Making Britney one of the founding members, however, they weren't making any headway on the Apparition, and they were losing members one by one as if the thing was trying to dry them of all hope.
Britney took the role of "Magical Advisor" (and she was considered the defacto fourth in command) as she was the most magic-knowledgeable out of the Coven and told them everything she could find on the Stygian Snake and various artifacts such as the Apparition Killer and the Bull's Ring. She was a part of the brave group that ventured to the alternate universe to find both artifacts. However, Britney didn't have complete faith in their odds, even with powerful artifacts such as the Bull's Ring, so she did a little something... that was finding Apparitions and binding them to people without their consent, and even afflicting people with curses. She would "find" these people and rope them into the Sycamore Tree Coven, and one of them was "Queen Bitch" Emily G.Reed (in Britney's defense; nobody liked her, and it would make the world a better place if she died).
On the eclipse day, Britney helped defeat the Stygian Snake by binding the bastard in vines while Ashley put the finishing blow on the bastard. However, Britney overexerted herself and passed out; thus, she was not there when the Stygian Snake was sealed into the tree. Britney had her memory of the tree wiped and joined the Coven in their adventures, who would go on to do great things...
... and those "great things" were fighting over every little tiny thing, slinging shade at each other, and overall being useless. Worst of all, Britney's little "recruitment drive" came to light, and the Coven vilified her due to her awful actions. She became the group's punching bag because of her actions and was nearly kicked if it wasn't for the fact that she was so valuable. Emily G.Reed was the least happy about it and constantly antagonized Britney and the more generous members of the Coven. Britney hung in there because she cared about her friends and knew they would get themselves killed without her. However, she was ultimately voted out for the good of the group and accepted it. They completely dissolved a few months later, and everyone went their separate ways.
Britney moved on with her life, only maintaining contact with Auri as she knew that Britney had regretted her actions. She went to college, wanting to build a life without living in her family's shadow - but she wasn't sure what she wanted to do with her life. Eventually, Auri suggested that she could become a model, and Britney thought it was daunting (she was huge and didn't have that model built). However, Auri motivated her to go ahead with it, and she made a portfolio, found an agent, and became a plus-sized model! She appeared in food, appliances, and clothing advertisements for various companies around St. Portwell. However, she kept her ear to the ground to the events of the supernatural scene around St. Portwell, learning that Emily formed her own Coven, the extradimensional intrusion, etc. Britney had zero interest or agency in participating in it, so she kept to herself but knew the next threat was just around the corner...
However, Britney learned of the string of murders happening to the previous members of the Coven, and Auri put out the call to her - telling her that she was getting the gang back together. Britney was unsure of how the reception to her return would be, but she didn't want to see anyone else get killed.
Britney hesitantly accepted and attended their first meeting at Auri's flower shop...

TYPE ⫻ Adept.
ABSTRACTION ⫻Red Lux. Britney's channeler is her silver necklace engraved with the logo of the Sycamore Tree Coven.
ABSTRACTION DESCRIPTION ⫻ Britney is a very experienced Red-Lux Adept who has an affinity towards Nature Plantlife, Water, and Light due to her compassionate and fun nature. Britney has created three "modes" for her Spells that she switches between back and forth. She is proficient in her "Land-Mode" mode due to overreliance on it and neglecting her training. However, she is learning to branch out and tap into the potential that is "Mode: Sea" and "Mode: Sky."
MODE: LAND ⫻ The style, or discipline, that Britney is the most proficient in. Mode: Land represents the fusion of Britney Williams' mastery over Floramancy and Edafosmancy, creating a blend of plant and soil manipulation. With this disciplined approach, Britney manipulates the power of nature's elements to shape and control the landscape. Mode: The land embodies Britney's profound connection to the earth and its inhabitants.
Floramancy ⫻ The one spell group that Britney is most proficient in and most famous for using (Why she was called "Plant Mommy"). Her Floramancy embodies a profound connection to the essence of nature, granting her the ability to manipulate and command the very essence of plant life itself. Her mastery over flora extends beyond mere manipulation, encompassing a deep understanding of botanical biology. Whether she's shaping plants into intricate constructs, revitalizing wilted foliage, or telekinetically controlling vegetation with the power of her mind.
Bloom ⫻ Britney can create plant life on any surface in a thirty-meter radius around her. She can build any plant in the real world, from fruit to wood, limited only by her plant knowledge. She cannot make a tree appear, as the girl needs time to spawn plant life, but, given a few hours, she can create a skyscraper-sized tree... and immediately fall into a coma afterward. She can make weapons, barriers, and appendages, and her favorite technique is creating lengthy vines with bladed tips like a spear.
Verdant Bloom ⫻ An enhanced and chaotic form of her Bloom, and functions the same except as a touch-ranged and far more potent version. Britney channels her Floramancy to induce rapid and explosive plant growth upon touch. The Red-Lux surges forth, emitting vibrant greenery when she touches a surface or object, soil, stone, or even metal. Britney can create explosive plant growth in the area around her, creating a chaotic eruption of foliage. With Verdant Bloom, she can cause a tree to appear instantaneously and explosively, acting as a blunt weapon. Or she can create a beautiful field of flowers instantaneously. However, by using this, she expends far more energy.
Floral Sculpture ⫻ With a mere flick of her wrist, Britney breathes life into the surrounding vegetation, coaxing it to bend and twist to her will. She can shape plants into intricate constructs of her design. Britney commands the nearby vegetation to mold into anything limited by her imagination. Britney can produce weapons, barriers, and appendages, and her primary combat technique is creating lengthy vines with bladed tips like a spear. Britney can shape existing plants and the plants that she creates (including plants that others create).
Floral Revival ⫻ Britney's nurturing connection with nature extends beyond manipulation and control. This gentle yet potent spell allows her to breathe new life into dead or damaged plants, restoring them to their former beauty. Britney places her hands on the plant, channels her life force into its withered form, and an encompassing aura surrounds it. The plant is restored to normal with each passing moment until it is wholly fixed.
Floral-Transmutation ⫻ With this spell, Britney can alter the biology of a plant, manipulating its structure, properties, and even its very essence to suit her needs. With precise control and profound understanding, she can modify the plant's physical attributes, such as size, shape, color, and reproductive mechanisms. For example, she could transform a small, delicate flower into a towering tree, imbue a flower with poisonous thorns, or bestow a common vine with a bioluminescent bloom.
Florakinetics ⫻ Britney's telekinetic manipulation of plants grants her the ability to control and manipulate vegetation with the power of her mind alone. With a focused concentration, she can command nearby plants to bend, twist, and move according to her will, as if they were extensions of her body. This is how Britney manipulates the direction of plant growth in the plants she creates, and it is the most vital spell in her Floramancy Spellgroup.
Edafosmancy ⫻ Another spell that Britney has developed, Edafosmancy, the art of Soil Manipulation by Britney Williams, channels the raw power of the earth itself, allowing her to command and shape the very soil beneath her feet. With a focused concentration, she extends her influence into the earth itself, causing it to respond to her mental commands. Soil bends to her will, creating tendrils, waves of soil, anything her imagination could produce, limited only by the amount of soil within her radius. She can use it as a direct weapon to make barriers, and Britney has learned how to ride on a wave of soil.
MODE: SEA ⫻ A new mode that Britney is seeking to experiment with. Mode: Sea marks Britney Williams' journey into harnessing the elemental power of water, which complements her Floramancy and Edafosmancy. With this evolving style, Britney delves into the depths of aquatic-based elemental magic, channeling the fluidity and adaptability of water to augment the rest of her Spellbook. Through "Mode: Sea," Britney can summon and manipulate bodies of water that dance at her fingertip and are limited by only her imagination. There is only one element that she is developing under Mode: Sea: Hydromancy.
Hydromancy ⫻ In her tentative exploration of "Mode: Sea," Britney's hydrokinetic abilities reflect her dipping her toes (Geddit?) into the realm of water manipulation. At the moment, Britney can only struggle to shape even the smallest droplets into rudimentary forms. Her efforts yield... less than satisfactory results, such as manipulating only a small glass of water at a time, creating only a handful of water. Despite this, Britney persists and dives headfirst into the realm of Hydromancy in hopes of causing more dramatic effects down the line.
Aqua Bloom ⫻ In Britney's early attempts at developing hydrokinesis with her, she practices a spell where she attempts to create water out of nothing. Britney channels the Red-Lux, attempting to manifest water from thin air! However, at the moment, the amount of water she manages to materialize is barely more than a few droplets in her hands. At the moment, she can splash someone with it, annoying them. With practice, Britney can create far more water.
Floral Current ⫻ In Britney's early stages of learning hydrokinesis, she managed to manipulate a small amount of water! Britney extends her hands towards a water source, be it a puddle, lake/pond, or whatever coming out the sink. Britney telekinetically lifts the water and manipulates it with her mind alone. However, she is no waterbender... her control is shaky, and her range is limited to a small area. She can splash someone with them.
MODE: SKY ⫻ As Britney continues to explore her Red-Lux, she delves into a new discipline known as "Mode: Sky." This is primarily a Mode she developed in the Old Coven, learning spells from Jake Valos and Elsa Connor - however, she didn't get a chance to flesh it out thoroughly and neglected this mode in favor of Mode: Land. This style revolves around harnessing the power of light and weather manipulation. In her early attempts, Britney's control over this domain was fragile. She attempts to conjure light in various forms - Similarly, her efforts to manipulate the weather are met with limited success as she struggles to coax even a few drops of rain from the heavens.
Lumomancy ⫻ In her fledgling attempts at manipulating the element of light within "Mode: Sky," Britney struggles to harness its radiant energy with finesse and control. She attempts to conjure light flashes or miniature suns with tentative gestures and a hesitant focus, but her efforts are met with... uneven results. Instead of brilliant bursts of light, Britney's creations flicker erratically, casting a feeble glow that barely illuminates their surroundings.
