Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

A random quote from some philosopher that we'll forget in a few moments.

Hey @Lonewolf685, I finished editing. Is this acceptable now?
@Scarifar

I know you needed an entry point for your avatar, and while I normally wouldn't mind the help in a 1v2 situation, Stinging Butterfly's presence doesn't make any sense as to why he is with Broker of Fortune. She was out on her own PvP-ing and grinding in the wastelands at a time when most players were offline for a festival. The only reason she dropped everything and ran back in a route so direct she's carving it through the environment is because antagonist plot McGuffin, and the Ivory Masks are in the area because they want to cover the flank of their main force from a defensible position.

The point I'm getting at is that I don't know why Stinging Butterfly is present, when by all logical accounts Broker should be alone against the enemy. If he's grinding mobs, maybe that's why he's in the area, but that he just happens to be following along the raging tank is peculiar. And then for reasons I can only prescribe to the Rule of Cool, he jumps in front of tank that has been gunning its engine and firing consistently before it, meaning he's going to be run over and killed regardless since he wedged himself between a tank and a lance wielding berserker.

If you needed a starting location, why not the Blue City? Or perhaps reconsider the actions Stinging Butterfly took in his introduction to the fight between Broker and Princess.

I only saw one shot being fired, and when Eclipse Princess appears, it seems like the logical thing to do would be to stop for a moment to take in this new obstacle.

Then again, I'm not in control of your character, so I wouldn't know. And maybe you're right about my entrance and stuff. I'll do some editing.
Stinging Butterfly

Stinging Butterfly much preferred the peace of grinding away at Dissolutions and taking the occasional job for exp rather than facing the chaos of the warzone he was in. There were few mobs left to grind currently, and Butterfly was constantly on the move, more so than usual as well. On rare occasions he would even find a stray White Guild member, and he would reap in the exp crystals after a successful ambush or fight. Still, the pickings were few. Landing on a rooptop, Butterfly raised his hand to his brow to scan the area. Hearing a mechanical rumbling, he turned his head to look and was greeted with the sight of a Bruiser tank. He wondered if he should go help. He was aware that a tank was as much a choice target for heavy duty attacks as much as it was protection against lighter ones, but a tank's firepower was not to be ignored, and someone had to help keep it safe. Heck, he wasn't even sure why he didn't see any other support for the vehicle. Tanks were durable, but certainly not invincible. Either the pilot was aware of it and had a different plan in mind, or she was just crazy. Possibly both.

After a shot was fired from the tank, it wasn't too long before enemies came to offer the chance of surrender. Butterfly quickly found a hiding spot and waited while watching the events unfold. From the way Eclipse Princess carried herself, she certainly didn't seem like a mere grunt of the White Guild. It also sounded like she had the power to make good on her threat. In any case, it seemed like the perfect chance to provide some support. He had seen another person being brought in by that White Mask member, so perhaps he should cut down on their manpower. Using a [Bouncer] square, Butterfly leapt away from his hiding spot to where he believed he saw Icy Mist hide. Upon spotting her, he would ready his rapier for a multitude of piercing strikes and [Rush] in to take her down swiftly.

Oh yeah, wasn't there something about Professions in DGO? Where's the info on that?
Guys, why. Why you do this. We're supposed to be creating grand things on this grand planet, not feels that lure in the onion ninjas.
PS #03:

<Snipped quote by Scarifar>

You can have him dual wield, just add that (within sense) to once of his abilities. The first one seems to be the most appropriate for that, but fur it to make some sense plus look cooler and balance the addition of two-weapon fighting, you could add the note that he loses his stacks of her fails to land an attack with each hand, alternating between them, in addition of losing the stacks when he changes targets.

This feels like a much more interesting alternative for me.

While that does sound interesting, that also sounds beyond my capability to type out without constantly losing the stacks. I think I'll stick with changing my choice of weapons.

On another note, I would like to change my second skill. Bash is perhaps too dependent on the compliance of others to type out, and no longer fits with what I had in mind.

Instead, I would like to have this Ability instead:

Bouncer (1 round cooldown)
Stinging Butterfly creates a small square on a surface or in the air which propel whatever touches it towards the direction the square is facing upon being touched. Disappears after 2 seconds. A maximum of 6 Bouncers can be created at once.

Also, I would like to change the wording of the third ability slightly. Just changing it from "10 ft" to "a short distance". I don't really wanna bring up too many technicalities with exact numbers.
Well damn, I was planning to have him be a dual wielder in the first place. Guess I'll have to change my plans a little. Maybe have him wield a rapier or something instead of the two short swords I was intending to use. Yeah, that kinda fits his Duelist style, actually.
Hey @TheWindel, with the Level 4 Warrior Feat "Titan's Grip", is it possible for someone to dual wield two-handed swords? It sounds like you can, but I'd like to make sure.
Crits are awesome. Especially from Market Gardens, as I can never land one myself.

"Thank you, Lua, but don't be so quick to underestimate your own Deck," Carnel said. "Who knows, you might beat me, instead. Of course, I have no intention of losing in any fair Duel."

"Unfortunately, Rumi, I must decline," Carnel said when Rumi made her offer to team up, holding up his hand. "I've already lost all my Life Points, so I cannot Duel anyone for the remainder of this event. Perhaps another time. I wish you both luck on your Duels, though.
