History: Willow grew up with a rich family on the upper east-side of Manhattan. She was able to have anything she wanted but never took advantage of it. Instead, she would give to people in need and help them when necessary. She excelled and challenged herself in school and took a particular interest in science. If she wasn't studying for school, she was practicing martial arts. Willow dedicated herself to learning how to defend herself, and also stood up to bullies. She would defend the kids who weren't able to defend themselves This often got her in trouble at school and suspended a few times. She was never expelled, though, once she came close.

When their parents were killed in the car accident, Willow closed herself off from the world. Her brother, Cameron, was able to help bring her back out. After moving to their aunt's in Atlanta, she began to grow out of her old shell; though she never returned to her full self. She became colder when her aunt died and has become overprotective of her older brother and aggressive over keeping him safe and well. She also began to socially drink to help ease her emotions up since she became less tolerable for socialization. Now as a result of being alone with her brother, Willow focuses hard on being successful and maintaining life.

Personality: Classic punk through and through, to summarize his personality in one phrase would be pretty easy. "FUCK THE SYSTEM." He has an anti-establishment anarchic streak a mile long, and is naturally obtuse around authority figures. Further he is always looking to add a little chaos to a situation even if it is to his own detriment. Really he doesn't care about a damn thing, except maybe his kids and ex-wife. Aside from that he is a pretty friendly guy if you're not a government employee, though age has slightly tempered his rebellious streak.

History: Rod was born and raised in upper middle class Colorado in the 1970/80s, he got swept up in the punk movement in high school and never looked back. He lived a reckless carefree lifestyle, short stints in juvie translated into similar ones in jail for minor crimes, vandalism, breaking and entering, shoplifting. The he ran the gamut of stupid youthful decisions.

Eventually though he found some minor stability working as a part of a show in Vegas as a firebreather in his late 20s. He still spent his off-time making the most trouble he could without being caught, but now it was just a little bit more safe. It was around that time he met a girl, she was pretty, funny, and great in bed. With a new partner in crime things were great until life decided to surprise him, the pregnancy was a surprise to say the least, but they decided to tackle this new challenge life had thrust upon them together.

Finally he settled down, and for the first few years it was great, enough so they decided to have another kid even. But time is a fickle bitch, and eventually they both realized that at some point things stopped working for them. They needed change. They stayed together until a few months after their son moved out. And then that was it, over 20 years of relationship done and dusted. They parted on good enough terms and went their separate ways.

- Grudges: He is quick to hold grudges, and it takes a lot for him to forget them. He is not only bad with keeping them towards others but even more so towards himself.

-Bad Lungs: Hector is a heavy smoker, and you'll often find him exhaling smoke. He smokes at least half a pack of cigarettes every-day and is a big fan of cuban cigars as well.

Personality: Hector is a very loud and aggressive individual. He does not like others interrupting him, and telling him what to do. He is prideful in his skills, and of his history serving his country. He is very dismissive of people who are un-patriotic and considers them almost as bad as terrorists. History: Hector was born into a family of people who believed in serving their country. His father worked for the FBI, and his mother was a high ranking general in the army. Him and his brother Shane were raised to serve their country. Born and raised in Georgia, Hector was a big fan of sports, southern cooking, and of course the church he was raised up in. He had a great upbringing, and a happy childhood. He played football from sixth grade to 10th grade. After that he focused on ROTC, and wanted to follow in his parents footsteps. It was this year he lost his virginity to a girl Carol Manners, the girl of whom he'd fell in love with. They dated for two years, and afterwards he decided not to go to college instead wanting to stay home and work. He managed to get a good job working on cars, and dated Carol for the next year. Eventually he found out she cheated on him numerous times over the years, and got into an altercation with her that led to him getting arrested.

His father pulled some strings, settled out of court with Carol, and the matter was resolved. However as a condition of his father helping he had to go to the military, and was quickly shipped to basic training. At first he was distraught missing Carol, but eventually he grew to love the army and the sense of discipline. It was during the army that he encountered his greatest enemy Alcohol. He fell in love with drinking to party, enjoy company, and to forget his problems. He was a heavy drinker all-through out his time in the service, and picked up smoking as well. He ended up leaving the military a decorated army veteran, and ended up in a relationship with Evi Jones. They had a great relationship, and decided to raise a family together. He got work at a security company, and the start of their family life was happy. They had two daughters together a year apart Stacy and Tracy Ramirez. Things took a turn for the worst when Carol came back into his life and apologized, and he ended up having a year long affair with her.

Eventually Carol got upset that Hector wouldn't abandon his family, and secretly made a sex tape and sent it to his wife. This nearly ended his marriage, and started Hector's descent into alcoholism. This started problems in their marriage, but they managed to stay together to raise their daughters but his drinking grew worst. He ended up loosing his job, and with the help of his old friend became a police officer. He was good at his job, and even stopped drinking for a while. However all the crime and horrible people he encountered in ATlanta led him to drink again, and got his first DUI. Luckily he kept his job, and entered treatment, then started attending AA. He was sober for two years all the way up until his daughters graduated high school. However he found out that Evi had been having two affairs at her job over the past two years, and this led to a violent relapse. Shortly after he had another DUI while driving a police car, and hit a girl driving home from chuch leaving her injured. He lost his job, went to jail for 2 months, and had probation. His wife ended up moving out of the house but they stayed married. However he continued to drink on probation and on New Years Eve his daughters confronted him. He kicked them out of the house at 1 am only to find out the next day they'd been killed in a hit and run by a drunk driver. He felt regret for forcing them out the house, and this finalized the divorce with his wife. Since then he's been drinking heavily, living in regret, and occasionally sobering up for periods of time to help out with AA and his church. He's doing his best to make amends and help youth not to repeat the same mistakes as him.