Floral Beacon ⫻ A result of her early attempts into Mode: Sky... the plan was to create a devastating beam of light out of her hands that would annihilate foes. However, the result is a feeble beam of light that emanates from her hands like a makeshift flashlight. Her control is shaky; the beam she conjures flickers, wavers, and sometimes wholly goes out.
Luminous Blossom ⫻ Another of her early experiments into Lumomancy, she conjures a radiant ball of light out of her hands similar to a miniature sun imbued with a gentle warmth. The ball is around the size of a baseball and constantly flickers and dims. Britney can control its movement with her mind and occasionally uses it as a lamb.
Hyetomancy ⫻ The art of weather manipulation, Britney Williams finds herself attempting to force the forces of the sky to her will. With each step into this new Mode, she aims to shape and control the weather, but her abilities remain... pathetic, and her control is shaky at best. Britney's attempts to conjure rain, summon gusts of wind, or clear stormy skies yield inconsistent results, often disrupting weather patterns in minor ways.
Dewdrop Dance ⫻ The first spell that Britney developed under Hyetomancy, where she encouraged the formation of raindrops. However, the result is typically only a gentle drizzle over a small radius.
Floral-Whisper ⫻ The plan is to create a spell that manipulates the raging winds... and the result, at the moment, is a gentle breeze that could maybe knock over an empty water bottle.
LIMITS ⫻
MODE: LAND ⫻ Britney's Floramancy is limited by range and time; she has a far easier time manipulating existing plants as opposed to creating new plant life. If she wants the plants to survive, they have to be in an area where they can logically stay - so if she makes vines on concrete, they're going to die fast, or if she creates something that lives in a different biome than St. Portwell... it won't last long. Creating plants on non-soil-life also takes far more effort and time than it would on dirt. For her Floramancy and Edafosmancy, she has to be touching the ground (she can't, for example, be on a fire escape trying to manipulate a tree beneath her).
MODE: SEA ⫻ Britney's hydrokinetic abilities are practical only within a short range (around two meters). Britney's hydrokinetic spells have a limited duration before dissipating or losing effectiveness. Her skill is minimal, but she can push past these limits as the Spell group develops.
MODE: SKY ⫻ Britney's Weather and Light manipulation spells require a significant amount of stamina, leaving Britney physically and mentally drained after extended use. Britney struggles to control the intensity and direction of her light manipulation spells, leading to erratic and unpredictable results. She may inadvertently create blinding light flashes or fail to maintain a steady illumination.
WEAKNESSES ⫻
MODE: LAND ⫻ For Britney to use her Floramancy, her primary Spellgroup, she needs to donate a bit of her life force to power it. The more she uses the Spell, the physically weaker she'll become, the paler her skin will get, the more sluggish, the hungrier, and she can even kill herself if she pushes herself too far. Other than that, her plants are as vulnerable to poison, fire, and ice as other plants. For Britney to use her Edafosmancy, she must be immobile (surfing on dirt doesn't count as she's using the dirt to move), which can leave her vulnerable.
MODE: SEA ⫻ While Britney's Mode: Sea grants her the ability to manipulate water with finesse, prolonged or intense use of her hydrokinetic abilities leaves her physically drained and dehydrated. Manipulating large bodies of water or creating powerful water-based spells taxes her body, causing fatigue, dehydration, and physical weakness. This vulnerability affects her ability to continue casting spells and leaves her vulnerable to physical attacks or other threats while weakened.
MODE: SKY ⫻ Britney's ability to manipulate light can overwhelm her senses, causing sensory overload and disorientation. When she channels intense beams of light or creates blinding flashes, she may experience temporary blindness, visual distortions, or headaches due to the extreme brightness. Britney's connection to the weather in Mode: Sky makes her highly sensitive to changes in atmospheric conditions. This sensitivity manifests as physical and emotional discomfort, exacerbated during extreme weather events such as storms or intense heat waves. Britney experiences migraines, nausea, or anxiety in response to fluctuations in barometric pressure, humidity, or temperature.
”... You couldn’t have bought us some new clothes?” Lisa asked as she tugged at the hems of her dress.
“Hey now, we got that federal paycheck,” Clementine smiled. “But we got bills, too!”
The next night, they all stood in Shadynasty’s parking lot, wearing the same clothes as before. Thankfully, Clementine put their clothes in the wash while they were cuddling. Clementine and Vanessa, both with their arms crossed, leaned up against their car. They were wearing jean shorts, sneakers, and white shirts, looking like clones of each other. Lisa sat in front of the two on the ground, her dress slightly wrinkled from the previous day. Saskia was leaning against the car, eyes closed. Ella squatted beside Lisa, bright pink clothes looking very out of place and greyscale bracelets looking just straight up odd.
”... So how do we get in? We have no IDs, remember?” Lisa asked before the thought popped in her head. ”Hey! Since we’re no longer missing, can you fix that so we can get IDs and drink and go into strip clubs on our own time?”
Vanessa shrugged
“I don’t see why not,” she began. “Later on, we can all sit down and sort this out… it’s a lot of paperwork.”
”Figures…” Lisa shrugged. ”So how do we get in?!”
“How did you get in last time?” Clementine asked.
”Jo- a friend teleported us in,” lisa answered.
“Well, call that friend to teleport ya’ll in again!” Vanessa laughed.
”How!? We don’t have phones!”
“Smoke signals.”
"We had a walkie talkie but you guys confiscated it," Ella muttered, glaring at Shadynasty like it had personally wronged her. It felt like it had. "Even if we get in there- what if Stauber's in there?! Doesn't he love these places?!"
"Can't we just sneak in the back," Saskia muttered, massaging her forehead. "Nobody saw us kidnapping a full grown man yesterday."
"Orrrrr," Ella had a brilliant idea. An idea to find Kimberley and Jordan again who would buy them new clothes along with teleporting them in. "We rob a thrift store again to find our friends?!"
“... Wait, what you did y-” Lisa cut off Clementine.
”... Nothing, nothing, we did nothing!” She awkwardly laughed. ”And who cares if Stauber is here. It's not like we can’t take care of him.”
"That's right, he's no match for us!" Ella flexed her arms. Considering he couldn't even get away from her when she boosted her strength a tiny amount… Pathetic, really.
"We can go round two of the spider web orgy," Saskia intoned, surveying the building. "I wonder if there's some way we can get in a staff entrance. It'll be easier to find and talk to Guadalupe then."
”We didn’t even get round one, Saskia!” Lisa pouted, crossing her arms. ”And did you forget we have a human spider on the team?! I can just go in there, find Guadalupe up, tie her up and we can clear her name!”
Vanessa and Clementine facepalmed.
”... What does she look like, by the way?” Lisa tilted her head.
“Spanish lady, well, Mexican,” Clementine said. “Curly black hair. Average height. Has a little bit of a gut. Fat, you know…“ She gestured around her own rear.
”You know…” Lisa climbed up off the ground, then tapped her chin. ”... That sounds a little familiar? Don’t it?”
"It does?" Ella peered up at Lisa, confused. Did they know someone like that?
"Because she was the one Stauber was after," Saskia said tiredly. "If you think you can human spider in there, Lisa, please do. I can nap in the car."
"No way!" Ella protested. She straightened up, shaking out her legs. "What if something happens to Lisa? Lisa can use her spidey powers to get us in, but we're all going in!"
”Well, if Saskia’s not up for it…” Lisa put a finger to her cheek as she said, ”I’m confident the two of us have enough rizz to pull this off, right Ella?!”
"Right!" Ella shouted, slamming her fists on her hips. "We've got plenty of rizz- let's go, Lisa! We'll show you what we can do!"
"Sure," Saskia yawned, eyes half closed. "I'll come save you when you need it."
Ella completely ignored what Saskia said, grabbing Lisa's hand and dragging her towards the building. Only, when they got there she realised they hadn't actually decided how to get in. The front door was off limits, so Ella circled towards the back. "Any idea where the back entrance is? Or that one we came out of- ooo, maybe we can go in through a window?"
”Alright, let me…” Lisa knelt forward, and grabbed the back of her dress, and lifted it a bit before she shook her head. ”... I’m wearing a dress today, silly….” She shook her head.
”I’ll find a way in!” Lisa said before she ran up to the side of the wall and scaled towards the back alleyway where they were. She quickly disappeared out of sight… however, minutes later she appeared on the rooftop and gestured for Ella to come over.
Ella immediately jogged over, craning her head up to grin at Lisa. "Be careful. I’ll keep watch!"
When Ella approached the back door, Lisa fell from the rooftop and hissed in pain as she shouted, ”... MY KNEES!”
"LISA!" Ella yelled, immediately running over to Lisa. She knelt down beside her, looking over at her knees immediately to make sure there were no bones sticking out. Phew! Looked alright.
And no one had come out after they both shouted.
”... Wow, thanks homegirl!” Lisa climbed to her feet, then walked over to the door and threw it door open with one. ”They’re not a very secure establishment, that’s for sure!” She smiled at Ella., before she walked in.
"Well, we already knew that when we kidnapped a guy!" Ella grinned back, laughing. Sure did make it easier for them. She followed closely behind Lisa, easily peering over her head. "Sure makes our life easier. Alright, you think we should just wait for her to come on stage, or try get in the back? Oh, if we’re lucky Stauber will be here and we can beat him up!"
”I can vomit spiders on him!” Lisa laughed, sticking a finger up into the air as she led the way. ”But let’s wait for her to come on stage.”
Eventually the main stage came in view, as Lisa turned on her heel and put a fist in her palm as she spoke, ”Because that way, we can be inconspicuous. If she doesn’t come back then…”
Lisa turned back around and her eyes came to a blonde haired vixen dancing on stage. Her jaw dropped as she stammered, ”… Then… then… Oh, my…”
”Then what?” Ella had been looking at Lisa, slowly turning to follow her gaze- and froze. Her eyes widened and her jaw also dropped. She couldn’t… she’d never seen anything like it. Her mind just stopped working. ”That’s… oh wow… I see why people come here… let’s watch.”
