The white tiefling woman kept the happenings around her at the corner of her eyes and attention, but her main focus was on her long braid that was turning out as it did every time before. It was a bit hard to do at first when she was learning, but at this point she had years of braiding her or her sisters’ hairs. So it wasn’t all that difficult nowdays. In any case a few minutes in with a ritual ongoing and she was done with it so she hopped up from her seat, put on her coat and hopped to the kitchen, coming out with two buckets of water from the barrel. She filled it once, she’d empty it no worries just a bit of time.

Giving the spectacle one more look, she hurried out the door and walked a bit away from the coach house, throwing out the water out of the way then heading back, but not before noting an outhouse she supposed that was the next part of her plan. She put down her… barrel emptying buckets and picked one that she was almost certain was a pissing bucket or something and went to the outhouse to… do her part of the deal. A bit later she returned, putting the filled bucket for the dwarf to the side outside so isn’t in the way and picked her barrel emptying buckets again, heading inside. The ritual looked that it might be ending any moment now. She headed inside the kitchen, filling a the buckets again and heading into the main area of the place to note the ending of the ritual. Dramatic barding magic aside, the end result was after a sudden exclamation from her VERY good friend that was cut midway… the woman just dropped dead with a loud thud… a mildly unassuming and unimpressive way to go really as Kosara just stared at her unmoving friend for a bit, a meriad of thoughts rushing through her mind. She then also realized that she was going to have to attack V if she didn’t return her to the land of the living later… Grandpa would be displeased otherwise… probably, but V so far had made a good point about the benefits of necromancy that weren’t evil.

“Here.” She handed her small mirror to Lizbet when the girl wanted something to check if the woman was breathing. After hearing the confirmation that she was indeed NOT breathing, Kosara nodded. Sounded about right for a dead person yes. At least they weren’t going to turn her into a mummy or another type of undead… as far as she was aware anyways. She gave the bard a glance. Victoria didn't have the look of an evil necromancer... so until Kathryn was permanently confirmed dead, the tiefling decided to trust in V to bring her back.

Then a scream pulled her attention to the door where the cleaners were apparently just in time to witness a kill well perform. But it was a literal clean kill… No blood, no gore… no pesky gibblets anywhere. The woman ran away in screams, very dramatic that.” Hmm… probably. It's very fascinating!” Kosara concluded to the man’s question, looking at an unmoving Kathryn again.” Hey if she’s not up soon, I’m sure we will figure out something, but we should probably have Kathryn alive before more people arrive, V?” Kosara suggested before heading to the door again where the man was blocking the way.” Excuse me, could you please move slightly and thank you~” She asked and made her way beside him anyways as she carried the buckets out, tossed the water off and headed back inside and to the kitchen to get herself 2 more. She had another round or few to go.

“Thank you!” Kosara replied gratefully, after being in fact given some tea. She decided to think of it as an acceptance to the apology in the grand scheme of things. Her still very damp and even wet hair, keeping her cool as she took the drink and tried it.” Ohh this is marvelous.” She quipped happily and went to sit on the floor in front of the fireplace. She drank a few more mouthfuls of the quite tasty tea before finally placing it down to the side of her, as she tasted her hair to the touch a few times to check if it was a bit dried at least, pulling a very simple comb from her luggage, she began combing through her still moist hair to straighten it for easy braiding.

It was then that she paid attention to the happenings on the magical occasions in room. Or to be more precise the fact that apparently Kathryn had agreed to let V use magic on her. Well… considering everything, it was unlikely to be too bad. V was a bard and not a bad one. That and as far as Kosara was concerned, V was a pretty decent person so she shouldn’t cripple, maim or kill their big (apparently) giant warrior woman.” I can heal her injuries if she gets hurt, can also remove other afflictions like poisons and diseases within reasonable limits.” Kosara quipped from her spot to reassure that if nothing else the party did in fact at least have somebody capable of healing if things went wrong. That said… Kosara was VERY interested in what they were planning here. Necromancy was curious thing to her nowdays since meeting V.

Kosara then looked at Berry with curious expression when he went on a tangent about ritual daggers and damned bones. Now that had her curious even more since that sounded quite grim, but quite necromantic, her eyes trailed over to V and Kathryn with a similar morbid curiosity that might have been keeping the workers around to watch. She drank the rest of her tea before continuing with her combing for a little bit more and then put the comb back into the backpack before she turned her focus to herself when she began to braid her long hair with trained ease, running things she had yet to do today. Now that she finished the tea, once she braided her hair, she would have to do the bucket duty for their crafts, then bring out the barrel bath in this case meaning she’d have to use another bucket to throw the water outside before she could roll it out of the kitchen. All in all? Kosara had the next little while quite full of things to do so she focused on the task at hand, keeping and occasional ear and eye out on the bardic schenanigans.

