After checking over several websites and looking at a couple houses here and there on them he finally saw one.It was nice,didn't look like much on the outside,but the inside he was gonna make sure no one ever thought he was a hobo again!
Outside:(all windows are covered with black curtains)
After he found the house he wanted he called the number on the sight and told them if they could meet him now he'd pay double to which they were there in 15 minutes.they met up,Jake handed them the money,shook hands and then he made another call.He called a moving and installation company and rented them out for the day for he had shopping to do!They went to various stores over shine junction geting things for his new house but it only took them about an hour and they went to the house.Jake left the installation crew to there work and went to the Mochavine cafe and bar.He remembered seeing arty,nori, and some others he vaguely remembered there.As he arrived he waved to arty.Judging the fact that shots lady was there and the look on his face he walked up to arty "you want a drink bud looks like you might need it."He said as he pulled out the vodka from the night before "mind if I join you?"

Arty had come to the conclusion that he had some how displeased some sort of magical force and now it was punishing him by sticking him into some of the most awkward situations imaginable. Okay that may have been a crazy exaggeration, but that is what it felt like when he say Ryva get up and stroll over to Nori and the blue haired girl from last night and by the looks of it invite them to come sit down at the table. "Yep, I am cursed..." The red head groaned inwardly as he watched the small group of girls make their way over to the table and proceeded to surround him in the table. He put on the best this-isn't-awkward smile he could and looked to Nori who had just greeted him. "Ey lass, 'ow's the morning treating yo'?" He said before the DJ brought up if he remembered the blue haired girl from last night, who's name was apparently Kameyo. "Oh yea'... I remember." Arty said as he moved his eyes to Kameyo, only to quickly move them elsewhere. "Uh it is nice to meet yo' lass, I'm Arty... but you already knew that." The giant of a man said as he only became more flustered, luckily for him that was the time the waitress came over with his order. "Thank yo' lass." He said with a grateful smile before he started to drink his coffee. "Maybe if I keep drinkin' they won't want me to talk." Arty thought to himself as he continued to sip from his coffee, that thought was quickly dashed when he heard the voice of Jake addressing him. Normally he would of been relived to see the guy, but seeing as the night before he had dumped his drink all over Ryva who was literally sitting at the same table right now Arty couldn't help but get a knot in his stomach. "This whole lucky stereotype 'as officially been disproven." He thought before he looked to Jake. "Ey mate?" He said with a slightly nervous smile, he really didn't want to break up the fight that he was imagining. "Thanks fer the offer, but I'll pass. Got something else to tide me over fer now." Arty said as he showed Jake his coffee. "And sure, the more the merrier." He said, though he was kind of doubting the merrier part right now.

Nori reached out to give Ryva a gentle and friendly punch to the bicep. “It’s all good, I think it was a long night for everyone. I’m Nori, by the way,” Nori said. “Yeah, we’d love to sit with you guys, right Kameyo? I’m probably going to die if I don’t get some food soon.” Ryva laughed as they made their way over to the booth and Nori gestured for Kameyo to climb in first, putting her across from Arty as Ryva sat next to him. "Hey Arty," Nori greeted him. "You remember Kameyo, right?"

The waitress chose that moment to come back and deliver Ryva and Arty's orders. "Can I have a water and a Belgium waffle?" Nori asked. The waitress nodded and left. "Hello sweet boy," Nori cooed, at the dog who lay patiently at Ryva's feet. She held out a hand and let the dog sniff it, before reaching out to give him a good scratch behind the ears. Moose thumped his tail, ears perked when she spoke, grinning the sort of smile only dogs and woves could pull off. Ryva smiled. A moose only in name and size, she thought fondly. She was smiling as she watched Arty get flustered. Poor lad, she thought. All these lasses and no men.

She turned to him and said softly, in Irish, "An bhfuil tú ceart go leor, Arty? Fhéachann tú beagán míchompordach." She was concerned, and would have said more, but the guy who had dumped his drink on her last night came up and started talking to Arty, ignoring everyone else. Ryva still had a grudge so she got up ans sat on the edge of the seat next to Nori, muttering, "Seo asal beag rude. Ba mhaith liom craiceann in áit féin roimh suí in aice leis an fear." She glared for a moment, anger simmering in her viens before taking an almost violent sip of her drink.

