Moved Firand'r too the CHAR tab! :)
Also, here is my second OC! Jotted down as much as i could think of, and then decided to plop it here to get GM input so it can be edited and fixed down into something approve-able and the like.
Also asked about the other cyborg (true) appearance pic on the RP's server on Discord, got no response. So i am hoping its ok. XD
So without further ado..."TITAN" TAKES THE FIELD! :D

Female
{Appearance}
A mature younger woman standing at the height of 5'7", weighing in at about 135 lbs and sporting a very shapely figure for someone her age. Her long and soft blonde hair tends to hang down, not usually being tied up or styled in some fashion as much as just simply 'kept brushed and washed well' according to her, while her more jade-like green eyes seem to naturally carry in them a sort of driving energy and ever-present glint of optimism. That being said, a long night can also result in those eyes of hers looking like that of a more normal sleep-deprived college student. She also does not keep her fingernails extra long, much less paint them, instead just keeping them neatly trimmed and generally well-cared for. Her choice in attire also ever seems to remain in the areas of casual and comfortable, not really going 'fancy' unless she is going swimming or to a properly more formal event.

{Equipment and Personal Belongings}
- Smart Phone (some kind of smart phone assimilated by her body post-incident when she picked it up, and was first learning about her powers, but can be 'deployed' still for regular use/operation...was also upgraded by her body after assimilation)
- Wallet + Credit Card and Money and Civilian ID and etc
- (To Be Added If She Gets Anything I Suppose)
{Physical Abilities}
- Swimming (was on a competitive swim team in high school, and even is on a college level swim team now)
- Cooking (also including her stellar coffee making barista skills)
- Hobby-level Robotics Skills (combined with some Robotics-Degree-aimed education she's received before)
{Superpowers}
- Bio-Mechanical Body - She is a perfect meld of biological and mechanical components, a unique merging of DNA and programming down to the very core of her being. This in turn comes with a number of advantages and disadvantages. In terms of boons this makes her: physically resistant to gunfire (small arms fire in this case at the start), able to jump down from very high places (like jumping from the top of a skyscraper down to the ground) without hurting herself, grants her enhanced senses and detection capabilities (enhanced normal senses, as well as just infrared, x-ray, and and long-range telescopic vision other types at the start), gives her enhanced strength (gonna say a very solid at or just above Captain American/Super Soldier tier at start unless GMs say otherwise), has greatly increased her mental capabilities (capable of staggering exascale computing), and has stopped her aging entirely.
- *Automatic Updates - Her body is an ever-evolving and updating machine, and when certain milestones are hit she acquires new abilities (*aka: this is the IC reason for her evolution/becoming stronger over the long term of the RP, and only gains 'updates' and advancements when the GMs tell me she does/can get them XD). This is also the aspect of her that has been most studied over the last six months, aside from her unique body structure.
- Appearance Shift - She can make her exterior look just like she looked before the incident,and return to her true appearance, at will. Does not require concentration to maintain, akin to just shifting into a 'mode' that remains on or off till she triggers it again.
- Machine Interaction/Assimilation/Manipulation - The true metahuman power she acquired in the incident, the ability to assimilate/control/interact with machines through physical contact of some kind. Merging machines to other machines or herself to machines is also possible. A very contact-based but useful hands-on superpower. Her power unconscious kicked in very shortly after her exposure to the dark matter and her mutation, absorbing the materials and pieces of the exploded particle accelerator near her to regenerate her body and sustain it long enough to be rescued. Other mechanical and biological components used in her life-saving initial care were also absorbed and assimilated into her unique body structure fully. This all saved her life, at the cost of her acquiring her Bio-Mechanical Body and being in the state she is now.
Yet as this reaction was an unconscious move by her body to 'not die', she still has to properly learn/experience how to actually/actively use her metahuman powers. She's had at least six months head start in learning to wield them at least. Further, her enhanced mental abilities at least help her to understand/grasp her powers/abilities very well in general, but using them and practicing with them is another matter entirely...like the difference between understanding how to perform martial arts and make the moves correctly, but still needing to practice them over and over to really master them and gain needed experience.
