Her parents confronted a priest about their child's "problem". The priest claimed that Ava was possessed by a demon. Ava, who followed her parents to the church and eavesdropped on their meeting, immediately ran away, crying at the thought of being possessed. She ran and ran into the woods, unfazed by the lowering temperatures. As she went further into the woods, she came across a cave. Needing a place to rest, she went into the cave. As she settled down, a strange, blue, floating orb appeared in front of her face. Ava swore that she heard the orb whispering "come with me" repeatedly. She felt like she could trust the orb and proceeded to follow it. The orb led her to this odd opening that had several statues standing in a circle. On the ground was a weird symbol. When she entered the circle, a man with eyes seemingly covered by a layer of skin appeared out of nowhere. He said he would take her to a place where she would be safe. She felt a strange connection with the man and went with him to place that was nicknamed "Afterlife". There, she met a woman named Jiaying who told Ava of the Inhumans and how she was one of them. She also learned that, unlike most Inhumans, Ava was already born with one of her powers but she was still incomplete. Ava still had to go through the ancient Inhuman ritual of "the mist". When Ava learned of this, she wanted to go through the mist as soon as possible. Jiaying did not let her. Ava didn't understand why as Jiaying did not give her an explanation. Weeks turned into months and Ava came nowhere close to going through the mist. It would be an understatement to say that Ava was impatient, for she was not only that but furious as well. When she confronted Jiaying, she said just wanted to see Ava connect with her powers more but Ava knew she was lying. Jiaying seemed to forget Ava had no other powers to connect with at that time. She needed to go through the mist. After a heated argument, Jiaying gave in and let Ava go through the mist. After the wonderful ritual was over, Ava came out looking the same on the outside, but a completely different person on the inside. Ava could now create beautiful winter marvels such as frost or a beast of nature like a snowstorm. Ava felt wonderful. But that wonderful feeling didn't last for long. Later that night, she saw Jiaying take the life of a fellow Inhuman. The fellow Inhuman being Ava's best friend that she made while staying in Afterlife. Ava felt a mixture of horror, devastation, and rage. But she didn't take out her revenge on Jiaying. At least, not right then and there. She couldn't be seen murdering her. Especially when Jiaying was obviously the stronger Inhuman. So, Ava found a way to leave Afterlife by lying to Gordon, saying that she needed to gather things from home and she did… but only so she'd be prepared to live on her own in nature after running away. From then on out, she quickly adapted to any and every situation she was in. She worked for many groups and organizations, every time joining one, learning more skills, and every time leaving one, being even deadlier than before. James can climb and stick to walls similar to spiderman he also has the ability to create webbing using Biomatter created webs. the webbing created by the Klyntar is a strong substance that degrades fast but starts off strong enough to holster up cars. the more webbing used the stronger it is. The bio matter does get weaker the more 'hungry' James gets. It builds off of food, breaking down the carbs and matter into the bio matter substance.

The symbiotes suit can shape shift into multiple forms from the extremities, increasing or decreasing its durability. Creating shields and bladed weapons. Going as far as creating extra extremities like spikes along any part o which the suit covers. The ability can also shift the entire suit into an shape turning James into anyone or any clothing choice The durability is that of heavy steel. It can stop normal bullets blades and absorb a small amount of explosive damage.
Healing factor, He can heal almost any wound rather quickly as long as his organs remain fine. The healing factor does heal organs to a point just slower. There are limits, if the bio matter is lacking in substance then the healing factor wont work, or if a mass amount of damage done at one time, say he is caught in a blast of an explosion the healing rate is slowed.