Ella couldn’t tear her eyes away from the attractive woman on stage. Stauber could walk past right now and she wouldn’t even blink. She didn’t want to blink at all! Then she wouldn’t be able to see everything! "We gotta wait anyway."
Lisa grabbed onto Ella’s shoulders - she had to get on her tippy toes to do this - and shouted, ”We gotta focus! Resist the booty! Resist! The! Booty!”
"No but Lisa, look," Ella gestured towards the booty. "It’s so perfect- you wouldn’t understand, because you get to see mine everyday… but I don’t! I need my fill!"
Lisa gasped, ”… Are you saying I’m flat?!”
Ella tore her eyes away from the dancer to glance down at Lisa. Then back to the dancer. "Well… compared to me and her. But you've got way more than Saskia!"
”So you’re saying I’m flat!” Lisa shouted.
"Yeah, I guess I am," Ella said, unphased as she stared at the non flat booty on stage. "I just didn't realise till now… don't worry! Ass isn't everything- you're perfect to cuddle!"
”Awwwwwwww!” Lisa said as she got closer to Ella, a warming smile on her face. She got on her tippy-toes to try to look Ella in the eye with those stupid puppy eyes, grabbing onto two handfuls of chest. ”You’re so sweet.”
Ella's brain stopped working. She was just loading for a moment, gaze slowly dragged away and towards Lisa. It somehow didn't upset her anywhere near as much as brushing hands with Stauber had. They'd been spooning every night - if Lisa wanted to touch Ella's pretty decent tiddies, she was welcome to! "Awwww, I am? You could've just said if you were jealous."
Probably unexpectedly, Ella grinned and patted Lisa on the head. She then looked around the establishment - it'd successfully drawn her attention away from the stripper at least. Lisa smiled and nuzzled.
”... XAAAAAAAAANAX IS COMING OFF THE STAGE!”
The DJ announced, and Lisa let go of Ella and pivoted around.
”NOOOOOOOOOW ITS TIME FOR NEON!”
The girl from last came on stage… this time wearing a black sparkly bra and panties. She walked to the pole with a wide smile as Lisa turned to Ella and said, ”It’s her!” She began. ”Wait! Um! Focus! Let’s…”
Lisa glanced in her direction and was hypnotized by “Neon” taking her top off. A bead of drool came from the corner of her mouth.
Ella was still looking at Lisa, and was hit by a wave of jealousy. She’d just been touching her tiddies now she was looking at another woman. Surely she wasn’t- oh. All was forgotten as she was completely enraptured by “Neon”.
"We should get closer," Ella said quietly, grabbing Lisa’s hand and dragging her right towards the front of the stage. At the same time she fumbled in her pocket, pulling out a crumpled twenty dollar bill that was just about still holding together after going through the wash. "How does this work? Can we get anything for this?"
Lisa shrugged.
”... Wait, I got an idea!” From the hidden corners and crevices of the room, several massive Huntsman spiders came out… and were promptly entrapped in a glowing cocoon of webs. When they burst out, they had ant-like mandibles. She grinned as they quickly grabbed the dollars they were being thrown at Neon and brought them over to her. She knelt as she held them in her hand, grinning like a fool.
”Maybe this could help us!”
"Great thinking," Ella grinned back, looking at the stack of cash Lisa had managed to grab so easily. She reached over and added her twenty to the pile. "Maybe we can buy a private dance or something- Oh, just wave the money up and see if that works. It’s a lot!"
Lisa shrugged, and the spiders that she summoned vanished into the same place they came from.
”Maybe showing it to her would be enough to start a conversation!”
"Oh I bet that'll work! Let's try," Ella physically shoved a man out of the way that was between them in the stage, shielding Lisa with her body so she could get right to the front… not that it was so busy she needed to, but just in case. "Wave the cash around!"
As commanded, Lisa just waved the money around over her head. Unfortunately, she wasn’t tall, so initially, Neon didn’t notice. However, she glanced in their direction, then turned her whole body on the pole. Neon grinned as she undid her bikini, but held it against her chest in one hand as she shouted.
“Make it rain, mami!” She laughed.
Lisa tilted her head as she put on a confused expression and faced Ella, ”... HOW DO I DO THAT!? DO I USE SPIDERS?!” She had to shout over the music.
"NO IDEA!" Ella shouted back, thinking about it. Spiders would make most sense, surely it had to come from above. Oh! "I’VE GOT IT!"
Ella moved her feet to be a hip width apart and bent her knees. She wrapped her arms around Lisa’s hips and then lifted her up high into the air. "THROW THEM OVER HER! IT’LL BE LESS SUSPICIOUS!"
Lisa shrugged.
She just chucked the money at Neon as hard as she could, and the wad of money hit her in the cheek. She recoiled, “AYE, MAMI!” Neon shouted. “Take it easy! Is it your first time here?!” She shouted again, laughing.
”S-sorry!”
"It is!" Ella shouted from behind Lisa, since she was still holding her up, half peering around her. "Is that not enough?!"
Neon was silent.
“... FOR WHAT?!” She asked, politely and with her inside voice.
"UH- YOUR ATTENTION AND A PRIVATE DANCE?" Ella shouted back, hiding her face behind Lisa because it was difficult to talk to an attractive half naked woman.
“Hahahahahahahaha!” Neon playfully laughed. “... You already got the first part, baby!”
She sauntered over to the stage, lying down on her stomach, coming face to face with Lisa as she gave her a flirtatious smile.
”... Hi,” Lisa said, waving her hand.
“... Come see me after my performance! Dances are eighty for fifteen minutes!”
"See you where?!" Ella asked, peering back around Lisa. Her mouth fell open again and she was fairly certain she was about to have a nosebleed. At least, if she was in an anime she would. "Wherever it is we’ll be there!"
“I’ll find you!” Neon laughed. “Now, I gotta make some money!”
”... Hey, put me down before someone looks up my dress!” Lisa said.
"I’d kick their ass before they looked,” Ella declared, but she did what Lisa asked and put her back down on the ground. "Now what? Should we find somewhere to sit… Can your spiders steal us eighty for that dance?"
”Maybe,” Lisa shrugged. ”She might get suspicious if we keep taking the money off the ground.”
She tapped her chin… before her eyes landed on an ATM. ”... Come here!” She grabbed Ella’s hand and dragged her toward the ATM. A wave of tiny spiders came out, quickly wrapped in a glowing cocoon, and they burst out with large ant mandibles. She commanded them to head inside, and after some grinding and banging… they came out with money. Lots of it. Twenty after twenty, they had to have emptied the entire ATM. Lisa grabbed it, and said,
”... Money, money, money!” Lisa raised the money to her face and shuffled it. ”She won’t be able to resist us now!”
"Lisa, you’re a genius!" Ella grinned. They were rich now! They could buy a change of clothes after this… No, stay focused on the mission. "We can buy hours with this. Oh, maybe we should get a dance first before… we talk to her. Our secret." ”Come on now! We have a mission to complete!” Lisa laughed, ”It’s not like anyone we get a dance with will have sex with us in there or something weird!”
She glanced at the stage, and Neon was completely naked. Shaking her behind as Lisa couldn’t help but drool. She shook her head, as she noted, ”We threw a good amount of money at her, so we definitely got her attention!”
”ALRIGHT! NEON IS LEAVING THE STAGE, NOW ITS TIME FOR PUSSY GALORE!”
Lisa watched as Neon gathered her clothes and went into the back. When she came out, she went straight to the two. She smiled warmly invitingly as she shifted her weight to one hip and said, “Hi, sweetie.” She laughed in a thick Mexican accent, “Helluvathrow ya’ got there.”
”Oh!” Lisa said, before she tapped her fingertips together. ”Sorry!”
“No need to be sorry!” Neon said, “Just aim for my butt next time.”
She laughed, shaking her head, saying, “So, you two were drooling staring at me… this your first time here? First time leaving the house?!” She laughed.
"How did you know?!" Ella joked with a gasp. She looked at Lisa, then back at Neon. "I can't help it when I'm surrounded by flat asses- Anyway…"
She nudged Lisa. "How about that private dance?"
”Oh yeah! I got the money!” Lisa shouted, carefully shifting through it until she had enough.
“… You got enough for two- know what? It’s on me! C’mere!” Neon said as she counted the cash, before she gestured them to follow her all the way to the private rooms. “Have a seat, you two!”
Lisa plopped down, and Ella sat next to her.
Neon undid her bikini, “By the way, that was a nice trick you two pulled there…”
"What trick?" Ella tilted her head in confusion, eyes widening and jaw dropping slightly. Was it getting a little hot in here? Phew.
“Snatching all the money using your lil’ spiders and then acting like you were giving it to me,” Neon gave them a sultry smile as she said, “... You think you two are the only magic users in Mirage Springs?”
"Ohhhh you saw those," Ella nodded, incredibly relaxed by it. After all, when it was coming from such an attractive woman… well, anyway, it meant they didn't have to beat around the bush about magic. "Well, that makes things easier! We're not actually here to get a strip dance- nice as that would be! We're here to prove your innocence! Unless your not innocent, shit-"
Ella leaned over to Lisa, whispering, "What do we do if she really is a member if the society? Kill her?"
Lisa smiled, then whispered back, ”... We kidnap her for information!”
“... Okay, you two are acting fucking weird,” Neon tilted her head at them. “Do I need to call security on you?”
"No need!" Ella waved her hands in front of her, turning back towards Neon. Might as well jump right into it. "Like we said, we're here to prove your innocence- we just have a few questions for you! We'll pay you for your time! First, you know Morningstar?"
Neon ran over and put a finger to Ella’s lip.
“... Sssssssh, Mami!” Neon looked over her shoulder before she spoke in a hushed tone, “... Don’t fuckin’ say that name! Don’t you know he’s ‘He who shall not be named’?”
"Does he appear if you say his name?" Ella looked around - though it wasn't in fear but excitement. "That'd make things easier- but! If you can't even say his name you must not being in the S- uh, his evil group. Won't say the name just in case! Y'see, yesterday we saved you from getting arrested and now we're tryna clear your name! So if you give us proof you're not part of that we can get going and get that sorted!"