These powers also her to actively fiddle with and destroy things like computer viruses and Trojans and such within herself or another machine(s) she is connected to, and this naturally makes her very highly resistant to these things and hacking and the ilk in regards to her own body *specifically*. - Cyborg Repulsors - A primary armament of her body, firing simple Iron-Man tier repulsor energy blasts. Most likely originated from the particle accelerator parts she absorbed, while being able to be deployed on her palms/hands to fire off at targets. Generated by seemingly an internally-controlled dark matter or anti-matter related reaction. Is something that will evolve/update into better stuff over the long term, at GM discretion of course.
{Limitations}
- Electrical/EMP Attacks (don't just insta-fry her or outright kill/fully cripple her like these might do to a general electronic device, due to her unique body composition and such, but they are definitely more effective kinds of attacks against her as well as being able to inhibit/daze/disorient her depending on the severity/power of these attacks in question. Unless GMs note otherwise before her approval, however, i will say in general that tasers generally don't have enough of a punch to really affect her in this area/regard.)
- She isn't anywhere near entirely bulletproof, and is just rather 'resistant' to all forms of small arms fire at the start.
- Her body is heavier and denser than it ever used to be now, meaning that in water and such fluids she very much naturally sinks. She also isn't good at all at walking across very 'fragile' surfaces. Something like a proper glass-bottom bridge or boat or such would be fine, as these are things built to handle a lot of weight, but something like walking across a big fragile glass ceiling on the roof of a building (not meant to be walked on by anything) or a fragile rotted wooden bridge will most likely cause it to just cave in under her weight. Likewise, while she can casually survive a jump down to the ground from very high up...her landing will likely make an impact or simply smash into whatever she lands upon. Oof.
- She sets off all the metal detectors. Bigger Oof.
- Her 'appearance shift' is extremely limited to just her looking like her old self used to and revealing her true appearance at will. Unless the GMs say this capability advanced/updates as well over time.
- She can still be infected by biological diseases, despite being notably more resistant to their effects now due to its new composition, which means they can still inhibit or trip her up or cause 'funny malfunctions' temporarily among other things (depending on the illness).
{Personality}
A college student who seems to be in a generally casual, relaxed, and upbeat/positive mood, though since her transformation seems a bit more sober and somber than she used to be like. At her heart she is ultimately a good person, someone who wants to make a difference and help in the world with what she can do...now more so than ever. Yet like many other human beings with 'good intentions' she can act out on an emotional impulse, or frankly end up making the wrong decision regardless of her intents and desires. She is willing to pick herself up, however, and learn from her mistakes...even if it hurts. Her hard-working nature as a former stressed-out college student, fostered by semesters of what she'd jokingly term 'education-based torture and suffering', has also instead come to be applied to the military and technical training she's received for the last almost six months after her 'change'. She has very much thrown herself into what came next after she 'woke up' again for the first time post-incident, and in some sense has been accepting of her new body and capabilities as 'totally badass and cool', though at the same time still in her free time mulls about online, drinks/makes coffee for herself and others, and plays games like she did back in college. Indeed some part of her is still a geek who enjoys her quiet time, goes about talking to others online or interacting through games, and generally getting excited and 'geeking out' when talking about her interests with others.
{Place of Origin}
The daughter of the current CEO of Arkaic Industries, the third top-leading military contractor in the United States and a company controlled by Lundgrau Intelligence Services (whom the CEO, her father, is on the board of) whose focus has been on the likes of drones and anti-drone weaponry, a vast array of robotics applications, and the development of advanced prosthesis for on-and-off-the-field use. They are the head providers of such technology to the US military in general, and have connections spanning years since the company's ancient past as a subsidy of General Motors that broke off after World War 2 to eventually become a major defense contractor. The Andersen family has long controlled the company, generation after generation, and even now still the bloodline and Andersen relatives own 87% of the company's stock and compose the Board of Directors on it. Despite its age, however, the company has brought in strategically-hired 'new blood' to help fuel productivity as well as further their research & development over the long term.
Sophia was raised, however, in a middle-class home by her mother and with her older brother and younger sister. This came about when her father, after divorcing her mother over...'personal issues' and old shouting matches and such...basically agreed to let her take the kids (lessening his burden) in return for being able to visit them. It was a very sad, but ultimately far more amicable in the end than it could have been, divorce that resulted in double the birthdays, double the dads, and ultimately double the lecturing on occasion for Sophia and her siblings when they got into trouble. She showed some level of talent akin to her father intellectually, however, eventually resulting in her going to college to get a degree in Robotics.