As Kosara was left on her own in the kitchen, wrapped in her blanket by the fireplace, she just stared at the fire in confusion while she was drying up her hair and wiping herself dry around the fire. Everybody was so weird around here… She could sort of understand why being naked around a person of the opposite gender would be considered an issue. It was kind of like that back home too… unless it was her sisters with clients she supposed, but here everybody in the kitchen were female.” These lands are just so odd...” She mumbled as she concluded her body was dry enough and began dressing up, though her hair was still quite wet. She sighed, long white hair laying on her back, giving her a cool feeling because it had yet to dry. She was going to have to braid it again, but at least it was clean... for the most part.

Now dressed up, she picked up her bag, put the soap kit away and after making sure everything was alright in the room as in it wasn’t wet or anything, she folded her blanket in half a few times, she was going to place it near the fire place in thee main room to dry up before they leave. Now with everything prepared she walked out of the kitchen and headed right for where Lizbeth was, looking at the new people in the room too.

“Lizbeth, I would like to apologize.” She said in earnest if a bit confused voice. Yes she was apologizing properly and she meant it. Didn’t mean she fully understood the reasoning, but Kosara could understand when she did something wrong even if she had no idea why it was so.” I shouldn’t have acted like that without knowing if it was normal here. Back home it wasn’t unusual, but I shouldn’t have just assumed the same here. I promise it won’t repeat and I will clear the barrel and take out the water in a bit.” Kosara finished her apology with a small hopeful smile.” Still friends? Also can I have a cup of tea too, please?” If nothing else Kosara was in the end of the day still Kosara, so she was going to be bright, friendly and hopeful.

Kosara was having a very nice time in her lil barrel of warmth and cleanness. It wasn’t like the big baths back home where she was bathing with her sisters or other ladies form the tavern, but it was nice. The nice scent of tea was also a nice addition. She was humming happily as her soap was floating around in a Mage Hand and was used as needed. A frankly genius use of the cantrip as far as the pale tiefling was concerned. Using the Mage Hand cut down on the time needed to properly clean her long white hair a lot! Sadly her very good time wasn’t meant to be as eventually her VERY good friend stormed into the kitchen for a reason or another and just as she was about to tell her about this genius idea and see what the warrior woman thought for it, she did in fact shear what Kathryn thought of it and Kosara’s happy expression turned into a pout! Her hair still soapy as she crouched deeper into the barrel and submerged her head to rinse the soap of it as she got her head out of the water again, hair clinging to skin and water running down her face. She ran her hand over her face a few times to get most of the water off.

“First of all, I’m not in the middle of everything. I’m near the wall and not in the middle of the kitchen!” Kosara replied to Kathryn in a matter of fact tone.” Second, the kitchen is smaller, with a fire place and stone flooring. Meaning, it’s easier to warm up, can be warmed up and water won’t ruin the floor or something!” The tiefling added in a great pout. Then V arrived too and gave her piece of opinion, causing Kosara to squack in indignation.” Soooooo…? What do you mean, children here don’t bathe or something?” Kosara asked, getting a very weird feeling this was some kind of culture based problem she was missing. Were the people from the north like how that one old woman back home said? That everybody here were barbarians who didn’t bathe properly and often enough.” Where? It’s too cold here to bathe just everywhere and I’ve not seen a single bathing room anywhere!” She replied in somewhat offended voice.

By the end of it, Kosara’s face was one of full indignation and angry harmless fury as she stood up.” I finally had a chance for a proper bath, but FINE!” Water was running off her as got out of the barrel, and didn’t take V’s cloak, instead picking her blanket she had prepared just for this, wrapping herself in it to soak up the water." Don't need to mess you cloak. Blanket soaks better." She picked up her bag and clothes and moved over to sulk by the fireplace, muttering something in heavy accent about northern barbarians, lack of bathing and smells.

Sleep was… well sleep. Maybe it was the degree of fatigue from last night, but the night had been oddly… restful. Kosara woke up without much fanfare, but with a wide stretch of her arms and a yawn. Looking around the room as she was trying to disentangle herself from the various blankets and bedsheets she had wrapped herself in for warmth last night, she tried to recall where she was and how she got here for the first few moments.