“Hoooooney, that bastard has eyes and ears in every corner of the city,” Neon began, “If someone so much as says his name out loud, they’re getting followed home at bare minimum. ”
She shook her head before she asked, narrowing her eyes, “... And who was trying to arrest me?”
"Oh, yeah, we know," Ella shrugged. They'd been painfully confined because of that… and Morningstar was already after them and knew exactly what they looked like, so they were already in danger. Didn't really matter if they said his name. "Uh… PRA. Cause of this corrupt agent called Stauber! Fucking bastard works for the society and said you worked for them! Wait, shit, if you really do I shouldn't have said that- if you do we will have to kill or kidnap you, and you really don't want to meet our friend waiting outside!"
“... Bitch, is that a threat?!” Neon shouted as she took a few steps back towards the exit.
”Wait, no! We were jus-” Lisa hopped up, trying to plead.
Neon raised a hand, igniting a hot pink fire like a torch. She then aimed it at them and said, “No, fuck that, mami!” Before she cut loose, unleashing an inferno of pink fire directly at the two.
"Lisa!" Ella shouted, grabbed her Channeler and in a panic casting a glowing light over her legs without transforming into her magical girl form. She used her enhanced legs to jump, arms wrapping around Lisa and pushing them both to the floor underneath the inferno. She then let go of Lisa and rolled over, swinging out a leg to try and hit Neon's ankle.
”... AHHHHHHHHH!” Lisa shouted as she was knocked to the ground.
The kick knocked Neon over, and her shoulder hit the ground. She hissed in pain, as she began glowing, transforming into a ball of pink electricity, light, and fire. She launched herself through the curtains, setting them aflame, and appeared on the opposite side… She slid across the ground on her knee, facing the two. She then aimed both hands at the two as a veil of electricity surrounded her hands. Two streams of pink electricity came directly at them.
"Ahhhh, light in the darkness, protect meeeee," Ella yelled as she rolled over again and pushed herself to a crouching position. The lightning hit her arm, burns searing down it. She gritted her teeth through the pain and pulled the colour from the seat they’d just been on. It formed a round, red ball that she shot towards Neon - it would be like being hit by a super fast basketball.
Lisa also convulsed out of pain from being electrocuted; however, she remained on the ground for a moment. Long and black Spider legs burst from her back and through the dress, and they raised her to her feet. Burns were on her chest and arms.
Neon was on the ground, knocked down by the ball. She screamed out of rage as she sat up and raised a hand at Ella… Creating a massive pink fireball that would explode on contact. Ella’s eyes widened, enhanced legs pushing her to the side to roll out of the way, her body slamming into the wall with a grunt of pain.
Lisa dove to the side as the fireball whirled past her… Before it hit the wall and created a massive explosion of fire.
Alright, virgins, here are some supplementary factions that are going straight to the Misc section!
THE.ACCORDANCE
"Unity shines the path to prospersity!"
. . . . The Accordance was a beacon of hope in an otherwise bleak All-Verse. This organization was tasked with maintaining order across the All-Verse, operating with a single purpose: to uphold the delicate balance of all worlds from the threat of chaos and destruction. Central to the Accordance's structure was a system of ranks and titles designed to ensure efficient governance and decision-making. At the top of this hierarchy stood Dacious, the revered leader of the organization, whose wisdom and foresight guided its actions. Beneath him was the Council of Twelve, comprised of esteemed advisors and experts in various fields, offering expertise to craft the Accordance's policies and strategies.
The Accordance's responsibilities span various domains, from interdimensional diplomacy to crisis intervention and conflict resolution. They monitored emerging multiversal threats and potential destabilizing influences across the All-verse, deploying their forces to address such threats before they could escalate into something far worse. Further down the hierarchy were the Peacekeepers, operatives trained in combat, diplomacy, and law enforcement. Operating on the front lines of conflict and crisis, these dedicated individuals embodied the Accordance's commitment to protecting the innocent and upholding justice across the multiverse. The Peacekeepers wielded vast magical and technological resources to aid them, including ancient artifacts, powerful spells, and advanced weaponry.
One of Accordance's most frightening capabilities lay in its ability to mobilize resources and personnel from across the All-Verse with unparalleled efficiency. Using interdimensional portals and advanced communication networks, they could deploy Peacekeepers to any corner of the All-Verse within seconds. In addition to their roles as peacekeepers, the Accordance also served as custodians of ancient knowledge and artifacts. They maintained a vast collection of artifacts (partly to keep them from falling into the wrong hands) and records of past conflicts, phenomena, and other knowledge that could be useful.
However, their greatest challenge came from the Inner Circle, a vicious cult led by the mighty Green Adept known as Sunshine Jones. This shadowy organization posed a grave threat to the stability of the All-verse, unleashing horrors upon countless worlds in its relentless pursuit of the "blood of magic." Despite the Inner Circle's power, the Accordance came out on top and banished Sunshine Jones and her followers to the Pit, ending their reign of terror.
However, it was short-lived, as the Accordance was annihilated not long after, with all the artifacts in their possession, including the legendary All-Blade, scattered across the All-Verse. Their defeat and destruction are shrouded in mystery. Still, the rumor is that Sunshine escaped the Pit and destroyed the Accordance in revenge.
THE.INNER-CIRCLE
"Our destiny awaits in the blood of magic!"
. . . . The Inner Circle, a name whispered in a hushed tone across All-Verse, embodies the dark depths a lust for power can lead and the corruption magic can have on one's soul if they let it. Led by brutal and savage Sunshine Jones, a Green Adept of unmatched power, she commanded a legion of devotees just as fantastical and brutal as she was. Their goals are as superb as they are nefarious: to locate the source of magic, which they dub as the "blood of magic," and to harness its power. At the heart of the Inner Circle lies a vast network of hidden lairs, secret laboratories, and occult libraries hidden across the All-verse. These facilities are the centerpiece of the cult's dark experiments and twisted rituals, where they conduct heinous acts of torture, human experimentation, and forbidden magic in pursuit of their goals.
The cult's membership numbered in the hundreds, each member a skilled Adept, Aberration, or sometimes Apparition. These devotees pledged loyalty to Sunshine Jones's cause, carrying out her orders with fanatical zeal. The Inner Circle's crimes were as numerous as they were unforgivable, ranging from mass murder and genocide to the creation of monstrous abominations that killed millions to creating and selling powerful artifacts and weapons to other monstrous. The Inner Circle stopped at nothing, and everyone was a necessary sacrifice for their sinister goals.
Yet, despite their vicious nature, the Inner Circle remained an enigma, their true motives and ultimate goals shrouded in mystery. Some believe they seek to ascend to Godhood, while others fear they may seek to bring about the end of all existence. Whatever their intentions, the Inner Circle was a force to be reckoned with. Despite their overwhelming power and influence, the Inner Circle's reign of terror had challenges. Chief among their foes was the Accordance, a multiversal organization of peacekeepers dedicated to putting an end to them and restoring balance to the All-Verse
Their defeat at the hands of the Accordance and James Vanburen, the hero of the All-Verse, was a momentous victory for truth and justice, and Sunshine's exile to the Pit was seen as a triumph. Yet, despite their destruction, they left permanent scars in the All-Verse, and to this day, the residents of the worlds they brutalized feel their shadow looming over them. Rumors say that she has escaped The Pit and now seeks vengeance against those who dared to oppose her, including destroying the Accordance.
The Inner Circle left one hell out of a legacy as they serve as a chief reminder of how power corrupts and how steps must be taken to prevent others from following in Sunshine's footsteps.
THE.OLD.CULT
"They say the Old Cult's darkness still lingers, waiting to reclaim its place."
. . . . More legend than anything.
Rumors, whispers, and half-truths speak of a mysterious cult that worshipped the Stygian Snake and was just so heinous and reprehensible that it had to be wiped from the canals of history. Very little is known about the Old Cult, to the extent that its name is a mystery, but what is known is that it was led by a man named Walter. The purge of information was so thorough that the specifics of their crimes are a mystery, leaving behind speculation... and the lingering possibility that they may not have existed.
They will play a huge part in the storyline's background but are all long gone by the events of the RP.
Cracker Island > Away From a Bitchass Coven (AKA. their Mansion).
After that shitstorm, Emily managed to put out a call for 8th St to assemble. They met in a clearing in the woods outside of the Historic District, somewhere they could open a portal without an annoying cunt seeing them and going, 'Oh my God, it's magic' (Emily was so angry that she forgot normies couldn't see magic). She crossed her arms, with Vashti at her side, as they trickled in. Jacqueline and Miranda walked up, holding hands and eating cotton candy. Aaron had a giant teddy bear. Then Carol, Greta, George, Malik, Lee, Nadine, and Flora approached without looting.
The last to walk up was Brianna, and Emily immediately dived her, jamming a finger into her chest, "... Where the fuck were you?! I tried to reach you, but you didn't respond!"
Brianna gently pushed Emily's finger away, "Where was I? I was out enjoying myself with the others. My phone died while you were texting me."
"I had the Chalice! The fucking Chalice!" Emily said. "We could have made off with it, and those sluts would have been up shit's creek without a paddle!"
Then she paused as she realized something.
"... And how the fuck are we going to get back?!"
"... My abstraction still works fine even if my phone is dead," Brianna rolled her eyes and put a hand on her hip. "Even if I don't have it, I can open portals."
Emily wiped both hands down her face.
"Fine, just open a..."
And she was interrupted.
"... Guys, wassuuuuuuuuuuup!"
Phoebe tried roller skating into the scene... but was caught by a tree root and fell on her face. She tried to get up, before she just raised a finger and said, "I - *hiccup* - tolds that bitch Maya - *hiccup* - I could outdrink her! Now look at her! She's probably lost in da' woods somewhere! She was holding my hand a second - *hiccup* - ago!"
"Oh. My. God!" Emily facepalmed before it turned to joy. "Wait, we lost Maya! I can't believe it! We lost Maya! Open a portal before she finds us!" She hopped up and down.