In this she eventually came to work for STAR Labs as a volunteer of sorts, mainly to fill in some kind of grade for a particular class of hers revolving around mechanical engineering, as well as more recently interning on the weekends at her father's company. She also worked at a local coffee place as a barista, becoming highly skilled at coffee making from this at that, for some time during and even just before college.

{Background}
A daughter to the CEO of one of the USA's largest defense contractors in modern day, based out of Central City, though despite the initially happy years of life her parents eventually divorced after a messy set of 'personal issues' between them arose. After this she and her siblings were raised in a middle-class fashion in the suburbs of Central City by her mother. From a young age she at first wished for her parents to get back together, remembering the happy times they once had, though as the years went by she became more accustomed to the situation she was in as the looming permanence of it settled in. Even her younger sister didn't remember a time when their parents were together, having been born after their separation while her mother was pregnant, and the added presence of her mother's new husband who worked as a local bank manager also seemed to reinforce the nature of her parents' divorce to boot. While in her youth she would never fully 'get over it', she was at least able to see her father for holidays and birthdays and general visits throughout the year. At the very least, Sophia was glad her parents were more relaxed and agreeable about allowing visits in the first place. It was not a reunited family...but it allowed her to have good times with her parents regardless.
When she went through her initial public schooling, however, Sophia proved to have the sort of keen mind and natural knack for learning that her father once exhibited in his own youth. It was a talent that her teachers noted early on, and which after skipping a grade in middle school her mother, stepfather, and even father all actually generally agreed upon to encourage her to foster with hard work to eventually take into college. It also became an outlet of hers, alongside more 'geeky' pursuits such as video games and being on the internet, that she could at least get into to an extent. However, mundane vacations to theme parks with her mother, fancy vacations to the beach with her father and siblings, and the ilk did fill up her summers and off times among other things. Closer to the end of high school, there were also some actual tensions that arose between her divorced parents for the first time in many years over what she would do beyond high school. her father wanted her to come work for him...whilst her mother wanted her to pursue a career in medicine. Despite the nature of this situation, however, one chemistry teacher she had near the end of high school nicknamed "Mr. Hackett" stood out to her in this time when she felt nervous and felt a lack of a sense of direction. He seemed to look past her heritage and parents, and even her 'gifted' talents, to treat her like she was a real person...like her opinion in this area mattered. It was through Mr. Hackett that Sophia found herself involved in a local hobby-level robotics league, a hobby she found to be rather enjoyable and that took her out of the home tensions.
With some encouragement from her teacher, friends, and new fellow robotics-enthusiast associates in the local league, Sophia finally stood her ground between her parents and told them she was going to get a Robotics degree at Central City University. No medicine. No push to work at her father's company outright. She would do what she wanted, not what they each wanted for her. It was her life, and after a little more arguing and then discussion on each end her resolve became enough to finally silence her parents and even gain their support. This period was marked by her going from a more 'go with the flow' student, doing just what her parents desired, to a talented woman who was finally standing on her own two feet and coming into her own. She also started a job working at a local coffee place her senior year, which continued on into college as she dove into her studies with all the scholarships and caffeine-laden drink she could muster to help her through it. Semesters wore her down some, as they did with so many of her peers, though eventually she landed in a service-learning-oriented class that pushed her to volunteer and even manage to get an internship at STAR Labs.
Her time spent at STAR Labs would ultimately be a struggle at first, however, due to her own father being the CEO of a company owned by LIS (Lundgrau Intelligence Services)...as well as being on the board...some felt she was just there to sabotage or steal ideas on behalf of a competitor to STAR Labs. Despite this, however, Sophia did her best to argue that she was at STAR Labs of her own volition and choice, and was not some extension of her father and his connections. She threw herself into her work there, coming in late nights after classes or work and studying in order to complete projects and prove herself to her coworkers there. In the process she would run into many a person who worked or interned there as well, though she was primarily involved with the engineering department. On the night of the particle accelerator explosion, she had been going around with a more experienced hand to observe the booting up of the particle accelerator and how to look for issues while it ran. Yet the resulting detonation of the particle accelerator sent her flying back in a great burst of mechanical debris and the ultimately world-impacting dark matter wave, and outright obliterated the man who had been there with her at that.
