Considering it was broadcast over the PA system, which most likely is hooked up to all buildings in the complex, I find it hard to believe that only building #1 would get the message. Especially since there're cafeterias and facilities in the other two buildings where other monsters might be atm.

D'aaaaaawwww... Brom so... cute...?

I would like to mention that there aren't just birtch trees on the outskirts of the forest btw. There are thin-trunked trees of most varieties, with tthe exception of nut, berry or fruit-growing ones. A minor detail, but I felt I should bring it up nontheless.

Also, blah... Just this weekend left of my vacay, then it's back to being a functional adult who goes to work. T~T

EDIT:

Clarification of Thin Trunked Trees:

- Any adult or fully grown tree that an average human adult can wrap their arms around the trunk of and still touch their hands together.

It's not so much that Miyuki thinks Velvet apologized for self-preservation, as it is her believing Velvet did it to "save face". Basically an act of making yourself look good by taking responsability, but not actually meaning or being sincere in your words, only doing it to "look good" . compounded by the fact that Velvet apologized in the cafeteria, during dinner time, when there's a ton of people around to see and hear. :P

Given that Velvet is so well-travelled and has been to Japan and can speak fluent japanese, you'd think she'd have some idea of what japanese youkai are capable of doing to her... Unless she purposefully avoided any local monsters when she was visiting there and only hung out with and around humans... In whcih case... ... She an idjit? 8D

Also, Miyuki doesn't only do curses. She's got plenty of just plain old magic spells. Like setting things on fire. Lots of fire.
