Belladonna studied everyone as they spoke, then finally nodded to Valok in reaction to his words. It seemed genuine enough. She stared thoughtfully at Mathis and Myra. As everyone stopped walking, she moved ahead of everyone and raised her hand and turned to face them. “I have some questions as well if you all don’t mind.” She didn't wait for a response. Belle turned to Mathis and Myra, her gaze becoming neutral. Her eyes were narrowed. The creature seemed innocent enough, but she wasn't certain about the demihuman. ”I need more information on you two. I would like to know who are Darius, Artemis and Skar and where do their allegiances lie? Tell me as well how you two know each other. Also, what is that magic staff? Where did you get it and what does it do?”
Belladonna knew she was asking a lot of questions but she refused to move without answers. She had plenty more where that came from. Her head was the on the line, as well as her friends and allies. She remained relaxed in her expression and body language, but was clearly not budging from her spot.
Cora noticed Cade’s aversion to looking at her and let out a sigh. She was going to have to talk to them both about what had happened. She remained silent as Elsea and he exchanged words. It was likely it had been an illusion he'd seen. Cade suggested they leave. After Elsea reassured him, she had also agreed on leaving, motioning for Corvina to go ahead. Corvina reluctantly went ahead, remaining silent. The whole blood offering thing Elsea had been spewing had made no sense and sent Corvina's head for a spin. Some thinking on the manner helped her recall that Elsea was from a different time and had bizarre beliefs.
Before they could truly get going, a strange creature bumped into Cade while in flight. A red woman with horns came bounding after. Cora did not even listen to what she had to say, immediately lighting her hands on fire and backing away. She was sure it was some sort of demon potentially so she whispered to the others to watch out. Her gaze didn’t move from the woman, or her companions.
Belladonna had been waved off by Malachi to not answer. Given that she had taken her ears off in front of everyone at the ball, he at least knew she was a human relying on him. She wasn't sure what the rest knew. Myra's answer seemed innocent, but she did not know any of the names she was bringing up. Belladonna found that suspicious, wondering who they were. It could be a trick and bringing up names none of them knew proved nothing. It also seemed like she could be helping to solidify Mathis's case, who hadn't said much, seeming even more suspicious. She planned on asking questions as soon as Malachi was done talking to them.
Valok had spoken first, had the most threatening answer potentially, yet seemed the most honest out of the three. She was less suspicious of him than the others, but she was still on edge. Her head was at stake here for money and she wasn't comfortable traveling with him. Malachi addressed him and surprised her. He had given a cold impression so she had expected him to just kick them all to the curb. She was sympathetic towards his story, but refrained from speaking. She nodded in agreement and glared at everyone before he noticed. When Malachi looked at her, her face would be neutral again. She hid her smirk and waited for her opportunity to speak.
Artemis
Time: Afternoon - > Evening Location: Healing Center > Pretty Flower Interaction: Asher and Flower; Vereon.
Artemis spent some time reminiscing and explaining what had happened to her friends. She also took some time to recover, eat, and drink. Then she hugged them and thanked them before getting on her way. She had been told Risa was at the Pretty Flower so she decided to make her way there. She had to stealth through alleyways and trees to make sure no one saw her as her reputation was not the best in the River Kingdom and she also would stand out without having any wings.
Finally, she made it to the Pretty Flower and found it was quite lively inside. Vereon was working the bar with a woman and a large orc was telling stories to a bunch of fairies who had gathered around. She scoped the room as eyes laid on her and voices began to quiet into whispers, but Risa was nowhere.
She looked at Vereon and asked, "Where's Risa? I heard she was here and Risa told me apparently you have extra clothes for me?"
"She went looking for ye at the healing center. Come with me and I'll fetch ya some clothing. Hope no one saw yar fishy tooshy out there!" Vereon replied and led her up the stairs in the back. Artemis snickered and didn’t respond. She was grateful for the clothing and the hood he’d provided her. In fact, the clothes hid her legs as well. She was beaming.
Once changed, she decided to go back out and try to catch Risa outside or at the healing center. She was awfully worried about her.
Hi everyone. I'm really sorry to be the bearer of bad news, however I am cancelling the RPG. Things changed and I don't have the time for it anymore. I do apologize. In the future I may try again.