James was from New York, born and raised. He was a cop trainee when his destiny changed when on his way home from the police academy James was shot by a mugger and thrown into the a river. In the river was a container labeled toxic, inside was an alien creature a klyntar. This creature was created one year before this day. It was born or rather created in a Hammer tech lab created to be turned into a sort of weapon. Taken from a fragment of a black metorite from the same meteor the Venom symbote.
The fragment was given life in the lab creating a new klyntar given the name Sliver as it was a small sliver of a fragment. From its birth it was subjected to constant torture in form of extreme experiments to strengthen the alien to see what it can take and to make it stronger. An accident happened causing an emergency transfer of the creature it was placed in a temporary container to be moved but an explosion took the lives of those in the lab and the container fell into the river and washed away.
When James fell into the river his body broke open the container and the creature was free and grabbed onto the closest living creature that being James. Due to James being close to death and its weakened state it was a permanent blending. Neither able to ever live without the other without death approaching quickly.James awoke to find he was different and soon enough his life is changed. Eventually finding out he now shared his body with another creature. Learning over some time how to work with the creature he became a vigilante calling himself Sliver.
The backstory will be revealed more during the role play but for now this is just a brief backstory --- After Two years
Time didn't pass quickly for James. After leaving the jet and deciding to stay home, his life got harder. That first month James continued to being the vigilante known as Sliver. Keeping his eyes open for hydra and his head down at the same time James found himself in the crosshairs of another organization and a quite a few unsavory individuals in New York. At first James looked into Norman Osborne rather discreetly after his meeting with Venom. Trying to keep tabs on the only other person he knew of in the world with a symbiote similar to his own.
That first month James fought a group a small gang who were running guns into the city from port as Sliver he stopped them. Three days later Sliver was wanted for murder of a cop a friend that James knew when he was training in the academy. James did some poking around as James the former cadet trainee. Only for him to ask the wrong questions and having his apartment blown up by a rather crude explosive. James of course lived and played it off as he wasn't home. Even though he was and only survived thanks to his symbiote.
James then started a more in depth search as his Sliver persona while being homeless. At first James thought of asking Venom for help but he didn't want to burden her with his problems. So he went at it his own way, and after beating up a corrupt cop James found a name. Fisk. The cop that told James died a day later he was hung. Whether it was suicide or murder it wasn't clear, James assumed the latter. James continued to search for this guy by the name of Fisk and his year went from bad to worse. James was lured into a trap, where Sliver was caught and 'shot to death' by the police while trying to 'resist' arrest. James didn't die though, while he was shot up he only fell into the ocean and wasn't seen coming back up. James managed to catch the slip but was hurt badly.
James let the newspapers and everyone believe Sliver had died. Mostly so he and his symbiote could heal. The year ended with Sliver declared dead, James didn't reach out to anyone. Nobody from the hotel he fought with against the shield agents. James didn't want to drag them into the fire he found himself in. James didn't want to fight cops even if they were corrupt and he wasn't willing too kill. So him being dead was the easiest choice. Or so he thought.
James did keep his eyes on his 'friends' from a far even took a few trips outside of New York to make sure they were alright but was always dragged back to New York. That second year James found another group which made him go cold. This group at first was very fascinating as James thought they were good people. He found a shelter that was helping people and a new place to live so he volunteered. This place he volunteered for was requirement center for the hand. James found out about the hand by accident and thought they were good people. They had plans for dealing with everything wrong in New York city. A few plans James thought weren't bad at first. So James accidentally joined the hand.
James learned how to fight better then he did though, but he learned quickly that the hand were not all what he seen in the beginning. They were full of people he would hunt down as Sliver. They murdered people sold drugs and poison to people they were just making New York worse. James tried to leaving the hand. His actions were met with a very negative result as he was marked for death. James was hunted day in and day out by the hand. Sometimes they were skilled warriors, and ninjas coming after him. Other times they were just kids that the hand recruited and fooled like they fooled him. James no killing policy changed when he fought one member of the hand who was killing everyone in the way between him and James. James used his symbiote abilities for the first time in the year and ran the man through. Another mistake was for James not to remove the mans head.
A little less than a month later James fought the man again who nearly spilled James identity to the whole world and nearly killed James. Using poisoned blades James was stabbed to the point he passed out. To the horror of the servant of the hand the symbiote came to James's aid. When James came to the member of the hand had been ripped apart. Now James on the run again and is being hunted by the hand. His has been declared dead for over a year. But now might have to come back and don his suit and be the person he was before.