"Phooooeeebbbeeeeee…" Came a chilling wail from the trees. A white sheet covered head popped up from behind a tree root… well, the sheet was now absolutely covered in mud. As sheet-Maya pulled stood up, all that was visible were her ankles and bare feet (and squinting eyes behind badly cut holes). She'd somehow returned more clothed. Carol's rollerblades dangled from one hand, and a stick was in the other. "Youuuuu left me behinnddd… even though… I askkkked you… to slow…. Downnnnnn."
Her words were incredibly drawn out, accent much thicker than normal, and she stumbled over. Seeming to aim for Phoebe but her terrible vision resulted in her flopping against Vashti. "You- hoe-"
Emily facepalmed.
“My bitch!” Phoebe smiled as she tried to hug Maya but got caught on a tree root again and landed on her face.
“Your bitch got radicalized, bro,” said Vashti, dumping Maya on top of Phoebe. She still looked like a nightmarish mess, covered in little more than bloody rags and viscera that was mostly bits of regenerating wolfman. Her eyes drew thin as she stared down Brianna. She approached Brianna, pushing past Miranda who had started to treat her wounds, and held her hand out.
“Your phone,” demanded Vashti, her voice dropping into a serious and alarmingly quiet tone for the normally boisterous woman. The leaves of the nearby trees began to rustle in the breeze. “Give me your phone.”
Brianna looked at her hand as she said, “… You goin’ full gestapo now?” She shook her head, “Take my phone: I’m out 8th Street.”
“... Look, Vash,” Emily shrugged, crossing her arms. “I just want to get off Retard-Island before another one of those sluts pops out of the woodworks.”
She facepalmed, before she turned towards Brianna.
“... Just open a portal so we can get out of here. I want to burn this stupid thing and go take a nice long bath,” Emilly tugged on both sides of the Dragon Onesie before Brianna nodded.
“We’re clear, right Aaron?” Brianna asked before she turned to the empty expanse of Cracker Island's woods.
“Yeah,” Aaron nodded his head.
Brianna put her hands together, and went she parted them, she created a massive glowing yellow portal. 8th St stepped through the portal, fleeing Cracker Island because the vibes were off. They stepped through the portal, which closed behind them.
“... Well, I call first shower!” Jacqueline laughed as she walked down the hall.
“Jacqueline, there’s like twenty in here,” Miranda rolled her eyes.
However, they heard growling and pained breathing down the hall… heavy footsteps, and a dragging sound. Emily raised her hand down the hall, which ignited like a torch. The footsteps revealed themselves as none other than Cynthia, in her Abyssal Hunter form…
… And had a small child in her jaws, dragging him by his shoulder.
“... PLEASE HELP ME!”
The kid pleaded, tears in his eyes, sticking his hand out.
“... Oh my fucking God!” A vein almost burst in Emily’s head as she facepalmed.
“Not again,” groaned Vashti. She squatted down in front of Cynthia, jabbing her in the head to get her to let the kid go. “This is the last fucking time, bro. I told you already we don’t need anymore stupid kids around here; we already stuck with Carol.”
“Hey, fuck you!” Carol shouted, “You know I’m not a fucking kid! Fuckin’... too many scales motherfucker! Lizard-y motherfucker!”
Cynthia growled, before letting the child go, “Cynthia never gets a chance to eat live again human young. Cynthia is very frustrated.”
“Awww, c’mon!” Maya slurred, leaning heavily against Phoebe. “Let ‘er eat a kid! It’s not like- hic- he’ll last long.”
Emily sighed.
“... This is going to be a long fucking night.”
The "Rich Kids."
(With no punk-ass Vanburens to ruin their great time) Plus a bonus ninja.
Interactions: Not an annoying-ass Coven.
The Valos Manor.
It seemed the Valos Manor was celebrating its own, independent of the Halloween Festival.
A location that had Cracker Island in view... especially the random ass storms that took place there. Music blasting could be heard from blocks. It was a party... featuring the members of the Old Coven who were too good for the Halloween Festival. Not just any members, but the members of the Old Coven that comprised the "rich kid" clique as they were called (Except Trisha; all the homies hated Trisha). It was Sage Pimm, Sylvia Cruz, Jake, Gabe, and Jaska Valos, and Linda ("Lin") Liu - soon to be Linda Valos. The Valos figured that they used their fancy mansions to have their party while Daddy Valos was out, probably fucking his whores or something. Everyone has gathered in the fancy hall that the Valos used for parties. They were drinking, dancing, talking shit, and otherwise having the night of their lives...
... Until the music cut off.
"The fuck?!" Gabe said as her head darted towards the powerful speakers blasting music... she saw that Linda - or Lin, as she was colloquially known - had unplugged the speaker. The wire was in her hand as she was still bent over. "... You know you could have just turned that off?" She blew some air out as she rolled her eyes.
Lin stood straight up and put her hands together, saying, "I am sorry for interrupting your good time, but there is something we need to discuss before you all get too intoxicated."
"Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck! Can't it fucking wait until tomorrow?!" Sylvia laughed, still holding that bottle of Don Julio as she thrust it into the air. "Or next fucking week? Whatever it is, it must not have been important enough to dedicate a get-together just for that! Ha!"
"No, it can not," Lin began, "It is urgent."
"Yeah, let's hold off on things for a second, okay?" Jake raised his hands and gestured for everyone to relax.
"Fiiiiiiiiiine, mami," Sylvia rolled her eyes.
"Okay, let's get it over with," Gabe shrugged as she crossed her arms.
"Everyone comes here," Lin softly said as she gestured for everyone to come to the sizeable circle-shaped sofa. Before she walked over to it and sat down, placing her hands on her lap and keeping her legs together, Jake sat right next to her with one leg over the other. He wrapped his arm over Lin's shoulder while Sylvia flopped on the sofa, lounging with the bottle of Don Julio. Sage sat down at the end, placing their hands on their lap, much like Lin. Gabe just sat down and crossed her arms as she looked at Lin, and Jaska also sat down not too far away from Gabe.
"So... What's the opposite of meeting adjourned?" Gabe asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Meeting rallied?" Jake shrugged.
"Yes, meeting rallied," Gabe began, "Let's get on with this so we can keep it moving."
"Yeah, you can't fuckin' edge us like this, mami," Sylvia laughed. "I'm about to ask what's the equivalent of being party blue-balled!"
"Now, we all know about the murders that have been happening..." Lin began.
"Please, tell me that's not the point of this..." Gabe leaned back, rolling her eyes.
"No, but please let me continue," Lin answered Gabe before continuing, "We may have another issue... to get to the point, Jake has had word that Blake Schmidt is after the Stygian Snake."
".... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA WHAT?!" Sylvia laughed, "What the fuck does that teeny-peenied bitch want with the Snake!? Does he think it'll give him more than two inches?! Last more than five seconds?! What?!"
"Do tell," Gabe said, "I'm dying to know."
"I don't know," Jake shrugged. "I just know that the Stygian Snake is something he wants... for some reason."
"So... you have a plan, right Jake?" Jaska asked.
"Not at the moment, but that's why we're here," Jake answered.
"Wait..." Sylvia mused. "Did you throw this fucking party just to get us to talk about the fucking Stygian Snake?!"
"Yes," Jake said.
"I mean," Sage pipped up, "I understand, but just be upfront next time."
"I'm sorry you got tricked, Sage," Jake shrugged. "Booze and partying are the only things we can get everyone to agree on."
"To get to the point, we need to stop Blake Schmidt before he gets the Snake," Lin said.
"Well," Gabe shrugged. "Let's just find him and burn his urethra shut."
"Problem solved!" Sylvia shouted as she got up, high-fived Gabe, and then slumped back down.
"It's not that simple..." Jake said. "Do any of you know about the Elite?"
"Nope," Sylvia said.
"The what?" Gabe asked.
"I heard some things from Mika," Lin said.
"Huh?" Jaska furrowed his brows.
"... I know," Sage said, and all eyes fell on them. "My parents were in the Elite before they died... My siblings took their place."
"What the fuck are they?!" Gabe said. "You know I hate talkin' in circles!"
"Well... We know the city became a clusterfuck after the Stygian Snake," Jake began, "One of the factions to survive it was the Elite... a collective of rich assholes with magic that Blake Schmidt assembled. They're supposed to be heavy hitters in the city, but they can hardly get their act right."
"Technically," Lin said, "We all are a part of the Elite by name."
"Our parents are..." Jake awkwardly laughed as he ran a hand through his afro-textured hair. "... Apart of it."
"Well, that's bullshit..." Gabe rolled her eyes.
"Do you think Blakey is killing Sycamore?" Sylvia asked.
"Don't know," Jake said. "It's a possibility."
"If Blake Schmidt gets to the Stygian Snake, well..." Lin awkwardly laughed. "You don't need to tell me how badly it will end."
"So," Gabe narrowed her eyes at Lin and Jake, "You want us to do something about it?"
"I mean," Lin awkwardly shuffled in her seat. "Who else is going to do something about it?" She then laughed.
"Auri," Gabe said, laughing.
"Now you know you full'a shit, Gabe!" Sylvia laughed like a goblin.
Jaska awkwardly pulled at his collar as Lin said, "I'd rather leave them out of this, thank you very much," Lin began.
"I mean..." Sage began, looking to the left and the right before they sighed. "I feel like, despite them not particularly liking us, they should at least know about this."
"So what?" Gabe raised an eyebrow. "They can come fuck shit up? One of those assholes is probably the one going around tryna' kill us!"
"We don't know that," Sage answered.
"Then who the fuck else would?" Gabe began, "If the killer ain't an ex-Sycamore member, then it's someone those dumbasses blabbed off to! You know half of them couldn't control their mouths if you put a whole-ass gun to they head!"
"Well," Jake shrugged. "While I understand both of your concerns, let's see if we can handle this on our own discreetly."
"I mean," Sylvia laughed. "If we do bring it up to them later, then they gonna bitch, papi."
"Like they won't bitch about everything they possibly can..." Gabe laughed.