Nori furrowed her eyebrows as she looked back and forth Arty and Kameyo. Arty seemed like he was trying to look anywhere but her blue haired roommate and Kameyo was doing her best to turn invisible. Ryva asked Arty a question in what the DJ assumed was Gaelic, resting a hand on his arm. ’What’s going on here?’ the diminutive blonde pondered, eyeing the two of them suspiciously. Avoiding eye contact. Fidgety. Blushing.

’…Do the like each other?’

The corners of Nori’s mouth quirked up into a mischievous grin. ’This is too cute,’ Nori mused. There was nothing Nori loved more than playing matchmaker and this scenario was too perfect for her to pass up. Of course, this is when the drink spilling, genital gesturing blonde stranger from last night chose to enter the café and come over to their table. "You want a drink, bud? Looks like you might need it. Mind if I join you?" the man asked, giving the bottle of vodka a shake. Nori’s nose scrunched up as she looked at the bottle. It wasn’t that she disapproved of day drinking, but she did hate vodka with a passion. Arty thanked his friend but declined the offer for booze, before inviting his friend to join them.

Ryva moved over to sit by Nori, making their side of the booth so cramped that the DJ was pressed flush between the other girls. Not that she minded, the small blonde liked feeling close to other people. Ryva murmured something else in Gaelic that was probably a biting remark in regards to their newest addition, but it sounded pretty in the foreign language. “Heya!” Nori said, nodding at Jake. “I’m not sure that we’ve actually been formally introduced. I’m Nori,” she told him, giving him a grin and a wave.

“So Arty,” Nori said, flicking her eyes back over to the red head. “Doesn’t Kameyo look cute today?” the blonde asked, running a hand over the other girl’s long hair and twirling a lock around her finger. “I picked her outfit out myself,” she explained, giving her coworker a wink. “It suits her, right?”

Arty's internal squirming was interrupted by the familiar sound of the Gaelic language. Looking over to see Ryva, of course, speaking in a slightly hushed tone and asking if he was okay, the giant couldn't help but be reminded of home for a moment, he rarely spoke the language here in Shine City and even more rare was he to find someone to speak it back. "Tá mé go maith, ach píosa caillte ar fhocail. Nach n-úsáidtear chun aird seo go léir." Arty said with a small smile for reissuance before turning his attention back to his coffee. As Ryva changed seats and muttered the insult Arty couldn't help but choke on his coffee slightly, though it was more out of worry than a chuckle. "I'm not on the clock. Please don't make me break up a fight..." Arty though to himself with a unheard groan. He was half way picturing the two performers duking it out in the middle of the coffee shop when Nori spoke to him. He was almost relived, hoping that the DJ was going to change the subject, only for her to dash his hopes of things getting less tense. Uh er uh... Arty stammered as he try to think of a way out of this situation, part of him considered faking the need to use the bathroom but he was now boxed in by Jake so that was out. "Shite, how did we end up here?" Arty thought and mentally kicked himself. The devilish look in the blonde DJ's eyes didn't make Arty feel any better about the situation, but the big oaf knew he had to say something. "Uh yeah... she looks good. I uh like the shirt." Arty said as a light blush formed across his cheeks, which he tried to hide by quickly bringing his cup up to his lips and taking a long sip.

April checked the clock on her phone. It was still a while until she had to go to work, but at this time there was nothing for her to do. She simply figured she would drag out her walk to the Mochavine. If she took her time, she could often find herself enjoying the walk to work. It gave her time to think. April switched off the tv and grabbed her bag before heading out of the door.

The pink-haired waitress locked her door and turned around. The air was crisp. A light breeze gently whipped April's hair around her shoulders. It was just the weather that she loved. April stopped for a second, breathing in the fresh air. She could hardly feel her headache anymore, which allowed her to appreciate just how nice today was. Starting to walk, she plugged her headphones into her mobile phone and selected one of her many playlists. It was called "Happy:)". Although she wouldn't admit it, April had a slight addiction to making playlists. Today was one of the rare occasions that she actually listened to one.