It took a few blinks, but her memories from yesterday settled in and arranged in line with the rest of their ilk as the haze of the sleep lifted off her completely. Now almost naked in the somewhat cool air, she frowned and hurried to put on her clothing that was in a neat pile by her bags. She vaguely recalling Liz’s voice from last night while she was drifting off to the lands of dreams. It all checked out so she nodded to herself and dressed up, frowning as something was not quite right. She was forgetting something… The tiefling was annoyed since she wasn’t recalling it until it suddenly clicked as she was fixing her coat. BATH! That was what she was forgetting from last night. She wanted a bath, but there were no tubs as far as she could see, but she had an idea to fix that issue!

Now dressed she got up, took a step, halted, turned back, fixed the bed first and then left the room, then out the front door of the second floor, the cold air hit her right away as she felt a shiver run down her back. She had just exited from the warm cozy bed!’ Focus! Bath first!’ She reminded herself as she slowly got down the stairs, careful to not slip or something then before heading off into the tavern proper, she went to check the storage buildings until she found herself a barrel. It wasn’t one of the biggest barrels there were, but it was clean enough and judging form the size it was big enough for her needs if she was to fill it partway with water! The water edge was going to rise after she got in after all and she didn’t want to send water everywhere! How she knew that? Experience not with barrel baths of course, but similar enough. That was going to be her bath! She also located a bucket to haul water with.

With a newfound purpose, she started rolling the barrel to the tavern proper and carefully got it inside, to the voice of Lizbeth.” Good morning, Liz! I would love some tea!” Kosara cheerfully greeted back at the younger girl with a huge grin.” I’m moving this barrel to the kitchen! Can you set a bigger cauldron or something on the fire to heat some water in a bit, please?” She asked, grinning.” Think this barrel would be a perfect bath! Be right back.” She stated flatly as she rolled it over to the kitchen and pushed it back standing. Then she grabbed a bucket and began hauling water to fill the barrel partway and then some to put on the fire to heat up. By the end of it there standing in the kitchen a bit closer to the left wall than the middle was the barrel that now had a stepping stool next to it. From inside the barrel there was soft steam coming out from the water that the tiefling had mixed up to a pleasant hot, but not scalding degree. Then without any time wasting, she took off her bag, putting it to the side, she undid her braid, which revealed just much hair she had and how long it was as it now fell as snow mantle over her tanned skin. Then after hurriedly undressing all the way, she hopped into the barrel with nary a care for her nudity. Communal baths were a thing back home after all.

Kosara let out a very loud sound of blissful pleasure as the hot water covered her form and her hair soaked in the water.” Ahh perfect~” She moaned out in joy. She hadn’t had a proper warm bath since forever. She then blinked and looked at Liz.” Wana join? The barrel’s big enough!” Also, what was modesty?

„That works, thank you.” Kosara nodded to V who told her they would be sharing a room. It wasn’t something unusual for the tielfing. She had spend her life sharing a room with her sisters back home and now back in Avonshire the party did share the barnloft so it was all good. She yawned again sleepily and looked at the others.” Have a good night, everybody. See you all tomorrow.” She gave everybody a smile and began making her way following in V’s steps, out the doorway and up to the second floor. The moment she stepped outside, the pale tiefling shivered from the chill on the night’s air… It was cold. It made her feel briefly more awake, but then quickly, wrapped herself better in her coat and went up the stairs, getting back into the building’s second floor.

Following the directions to the ‘room above the kitchen’, she went down the wood covered halls to the room in question without thinking too much about it. By the time she had reached their room for the night, V had gotten a fire going and had hidden behind a magical illusion for privacy. The tielfing just shuffled to the bed on the other side of the fireplace which was by one of the windows. She just hoped the fire place would provide enough heat tonight. The beds looked frankly amazing at that point in time.

Kosara slowly took off her bag, placing it by the bed, and began stripping down layers of clothing she wore. Which as a whole wasn’t all that much. Once the warm coat was down and mostly folded next to her bag, the shirt she wore underneath, her pants and the boots were quickly taken off all lined by the bed, leaving her in her scantly covering underwear. With the clothes off she began using prestidigitation to clean up the worse of the dried out gunk on her. She REALLY needed a proper bath tomorrow. She had an idea on what to do and it was a pretty good idea so Kosara decided she’d do it the first thing in the morning. Though with her basically naked and her skin now clean, she got into the clean and surprisingly warm and soft bed, curling up in it and wrapping tightly with the blankets until almost her entire body was hidden in the cloth cacoon she had created. Its been a long and tiring day, it was time to rest. Tomorrow was going to be another great day full of interesting things and adventure, but for now… it was hopefully blissful sleep. Well it would have been until she opened her eyes not even am inute later since sleepign sideways meant her horns were keeping her head at an angle, so she was forced to return to sleeping on her back.