"Hey now," Jake said, "It's been ten years. We aren't teenagers anymore. They aren't teenagers anymore. We should stop holding shit that happened ten years ago against them. We wouldn't want them to do that to us."
"People don't change, Jake," Gabe shrugged. "Especially when you're an asshole that's full of yourself... but go off."
"And you're the biggest example of that!" Sage laughed.
Gabe flipped Sage off.
"Look," Lin said, "Let's keep Auri and the 'reformed' Coven out of this." She finger-quoted reformed.
"I mean," Sylvia shrugged. "Do we even got to work with them? Just tell Auri or whoever the fuck, phrase it like Blake Schmidt is the killer, and boom, mami! Problem solved."
She laughed like a goblin before she added, "... And even if they fuck up, we at least it's no skin off our backs!"
"One..." Lin trailed off, "My father may be involved in it-"
"... And our father," Jake gestured towards Gabe and Jaska.
"Yes, my father and your father are involved... and I would like it if my father didn't get killed by some psychopath with magic, thank you very much," Lin added.
"Hey, guys..." Jaska waved his hand, getting everyone's attention. "I know I've been quiet the whole time, and I know I'm not a leader like the rest of ya'll, but we're talking in circles here."
He paused, "What do we know?"
"Well, that's a broad question," Lin laughed. "Maybe you can narrow it down for me?"
Jaska shrugged, throwing a hand into the air, "Anything. What does Blake know? Why is he after the Stygian Snake? How is he looking for it? What can we do about it?"
"Well, that's reassuring..." Gabe rolled her eyes.
"Come ooooooooooooon, mami!" Sylvia laughed.
"I mean," Sage shrugged. "I can tell you two want to take things slow, not rush into anything. That's why you don't want the Old Coven involved, which I can understand. So, maybe that's the first order of business: finding answers to those questions."
"Well, I know somebody that can help..." Lin softly added.
"Please, God," Jake facepalmed... wiping his hand across his face. "Do not get her involved."
"... Who?" Jaska asked.
"Nobody, just nobody," Jake shook his head, "Just drop it, Jaska. Nothing good is going to come from that."
"Alright then," Gabe shrugged.
"How about we get Triiiiiiiisha to handle all of this, mami!?" Sylvia grinned ear-to-ear.
"Oh God!" Jake facepalmed.
"Heavens, no," Sage replied.
"I'd rather shoot myself than have a conversation with her lastin' more than two seconds..." Gabe rolled her eyes.
"There's a reason why we didn't invite her," Lin answered. "She would only make things harder. I'm not sure if she's not in on it either way."
"Fair," Sage shrugged.
Gabe also shrugged before she added, "How about we do some reconnaissance?"
"Ooooh," Sylvia laughed. "Like some Call of Duty shit, mami!"
"Yeah," Gabe began, "Let's see what we can find out from our respective families, which are apparently in the Elite just by birth or whatever dumbass shit... then meet again in a week, and see what we find out."
"I can see what Cassandra or Daniel know," Lin said. "Maybe we can get them in...?"
He trailed off as a poker card mysteriously fell from the ceiling. His jaw dropped as he watched it fall, and soon, everyone else nearby saw it fall and looked in wonder.
"... Is that what I think it is?" Gabe asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Oh dear," Lin put a hand on her mouth.
"Wait, is it him?!" Sylvia said with excitement in her eyes.
"Aw, damn it!" Jake shouted, "Why now!?"
The card disappeared as someone swapped places with it. A familiar face to everyone in attendance, a very tall, African-American and Hispanic man. He wore a brown pin-striped suit, a wide-brimmed hat with a feather, and some fancy dress shoes. He had a wide grin as he fell from the sky towards the table... and broke it when he landed. He hopped to his feet as he shouted,
"... It's Johnny Valos, bitches!"
"Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck my life, bro..." Gabe put a hand over her eyes as she leaned back. "... Yes, we know who you are, asshole."
"... Shit," Lin said under her breath.
"Johnny!" Sylvia laughed as she ran over to Johnny and wrapped her arms around him, hopping up and down. "Why didn't you tell me you were in town?!"
"... Yeah," Jake raised an eyebrow, then sighed with a roll of his eyes. "Why didn't you?"
"Oh, come on!" Johnny laughed as he looked at Jake, "This how you treat your big brother?!"
"Yes, when said big brother causes problems," Gabe rolled her eyes.
"Woooow, I see how it is," Johnny laughed.
"It's great to see you again, Mr. Valos," Sage said.
"Great to see you too, homie," Johnny answered, and Sylvia released him. He grinned as he put his hands together. "... I overheard your entire conversation!"
"Awwww damn it!" Jake facepalmed.
"Fuck!" Gabe shouted.
"Oh my," Lin said.
"... Yay!" Sylvia hopped, putting her hands together.
"And I'm here to offer my hand!" Johnny laughed.
"No, no, thank you," Lin answered. "I think we are more than up to the task, Mr. Valos."
"Why are you calling me 'Mr. Valos'?" Johnny tilted his head, jamming two thumbs into his chest. "It's Johnny. Call Daddy Valos... Mr. Valos."
"Fine, Johnny," Lin rolled her eyes, "My point doesn't change. We are up to the task."
"Hold on," Jaska began, "I know Johnny is, well... Johnny... but why are you acting like he isn't useful? He won't help us?"
"Yeah, listen to Jask," Johnny said, "You all want information? Well, I know all of you, and I wonder how the fuck you five are going to get that information?"
He put his hands together and grinned at everyone present, "All of ya'll are cushy... I know because you beat the Stygian Snake, ya'll think you something, but you gotta' remember the kinda lives ya'll lived. It wasn't one where you hustled or did anything. It was one where ya' parents handed you everything on a silver platter! Me? I know a thing or two. Especially about Paranormal organizations."
"... Please tell me-" Lin turned to Jake.
"Yes, we told him," Jake sighed.
"Aaaaaand I'm Daddy Valos' first born son! I'm closer to him than any of ya'll!" Johnny shouted. "If he has something to do with it... well, I'll know all about it by Wednesday!"
Everyone looked in between each other.
"... I know what you're going to say," Gabe turned to Lin.
"Let me guess," Lin said, rolling her eyes. "You want to accept his help. I know he's your brother, but have you forgotten what kind of person he is?"
"Trust me, sis," Gabe answered. "I grew up with that giant pain in the ass: I know all about him."
"... I'm riiiight here," Johnny added.
"And I also know I'd rather have him helping us than the 'reformed' Coven," Gabe answered.
"I mean, you're worried they'll hurt your father," Jake added. "We both know Johnny has enough sense not to do that."
Lin sighed, "... I guess."
"So..." Gabe said. "Are we in agreement of our next course of action?"
"Yes," Everyone said simultaneously.
"... Then let's party!"
"Gimme dat!" Johnny snatched the bottle of Don Julio from Sylvia and began downing it.
"Hey!" Sylvia shouted as she chased after him, running around, still downing the bottle as Sylvia chased after him.
While this was going on, Gabe ran over to the speaker and plugged it back in, and then they partied all night long...
"There's more to it."
"Raven Jones found something in that temple."
"Something that'd change everything."
"Something influential."
"Something powerful."
"Something that was never supposed to have been found."
The door burst open; Raven covered her face as the old wooden doors fell, exploding in dust and smoke. She raised her head, seeing a silhouette in the dust cloud. She could hear its loud and strangely human breathing, and as the dust settled, it became more accessible and easier to see the damned thing in all its inhuman glory. Its paper-white skin helped with that; she saw its smile. Almost as disturbing as The Mother Will's, this creature only vaguely appeared human. Or a beast trying to mock a human. It walked on all fours, approaching Raven; as it kept breathing, every step burst its white skin open, and a black ooze dripped from its body.
... There was something alive in the black liquid.
It formed tiny snake-like creatures as it approached; they hissed and wailed as Raven took steps back up until her back was up against the stone pedestal. Raven attempted to run to the left, but the creature hopped to its left. She then tried to run to the right, but it also hopped to her right. Raven grits her teeth as she has no choice but to fake it; she turns to the right and tries to appear as if she is about to haul ass in that direction, only to charge to the left. She was almost home free as she beat feet...
... She felt its hand yank at her ankle, and she fell face-first into the stone slab of this temple - well, at least the bone mask broke most of the impact. She dropped the chalice and torch, which still burned. Out of reflex, Raven flipped over and prepared to defend herself from it - however, it moved with inhuman speed as its hands and feet pattered against the ground. In the blink of an eye, it was on top of Raven, staring at her face-to-face.
Doing nothing.
A bead of sweat went down Raven's face, obscured by the mask.
To attack first, bone spikes came out of Raven's chest and pierced through the monster's midsection, spraying the black ooze high into the sky. However, the creature didn't so much as flinch as it opened its maw... and sprayed a flood of the black liquid directly into Raven's face. The bone mask did. She thrashed as she could, but the creature was too heavy for her to move. The spray came to a close, and the creature closed its mouth and got off her. Raven flipped over to her hands and knees as she coughed up the ooze, desperately gasping for air. After a moment, she could finally breathe and looked up and saw that the creature was gone.
... What was that about?
Raven quickly climbed to her feet, grabbing the torch and the Chalice. She needed to get the hell out of this place. She returned to the hall and turned right, opposite where she came from. She abandoned this strange room with the Chalice in hand, kept on her toes, and kept moving - the last thing she wanted to do was run into an Abyssal Hunter that thing was, so she didn't barrel through the halls at top speeds. Eventually, she came to another door and stopped as she gently pushed the doors open.
She saw another large and ominous room—thankfully (and somehow) less spooky than the other one she was in. She didn't see any more monsters, so she pushed the door open and carefully stepped inside—hoping to find a map or some way out of there. However, as she approached the shrine, there was a book on a podium. Naturally, Raven snatched it, holding it underneath her arm, as Sunshine told her that the Pit was home to priceless artifacts... some of which might be the key to getting out of there.
Though, she wouldn't be able to carry anymore.
