It's been a while, and It's good to be back. Let's see if I can get back into the swing of things.

Personality After losing Arlin, Smith's attitude soured. The worst aspects of her personality rose to prominence at full force, compounded by an air of bitterness and cynicism. She sees other people as tools to manipulate to reach her goals. Smith had become almost impossibly vain and entitled, with a superiority complex to match.
Abilities
Smith received basic training in combat magics during her time with the demon king's army. This was only a period of about a year and a half, though, so she only knows a handful of spells.
Hellfire(Generate fire) This was the first spell that Smith was taught, and it's rather simple. This spell allows her to generate and manipulate fire within the palm of her hand. While being simple, this spell is also versatile, allowing her to throw weak fireballs and light things on fire. The aspect of this spell that really makes it "Hellfire" is that the flame it generates is always black and purple in coloration, because nothing looks more sinister than a black flame.
Lightning(Generate electricity) Another simple spell, that, like Hellfire, is rather versatile. This spell allows Smith to create weak bolts of lightning and electric sparks. This spell isn't as sustainable as hellfire, as electricity dissipates pretty fast, though it is also much faster to cast, being almost instantaneous. Smith is not able to aim this spell very well, given the erratic nature of lightning, and only uses it occasionally to lessen the number of times she accidentally hits herself with it.
Imbue with element This spell allows Smith to take one of her generate element spells (both of the above spells) and apply it to a weapon. Imbuing a weapon with an element is usually more effective than the weapon or the elemental spell by themselves, but it also takes more magical energy to maintain.
Elemental Aura Using this spell, Smith can apply an elemental spell to her entire body, forming a sort of elemental barrier around herself. This spell consumes much more energy than her other spells, but is obviously more powerful. The aura created in this way is indiscriminate in what it damages, burning or electrocuting anyone who gets too close while the spell is active.
Energy Drain This is an extremely useful spell for Smith, allowing her to leech magical energy from others simply through physical contact.
Smith, due to having a succubus as a mother, inherited some traits typical of a succubus, such as being able feed off of the pleasure of others, and being unnaturally seductive. Though, due to also being half human, Smith lacks most of the magical abilities of succubi, like illusions and dream manipulation.
Notable Equipment The only notable things that Smith has are a plain, standard looking short sword that she had stolen, as well as the expensive looking clothes that she took with her.

Manipulative Smith is well versed in using her looks to get what she wants. Her charms seem to work best with stupid men, which is no surprise. With this, Smith is also rather cunning, knowing how to twist her words and her actions to get the desired response from those around her.
Superiority Complex Insecurity tends to manifest itself in outward acts of self-importance and superiority, as it does with Smith. When she's not attempting to manipulate others, she can come off as snide, cold, and possessive, though it almost seems to be as hollow as her manipulations, just a lie she hides behind.
Bad with the Blade Even though Smith was trained in combat, and with several weapons, she was never fully trained with swords. She has little to no idea how to properly fight with a sword.
History
Beatrice's father was a human noble, and her mother was a succubus. Her father was never important in her life, given that her mother completely abandoned the sadsack once the child was born. Beatrice was given her father's last name, Olenwald, which always seemed like a cruel joke in her father's expense.
Beatrice grew up in the company of demons, destined to follow the same path as her mother and the many succubi before her, providing service to the demon king. Her upbringing was far from normal, being constantly surrounded by horny women, and learning more about sex then she ever would about her father. Her early life did have upsides, since she lived luxuriously, and was constantly surrounded by servants. She also had to deal with her mother, who acted more like a spoiled child than Beatrice, who was, in fact, a spoiled child.
The biggest problem for Beatrice came when her mother pushed her into putting her looks to use. The girl was 17 at the time, and was not truly sure of herself as a succubus. She couldn't remember what demonic entity had requested her time, but she did remember the other succubus that this demon had requested. Her name was Arlin, and Beatrice was immediately smitten with her. By the time the demon arrived, Beatrice was already having her way with Arlin. Beatrice found the demon to be completely revolting. This demon had Beatrice leave, finding her unsatisfying, and a poor excuse for a succubus. After Arlin was finally able to leave the demon's side, Beatrice asked Arlin to leave with her.
Beatrice was going to leave the lands ruled by the demon king to attempt to make a better life for herself. She wanted Arlin at her side more than anything. Arlin refused, telling Beatrice that she would rather stay among her own kind.
Beatrice gave up on her plans, and kept herself close to Arlin. Beatrice's mother wasn't necessarily happy with her daughter, but she let Beatrice do as she pleased. Beatrice found that she had some skill with magic, and trained as a fighter in the demon king's army, attempting to keep up her relationship with Arlin all the while.
Eventually, though, Arlin left Beatrice. Arlin had begun to feel guilty for continuing her acts as a succubus while having a relationship with Beatrice, and had chosen to give up Beatrice. Beatrice started to grow bitter. The one thing she cared about was now out of her grasp. She had become cold and cynical, a far cry from how she once was. Many were enchanted by Beatrice's looks, and she no longer felt guilt from abusing this, manipulating those around her.
Beatrice decided to pick her old plan from 2 years ago back up, adding revenge into the mix. Beatrice felt no anger at Arlin, no, she felt anger at the nature of succubi, demons, and even the demon king himself. This was her new goal: To kill the demon king. She knew that she could not defeat him in her current state, and so, she stole a simple sword, and left the lands of the demon king.
She shed everything about her old life except for her clothes, which were too nice to simply discard. Even her name had to go, so she took on the pseudonym "Smith."
Smith has now found herself in Lerot, registering as an adventurer.
@VarionusNW: Er... Well, there's nothing wrong with the character, but the backstory makes her feel a bit too... I dunno, serious for this RP's mood?
Yea, I had a feeling that you would have issues with that. I typically create characters with intent for character development, and try to have a reason for every part of a character's personality. I could tell that for this RP, the norm was characters that were inherently absurd, created as silly characters with funny traits. The thing is, I don't really express my more comedic characters in that way, since my style of comedy is less inherent absurdity, and more subtlety and character interaction.
TL;DR: While the character seems serious, I believe that the comedic aspects of the character will be more prevalent within the IC.
