Those already approved please start messaging people to figure out how your character will get along with another. Those outside of Newnan, just fill in for your outside of Newnan group. Newnan folk, fill in for fellow Newnanites.

Not everyone will get along, so I expect to see some enemies or tensions.

That's probably a really good idea. I'm going to have to do that for Ash and Black James, now that we've got a whole other element to these CSs. That being said...

Ashton Holloway is the 2nd in command of the Newnan settlement. He had something of an "as needed" working relationship with Lt. Colonel McCormick prior to the apocalypse proper, and their groups merged to form most of the original Newnan bunch. If your characters were with her from the beginning or were picked up around Atlanta, you've known Ash since before Newnan was a thing. He's a highly educated combat engineer with a background in alcohol distillation. He plans, is battle tested, and works with his hands.

Black James, on the other hand... he's one of the people that found Newnan after the fact. While a relative newcomer, he got put in charge of recruiting runs (he's had a LOT of time living out in the world). He's a former farmhand from a rural family and hunts boar (mostly) with startling proficiency. He grills/smokes, shoots very well, and has a loud, outgoing personality.

With this in mind, anyone who wants to hammer out relationships with these two, feel free to send me a message.

I assume the wandering groups make it to Newnan on their own, or will they be picked up?

I'll have a second character up tomorrow unless anyone wants to play as Maria's sister. :)

@Garden Gnome That will depend - Those on the road will have the option of being recruited while out or stumbling across the city of Newnan.

@Nallore You look good from first glance but there are some color coding issues with the Cs that need a bit of fixing. (Sorry but I am totally anal about those things, lol) Did you want to be part of the longer standing group in Newnan or one of the wandering groups?

@Lady Amalthea Lol I kind of knew that would be an issue ill get on it right away on that after I come home from lunch. :)

I was thinking of having her in Newnan unless you need some more wanderers.

I'm still to get really indepth looks on the characters created already but is there a particular hole that anyone feels needs filled in the group? I'm pretty comfortable playing any type of character so long as I get excited to play them haha. ^_^' I have a few ideas buzzing around but those could change once I see what the group dynamic is so far.

@Charnobylisk Well our dear GM @Lady Amalthea would have to tell you if she wants any specific roles filled, but as far as I know, there are quite a lot of Wandering groups-roles still available, or if you'd want to join the main Newnan group, that's available too.

It's best to check either the original OOC post, or just read through all the accepted characters to see where you'd like to see your character ^^