She turned around, walked out the door, and kept walking—she wouldn't stop again unless she found the exit. However, it wasn't long before she heard the eerie white noise that the Pit always had, the screeching of beasts and that walking turned into sprinting. She laughed in relief as she finally escaped this hellish place, as she stepped out into the Pit. She saw the eerie red skies as a red orb shined brightly...
"... Halt!"
Raven fell on her behind as she sat up using her arms. Everything she held was dropped yet again. That voice was familiar—that metallic, screeching voice, coupled with the heavy footsteps. Three massive figures stepped out from the bushes to her right, and Raven immediately recognized them.
Iron golems are powered and created by magic, and Raven (and, to that extent, Sunshine) is unsure whether or not they're being made in the Pit. That was not important; what was important was that the Autoknights served an enigmatic figure who called himself the "king" of The Pit. Only a madman would declare himself the king of this hellscape, but the issue was that he had an organized army at his beck and call... and despite it all, they were wholly ineffective at maintaining control of the Pit. The point was that they were dangerous, and Raven had nothing in her arsenal that could defeat, or even stagger, an Autoknight. She climbed to her feet, holding the Chalice in her hand, and dusted herself off with her other hand.
The "leader" of the trio (Raven could only assume) stepped forward, pointing an oversized blade at her as he spoke.
"By decree of The King, this location is off-limits," The Autoknight leader spoke. "The punishment for trespassing is death."
The other two Autoknights aimed their massive rifles at Raven as she screamed, desperately running for the tree line.
"Blood Art Technique..." Raven's head darted across, seeing Sunshine standing atop a hill. Her right hand was coated in blood; she drew a symbol in the air that floated. "... The Goliath's Fist!"
Two massive (strangely human) arms burst from the ground, grabbed the two Autoknights aiming their weapons at Raven, and quickly crushed them. The metal that comprised their iron bodies screeched as the Autoknight Leader turned his attention to Sunshine. It held its blade with both hands as it faced her.
"I'll kill you, Wr-" The Autoknight tried to say...
... Before the hands came for it, they flattened it with its palms. The hands fell apart, and Sunshine shook her head as she muttered,
"Annoying bastard." Then walked over to Raven and hugged her. "Baaaaaaby..."
"Mama!" Raven shouted, hugging her back. "I was worried about you... where did you go?!"
"I just woke up somewhere in the woods," Sunshine shouted. "I went back to the house, and it was crawling with Abyssal Hunters, so I assumed the worst."
"Huh?" Raven furrowed her brows before she said, "The Mother Will told me you were in there..."
However, an excruciating headache came out of the blue, and Raven screamed as she grabbed both sides of her head. She fell to her knees, crying.
"Baby!?" Sunshine shouted, putting her hands on Raven's shoulders. "What's wrong?!"
"I-I-I..." Raven stammered out as it seemed like serpents were slithering underneath her skin. There was a distinct squishing sound as Raven winched in pain. Falling over as more of the snakes began crawling underneath Raven's skin.
"Son of a bitch!" Sunshine shouted as she knelt over Raven, then pulled her knife out. She saw the snakes crawling underneath Raven's skin, raised her knife high, and brought it down on the snake. It let out one final hiss as it expired, and Sunshine spotted another and stabbed that one. Then another, and another... and Raven was oozing blood as she was crying on the ground. Sunshine covered her free hand in the blood... and drew a symbol out of the blood on Raven's forehead. The wounds began closing... and Raven kept crying as the Snakes underneath her skin faded. Sunshine gently stroked her daughter's face until she heard laughter.
On top of the hill stood The Mother Will.
"What have you done, you bastard?!" Sunshine shouted at the Mother Will.
The Mother Will looked down on her with that smile.
"I gave her what she wanted," The Mother Will said, "An out."
"I'll kill you, you bastard!" Sunshine shouted. "I don't know how! But, there's a way! Just like there's a way out of here!"
The Mother Will was silent.
"... How can you kill what doesn't live?" She began, "Or what doesn't abide by your definitions of life?"
Sunshine narrowed her eyes as she knelt forward to pick Raven up...
"Don't forget what your Daughter plundered," The Mother Will said, pointing at the Book and the Chalice.
Sunshine shook her head as she picked up the Book and the Chalice and stuck it in her backpack before she scooped up Raven. Then she walked away...
... And the Recollection ended.
"That book is known as Walter's Book."
"That book has instructions to end the All-Verse."
"Disguised as instructions to become a God."
"That book is in St. Portwell."
"For the good of the All-Verse, you have to destroy it."
"... Please."

The Blackmore Manor. This morning.
Drake was violently awoken.
In a cold sweat - but that was just typical.
He sat up, took deep breaths, and looked around his room again. God damn it, another weird ass dream. He thought to himself. If it wasn't of Jade, it was of that Raven girl... is she still in The Pit? He wondered to himself. However, he also had to wonder what book that weird voice wanted him to destroy. That temple had something to do with the Stygian Snake, but Drake didn't know anything about the Pit, and he knew either Britney or Jack would know.
Jack seemed like the better option. If he wasn't pissed at him for clocking... Sloane.
Sighing, Drake pulled his legs closer to himself as he looked out the window.
"... DRAAAAAAAAAKE!" Victoria shouted from the kitchen (... presumably). "ARE YOU EATING BREAKFAST!?"
Drake sighed.
”... Yeah, give me a minute!” Drake shouted back.
He hopped out of bed. Got some food. Then, prepared for the day.
Later on....
It was time to go to the next meeting... as hesitant as Drake was, he was willing to give Auri one last chance before he struck out on his own. It seemed like he would do better that way, anyway. He was fully dressed, wearing black jeans, a white shirt, a black leather jacket, combat boots, sunglasses... and no keys. He dug into his pocket, only to see that he was minus the keys to his Dodge Charger. He looked around his room and didn't find the keys - No matter, it was probably in the dining room. He climbed the stairs and walked into the dining room, where he saw Victoria mopping the floor. He stood in the doorway as he asked,
”Vic,” He began. ”See my keys?”
"I haven't seen them," Victoria answered as she continued mopping. "But, I'll give 'im to you if I find them."
”Damn it, I need to get to Auri's meeting...” Drake shook his head as he turned to leave... then he heard the jingle of keys in Victoria's pocket. He looked over his shoulder, then heard it again. ”Vic...” He trailed off.
"Let me put this up, and then I'll talk to you..." Victoria quickly grabbed the bucket and scurried off. Drake trailed into the other room out of curiosity until something fell out of her pocket.
His keys.
”HEY-” Drake tried to reach for them, but Victoria used her telekinesis to launch the keys into her hand. He looked up at her, as he said, ”Give them to me! Those are mine!”
"No!" Victoria shouted, telekinetically putting the broom and bucket on the floor gently. She pointed at Drake and said, "I know you're trying to attend that meeting! Stay away from them!"
”Look!” Drake said, ”I know how you feel; let me make my own choice.”
"Your 'own choice'-" Victoria finger quoted. "-involves battery!"
”You know I'm not proud of that, now give me the-” Drake shouted, approaching Victoria with each step. A swirling white portal opened behind her, and she stepped into it. The portal closed, and Drake hissed, ”... DAMN IT!”
"... OOOOOOOOOH!" Victoria shouted from the dining room. "... DID YOU FORGET I COULD DO THAT?!"
”No I didn't!” Drake shouted back as he power-walked to the dining room.
"Maybe if you paid more attention when Dad taught us how to do this, you could do it too!" Victoria shouted as Drake got closer and closer.
When he arrived, Victoria already had another swirling white portal ready - one that led outside. She raised his keys into the air as she flatly said. "But look at that, you can't!"
”Vic! Gimme my keys!” Drake lunged forward, reaching for it. ”I'm not playing these games!”
Victoria was through the portal with a simple step backward, which closed before Drake could do anything about it. ”Son of a...” He hissed as he looked out the window and saw her in the yard. He quickly ran over to the window and easily opened it before he stepped through... however, he forgot it was far smaller than he remembered (or he was way smaller when he used to crawl through these windows) and had to squeeze through a bit. He fell ungracefully but quickly climbed to his feet and stomped over to his elder sister.
”... GIMME MY KEYS!” Drake shouted, sticking his hand out as he got closer.
"Drake! This is for your own good!" Victoria began, "Stay away from the Coven! Please stay away from them and get some therapy! That will help you; being around some toxic assholes won't! Auri doesn't have a goddamn clue what she's doing! She NEVER did, and probably never will!"
She narrowed her eyes and pointed a finger at Drake, "You'll be safer here if you stay with us! We'll all be! And I'm saying that because we need you here! Especially your nieces! Please! Listen."
Drake came to a stop, sighing, as he looked at his feet. ”Look...” Drake trailed off, ”I know, you're right. On all accounts.”
He raised his head, staring at Victoria head-on, ”Auri is a dumbass - I'm a dumbass, probably the biggest you know...” He put a hand on his chest, as he tried to fight back tears. ”... But, Auri said that she made a breakthrough; she finally found something useful...”
He sighed as he finished, ”... I know it'll just be bullshit, but I'm going to give Auri one last chance. Just one. I have to... for Jade.”
Victoria sighed, shaking her head as she stuck her hand out. Using her telekinesis, the keys floated from hers to Drake's—who caught them. "Look, I thought I could talk you out of going there because Dad trusted me to protect you, Charles, and Manda from yourselves if something happened to him..."
She paused before sighing again, "... But I know I can't talk you out of this. Look, if you're deadset on this, you have to apologize to Sloane and act like you're sorry. I don't know how you're going to do it, but you have to."
Drake stared at the keys as he said, ”... I don't think I can.”
"Apologize?!" Victoria scoffed, "It doesn't matter if she rejects your apology, the point is that you realize you fucked up."
”Heh,” Drake laughed as he put his hands on his sides, ”You cursed.”
"Fuckin' sue me," Victoria rolled her eyes. "I just don't want you two getting in the habit of swearing around the triplets."
”How do I apologize to her?” Drake shrugged.
