Description: The Wonderful Wizard of Oz has become a staple of classic literature ever since its inception in the 1900s. Despite its rather recent time among history, its Grimoire has become quite potent within Ozma's hands. The tale is one most people are aware of, if not by its original context then by its more immediate adaptions and installations. The story of a young girl from Kansas dropped into a magical world wholly not her own, who must travel among wizards and lions and tin men to see the magical and powerful Oz still rings true to this day via Ozma. So long as the Crimson Comet continues to burn just as bright as the Emerald City, the story of wonder and humility will never die.

History: When despair reaches the hearts of those girls who fight for justice and darkness creeps in their minds, there is always a shining hope to be found. It burns bright and hot like a crimson star bursting through to the surface and revigorating the just with hope while smiting the wicked. While such tales may be just a bit hyperbole, there is no doubt that Charlotte's obtained such a reputation among Magical Girls, if not the Grand Ministry as a whole. Bursting with power, hope, and potential, she has become the pinnacle mark of what a Magical Girl should be, by choice or chance. Still though, Charlotte's always shrugged away from the limelight. All that she does is simply to help others.
None of the youngsters can recall or remember Charlotte's past, let alone the exact point in time when she became Ozma. Indeed, when asked on the matter the redhead tends to slide past the topic with a joke or change the subject in place of getting communal ice cream. Still, her origins don't really matter as far as the Grand Ministry is concerned. Despite being only of Fable rank, Charlotte has become one of the most prominent and recognized Magical Girls in the Grand Ministry, not by her profound skill and magical adeptness, but by her constant desire to help others and flourish the prospect of teamwork. Easy to get along with and always willing to help another Magical Girl, she has become the so called "Crimson Comet" that streaks through the darkest nights to give all Magical Girls clarity of mind.
It's because of these deep rooted values that has made her a close associate with the Grand Ministry. She is fiercely loyal to them, trying as much as she can to be aboard in recruiting new Magical Girls. She can often be seen hanging around Marrywell Academy exuding warmth and comradery to any Magical Girl that needs it. Despite being a heavy influencer on other girls forming teams and sticking together howvever, she tends to work alone herself. Despite this, if there's danger within her beloved city of London, Magical Girl Ozma will give life and limb to defend it and its patrons of justice.
