Chiro is caring but always expects the best from those around him. He will turn any and everything into a competition. His expectations are high and he can come across as uncaring and aloof. That being said, underneath his exterior is a Sensei that cares to see his students excel and become the best they can be.

He was taught the ways of the ninja from an early age to keep him out of trouble and to give him something to do. He loved learning these things. At the age of 13, he graduated from the ninja academy after having a very tough time controlling his chakra and jutsu. He realised that his was a set of techniques that was very different to the other kids in the village. As a genin, Chiro tried very hard to develop new techniques but was not very proficient at learning them. For a long time Chiro got by simply on his high intellect and his passion for studying the ways of the ninja. This all changed one evening when he was studying his shadow late at night. He noticed that focusing on the outlines of the shadow allowed him to manipulate it. After days of experimenting he found the shadow possesion jutsu through dumb luck. He continued to work on these techniques and used them to bolster his traditional ninja persona that he was already trying to carve for himself.

At the chunin exams he performed very well simply because his kekke genkai was one that no one had seen before and no one knew how to combat it. (Dumb ass kids). Currently he is a Jounin.

User extends their shadow. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires that (of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back, so that the opponent draws nothing when the user draws a shuriken). If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on pre-existing shadows for their shadow to freely travel through.

Kage Nui is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique Shikamaru will first form the needed handseal to extend his shadow. Chiro will then change the handseal to cause the shadow to emerge from the ground in tendrils. The tendrils can extend and whip about and are strong enough to pierce nearby targets.

Kokuangyo no jutsu (Bringer-of-darkness technique)
Name: "Bringer of Darkness Technique"
Type: A-rank
This jutsu creates an area of complete darkness around the victim, enabling the user to attack without being seen.

Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm
Type: C-rank
This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to the area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

Demonic Flute: Illusions of the Cortex
Type: A rank
The user plays an audible note on an instrument and lulls the opponent into a genjutsu from this point the user can project small changes into the world around him which psycologically affect the opponent. If a longer song is played then the user can create more vast changes however the opponent must hear every note of the song for this to work. If any note of the song isnt heard then the technique will fail.

This needs to be altered, for Genin CC and large chakra pools are a get one take one basis.

Xan said General weaknesses: Element limitations - K' has shown absolutely no ability in elements outside of his Kekkei Genkai and lightning release. Even with straight water-release jutsu... he can't get them to work.

Taijutsu Special-ess - K' is very uncoordinated with offensive taijutsu, due to his natural instinct being to swing his hand with something in it rather than just his bare hands. If pushed to got fist-to-fist, toe-to-toe K' will most likely scrap and brawl ungracefully to an outcome.

No Water Thank You - K' has an aversion to being in or near large bodies of water and abhors being out in the rain. This is partly because of how water ruins his lightning release jutsu but also just an innate phobia of water. It doesn't help that he a fairly mediocre swimmer.

Again, I'd say the entire balance is completely off, you're bad with Tai but good with Ken. You can't use other elements? That's hardly a weakness. The water weakness seems fine to me.

First off, I believe you must first have a Genin to make a Jounin. Secondly, I'm not one hundred percent sure we're accepting Jounin. Thirdly doesn't speak much isn't really a weakness. Finally fix the bbc code please.

Kenjutsu and Taijutsu are not one and the same. You're assuming that all UFC fighters are epic with a sword, or every Olympic jouster is epic in a hand-to-hand fight.

Elemental limitations - that is clearly a weakness if you can counter the one element in exactly the same fashion each time.

You basically get to be good with long and close range. I know what the two are.

Here's what I'm saying: Not being able to use every single element is a weakness everyone has. You have two arguable elements, technically a third but not really. That isn't a weakness, in fact it's more of a strength. Most people can only use one element, especially right out of the academy.

I'm not assuming anything, when is your character going to be without his weapon if he's great with Kenjutsu? Especially when it's 'better than the average Genin.'

There is no point in me even grading this sheet, after the history. You gave no reason what so ever why he appeared in the Stone Village, which at the time of his birth, were at war with the hidden leaf. "He found out about his kekkei genkai by dumb luck". Well, no. Shadow Manipulation is not even a kekkei genkai. It's not in your blood. It's something you learn, you have to be taught be those that do know it already. It's a Hidden Technique, not a bloodline limit. And as it stands, there is no way he could know it.
You also never did state how he would have gotten into the Granite Guard. My suggestion is to scrap the character and start over from scratch.

Also, I have a policy that everyone who wants a jounin should submit a genin first, as the RP will be primarily focused on the genins.

Exactly why I didn't make a clan myself. It's basically a whole other character sheet you have to work on on top of your actual character sheet. Of course, that's just me though.

Uh, quick question, I don't have to count Satsuma as an actual Jonin do I? I mean he's basically a glorified NPC and that's about it. A particularly badass NPC, but an NPC nonetheless.

OP by nature because their stupid eyes allow them to basically cast genjutsu by looking at people. Hard to RP without coming across as a powergamer.