“Ohh goodie!” Kosara quipped in happy manner when Kathryn confirmed her state of soberness. Indeed the glorious use of celestial magic was very good for dealing with things like hangovers and being drunk. Truly one of the lesser known uses of Lesser Restoration, but one she learned well. What with living at a place where people got drunk every day. It was nice and easy way to deal with drunks who were annoying without hurting anybody. Plus in theory if she got drunk she might undrunk herself too. Was that a proper saying? Or was it ‘sober up’? She couldn’t rightly remember. So many interesting sayings.” No worries, glad you are back. Drunk Kathryn’s not as nice as not drunk Kathryn.” She reassured her bigger friend as a friend very well should!

Apparently sober Kathryn tried to put her down though, something that Kosara didn’t agree with on principle so she wiggled and moved her way to going piggy back on Kathryn instead. She had gotten some skinship now, she wasn’t letting go of it quite yet. Kosara very much enjoyed skin contact and closeness with people.” If it does, I’m going to deal with it again! Lesser Restoration is great!”

With that it seemed that most of the excitement was settling down finally. It’s been a long day so everybody must have felt tired. Liz was heading to rest too. The dwarven craftsman had declared his request for materials namely urine, so he was heading off too. Now that everything was calming down, Kosara yawned, still on Kathryn’s back. She really didn’t want to get off now, but… She begrudgingly let go and hopped down on the floor.” Yeah, I’m feeling tired too.” She yawned again, rubbing her eyes a bit. She was almost tempted to go lie by the fireplace here, but the floor was not warm or soft, at least upstairs the floor would be wooden planks rather than stone, but she really wanted to be near one of the fireplaces that radiated the heat when she slept… or to have somebody to snuggle with for warmth. That was another way to keep warm she knew. People were generally quite warm.

“I just want my bed near one of the fire places… I want warmth!” She stated tiredly and looked to the door.” Let’s settle in for tonight...” She yawned again and looked at the others before tiredly moving her feet to they bring her away and to the exit. Sadly this place’s access to the second floor was external. That meant they had another moment of going out in the dark cold, but nothing that can be done about it short of just tossing her blanket on one of the tables and sleeping on a table, but she wanted to try the beds. Warm soft beds sounded pretty good right now.

“EEEEP!” Kosara let out a sound of startled surprise when she was hoisted up like a sack of jolly potatoes by the decidedly bigger woman who had partaken in jolly alcohol consumption. Or as Gramps back home called it – get shitfaced drunk. She had no idea why they called it that, but it was what it was. It seemed Kathryn here was indeed very very drunk. That realization however gave way to the realization that Kathryn was jolly and was now spinning, probably due lacking coordination.” WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~” She let out a gleeful sound now as she was spun around. Ohh yes, Kosara very much had a lot of fun actually. These types of hijinks were her most favorite thing… What nobody else liked it when people spun them around??? Well she liked it since she could remember… that and moving fast and even spinning by herself. As parto f her dancing sometimes she spun a lot, but admittedly sometimes she noticed that if she spun too much too fast she’d get dizzy.

And then Kathryn began her drunken ramblings and knocking over tables and almost falling over with the tiefling on her shoulder and it was getting decidedly less fun. Kosara really didn’t want a drunken Kathryn falling on top of her or something. Then after all the random schenanigans, she was nearly dropped when her very very good friend exclaimed that maybe Robert was a wererat. Well when you put it in context like that it was a distinct possibility, the tiefling surmised. Just because somebody was making logical conclusion while drunk didn’t make them any less valid if confirmed and checking out. In this case it sounded quite possible.

That said she gave the dragonborn a glare when he suggested that Kathryn puts her down.’ Don’t you dare! I like it here!’ She mouthed out to him. Then Berry, was not quite as sneaky as that previous monk, but still very fancy monkish with his glowing arms when he summons them, managed to pry the drink out of Kathryn’s hand in some rather impressive display of sleight of hand coordination. Then Kosara thought about it and nodded, still hanging on Kathryn’s shoulder.” Yeah… drunk Kathryn’s not as nice or fun...” She concluded and reached over, placing a hand on the woman’s cheek.” Lesser Restoration!” The pale woman chanted with an innocent smile, celestial energies from her bond with her patron coming to life as sparkles of gold flashed and the spell took effect.” Soooooooo Kathryn, you sober yet? This usually sobers people right away! It’s great for dealing with hangovers before they even begin!”