Personality The first impression of Lucia is that she's hyperactive, bold and outspoken. Some people have threatened to tape her mouth shut. She has limitless energy and enjoys talking to anyone who will listen. She doesn’t buckle under stress and remains a calm and steady force. Despite this, she’s polite and sweet. She doesn’t enjoy being mean and often will upset her in the end more than the other person. She doesn’t like to back down or back off. She can be a little stubborn at times. During these moods, someone needs to bring her back down to Avalia and remind her to live another day. She’s hard-working, often the first one in class/training and the last to leave. She is able to read others well if she’s calm. Her loyalty is “ride or die”, although if you piss her off enough, she might leave you. Forgiveness is her key to keeping a sane mind, but she won’t endure mindless friendships.
Lucia's greatest weapon is her mind. She likes to think through situations. She is clever and often surprises people. Her ability to be level headed has saved her in life. Her calmness is an unbreakable force at times. Her heart is big, and she often has to ignore it for her own sanity. She is often underestimated and found to be a bubblehead. This makes her an honest person who could learn to lie. She often tries to wiggle her way out of trouble through other means.
Lucia isn’t charismatic. She doesn’t enjoy sarcasm as often, but will come up with a sassy remark for stupid questions. She is fierce in battle and will fight to the end. Some claim she is crazy or insane, often due to her out of the box thinking. Her humor level is broad, but she doesn’t tolerate dark humor. She’s determined and willing to put her life on the line to end Aklenroth’s dark rule.

History: Lucia was adopted into a custom light elf family and village. Her foster parents made her their pride and joy and often spoiled her at times. Her foster parents were bitter over Aklenroth’s ruling and opposed him. Their village secretly wanted to help bring him down. Their plans were changing however as they saw how bold and outspoken Lucy became. They were worried she wouldn’t be able to handle war. Instead they enrolled her into education and to become a lady. For a while as Lucy grew older, she played along. However, she began to wander off and meet other Elves. Some of them were bitter and hostile from the Dark Elves. They would talk about rebelling and a better world. Lucy had become hooked on this thinking. She began to expand her boundaries and befriend other species. She hadn’t been aware of the stigmatism toward her own race, and often endured mockery and meanness from Demis. Fairies found her obnoxious.
This left her lonely, and so she began finding ways to keep herself preoccupied. She had watched as male elves and fairies had trained to become soldiers. She became fascinated by the Dark Elves. This led to her curiosity, where she began to befriend and train with them. At first she was teased; but her bold and hyper spirits caught their attention. She was accepted into their grouping and soon befriended many Dark Elves. Some of them were outcast from their own villages and clans. The Dark Elves she befriended were often bullied, teased and even attacked. This led to her defending them, despite their outwardly claims of being on their side. Some of them opposed Aklenroth so heartedly that Lucia thought they’d be killed. She didn’t allow this to stop her and formed a strong bond with them. Her mind wasn’t able to process why her parents had tried hiding this from her. Aklenroth ruling was evil, and the Dark Elves needed to free themselves from his grasp. She didn’t understand the logistics of this due to her naïve nature. When she wasn’t training with her friends, she was drinking or studying. Sometimes the two coincided.
Her hyperactivity and obnoxious behavior led her to blabbering to her parents one night after getting drunk with her friends. Due to watching their friends and relatives carted off for rebelling, her parents sadly tried to dissuade her. They began to shoot her ideas down, and try to lead her into becoming a lady instead of a warrior. Their hope had been extinguished. Lucia had trouble adjusting to this and began hanging out with her friends more. She began to drink more to qualm her anger and sorrow. However tragedy struck when she was caught hanging out with Dark Elves. Infuriated, her parents immediately began to scold and yell at her. However Lucia stuck her ground and defended them. Arguments and madness later, Lucia decided to leave her home. She couldn’t believe what her parents had become. Dark Elves had been mistreated and abandoned; and on top of that, Aklenroth’s ruling was terrible. Why didn’t they care anymore?
Lucia joined a unit of Light Elves forming against Aklenroth. It was there she learned of the high stakes mission to bring humans. Her excitement had been palpable. Unfortunately, her Dark Elf friends had been murdered in the dead of night. She has been on a mission to find the rebels ever since.

She has a dry sense of humor, leading people to believe she’s grumpy. She’s logical, and sometimes intolerant of people. That doesn't mean she isn't quirky; she has a specific way of doing things. Emily’s not entirely a grumpster; deep down, she’s passionate and caring, but won’t show it. Her empathy goes beyond what people think. Her willingness to sacrifice for others and help them out is not to be underestimated. She is friendly and sweet once someone gets to know her.

