Hello out there! My name's Mason. I like a lot of random stuff like comics, Masters of the Universe, M*A*S*H, X-Files, conspiracy theories, as well as a good superhero themed role play! I'm more of a DC freak than a Marvel zombie but I did grow up on mutants and 3rd string heroes. Once in awhile I'll make a few micros in MSPaint for my RP's because I love designing heroes as much as I do writing/reading about them. I'm about to try and get another Amalgam Universe themed game off the ground, if you're interested gimme a shout!

I've been RP'ing for awhile. I mostly RP to keep my writing skills up to par, and I generally RP between Casual and Advanced. I've been a member of the guild for quite a bit, pre Guildfall even. Ninety percent of the time you'll find me in some superhero themed RP or something based off of another fandom like MotU or Power Rangers. Currently in the process of developing my own comics!
Favorite DC heroes (I won't go into villains to save space) in no order: Aquaman, Hawkman, Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner), Superboy (the clone), Swamp Thing, Starman, Animal Man, the Ray (90's era), Impulse, Captain Atom, and Batman Beyond.
Favorite Marvel heroes list: Human Torch I & II, Capt. Mar-Vell, Black Bolt, the classic Destroyer, Havok, Multiple Man, classic Scarlet Spider, Spiderman 2099, Nova, and Colossus.
OTHER FAVORITES: Space Ghost, Haunt, the Maxx, Shadowhawk, Green Hornet, Madman, Doctor Star/Andromeda, the Phantom, He-Man, and Zorro.
I wasn't too sure anybody was around cause I know I've been absent a bit the last few days [works been kicking my ass with a lot of people laying out] and it already seems we have one drop-out. If everybody else is still game I can finish up the IC and we can move forward. I think the crisis at work will be over next week unless they seriously wanna cut back and make my department a two-man job full time rather than four or five and give me and my partner in crime raises. The last four days I've worked to the point of exhaustion.
I should've mentioned, with my work schedule I generally do most of my RP'ing Friday evening through Monday evenings on my days off. Also I'm waiting to hear from a couple interested players...
I *think* it's just a couple of fuses got burned out when I copped a charge for my battery, but I also might need a new battery. If it's not that then it may end up costing me closer to $300 to fix. I'm not a car guy, so all the stuff my father-in-law said it might be is all I have to go by. Working on the IC right now, my kid had a basketball game right after work so I got started later than I wanted to tonight...
My car battery died on me three towns over when it was something like 16 degrees outside while running errands for my mom this evening. Needless to say I haven't had the time to finish up the IC. I'll see if I can get more done in the morning before work [in like 3.5 hours] but it likely won't be finished until Tuesday evening when I get in from work. Apologies, I didn't think my car would crap out on me like it did. Now none of the lights inside the thing works, and the sensors are all messed up as well.
The IC will be posted sometime this evening. Started writing it up last night after deciding which type of Aquaman would be leading us.Equal parts comics, Jason Mamoa, and Injustice.... LOL
@NecroKnight We've got so far a telepathic mermaid, a killer whale type merman, and a human shapeshifting seal. If this had come sooner I would've accepted her, but for now I need something a little more super and a little more human.

Brent possesses enhanced physical attributes, the ability to breath under water, as well as giant growth up to twenty-five feet tall. Strength limits at regular size is roughly six tons, and his strength increases with his size.
Weaknesses:
He's as fleshy as the next human with gills. Though time under the seas has given him a degree of durability that's resistant to small arms fire and basic bladed weapons.
Equipment: light weight body armor/wet suit.
Experience: Two years operating in the shadows in-costume, and he's lived in Sub Diego since it sank three years ago.
Reason For Joining: Aquaman rescued Brent right after Sub Diego sank several years earlier and made quite the impression. Over the last two years BA has tried to become 'the Batman of Sub Diego'. Appearance:
BRIEF Bio:
Brent recently moved out west to live with his older sister when an enemy of Aquaman's spliced the DNA of several thousand civilians in San Diego and sank part of the city with it. The then 22 year old Brent had just started going to community college and had considered joining the Coast Guard. His sister and nephew still live in San Diego on the surface, unaffected physically from the disaster.
Notes:
* Brent was a high school state champion on the swimming team, diving team, as well as the school's wrestling team. He's a natural in the water.
* His home town was originally Bristol, VA.
* He's worked with Aquaman on three different occasions.