“Sounds really weird. I will have to ask Grandpa when I meet him later. He will know what to do in situations like these.” Kosara sagely stated, hearing the later explanation from Kathryn on how a noble ‘loses’ their name.” Hey it’s fine, I don’t have a family name I can use either! A name doesn’t make who you are!” She gave the huge woman a huge grin in reassuring happy voice. Seeing somewhat that it was not quite a happy topic for Kathryn. Besides a name is just a name, it shouldn’t dictate your life!

“Hmmmm… that sounds a bit more familiar to back home just way more convoluted I suppose.” The tiefling quipped, thinking really hard on the topic of multy people marriages. Honestly she wasn’t seeing what the big deal was, but then again she wasn’t married so maybe there was a context that she was missing. On the topic of bakery though...” That’s a great idea! And I want to see you bake!” The tielfing was once more excited. Apparently Kathryn could bake! She wondered if Kathryn could make good bread…. Or cookies. She had heard of cookies that were apparently something very nice… kind of like small hard but sweet tasking breads… Admittedly that had Kosara’s attention, b ut she was way too busy since she arrived north with her many aimless wanderings and adventures that she forgot.” Hmmm? Ohh yeah! Like you cannot eat or drink ALL cacti out there, but some are good. Make good refreshing drink once chilled too, gotta know the difference though. I hear the same being said about mushroooooms. But yeah there are some that aren’t good for your health and there are some that make you really… ahm… how do I explain this… last time I drank some of that I was seeing dancing pink crocodiles while a quartet of golden snakes were playing music in the background.” She got banned from sampling those drinks afterwards for some reason.

“You can wrap the blades in leather tightly. That should protect you for the most part, though it still hurts to get hit.” The tiefling added her two coppers to the training discussions.”And maybe I can help too! I’m no warrior like Kathryn, but I’m fairly handy with a curved blade… and daggers.” She then looked at Berry who was saying that they should mind their drinking and eating and looking at Kathryn when talking about warriors.” To be fair, all the adventurers and warriors who passed by the caravan stop back home were drinking heavily. Gramps were happy cause they left a lot of gold behind to pay for all their food and drinks and occasional damages and other expenses.”

Moving the topic to V, she listened in rapt attention and took in the sights of V’s cousin apparently.” Ohh… pretty. My sister Asenath would certainly have liked him. Im fairly certain she's looking for a husband too though.” Kosara quipped, looking at the bard again.” So how many sisters do you have, V?” Now that was a curious topic for the pale tiefling cause she herself had a lot of sisters even if not by blood relation and the way V said it, sounded like she’s got a few at the very least. Now on the topic of knowledge, the tiefling was indeed in awe and her expression showed it. Bards were apparently very amazing!

“Ehh not really quite the same. Camels are quite interesting though, have a lot more personality than quite a few of the horses I’ve seen. Ohh yeah, traveling the desert without knowing the land is a huge mistake. You could easily get lost in the endless dunes until the sun or the lack of water does you in, if the critters don’t get you first. The deep desert is also a treacherous place where even your senses can betray you to stray off the paths as the mind starts playing tricks on you because of the powerful sun and heat. Most people who travel the deserts do so along very well known routes that have been used for generations, following the known water spots and that usually requires guides or to join a caravan. It can be very very dangerous, but it’s also has a beauty in it’s own way. During the day at noon, as you stand along the sands it’s like an endless sea of gold.” When Lizbeth asked about the camels and taking the water out, Kosara raised an eyebrow.” Not that I know of…. It’s a lot of fat in the humps, pretty sure there’s no pure water in the body, but you could bleed an animal and drink the blood if the need’s great enough.”

The teifling grinned at Lizbeth’s ambitions to be an adventurer and training during the winter.” Hear, hear! That’s a good plan! I can also teach you to dance! It keeps the body in good well sculpted shape and trains flexibility and dexterity! Can probably also see if I can’t reach Grandpa if you want him to teach you magic!” She grinned.

Then the door opened, Berry fell down and a dwarf walked in. Kosara blinked once, blinked twice and looked down at Berry.” Need help?” She asked with a smile, reaching a hand to help him stand up if he wanted and then looked at the dwarf!