People often fathom that her intensity is a side effect of the experiments. She will play people like a fiddle in order to reach her goal. There is more than meets the eye to Emily.
Background
Emily came to the wall at the age of ten with her brother, Jack. They were emaciated, sick and starving. Two empathetic guards took the min and began nourishing them. Then, interrogations started. Emily and Jack told them they’d been living with their parents who had been killed by looters. The two of them managed to escape. Since they didn’t have anyone else they were quickly experimented on once they were healthy. The two were put through strenuous tests to see if they would be suitable to become soldiers. They both passed with flying colors. Quickly they became tough and versatile soldiers. As their training became rigorous, Emily distanced herself from others. Her primary job is training as a soldier and perfecting her superpowers. While Emily has telekinesis and telepathy, Jack was given telekinesis/telepathy. The two of them work well together.
Emily works on the front lines and scouting. She also has access to classified information and will be hunkered down reading it at times. She works with Jack occasionally, and isn't fond of working with others. She keeps a watchful eye on her twin and makes sure no harm comes to him.
Ability from experimentation: Telekinesis and telepathy. What made you stand out to be recruited?: She has superior judgement and high intelligence. She also has a high pain tolerance and is willing to put her life on the line in the name of The Order.
1. Be respectful. There will not be any hate speech tolerated of any kind. You all know what this stuff is for, but in case you forgot: no racism, ableism, xenophobia, homophobia, religious intolerance and everything else that targets people's demographics. Even if you're kidding, just don't. It's not cute or funny and I will kick you faster than you can say quidditch.
2. Please fade to black for the lovey-dovey scenes. I don't want to see that, please. Thank you. And you can only do things to another character with their permission. Don't be that person who just harasses another character.
3.Three character limit and please be serious when making characters. Don't make one and become part of the plotline and end up dipping/ghosting us. There is a channel for inactive characters. You may post there to let us know ahead of time so we can work around your character's absence. Please be mindful of everyone. I understand real life happens and the pandemic is going on. Drop us a private message and we will figure it out.
4. No spamming the channel with memes, controversial shit, inappropriate content, NSFW, etc.
5. Please don't argue with us. If you have constructive criticism, I made a channel for it. This is my first time hosting an rpg and discord channel. Be kind please; I'm a human being and sensitive cancer. If you're going to be a jerk, I will kick you.
6.There is a posting turns the channel to keep it organized. Please wait your turn unless told otherwise. I don't want to see Person A and B posting 5 times in a row. Nobody has the time or patience to reply to all that. If you realize midway through your turn you can't post or have an idea, you can reach out and we may be able to assist you. If not, please let us know so we may skip you.
Short Premise
This is basically a TLDR for the full background
After apocalyptic natural disasters ravage the world, a small civilization of a few thousand in the central United States, in modern-day Dallas, are told by a governing group called The Order that they're the only ones left. For the last twenty years, humanity has been rebuilding itself inside this area, fending off against the elements as things reached a new normal. A wall was built around their small society. Resources are now given out in equal amounts and money currency is no more. The police force of the area goes by the Hunters, a special task force tasked with enforcing the strict laws of the totalitarian government. Everyone over 18 has to work or else, while some were forced to train as soldiers.
Some of The Order decided they would need better reassurance that they'd be protected while rebuilding the world to its former glory. Though unknown to everyone how such advanced technology and experimentation tactics had been discovered, The Order started experimenting on selected groups of people, to which the few who survived would receive one of the four ability sets: Strength, Speed, Telekinesis, or Regeneration Without any contact with their family, they'd be forced to be a soldier for The Order. The Order quickly became corrupt and willing to cruelly put down any disobedience.
Now in a paranoid society, those who want to stand against have organized a rebellion called the Disorder. This group has spied on the inside as well as those on the outside of the walls.
Will you fight?