April strolled along casually. Instead of taking her usual shortcut, she opted for the scenic route, which consisted of avoiding the alleyway she usually frequented. She was even planning to drop by the park before going to work. This made her journey longer, and gave her more time to think. She thought about her parents. She thought about what songs to put in her next playlist. Laughing, she thought about her night out with Rosanna and how Rosanna had made out with DJ Dangermouse. Before she knew it, April's legs had carried her to the park.

The park was bustling with dog-walkers and families. April sat down on the grass, and picked up a daisy. Within seconds she was making a daisy chain. Within minutes it was over a metre long. April checked the time- six minutes to one! She leaped up, dumping her daisy chain on the ground. April broke into a speed walk, going as fast as she could without running.

She arrived outside the Mochavine with a minute to spare. The breathless girl put her hand on her chest like a 100-year-old experiencing heart failure. Once April had regained her breath, she walked in, scanning the cafe as she went to the staff room to drop off her bag. There were lots of familiar faces, some which were regulars in the Mochavine. Others were people she'd glimpsed last night in Club LUSH.

Jake was smiling at Ryva's comment in Irish when Ringing came from his pocket so he answered the phone and it was the installation crew,they were finished and was waiting for him to look it over before they left."Ok I'll be right there." He hung up the phone and stood up with a sigh."I'm sorry my friends (as he looked over everyone but Ryva) but I have to go my new house is set up and I am really looking forward to seeing it but my address is 19 S park st. It's by shine park on the edge of the city if you wish you can come and see it."He then turned to Nori and said "I'm sorry it's taken us this long to to properly meet miss Nori and again I'm sorry for I have to leave but you know my address and you can visit when ever you like.Oh and just saying to be honest you do look hot in those outfits at club lush but you look far more beautiful in your normal garb."He smiled then as he walked out he turned back to Ryva "By the way in my defense I was drunk and you were rude to them, (pointing to Nori and Shots lady) first and (then switching to Irish) Sílim go mbeadh sé níos unpleasant a craiceann féin ansin suí in aice liom má fuair tú a fhios dom He then waved to all of them and stepped out with a smile.Jake knew a couple different languages for he had done a world tore the year before and had to learn Japanese,Irish,German,and French plus he learned Latin at a younger age do to it was the best way to hide what he was saying during his street life years.

As Jake got to his house newly refurbished he greeted the leader of the installation crew and went inside to see how it looked.
Kitchen:(ignore the window)
Bedroom:(no pictures,black walls,and desk has computer set up)
Dining room:(larger room and bigger table)
Living room:(has a Y-Box gaming system)
After he looked it all over he payed the installation crew and as soon as they were gone he layed on his new bed and stared up at the night sky painted on his ceiling,It was perfect.He then went into his living room,lit up a cig,hooked his phone up to the tons of speakers that were wired together, and listened to the song he constantly faded into (The first song he wrote)

As the waitress took Nori's order, Kameyo raised her hand a little bit and was going to order cake. Apparently the waitress did not see her. That's alright, i'll just tell her when she gets back. She was very much used to not being noticed, even though she has blue hair. She settled herself in the seat, pretending (not very well) to be fascinated by the tiny leaflet that was always at the table. It was advertising a new kind of cheesecake they had. Hmm i'll have to try that sometime, but not now. Right now I need chocolate. She glanced up at Arty for just a moment and saw he was avoiding looking at her as well. Oh, I must have offended him at some point last night!

It was then the drunkard approached. Kameyo felt a little bad for Ryva. She had no idea how she would handle it if someone spilled a drink all over her. Ryva went and sat next to Nori, squishing her against Kame. Ryva muttered things in a language she didn't understand. Kameyo sank down in the seat a little as the two went back and forth. She didn't much care for the tension, but it wasn't focused around her anymore so she supposed it was a bit better. She was thinking of how she would probably have to try a little harder to get the waitress's attention. The drunkard left and the tension seemed to dial down, but now she was back in the spotlight.

