Objectives: Vay Hek wishes to bring the entirity of the Ragnarok Array under his control, so as to give the Grineer a new base of operations to attack the Tenno and Corpus.
Temperament: He has a fanatic loyalty to the Twin Queens, and is easily one of the most intelligent and ambitious Grineer in the upper echelons of Grineer society.

Background: It isn't very well documented how Vay Hek got his position, but it is known that he assassinated several political rivals to work his way up the Grineer chain of command. Before the entirety of the Grineer empire was pulled into the Ragnarok array, he spent most of his time on Earth. He was there as the Councilor of the planet, but also to strengthen the chokehold the Grineer had on the planet. Just before being pulled away, he had his sights set on the Corpus-controlled planet Mars, so as to further expand the territory of the Grineer. After being pulled in, he mostly stayed behind the scenes, instead utilzing propoganda to fuel the Grineer fighting efforts.
Skills: Advanced Piloting Skills- Vay Hek is a natural pilot, able to fly just about anything. He gained this skill form learning to navigate his Terra Frame, as well as his flying drone.
Abilities:Disruptor Shock- Vay Hek can target individual enemies, and fire a fast-moving beam of red electricity that disrupts electronics, including any shielding.
Disruption Wave- At the cost of a lot of energy, Vay Hek can unleash a wave of red electricty that travels along the ground. Any enemies caught in the wave will experience the effects of his disruptor shock, as well as being knocked back.
Equipment: Terra Drone- Vay Hek's standard appearance. In the drone form, he can fly around at will.
Machine Guns- The drone is equipped with two machine guns, which start out with a low fire rate, although they quickly spool up. The guns don't deal much damage per shot, and are easy for foes to avoid by taking cover.
Propoganda Broadcaster- Vay Hek can open up a speaker on the drone, and louldy broadcast pro-Grineer propoganda, which bolsters the fighting abilities of any nearby Grineer forces.
Terra Frame- Vay Hek's preferred combat form. The Terra Frame is bulky, built of Ferrite armor. Thus, it is able to take a lot of damage before being destroyed.
Hek Cannon- A cannon that fires a single tracking missile. The missile doesn't move very fast, but it has a significant blast radius, and can deal heavy damage to foes. If he senses defeat, he will instead fire 3-4 missiles, although without the tracking capability.
Drone Launch- Vay Hek can launch drones stored in his Terra Frame. He can launch blue Propoganda Drones that broadcast pro-Grineer propoganda, bolstering the fighting capabilities of nearby Grineer, or Orbital Strike Drones, which lock-on to a foe's position and calls an orbital strike from a launcher located in the Grineer Base.
Shockwave- Vay Hek can jump up in the Terra Frame. When he slames the ground, a shockwave is released. It doesn't do much in the way of damage, but has a significant knockback effect.
Charge- Vay Hek can charge up the Terra Frame's power, and launch himself at a foe, ramming them and knocking them back a fair distance.
