So, thought I'd just give an OC a try I guess. Well, a heroic one, since I'd already decided to do a villain but I'm still working on it. This is an idea I had a while back that I never got to use, so... Hopefully I'll get to use it now. ^^; Also, just to note, if Justice Robo seems too silly and/or Void thinks it doesn't fit in I'll remove it and just leave it as a car.
• Name: Justine Forseti/Justice Angel
• Age: 21
• Gender: Female
• Species: Human
• Alignment: Hero. She's basically lawful good, really.
• Appearance:
Old picture so it's kind of crappy. Untransformed, she tends to just wear tank tops and jeans. She's probably taller than most of the other girls, due to being older.
Better picture by a far better artist!• Powers and Abilities: Untransformed, Justine isn't exactly a bad officer. Despite her ditziness she is not stupid, and part of the reason she was chosen to become a magical girl representing the police force was how easy it is for her to think outside the box. She can hold her own in a fight against mundane foes, as well as henchmen-level monsters. Inexplicably possesses a driver's license despite the fact that she seems to be completely insane whilst behind the wheel.
•• Cherubadge: Justine's transformation device, a golden badge. By holding it out and calling out
"Nine-Nine-Nine! Emergency!", she transforms into Justice Angel and gains a sharp boost to all of her physical parameters (she is still rather clumsy, though). Even whilst untransformed, the Cherubadge acts as a communicator and translator; whilst she's far too out of range to reach the other Cherubadges right now, as long as she has it she can understand Japanese, and anyone who hears her speak will hear it in their native tongue rather than English. If she ever misplaces the badge, it will be rather difficult for her to communicate. The Cherubadge is synchronized to Justine and Justine alone; if anyone else tries to use it, nothing will happen.
•• Weaponry: Whilst transformed, Justine is armed with two weapons. The first is the Tonfaser, a police baton that causes stunning electric shocks when it makes contact with an enemy; by folding back the end of Tonfaser Justine can turn it into a pistol-like form to unleash her finishing move,
Justice Blitzkreig, a ball of lightning fired from the pistol that incapacitates almost any foe, making them ready to be arrested. Her other weapon is the Nuncuffs, a pair of giant handcuffs she wields like nunchuks. Unlike the Tonfaser, these have no special properties other than being large, heavy pieces of metal; she usually only reserves them for tougher foes who are impervious to Tonfaser's stunning attacks. The Nuncuffs are able to shrink down to the size of regular handcuffs when not in use, and can obviously be used as a regular set of handcuffs.
••
Justicar: Justice Angel's police car, built from an experimental alloy that provides it enough defence to withstand magical attacks and, more importantly, Justine's driving. Against the most dangerous of criminals and monsters, and only with direct authorization (ie. GM permission), the Justicar can transform into a battle form known as
Justice Robo. Obviously, as it is formed from a regular sized police car it is rather a lot smaller than most mecha, although it is still rather strong and tough. Justice Robo's finishing move is
Justice Beam, a powerful blast of energy fired from the lights on its chest.
• Personality: Justine is blessed with a heart of gold and a strong sense of justice, and honestly tries her best to uphold and protect the law and the good people it is meant to keep safe. Unfortunately, she is also a ditzy airhead, as well as a major klutz. She's also very bubbly and enthusiastic, and her dedication to the cause of justice is completely unquestionable. She generally refuses to kill any lawbreakers, prefering that they be brought in and made to go through the justice system to pay for their crimes. This also affects how she thinks the other girls should act; purifying an embodiment of negative emotions is okay, but murdering an enemy is
never acceptable. Justine loves donuts, and although she can get a little annoyed if anyone makes fun of her living up to the cop stereotype, she can easily be coerced into helping out above and beyond the call of duty if the promise of delicious pastries is made.
• Biography: Hailing from America, Justine was once a rookie cop with passion for justice whose general clumsiness and ditziness threatened to have her thrown off the force. However, her passion for justice, her drive to succeed despite her shortcomings and her ability to think outside the box led to her being scouted by Emergency Angel Squad 999, a privately run organization who utilized a combination of magic and technology to combat paranormal and mystical threats to mankind. Recruited as Justice Angel, alongside her comrades Fire Angel and Medic Angel they formed a magical girl emergency services team and fought against many different foes. Recently, Justine was transfered to Japan, as due to the vast amount of monster attacks the country faces on a seemingly weekly basis it was decided that her skills were more required there than in America.