Kameyo couldn't believe what she was hearing. She froze as Nori put her fingers in one of her pigtails and twirled some around her finger. No one had ever asked that sort of question about her, at least not right in front of her. Kame's face went bright red as he complimented her. Glancing up at him through her bangs she noticed a slight blush run across his face. oh no...MY PRESENCE HAS MADE HIM UNCOMFORTABLE!! ABORT MISSION ABORT!!! Gathering her courage she said in her usual soft voice "T-thank you, Arty." She fidgeted a little, where is cake when you need it?

"Ceart go leor, Arty. " Then Ryva blushed a little at Jake's comment and hid her face in her arms. "Cén fáth a bhfuil mé deireadh suas i gcónaí a bheith ar an asal i ngach cás a rachaidh mé isteach? Dhíth orm sos." She lifted her head to watch Nori play matchmaker, while Arty and Kameyo blushed and avoided each other's gazes. Ryva took a long look at her drink before downing the rest of it and getting up to throw it in the trash. she then walked back to the table and slipped on her leather jacket, grabbed Moose's leash and gave a quick bow to everyone.

"I'm sorry, but I have to go, everyone. I'll catch you up later. Slán." Then she waved and jogged out of the cafe. What did he say his address was? Ryva thought as Moose trotted beside her. Oh yeah, 19 S park st. she sighed and transitioned into a full run. Moose barked happily, liking that he got to stretch out into his run. Ryva had nearly forgotten about her original mission, so she passed Jake's house, then skidded to a stop. She leaned against a lampost to catch her breath, then remembered and walked back to Jake's place. she walked up the front steps and knocked.

She waited. Moose panted and lay down.

Nick didnt have anything to do today, so after throwing on some shorts and t-shirt with an ironic pokemon quote on it, he got out the door and started to stroll towards the tram station, he was going to head to shine junction and let the day take him wherever it wanted to. He wasn't a strict routine guy anyway, although he did have to swing by the Shine Academy to grab some files for his project. Nick checked his phone as it buzzed, it was none other than Nori Haywood with an odd sort of compliment, Nick chuckled to himself and began to text back. His face was hot, even just reading her texts super exciting for him.

Hey Nori, how exactly does one sound handsome? like if my voice put on some nice clothes maybe it could be handsome, but I doubt thats in the realm of possibility :P, What u up 2 today? I was thinking of going to the arcade, maybe join me for a game of Street Battler 2: Anniversery Edition? Let me know.

Nick borded the tram into shine jucnction and began to browse his phone, his BookFace page will still open on Shizuka's profile, he counldn't help but stare for a few seconds before quickly opening another tab, on his smart phone.hmm maybe she would be at the academy today? Couldnt hurt to find out. After going back to her page he sent her a direct message.

Not sure if you remember me, but I'm Nick Weston, we spoke on the forum about my radio show, I'll be passing through the academy later to pick up some files for my project, don't suppose you would be there? I'd like to maybe explain a bit more about my show in person.

Nick's cocky funny persona went out of the window, he couldn't help but be serious and respectful with her, it was something about the way she carried herself. Nick went in his pocket and grabbed a stick of spearmint bubble gum and began to chew loudly on the train as he listend to music. He had his urge to do a quick radio broadcast, but decided against it, he wanted to try and just be normal for an hour or two.

Rosanna was jogging hard, and her body was bouncing accordingly to the rhythm of her heavy steps. Many male passerbys mouths were hanging wide open as she dashed past them, being sure to wink at any of them she thought were cute. She knew this was only a warm up though, she knew that she would have to go to them gym and actually get some real work done soon. So she sent April another text.

Hey girl, I may have to come check you later before I go to the gym, hows the Mochavine looking right now? Busy?
and when I say busy I mean busy with any hot guys ;) I fear if go there my hair is going to look a mess right now!

Rosanna thought briefly about Shou and if he would be around today, maybe he would wear his loose white shirt and have his hair all scruffy and sexy like he did last time. Maybe her hair wouldnt be so bad then, they might even make a nice match.....Rosanna quickly snapped out of her brief daydream and began to jog out of the entrance of the park and towards the high street.