Full History
Twenty years ago, environmental disasters struck all over the United States. Droughts caused famine due to dying crops. Fires caused by the dry land ravaged the rest of the states. Tsunamis and earthquakes devastated the coastal regions, forcing people to move inland. People fought over resources and sometimes, ended up killing one another. Fights broke out and violence became abundant. Gangs became the way of life and anyone who opposed them were tortured and/or killed. Depending on their usefulness, they were recruited unwillingly into their group. People boarded up their houses and salvaged whatever they could find. Due to the disasters, internet and WIFI was knocked out completely. Brave souls tried repairing it and were either shot or mugged by gangs. Wild animals began roaming the streets too, looking for food. This scared off many people as well from leaving their homes.
Some citizens were brave and desperate to escape. They all died mysteriously and didn't make it. Soon, a totalitarian government regime took over called "The Order". They made a safe haven around the central united states and took in any willing and desperate citizens. Food was rationed out, and water was given out scarcely in packages. They were given out to one family to survive on. Anyone who disobeyed or tried stealing/looting were punished severely in public. Terrified, people quickly fell in line. A unit called the Hunters was formed as a police/enforcer squad to keep a watchful eye on citizens. Whoever joined was held to secrecy and weren't allowed to tell anyone. This led to paranoia and fear.
Anyone over the age of 18 was forced to work a job, be it engineering, weaponry, rationing and searchers. These people went out and looked for survivors and resources unclaimed. Men and women were forced into drafts in case of a war breaking out. Orphans, children born out of wedlock, and troublesome children were forced to join or face death. They were the main subjects, while others who displayed a natural ability or a useful skill (stealth, talent for guns/bow, climbing, etc.) were taken into an elite unite called "The Specials". This group trained harder and were under strict rules than their counterparts. They were experimented on and brianwashed to believe it would benefit the world to return to a similar glory it had been before the disasters. Some of the kids died in the experiments in which the Order would call "training accidents". Those who survived were given superspeed, strength, enhanced senses. Due to unknown reasons, The Order had access to advanced technology and experimentation tactics. They weren't allowed to share these talents and were forced to live at the training center. If they had families, they were only allowed to be contacted by mail that was subject to inspection. Any citizen displaying instability were kicked out of the Order and forced to fend for themselves. Some of them were shot and thrown out for the wild animals to feed upon.
For years, society succumbed to the new way of life. Any disobedience was quickly wiped out and handled. Some people escaped the regime to tell the horrors of it. Those who lived outside The Order were forced to survive on their own. This was incredibly dangerous, due to the looters, feral animals and anyone kicked out of The Order. A rebellion group called The "Disorder" formed to oppose them. They lived outside the wall nearby The Order. This group consisted of people who escaped and were sick of their rules. Joining was a risky move because if you were caught, you'd be tortured and interrogated then faced inhumane punishments. Some personnel infiltrated The Order and utilized walkie-talkies to communicate outside the wall.
However, nothing is entirely as it seems. The United States, now called the "Divided States", are on the brink of another crisis: humanitarian. There are mumbles of discontent through The Order, yet nobody has taken action. Those who leave and return speak of another way of life. Those old enough before the disasters yearn to return to their normal way of life. Without any true way, The Order regime reigns supreme in the year 2050.
Abilities
In the beginning of story, all are at a basic level. Up to 3 users of each power will be allowed.
1. Enhanced Speed and Agility
- At basic level, one can run up to 80 mph. The higher limit as we advance will be up to 200 mph. They can be stopped by walls or fences if they do not react in time. They have superior balance, agility, reflexes, coordination, and dexterity. They are limited to the human body, however, and can become seriously injured from their stunts.
2. Strength and durability
- At basic level, you can lift up small cars. As your body adapts, vans and trucks become possible. You are also more durable so that your bones can handle this weight. The user can also bend/punch through thin steel. You are also able to move extremely heavy objects such as bulldozers but you can't lift them.
3.Telekinesis and telepathy
- Objects of up to 50 pounds can be picked up in a 5-10 meter range using mental telekinesis. Heavier objects of up to a car can be attained through time and adaptation. Much focus will be needed for heavy objects and in concentrating force upon an area. Telepathy can also be used by this type for those in a half-mile radius. You can only telepathically communicate to one other person, and only those of this type of power can reply telepathetically..
4Healing and regeneration
- One can heal another's wounds slowly over time at the basic level. Large wounds take up to hours and illnesses cannot be healed. At the basic level, you need to be touching the wounded and it also drains you of your energy depending on how big the injury. Broken bones can be healed with much concentration but it takes the most energy out of the user. You can also regenerate your own wounds but this is at a lesser expense. It is easier to regenerate yourself than others.