It was here Sophia was saved by something she, nor anyone else for that matter, knew could even occur. Mutation. Mutation deep within her genetics, warped by the raw and point-blank exposure to the dark matter in her case down to her core. Her body was shattered, her limbs mostly just gone or turned into pulp, and what little life pulsed in her was very swiftly fading into the cold clutches of death. Yet she did not die. Her body, her power, began to kick in from the moment it emerged in order to save her life. Her body itself began to assimilate and re-purpose the broken remains of particle accelerator within and immediately about her, merging flesh and machine, metal and bone, and even circuits and nerves and blood vessels alike. By a thread her life was saved, and when emergency crews finally made it to where she was they was more than surprised to find her alive. The space around her had been made very strangely bare, even, a whole destroyed little section of the particle accelerator gone out of thin air. More than that, Sophia's body lacked any visibly outright fatal wounds, save for...oozing a sort of blood and something else fluid?!
She was rushed to the hospital, where doctors were amazed to find her body was not properly or fully flesh anymore. Not entirely, at least. Cells and molecules of metal, flesh and machine, all had been merged and integrated to the point of seeming perfection from what little they could understand. It was here, however, that Sophia's father stepped into the hospital and his company stepped in when Sophia's treatment became impossible by normal means. Sophia's father would ensure his daughter, even in this strange circumstance, would not die here. Private doctors, the best engineers and materials in Arkaic Industries, nothing but the best would do to ensure one of his beloved children would stay alive and recover. Even Sophia's mother, breaking down in the hospital lobby with Sophia's stepfather, had begged her birth father upon his arrival to help her if he could. Anything to save her life.
And save her life her father and his people would do. Operations performed by a joint team to seal wounds artificially or naturally, highly experimental prosthesis and potentially dangerous pieces of technology 'installed' and assimilated by her body to theoretically support her new internals, an array of medicines and called-in professionals and diagnostics, and all such things that in the end allowed her to finally recover to a stable state after 36 hours of intensive and non-stop care. From here she seemed to return to consciousness within another 48 hours, an unprecedented and stunning feat even the best had not thought possible, and responded with her memories of the incident even being intact. A miracle among miracles, an impossibility made manifest in the modern world, yet more than this she was a being entirely unique in composition and nature. Rigorous tests were run on her after her waking, testing mental, physical, and her intellectual capabilities, even as even the military and LIS seemed to both perk up with interest when it came to Sophia and her unique nature's potential applications.
She would be eventually approached with the offer to 'be humanely studied for the sake of technological advancement', especially in regards to medical research on prostheses and augmentations for soldiers. Her body, her very existence even, was ultimately worth its weight and more in gold. She was a gold mine at that. In return, however, she would receive high pay and compensation, free room and board, numerous accommodations and resources at her disposal, and finally a combination of highly rigorous, top-military-grade combat training. Further, whatever education she desired would be at her fingertips. It was an offer beyond most people's wildest dreams...and which would help many indeed, providing groundbreaking and amazing data for multiple fields and those who were less fortunate. Despite her light frustrations at not escaping working with and for her father, however, Sophia in the end agreed to the arrangements. This acceptance came after some discussion with her mother and stepfather and siblings (all sword to secrecy by contract) after they visited her, a very blunt heart-to-heart with her birth father, and some self-reflection. She could still move freely as she desired at least, outside of scheduled testing and training periods, but only after she could be disguised with a normal type of appearance outwardly to avoid suspicion (but having to avoid metal detectors all the same).
It would be a hard working road from there, learning to make her 'outer skin' look as she used to as a disguise at first just to be able to get fresh air. Her mental processing abilities were also now far beyond, causing her learning abilities to help her move leaps and bounds ahead in her training and education in just six months' time. Even so, it has also been a definite adjustment period for Sophia. She had almost died, been transformed into something of a 'freak' by normal standards, and her life course had been utterly overturned for the most part in a heartbeat. Even with some freedom to go about now, however, she has begun to try to calculate what she wants to do next...anything to assert some control again over the course of her life, and do some more good with her own two hands!