It didn't look like Arty's blush was going to fade anytime soon, making the red head keep his cup up to his lips in a rather vain attempt to cover it up. Arty's thoughts were only taken off his own embarrassment by Jake announcing that he had to leave and check out his new place, he even invited them to swing by, well it seemed the invitation was extended to everyone save Ryva. "That could of gone way worse." Arty thought with a unheard sigh of relief as he gave Jake a slight nod and wave. "I'll 'ave to come by some time mate and take yo' up on that drink." The massive man said to Jake as his farewell. Just as he finished speaking Ryva shot up and announced that she was leaving. Arty thought it was odd, but then again he knew Ryva kept a slightly spastic schedule given her career choice. "Uh alright then lass, I'll talk to yo' later then." He called after Ryva as she made what seemed like a mad dash out of the café, Moose in tow. It just dawned on the big oaf that he was now left alone with Nori and the blue haired Kameyo. "Wait when did that happen?" He thought as he looked back to the two sitting across fro him. When Kameyo spoke up, or rather whispered, gave the best grin he could muster, he didn't want to make this situation any more awkward for him or this girl. "Uh anytime lass, just that yo' look cute is all. Er I mean yo' look cute in those clothes. Erm not that yo' wouldn't look cute out of those clothes. I mean it isn't that I 'ave been picturin' yo' not in clothes. I mean uh.... never mind" Arty fumbled and tripped over his words as his cheeks became a even deeper shade of red. "Uhhh er uh Soooo Nori 'ow is it lookin' for yo' at the club? Think yo' might beat out Cash for the top DJ spot?" Arty said rather hurriedly in an attempt to change the subject as fast as possible. He then yet again brought his cup up to his lips and started to take a long sip to try and hide his blush, at this rate he was going to need a refile soon.

Lexi opens her eyes, the bright light of the afternoon sun causing her to hide back under the covers "Stayed up way too late...but it was worth it." she thought, poking her head out again. She sticks her legs out from under the covers and looks at her phone "Damn...one thirty already....I think I need coffee.." she opens her curtains, stretching her arms. She walks over to the kitchen, grabbing her bath robe along the way, sliding it over her slender shoulders. She instinctively grabs a mug from the drainboard and goes to grab the coffee pot, going through the motions of pouring herself a glass before looking down and realising it was empty. Lexi sighs "Guess we're not having coffee at this particular moment..." She walks back to her bed, slipping on a plaid skirt and white blouse, before grabbing her usual black hoodie and throwing it on over top. Lexi slides her knee high riding boots on and grabs her keys, walking over to her side table. She puts her earbuds in and grabs her phone, hitting "shuffle" before pulling her hood up and beginning her walk to Mochavine, grabbing her messenger bag on the way out.

She would ignore most of the outside world, lightly bobbing her head every time a good part in a song came on. Her light green dyed hair hangs out of her hoodie a bit, blowing lightly in the breeze. "What was it...five hours till my shift starts...six?" she mutters quietly to herself, glancing up for a second and narrowly missing a young woman "Oh...pardon me.." She keeps walking in silence, turning the corner, the Cafe now in view. She walks up to the door, walking and ignoring the people, sitting in a corner and pulling down her hood a bit. She pulls out one earbud to hear her surroundings, but clearly isn't paying attention to the others.