- By nature, honor would seem to be more important to him than life itself; often becoming tied to The Dragonknight's code of conduct on the battlefield, believing adversaries should be treated with courtesy and respect, even if they would be sworn enemies. The Triforce Gun

Weaknesses:
His elementalist ability is limited to only the elements he creates and within his vicinity, he cannot control elements cast by other users.
His feral sense ability can be fooled by magic and other types of supernatural abilities.
He is only capable of lifting 10 tons with his superhuman strength, anything above that can be moved by sheer will, but can and will cause fatigue and only be held for a limited time before he collapses from exhaustion.
His accelerated healing can only heal if he has the time it takes to recover from the injuries he obtains, the more damage he takes in rapid succession can easily overwhelm the ability, ceasing it completely.
His elemental reincarnation isn't instantaneous. It takes time. Months to years. On rare occasions it can take days, but when it happens he has no recollection of who he is and unable to control his capabilities until he can regain his lost memories.
Upon exiting the state of Dragon's Rage will cause him to collapse into a comatose like state. He will remain in this state from anywhere to a few days to a few weeks depending on how long he remains in Dragon's Rage.
The Harvester of Souls ability cannot affect anything outside of the dragonic race, rendering it completely useless against any other race.

Backstory:

Jocelyn Victoria Beatrix Harmon was born in 1933 and on her 10th birthday she fell down stairs getting to a bomb shelter in the town house they were living in. her mother broke her ankle for all of a minute. Jocelyn used her powers to heal her mother. As her powers presented themselves her parents were horrified. Turning her over to an agency that stated that they’d take care of her and that the “incident” would never be spoken of. Jocelyn was taken to Canada and experimented on as a side project of the Weapon X Program. She was genetically manipulated hundreds of times but the only one that took was a healing factor from another experiment. She was then put through more experimentation to see how well the healing both her original and the added gene worked. Needless to say she was tortured and saw others tortured. She escaped as one of the other experiments destroyed the place and somehow by luck was not discovered. She was 16 at the time but looked like she was 12. On the run she went from Canada into the US and went from school to school running just as she managed to find out someone was after her. She had a hard life but things got easier in the 1960’s about 20 years after she got into the US. She started waitressing to earn money to keep moving from town to town about every 7 to 10 years or so on the outside; at times she had to move sooner. She made sure that she was paid under the table so that she could disappear if she thought things were getting rough. Jocelyn realized that she’d have to get an identity every so often and knows a few people that she keeps in contact with and every so often she’d have a new identity made up. Eventually when computers were the new thing she started to learn how to hack into systems and be able to produce her own identification and background information that people were asking for. She attended a small colleges and has several degrees in computer technologies, C++ and Programming. She also has a Nursing Degree. Sadly even though it’s all her it is under pseudonyms. She was able to finally track down what happened to her in Canada and after almost 65 years she has a clue and that is the name “James Howlett”. When that name lead her on a wild goose chase she gave up. She applied and works as a part time bartender for a local bar.
Since the Incident about 2 years ago Joss has been working at Shamrock Syndicate Boxing as an receptionist/bookkeeper for them alongside Finnlay. Keeping a low profile she has kept up with the times in the medical field and has made a hobby of her obsession with genetics. With the help of Athena she has started to see if she can narrow down what exactly the “mutant” gene is. Her mom left when she was young but her dad spoke nothing but praise about her. Athena thought though if she was so wonder why did she leave. She found out when she was transformed into who she is now. Her mother was a Kree. A race of aliens who changed some human DNA to react to a teragen that mutated alot of people giving them powers. When it happened to Athena she recalled memories about her mom. She was blue and seemed kind and altered her daughter's DNA to protect her. Soon after she came out her father died due to heart complications. Not knowing what she could do at 22 she set out with her new found power to do some good. Naming her self Mainframe as her hacker tag she runs operations from Sanctuary. Protected from the outside world she communicates with others through a machine that projects her image and that's if she communicates with anyone. Now 28 she is taking alien tech and building her own suit of armor to make her appearance as a heroine on the scene instead of behind it.
Timeskip background: After the events had unfolded with Shield and Hydra Athena began work on a body so that she could join the fight. After two years of work and combining living material with tech she has modeled a body after the Greek Goddess Athena. Given that she held some of the same qualities and a few of her flaws she felt it was a good fit. Training herself in spear combat when she wasn't working on plans for her body she kept track of everyone and collected samples from a few of them willing to contribute to her mystery project. Also during this time she has set up an alias as the owner of Dark Star Technologies. As Alice Darkstar she is able to hide her true identity and her heroine identity. With the help of Oberon Price they run the company and help heroes and vigilantes alike for the greater good.