History: Donny Mastoff was raised in a fairly average family. He enjoyed his child-hood, and always enjoyed life growing up. He had two loving parents, and two brothers and one sister. When he was in high school his sister was gang raped by two individuals, and he ended up being in probation because he tracked them down hit one with car and beat the other one savagely with a bat. Luckily he was a juvenile and his father was a lawyer so he got him the best legal counsel possible. After that he was very protective of not just his sister but his family, and friends. His family was quite religious but after that experience he found his faith dwindling and dwindling until he was an atheist, and he became obsessed with fixing society. He ended up graduating and went to New York University intending to major in political science with the long term goal of going into law like his father. His father ended up filing for bankrupty and couldn't afford to support him financially anymore as well as all his siblings. He wanted his brother and sister to go to school, so he went to the military to fund his education.

He enjoyed the military, and the fact that he was making a difference in the world. He ended up dishonorably discharged for violence, and upon coming home to Vegas he got a job with his friend who ran a prominent club. Two years later his friend was killed during a club shooting, and the shooter was a powerful connected criminal who got off with three years of probation. He tracked down the man and killed him as well as several of his subordinates effectively wiping out his organization. This same year his father died, and he was left 40,000 dollars. He decided to move to Europe to catch up with a girl he met in college named Sophia, and they traveled Europe together before settling down in London. It was shortly after they were married, they were hit by a drunk driver. His wife died, and he was injured. He was put on pain killers, and awarded a hefty lawsuit from the rich drunk as well as seeing him put behind bars. Still that wasn't enough he ended up seeking work for a security company, but he developed an addiction to pain killers. He ended up doing heroin, and as a result got involved in the illegal business via old military contacts to support his habit. He was disgusted with himself making money of supplying horrible men, and ended up using his regular job to go to rehab.

After getting out of rehab, he had a change of heart, and began killing various people he sold guns too, getting the money, killing buyers, and using it to support those in need. Eventually he was caught and arrested, and sent back to the states. He was facing life in prison, but he was visited by someone that offered him a job. He managed to serve two years and after that he took up the man's offer joining the CIA. He was recruited into a black ops program they had to eliminate the most dangerous individuals but not let it be known the CIA was connected. He enjoyed the work thoroughly and found it therapeutic. When the Empowered situation began a few weeks ago, and the CIA put together his program he was assigned to lead the task force and report directly to Cori and Director Verdock.

Being from wealth he's very entitled and believes he deserves things whether it's opportunities or sexual favors. He's a textbook narcissist and considers himself better then others often belittling those around him.

History: Lex Vamason comes from wealth raised by his father Chester, his mother Alexis, and his older brother Thomas. Lex's family was very successful his father was a famous businessman involved in many ventures, and his mother was a famous actress. She died in a car accident when Lex was only five years old and was Alexis's favorite child. As a result he was shown little love as Chester liked Thomas more, and he suffered the short end of the stick growing up always striving to prove himself. He took after his mother being idealistic, imaginative and artistic wanting to be the President one day. He was a classical pianist, and played in the orchestra in middle school and high school. He was bullied when younger but learned to flaunt his wealth to make superficial friends and create opportunities with women. He left orchestra, and managed to get an academic scholarship.

He attended classes at New York University, and majored in political science. During college he had a fallout with his father and was cut off. He was heavily involved in campus, and got a fast food job but quickly quit. He ended up getting a job as a cars salesman and made good money until he had a fallout for his boss when another employee was promoted to assistant manager. He met and dated a woman of a prominent actor named Emily, and they had a good relationship as he used her for money. He ended up using his musical abilities to make money doing gigs, and eventually his father noted his resourcefulness and supported him again. Upon graduation he got a job working for his father's technology and entertainment firm rising up in the ranks but his brother Thomas was head in command with promises to take over after his retirement. Lex has been saving money for his own projects, and using Emily's connections made lots of money doing compositions for major movies to get his own money away from his family. Still he longs for more then just music money or even his father's firm, being a multi millionaire at the age of 28 isn't enough even if half of his money is own he still has his sites set on politics to be a ruler.

After graduating, Marcus pursued a career in becoming a car salesman. Long story short, Marcus flopped the job within a few years due to how badly he screwing people over. Once jobless, Marcus went for something simple and started working at a Burger King full time. At least until the freak storm that gave him the power to zip around so fast that no one would ever notice him.

Now Marcus could have gone through the hero’s journey of learning responsibility and helping out the little man, but instead he figured that he himself was the little man. With ease, Marcus used his powers to take from others. Soon after he learned that he could be an invisible hand that guided his own success. He went scamming people out of their money to scamming people out of more of their money and it all mostly went to himself. Sabotaging bets, stealing whole exhibits, and even messing with stocks as helped businesses strive as he made others falter. The best part was that he was sure no one was onto to him. He kept in touch with family, but fed them lies about how he had picked up serious work with Ford or Chevrolet. Marcus Wilson, living the fast life, literally.