Jake was laying on his couch spread out listening to his music when he noticed a slight knock at the door.He paused his music and shot up thinking it was arty trying to escape that awkward situation and came to see his new house he grabbed the vanilla rum and poured two glasses for arty said he was gonna take him up on his offer for a drink.He went to the door and put one of the glasses on the side table next to the door way, turned the door knob,grabbed the glass,opened the door the rest of the way with his foot, and held out the drink saying "Whats up you big irresistible lu......."He then froze completely un able to finish his sentence for it was not Arty it was Ryva then a horrified look came across his face as he noticed what he was wearing....He hadn't gone back and got his clothes from club lush (which were probably gone by now) and all he was wearing and had been wearing for the past 2 days was his dark colored blue jeans and black air speed shoes.He was shirtless,his various scars from past work accidents on is arms and chest were lighter colored then the rest of his skin his upper body was chiseled from toning over the years and in the middle of his chest were the oddly triangle shaped burn scars but most prominent was his face,trying to keep calm and hoping Ryva wasn't here to burn his new house down,he took a breathe for he had been holding it the entire time he was frozen.He got out of his daze and,barely managing to speak,he said "H-Hi whats up?" It took all he could to speak as his mind was going crazy [color=Lightcoral]'What do I do?!What do I do?!I figured Arty was gonna be the only one to take me up on my offer but it was a lady and not just any lady it was the girl I dumped a white Russian on and I'm shirtless what if she sees my scars and Thinks I'm just a depressed alcoholic asshole.I was drunk most of the time I've been around her and I was an asshole she pushed Nori and shots lady first but dumping a drink on her was a dick move and she was just trying to help Arty out.Dammit why do I have to be an asshole all the time if she burns my house down or has her dog eat me I'll take it cause I deserve it.As Jake was going crazy inside his head he couldn't help but notice Ryva's eyes were very alluring causing his mind to settle and speak one last time "By the way it was a bit of a dick move for me to pour that drink on you. I'm very sorry I just am really random when I drink and I can't sit still when there's conflict I have to put my two cents in or it drives me crazy."

Jake opened the door with his foot, and held out a drink saying "Whats up you big irresistible lu......." and then he kind of froze. He was shirtless, on his arms and chest were lighter colored then the rest of his skin, and Ryva couldn't help but notice that his upper body was really toned, but not in the I'm-using-steroids-kind of way. In the middle of his chest were oddly triangle shaped burn scars that made her wonder if he'd been abused, somehow, in his past. "By the way it was a bit of a dick move for me to pour that drink on you. I'm very sorry I just am really random when I drink and I can't sit still when there's conflict I have to put my two cents in or it drives me crazy." His voice brought her back from her musings, and a slightly pink tint colored her cheeks.

Ryva smiled. "That's alright, lad," she said. "I came tae apologize for being an ass at the cafe." She rubbed the back of her neck. "Do ye mind if me an' Moose come in?" For some reason her heart was beating a bit fast, like when she is about to go onstage and greet her fans. What is wrong with me? she scolded herself on the inside. All I know about him is his name, that he's a bit out of his mind when he drinks, and can't sit still when there's conflict. And two thirds of that is fresh new to me. I mean, we're all a bit slighted in th' head, but seriously, what th' feck? On the outside, she had a slightly embarrassed smile on her face, and her long brown hair kept getting into her eyes, forcing her to constantly tuck it behind her ear.

"Uh yeah... she looks good. I uh like the shirt,” Arty mumbled, trying to hide behind his coffee mug. I was sort of adorable, really, because he was such a big man. Just then, the blonde stranger’s phone rang and he answered it briskly, speaking in hushed tones. With a quick nod, the man hung up the phone and looked back to the group. He apologized for having to leave so quickly and gave them his address so they could visit him at a later date.

"I'm sorry it's taken us this long to properly meet, Miss Nori. Again, I'm sorry for I have to leave, but you know my address and you can visit whenever you like. Oh, and just saying to be honest you do look hot in those outfits at club lush but you look far more beautiful in your normal garb,” The blonde man told her with a grin, causing Nori to flush always up to the roots of her hair.

“Th-thank you,” the DJ replied shakily. Honestly, she was usually much better with compliments, but he had caught her off guard. Plus, she still didn’t even know his name! Arty’s friend then said something to Ryva and hurried off, leaving them all shell shocked. “Who is that guy?” Nori asked to no one in particular, blinking at where he had been standing. Ryva looked after the man before excusing herself and jogging after him, Moose in tow.

After everything had settled back down in the café, Kameyo thanked Arty, looking up at him through her lashes and fiddling with her hands in her lap. ’She’s being so cute and she doesn’t even know it! This is gonna be easy as cake,’ Nori mused, grinning almost evilly.

"Uh anytime lass, just that yo' look cute is all. Er I mean yo' look cute in those clothes. Erm not that yo' wouldn't look cute out of those clothes. I mean it isn't that I 'ave been picturin' yo' not in clothes. I mean uh.... never mind,” The big man stumbled out, his face turning almost as red as his hair. ’I’ll have them married before the year is out,’ Nori thought smugly, sitting back in her seat. The waitress came back with her waffle and the florist made sure to make her stay around long enough to take Kameyo’s order.