Powers: Artic Spider Genes- this manifests as a cold substance that coats the body. Semi hardens but is still fluid enough to give an icy armor. Substance is slimy, cold to the touch, and transparent. Also allows for minor camouflage enhanced by his suit. In times when the body is in danger or need the substance will harder and become very cold, this shuts the body part thay needs healing down and allows for slower more complete healing. (Can not regenerate lost limbs)

Background: As a boy he was always interested in science and as a college student he worked for OSCORP. Specifically recombinant DNA. During one if these expirements their was an accident. He had been working on a newly discovered species of artic spider, trying to enhance its ability to produce a substance that kept it from freezing. Instead the spider produced a substance that was extremely cold but was about to still move. One evening when checking on the spider Oberon opened the enclosure. The spider, cloaked, lept out onto his person. Not knowing it had Oberon made the conclusion that the spider must have frozen solid and dissolved. Returning home that night and undressing the spider lept into the bath room as he did. Turning on the shower Oberon stepped in and the spider did as well. Feeling the heat the spider tried to escape and instead landed on Oberon's neck. The spider in fight or flight took to fight and bit Oberon on the back near his spine. The spider died as Oberon slammed against the wall and howled in pain. Reacting with the water and to the bite Oberon jumped out of shower. Retreating to his room he was about to turn then light on when he blacked out. During this time he started to change and the same substance the spider produced Oberon now did. From every pore it began and then he was frozen. Coming our of it over the next few years he studied himself and ran from OSCORP as they hunted him down after discovering what had happened. Later he was discovered by Athena, who needed a front for her company. Oberon became CEO of Dark Star Technologies. For a few years after making his suit he was the hero Frost Weaver and still does things for Athena in costume but mainly runs the company and helping others that society have outcasted.
Timeskip background: Oberon had resumed day to day operations along with helping Athena with her project. He acted as her go between in the real world. During the middle if the project they had received an offer to buy DS Tech from Stark Enterprise. Apparently wanting to build a branch in Chicago they offered alot but Oberon respectfully declined saying that the owner of the company had declined but they would in the future consider a partnership. Oberon personally experienced nothing out of the ordinary. With all of his family dead or presumed dead he only had Athena.

Super Soldier Serum: The recent implementation of a near-perfect match to Captain America's Super Soldier Serum has enhanced Jax's physical attributes tremendously. His strength has been greatly enhanced, with his upper bound seeming to be holding a helicopter in place with a grappling hook. He can jump up to twenty feet into the air, run at a comfortable pace of 30 mph, out-perform any Olympic gymnast, and run a marathon without feeling much fatigue. His healing is much more rapid than the average individual, but he still remains mortal (especially in his line of work).
Enhanced Perception/Sharpshooting: Another byproduct of the injection of the Super Soldier Serum, Jackson Hurley's senses and mental processes have been greatly enhanced. He isn't smarter than he once was, but is instead able to process stimuli more quickly.

Backstory:
Jackson Hurley grew up a military brat before being forced into a military school at the age of 14. He took to sharpshooting rather quickly, but was known for his unwilling nature to follow orders. He was regularly beaten and disciplined for years while at military school, until he eventually learned to play by the rules just enough to get by. He never bought into the group mentality and selfless patriotism most of his comrades lived by.
Jax went on to gain admittance into the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. After graduating with degrees in Physics and History while also having mastered Arabic, Chinese, and Russian, Jax's record is heavily redacted. All of his missions/assignments appear to have never existed, though a single codename sticks out in his military record: "Caesar." A "Caesar" is also listed in the documentation and files of SHIELD. His operations for SHIELD are similarly redacted. A "Caesar" is similarly listed in HYDRA's own database as a former candidate, and currently as a potential threat.
Recent (Heavily-Abridged) History:
In the past two years, Jackson Hurley has had quite a journey. As far as people are aware, he has been investigating a series of assassinations linked to the former-assassin known as Crossfire. After around nineteen months of searching for Crossfire, he was able to kill the assassin who had been working for Hydra and assumed his name. Another month of searching led Jackson to discover that Crossfire had been promised a taste of a Super Soldier Serum that had been developed by a covert splinter-faction of Hydra scientists. He was able to infiltrate the facility and have the serum injected into his bloodstream. What was left of the formula and the base was destroyed in the aftermath.
The new Crossfire has been working as an operative of Athena's most recent team to work on taking down Hydra. He has been relying upon his new allies to provide him a new costume and upgraded equipment that have made him a versatile and powerful addition to the group.