"I don't know!" Victoria shrugged. "Get her a gif, flowers - something that shows that you give a shit."
”I'll figure something out on the way there,” Drake shrugged.
"Where are you going?" Victoria raised an eyebrow.
”Kari's house,”
"... That's the big lead Auri came up with?" Victoria raised an eyebrow. "Don't get arrested. Don't beat anyone up."
”Now you sound like dad,” Drake laughed.
"Again, he asked me to, in his own words, 'protect you three from yourselves,'" Victoria laughed. "Look, you're a grown man, but turn your location on if something happens."
”... Now you really sound like Dad,” Drake rolled his eyes.
She walked over to Drake, put a hand on his shoulder, and looked him in the eye, "I love you, Drake. I know you're going through a lot and making lots of boneheaded decisions lately, but I care about you. And I don't want you to die a senseless death."
He grabbed his sister's hand and said, ”I know, and trust me, no one is dying on my watch.” He walked over to the car and got in. Victoria stared at him as he drove off towards the meeting.
"... Avenge Jade," Victoria said, "I know you have it in you."

Kari Wilson's House.
It was a beautiful day to trespass on private property!
Britney walked alongside a road, holding the Noble Vow in hand, wearing blue jeans, a white sweater, and some pink New Balance running shoes. It provided ample cover for the early November weather, which was beautiful as the winds barraged her and the leaves fell. Adora was right by her side, walking with her hands in her pockets. She wore grey Nike sweatpants and a hoodie with white Air Force 1s. She calmly walked through the woods without a fear in the world. It's been a good week since the Coven reconvened... and Auri asked that everyone meet at Kari Wilson's house; no meeting is excellent... straight to the point because if they sit around each other, they will devolve into bickering.
And Britney wasn't here for all this drama.
She sighed as they finally approached Kari's House. A picturesque two-story cabin with a fancy pathway straight to it... and to Britney's knowledge, Kari inherited the place from her grandparents. Lucky her. Auri was sitting at the first stair with the Butterfly staff in hand. Britney and Adora walked over - and the latter crossed her arms,
”... You know you shouldn't be by yourself,” Adora said.
"I know," Auri began. "I just wanted to be the first person here."
”I'm just saying... I don't want anything to happen to you, Auri...” Adora shrugged.
”So, why are we here?” Britney asked. ”We really shouldn't be here...”
"I'd like to share that with the group when more get here," Auri answered.
”Sure, but they should hurry up,” Britney sat down on a rock nearby and placed the Noble Vow across her lap, ”I know we're trying to catch a killer, but I really don't want to get arrested.”
She awkwardly laughed, ”So, let's hope they hurry up!”
However, someone walked up—a surprise: Drake Blackmore. Britney didn't think too highly of him, but maybe this could be an excellent night if he kept a lid on it. Interestingly, he had a bouquet in hand—red roses. That made Britney raise an eyebrow. She was going to bring it up, but Adora beat her to it.
”Oooooh, Blackmore,” Adora grinned, putting a hand on her hip. ”You tryna' get booed up?”
”... I have an apology to make,” Drake sighed.
”Fair, fair,” Adora grinned. ”Well, I hope your apology goes well for ya'.”
”... I hope so, too,” Drake shook his head, staring at the floor.
After this, more people gathered, and Auri stood up and announced, "Welcome... it's great to see you all; you all look lovely." She tried to sound chipper, but Britney saw through it; she was forcing herself.
”So, are you finally going to tell us why we're hanging out at some dead chick's house?” Drake raised an eyebrow at Auri as he crossed his arms, still holding his flowers.
"Well, to get to the point, the other day Adora and I our met with our resident necromancer Lyss to get some possible leads from Father Wolf's victims..."
”... Hmph,” Adora scowled.
"... We summoned the spirits of Ashley and Lionel, and everything seemed normal until we summoned the spirit of Kari Wilson. She didn't seem to know who we were, like it was a completely different person. Lyss said it wasn't our Kari, which is very strange. So... I figured that we'd look into Kari."
”Yeah, I was right there,” Adora confirmed. ”I'm wondering how the hell we got a different Kari...”
Britney held her tongue as it was explained. It was a simple but genius idea to summon Father Wolf's victims... yet they only summoned three? And Kari was the only one that didn't line up. Though, she couldn't hold her tongue any longer as she stood up to her feet and asked,
”How did Lyss know it was a different Kari?” Britney asked. ”It's also possible that Kari could have had her memories erased or stolen before she died - or that she was simply lying to you three.”
”Beats me,” Adora shrugged. ”I'm not the supernatural expert”
"If she was lying to us or had her memories tampered with," Auri began, "... Wouldn't that warrant suspicion?"
Good point, but... Britney thought to herself.
”Well, in that case,” Britney began. ”Have you thought to summon the Spirits of everyone else, then? What about, you know, her best friend, Elsa?” She raised an eyebrow.
"I have not..." Auri said.
Adora shrugged. ”... In my defense, I completely forgot about Elsa.”
Could Kari be the killer?
She didn't seem the type, yet Kari had all the tools to be Father Wolf: information. She could know all the perfect opportunities to strike and vanish without a trace. This could be why Father World never left a trace — Kari knew how to cover her tracks. Yet, Britney found it hard to believe a chubby four-eleven girl could be going around stabbing people to death without someone putting up a fight. She also knew that jumping to conclusions this early on was a dumb idea, but she also knew that someone was going to jump to that conclusion regardless of what logic Britney could present to them.
”Well, where is Lyss, then?” Britney asked, ”We can just... summon Kari again, and everyone else, and see if we can figure this out. I know where this is going, and lemme say that I do not want to break into somebody's house if I can help it.”
Auri awkwardly shuffled her feet.
"... Lyss was murdered by Father Wolf during the Halloween Festival."
I guess since I'm literally going to debut him tomorrow, I'll post his npc sheet now.
'Johnny'.Valos
32 | Johnathon Jonah Valos | He/Him"Hate to ruin your good time, but it's shooooooooooowtime!"
Description:
The Wizard, The Highroller, the Pimp!
The firstborn son of Jason Valos, Johnny was conceived after his father seduced his mother, Anna Cruz (A housekeeper at a hotel he owned at the time). She got pregnant from the encounter, and knowing that he was wealthy and currently engaged, she managed to leech plenty of money from Jason Valos to keep shut. His mother found a relationship with another man and eventually gave Sylvia Cruz to the world! However, his step-father, Yoel Cruz, didn't want anything to do with a child that wasn't his, and neither did his mother.
So, without anybody to reign him in, he essentially became a hellraiser and did all the things kids shouldn't do. He hung out with the wrong crowds, did and sold drugs, fought, and tried fucking anything with two legs. He thought of everyone around him as a tool and consequently worthless; he didn't care about them or their feelings. This quickly became a worrying trend in school because he was making enemies fast, causing trouble that someone else had to clean up. Plenty of times, he came home beaten to a pulp or in detention - where he was beaten up after he got out.
Eventually, Anna had enough and sent Johnny to St. Portwell to live with his father, which initially sucked. Still, he was quickly introduced to a life of luxury... that made him even more arrogant. He was introduced to his family of siblings, Gabe, Jake, and Jaska, and they all had wacky adventures (With Sylvia eventually tagging along) in a city rife with chaos, magic, and adventure! This included causing plenty of headaches for Daddy Valos, as he typically received angry phone calls after their rampages. In between those, Johnny had plenty of time for hobbies, and poker, spades, and card games always came naturally to him, and so did the shooting, as he always loved western movies.
Though, Jason did very little to temper Johnny's attitude, and he still acted like a shithead until he was eighteen! It all culminated in Johnny getting the (then) mayor of St. Portwell's daughter pregnant during a drunken night of debauchery with the other Valos siblings that caused millions of dollars of property damage. He was expecting a slap on the wrist, but at this point, Johnny was eighteen and Jason was through with pampering the boy. Thus, he got cut off and returned to Miami, where not even his mother wanted anything to do with him, and he felt lost, desperate, and betrayed by the people he loved.
These feelings... they triggered his Kindling Event, which was a weird ass and trippy moment. However, he saw it as an opportunity! At the moment, he thought he was the only one with magic and thus went on a little magic-fueled crime spree throughout Miami! Eventually, he amassed enough wealth to afford an apartment for himself! However, he was not the only magic user in Miami; in fact, there was, at the time, one magic organization that ruled Miami's magic scene from the shadows: Dollhouse. Dollhouse noticed Johnny, but instead of killing him, they offered him a friendly invitation: join them.
With a grin, Johnny accepted the invitation and gained all the power, money, and status that came with rolling with Dollhouse. In their organization, he was nothing but a goon; he was muscle, a pusher, a bodyguard, an assassin, and a collector. He stuck with Dollhouse for a long time, picking up a few tricks from Dollhouse, learning all about magic and all the potential that comes with it... and it made him excited. However, the longer he rolled with Dollhouse, the more he learned their secrets... and he eventually found out about the Abscised Army, that they were kidnapping people and putting ghosts in them! Johnny thought that was a little bit fucked up and knew that his time with Dollhouse had come to an end.
He plotted, waited until the perfect moment, and then vanished without a trace, burning down the apartment complex that he was in. After laying low for a few months, Johnny used the skills and talents he picked up during his time with Dollhouse to become a magical gun for hire - picking up the alias of The Revolver. He traveled from one end of the country to the other, picking up jobs for the highest bidder and clashing with the PRA, Covens in different cities (including one in Tampa, Florida), and whoever else got in his way. Amassing a fearsome reputation on the streets and wealth like no other.
However, Johnny had to return to St. Portwell. For two reasons, the first being the string of murders that came to members of the Old Coven, which all of his siblings were a part of. The second was that he heard that Dollhouse had moved into St. Portwell. Thus, Johnny returned to protect his siblings from this mysterious killer and Dollhouse. Johnny is a very tall (at six-five) and well-built man who is half-black, half-Cuban. He is cocky, arrogant, and flashy, he only cares about his siblings, and everyone else is nothing but a stepping stone to him.
