History: Carnel was born into a rich family, and given anything his parents could give him. Food, clothing, toys, you name it. He grew in such a fashion along with his older brother, Vincent. As they grew older, Vincent had received a copy of DGO, and was quick to make a name for himself as a versatile Assassin. Some thought of him as a genius, as he was able to excel in his studies as well.

Carnel had wanted to be like his brother, and devoted his efforts to do so. However, many saw this as Carnel wanting to catch up to his brother. As a result, they began to compare Carnel to his brother, and it was the same wherever he went. At first, Carnel didn't mind, but as time passed, Carnel began to notice how people acted when they did so, and saw how few people recognized his own achievements without leaving out a mention of Vincent. It was always "Vincent's brother" this and "Vincent's brother" that. Carnel couldn't stand it. When Carnel received his copy of DGO, he had cast aside his goal of being like his brother, and instead was determined to surpass him. He carried this goal with him even after he was enrolled into Purple Crown Academy.

Personality: Carnel is normally seen as a chill and polite guy, perhaps best described as being a gentleman. Wherever he goes, he interacts with people with kind smiles and friendliness. If disputes happen around him, he usually goes out of his way to try to defuse them and make everyone smile again. He may even make an occasional joke if the situation is appropriate. However, that is not to say that he will not act aggressive if the situation calls for it.

In DGO, he still maintains his gentlemanly demeanor, but he takes on a more aggressive personality as he fights, intent on landing as many attacks as possible while occasionally taunting his opponent. He prefers to get up close and personal while attacking, keeping as much pressure on his opponent as he can.

Level 2: Bouncer (1 round cooldown)
Stinging Butterfly creates a small square on a surface or in the air which propel whatever touches it towards the direction the square is facing upon being touched. Disappears after 2 seconds. A maximum of 6 Bouncers can be created at once.
Level 3: Rush (2 round cooldown)
By targeting an enemy within a short distance for an attack, Stinging Butterfly can shoot himself towards said enemy at a breakneck speed, gaining a 30% increase in attack speed for 1 round upon his arrival.

The problem with my 2nd character was that I made him too uninterested in others, making him very poor to interact with others. The first one.... I don't actually remember why I lost interest there.

Regardless, I am confident that I am not making the same mistakes as last time. I'm more familiar with how this rp works than previously, though I do need a catching up on recent events.

Also, I am loving that signature gif. Konosuba is currently my all time favorite anime.

I think a chance stun at such a low rate would be hard to justify proccing in a post unless it was just against dissolutions and it didn't matter. It'd probably be better if it took a certain amount of attacks to stun, and you could probably add extra duration or even a crit or something

Ah, but you don't take into account the extra attack speed from the other two Abilities. And with a large attack speed gain like that, a low rate of proccing is very reasonable.

But perhaps you are on to something. Maybe it could be altered into something different, maybe even something more beneficial. I'll look into it.

As Carnel scanned the surroundings for interesting Duels, a clapping sound caught his attention. Turning his head toward the direction of the sound, Carnel spotted a small kid running toward them, clapping enthusiastically. Carnel let Rumi interact with him first, silently wondering why there were so many people around that looked like little kids. He was sure he didn't enter an elementary school. Carnel then confirmed it when the two revealed their ages, though his next question was why they looked so small and young when they were meant to be older than their appearance suggested.

Responding to Rumi's question, Carnel answered, "My name is Carnel, and before you ask me about my age, I am 19 years old. Regardless, it is a pleasure to have Dueled with you, Rumi." Turning to the newcomer, Carnel asked, "Now then, what is your name, sir?"

Stinging Butterfly can equip a secondary bladed weapon in addition to his primary weapon. He can also throw the weapon at an enemy, which homes in (but can be disjointed/dodged) and slows the target by 50% upon impact for 1 round, but only deals 50% of the weapon's damage. The weapon returns to Stinging Butterfly's hand after a short period of time. Does not add stacks to Zeal when thrown.
Level 7:

Level 9: Float and Sting (10 round cooldown) Stinging Butterfly leaps over to a random enemy within a short range, appearing at a random angle, and strikes, continuing up to 6 times. Each strike adds a stack to Zeal, even if striking a different target. Stinging Butterfly is invulnerable for the duration.
Avatar Feats:
Level 3: Furious Blows (Increase attack speed by 10%.)
Level 4: Readied Mind (Increases your ability to react to your enemy.)
Level 5: Icarus Strike (An attack from above, using gravity as a means to enhance the damage even further. The user also takes no falling damage when using this skill. The higher the fall the more damage done.)
Level 6: Boomerang (You can throw your weapon at your target and it will return to your hand shortly after. The attack will do as much damage as a regular strike would have.)
Level 7: Herculean (You now possess the physical strength to smash or move through most - if not all - obstacles in your way. This does not affect your damage output.)
Level 8: Bloodied Blade (Each successive hit on the enemy increases the damage you do against that enemy by 20%.)