“Hello! Nice to meet you, I’m Kosara!” She introduced herself in traditional Kosara loud fashion. She listened to the proposition and nodded along.” I’m good for such an deal, there’s way too much meat already and I have no idea how to process the chitin! I could certainly use some chitin styled dancing garments. Exotic costumes are a good thing to have for performers! Also maybe a headdress with a segmented cover for my braid to make it appear as a scorpion stinger almost! My sisters would be so jealous!” She grinned suddenly she halted and looked at the dwarven craftsman.” Can an Ankheg head chitin plate thing be turned into a shield?!” Kosara asked, eyes looking at him with anticipation.” I Will drink on it!” She cheerfully confirmed, looking at V and Berry in alternation waiting for their responses.

“Amazing!” Was Kosara’s reaction to V’s impressive display of wine knowledge as she was deducing the contents of the bottle. For the pale tiefling, such displays weren’t really something she had experienced before. Sure they had wine at the Caravan stop, but nobody was doing impressive displays like V and she certainly didn’t know there were THAT many things to know about wine. All that the white haired woman knew about it was that it was rather tasty, had alcohol, went with meats and was apparently useful for dealing with certain substances in the adventuring business as some traveling adventurers when she was young who only drank the wine repeatedly told her it saved their lives. Mind you, she didn’t know HOW it saved their lives, but apparently wine was very important aspect of adventuring. And apparently of appreciators in the north.” You can tell all that just from tasting it? How!?” She asked in obvious awe at the purple clad bard. Who in Kosara’s opinion was rather fabulous.

She turned to Kathryn and blinked at her before looking back at V, pondering the possibility that maybe V was actually a noble lady in disguise who similarly to Kathryn had reasons to not be at her noble mansion. Maybe there was a story there worthy of a dramatic stage performance that had a romantic plot, tragedy, plot twists and some very pretty dresses? Now it had to be mentioned, Kosara had NOT actually seen any dramatic stage performances… only traveling troupes that stopped by the Caravan stop and those didn’t count. Mostly cause it was mainly things to entertain the masses with, more acrobats and the like, but they too were very entertaining! Like that one woman who swallowed swords! Or the long bearded old man who somehow put his beard on fire without it burning out! Or the guys dancing on embers! She always did wonder what became of those guys after they left the caravan stop.

Kosara then listened very intently at Kathryn’s retelling of the reasons behind the failed ‘crush’. She had a curious and focused expression. She did! When The warrior woman finished her retelling, Kosara nodded sagely in understanding.” I see.” She muttered and then looked at Kathryn with her big white eyes.” What does losing your name to obscurity mean? Your name is your name, how do you lose your name? Does somebody like removes your memory…?” She then asked in confusion. Alright, maybe she wasn’t as understanding as her initial reaction showed. The concepts of nobility outside her home and everything was already new to her, not like she could actually understand the intricacy of the rather convoluted plots and schemes of the foreign nobility right away.” So to put it short: you couldn’t like another woman until you had a child with a man first? So weird… and I thought noble folk from my homelands were weird.” She concluded.” Well you are an adventurer now, the most noble vocation, you get to travel, help people along the way, find treasure, meet new friends and write legends!” She exclaimed in a very cheerful and reassuring manner.

She turned to Berry who tried to tell her that the topic wasn’t proper for a table.” Why though? All that patrons back home at their tables were talking about bedroom topics all the time! So it means it should be perfectly normal topic for a dinner table!” The tiefling objected with her winning argument because of course whatever drunk and roudy adventurers were talking about during their evening escapeds in a tavern was obviously perfectly normal behavior. Well… if you were raised in said taverns or equivalents to taverns… it was normal for you.

When even Liz asked what a camel is, Kosara looked at everybody in confusion.” You really haven’t seen camels? They are everywhere back home, more so than horses. Horses are usually for the most rich or those who don’t need to venture far from the water spots. Let me show you, I've got a few pictures drawn.” She quipped and rummaged through her bag, carefully pulling out her first journal and opening it on one of the first pages, showing them a roughly drawn picture of a camel. It wasn’t perfect, but it showed it well enough.” It’s like a horse for the desert. They have these humps on their backs and they can go a long time without water so they are good when traveling the sands. They also can eat cacti! Without removing the pointy bits! This is a cactus!” She showed another drawing, this time for a cactus.” They have nice water inside them, taste rather good, well some of them do, and they have all this spikes on them. Anyhow, I traveled the desert on a camel to reach the port city where I took a ship to arrive in these lands. Camels are fun!”