"Uhhh er uh Soooo Nori 'ow is it lookin' for yo' at the club? Think yo' might beat out Cash for the top DJ spot?"

“I’m gonna murder Daindrich,” the blonde snarled, stabbing her waffle and shoving chunks of it into her mouth angrily. “Do you know that jerk Beauregard had a painting of him commission to go over the sound booth? I practically OWN that sound booth,” she continued, her mouth appearing as if it was unhinging as she devoured the rest of her food in her righteous fury. “For my next shift I’m gonna wear the skimpiest, most ridiculous, sluttastic thing I can get my hands on. My boobs are gonna be all over the place! Then that jerk will have to give me a prime time spot!”

’Wait a minute,’ Nori thought, staring down at her plate. ’Is Arty trying to distract me!?’ The blonde looked up and sure enough, Arty was still trying his best to hide behind his coffee mug. ’Oh...you tried to out fox me. Two can play this game, my friend!’

“Oh rats!” Nori exclaimed, smacking her forehead with her hand. “I just realized I forgot to water the Orchids at work yesterday. I have to go, you know how delicate Orchids are,” The blonde told them, sliding out of the booth and leaving money on the table to cover her portion of the food and tip. “Arty, could you be a dear and help Kameyo move her boxes from the dorm? She was just saying how heavy they are and how she wished she knew a big, strong man who could help move them,” Nori asked with a Cheshire grin painted on her face. Not giving the burly red head or her roommate any time to protest, Nori gave them both a wave and shot out the front door, cackling madly the whole way.

Shou's statement about Shizuka taking good care of her lover caught her by surprise. "I'm not in a relationship," she said, somewhat embarrassed. "I'm not exactly what people are looking for these days," she said modestly, "Animals are much easier to take care of than people, they're brutally honest, don't harbor preconceived expectations, and are never ungrateful."

When he ruffled her hair, she closed her eyes, mildly startled, but let him continue; she saw it as 'paternal'. Shizuka smiled back at him genuinely; while she respected Shou as a professor, she felt he was more like an upperclassman: friendly and easy to get along with, while simultaneously offering helpful guidance.

Shizuka made her way out of Shou's office. "I'll keep you updated," she said when he asked to hear about the hamsters, "See you tomorrow."

After getting the hamsters situated, Shizuka left the biology wing. She opened up her email on her phone just to see if anything possibly came up that was school-related that she needed to take care of before she left the campus. She was surprised to see that she did indeed have a message, but not on her email; it was a BookFace message, and from Nick Weston. Of course, since he already knew her name, he could easily find her on BookFace. She sent back a reply:

"I remember. I happen to be on campus right now. I have to go to work later, but I do have some time. I'll be happy to hear your explanation of your show; it will also give me an opportunity to explain why I tried to contact you, though it's not really that important. I'll wait for you at the fountain in front of the social sciences building."

She figured that since she was going to meet him, it wouldn't be wrong to look at his BookFace page as well, since all she had to do was click his name in the message header. She looked through his pictures, noting that he seemed like a cute boy, with something of a hip, rebellious streak given his oft-changing hair color.

Arriving at the fountain, Shizuka sat down at a bench and kept an eye out for Nick. She was sure that after talking with her, Nick would find that his expectations have been disappointed.

Kameyo waved a little as Ryva took after random drunkard guy. She vaguely wondered if it was a good idea to give out your address to random strangers. When Nori stopped the waitress she ordered a chocolate cake, of any kind. Kame's face went almost as red as Arty's hair as his words stumbled out. It was rare for her to get complimented so much, especially in such an embarrassing manner. She watched as he continued to try hiding behind his cup. The poor guy looked about as nervous as she felt. Maybe with Nori here I could try just talking to him.

Kame quietly listened to Nori's rant, she also wondered who she was talking about. Out of no where Nori smacks herself in the forehead. Kameyo had no idea orchids were so delicate. Or that she was so dedicated to her part-time job. I hope they'll be alright. She didn't realize exactly what her words meant until Nori got up. Kameyo panicked a bit as she watched her go. I can't leave! I just ordered! After a few moments of awkward silence she decided now was as good a time as any.

