I don't know - I'm planning for a big part of Arthur's character arc to be 'learning how to have interpersonal relationships', so I think a long-term pen pal situation is a little out of his depth at the moment. :P Maybe they just know each other in a 'social function' kind of way?
@Sisyphus@Tackytaff Well, it's possible that Elian could know either of your characters, given that he's serving the Royal family. A knight and a spy might well work together. And an inventor could be seen in passing.