"Hey, i'm sorry for being so rude last night." Rambling on a little, she really wanted to explain herself. "I-i was trying to pay my entrance fee. Nori said not to worry, but I couldn't help it. I also may have had a bit too much to drink..." She tugged at the bottom of her pigtails. He's going to think your a dork now! Not to mention that you hardly made any sense. Seriously where is cake when you need it?

"Yes it worked!" Arty thought for a moment as Nori went on a rant about how she was going to beat out Cash for the head DJ spot, though she talked more about her breasts than Arty was comfortable with but at least the topic was off of him. That good thought was quickly dashed when Nori brought up her orchids. "Oh no.." He thought as she went on to describe that she forgot to water them and how delicate they were. "You better not.." The red head thought just as the DJ stood up from the booth and told them that she had to hurry along to go save the flowers, but not before telling Arty that Kameyo would need his help. "Oh I am going to get yo' back for this lass." Arty thought as he watched Nori walk away, narrowing his eyes slightly as he heard her laughter. "Oh yes pay back is coming for yo' lass." He thought before he remembered Kameyo was still sitting with him. He rubbed the back of his neck as he listened to Kameyo's explanation about last night, booze which was what he half expected. "D-Don't worry about it lass. The drink gets the better of all of us from time to time." He said with a small reassuring smile. "...And it isn't a bad thing being called good lookin' by a lass." He said before he took a sip of his coffee. "So uh yo' need 'elp movin'?" He quickly added.

All this talk of forgetting to water the orchids ended up making Nori nervous, so she decided to check in on the shop. The Enchanted Florist wasn't usually open on Sundays, but the owner didn't mind if the short blonde went in for extra hours every once in a while. The DJ backtracked to her apartment and fiddled with the lock of the flower shop until it finally sprang open.

Nori made her way inside and back towards the main register, flicking on the lights as she went. The blonde clocked in and started to store her purse when she felt it buzz. "Please, dear God, don't let it be Dangermouse," she mumbled under her breath as she fished out the smart phone. The florist was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a text from Nick, inviting her out to the arcade.

Please, you're voice doesn't have to dress up to be handsome, it's sexy even when it's been wearing the same pjs for three days straight and hasn't showered in ages. she typed before nibbling on her bottom lip and adding Yeah, the arcade sounds fun, I'll annihilate you at Street Battler 2! Did you wanna meet there around six?

Nori fretted over the wording before punching the send button. "I sound like such a dork," she moaned, tucking her phone into the back pocket of her shorts. While it was part of her work persona to be very flirtatious, the florist had never actually had a boyfriend before, let alone gone on a date with someone. There weren't many options growing up, seeing as how there was only one boy her age in her hometown. He had lived on the farm next door and Nori would have never gone out with him, considering he was missing most of his teeth and slept in the barn with the pigs.

"Don't over think it," she told herself, before going to fetch her watering can from one of the back shelves.

After finally ordering her coffee, Lexi looked around the room again. Two other people were all that was left in the otherwise empty Cafe. She took the steaming little cup of joy, walking over to the table. "You can do this. You do it every night at work. Meeting new people isn't a new thing for you." her mind races. Wasn't that the bouncer at Lush? Who knows.

She finally got over to the table, her heart pounding. "What is up with you.." she thought "I'm never this nervous." What was she doing? Why talk to them all of a sudden? It's not like she was lonely...or was she? She had been under the illusion that she was happy with her life, her job at the club, living the life of the party by night. But was she really? She realised her hands were shaking and clenched the coffee cup harder in her hands to hide it. She looked to the pair occupying the table, standing there awkwardly for a second, clicking her nails on the cup nervously "...Mind...if I join you? I mean, if it's no trouble. I...What I mean to say is...I don't know."

She looks at the two, trying to calm herself down. It had occured to her that she hadn't actually socialized with too many people at all in her life. Yes she was a waitress, but she only ever asked people if they wanted another drink. She was lonely....it was a new feeling. The illusion of a social life hiding the nervous wreck that was Lexi.
