The joke was that Young Justice used four of them for the opening of the series in episode 1.
It was a cold open.
I'd say you're better than this but that just isn't true.

Introducing: Wonder & Sensation, A Sep & Doc Roleplay
It would be interesting to see how the different universes interact with each other. Like if Mr Freeze hears about a mutant student that can cure Nora, he would go "Good news children, it's a snow day today and school is out!"

But when he couldn't save his lover, Gwen Stacy, after being used as bait, something unexpected happened to the symbiote. The symbiote was beginning to experience every emotion that both Spider-Man and Peter Parker have ever felt. And it became overwhelmed for the first time ever, causing him to sever the bond. Upon escaping to a relatively quiet church, the Klyntar stubborn upon a broken man seeking forgiveness. Edward Brock had lost his admirable job and was disowned by his father. He planned on committing suicide after he visited the church. But, the symbiote sensed his hatred towards Spider-Man and pain for losing everything meaningful in his life. That was the night that Venom was born. And for four years, Venom terrorized Spider-Man and Peter Parker throughout New York City. It was always the same story: someone close to their mortal enemy gets hurt, Spider-Man shows up and fights Venom. And it always ended the same with Spider-Man coming out on top while Venom got locked up in prison only to escape to repeat the story again. But then, 2018 came and forever changed both Eddie and the symbiote. A completely different symbiote bonded with a known serial killer, Cletus Kasadym, and became Carnage as they began a rampage through Manhattan, killing dozens of innocents. Upon learning of the murders, Venom met up with the killer in an attempt to neutralize them. But, Carnage saw through the lies and quickly overwhelmed them while learning about Anne Weying. Venom tried to save their only friend from a monster, but it was already too late. With no other options and a determination to get revenge, Venom sought help from their mortal enemy: Spider-Man. So, the two of them worked together to track down Carnage leading them to the North Brother Island. That was when Venom abruptly betrayed Spider-Man and allowing Carnage to kill them in exchange for a truce. But, then, something strange happened. The symbiote started to re-experience the same emotions that they felt four years ago. But, it emphasized Peter's memories of Uncle Ben and Gwen Stacy—the good and the bad. Eddie, still bonded with the symbiote, also experienced everything and made him sympathize with his swore enemy. Upon learning that their pain was identical, Venom surprised Spider-Man by tackling Carnage and causing them to fall into the fire below. Unsurprisingly, everyone thought that both Venom and Carnage died on that night. But it wasn't the end of their story. Venom found themselves washed up on the shores of Massachusetts. And instead of returning to New York, Eddie and the symbiote chose to remain dead to focus on themselves. That was what they did for two years. Then, an evening news segment on a string of bizarre murders caught their attention. Afraid that Carnage was back in action and seeking revenge against Spider-Man, Eddie and the symbiote made the decision to return to New York City. Not as the infamous Venom but as Agent Venom. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) I have been dreaming of playing Venom ever since I joined the superhero roleplays years ago. So, I was incredibly grateful to @webboysurf when he listened and gave me the all-clear to play out my version of Venom. For this roleplay, I am planning on having Eddie and the symbiote desperately trying to reform (with help from the web-head, of course). So, as a roaming character, don't be surprised if you see them swinging around New York City with a familiar web-slinger (and any other wall-crawlers). Overall, the entire story will be about Venom and Eddie having remorse and empathy all because of their former mortal enemy. |

Babs isn't nearly the acrobat or martial artist she used to be, and she relies on Wayne tech to make up for that: extra compound plastic plating backed by tri-weave kevlar lets her take an extra hit, and a micro exo-skeleton lets her dish it back. ► Babs has been at Arkham for just under half a year, and was promoted from intern to a full-time employee a month back. ► She likes to spend the little freetime she has these days moonlighting as a physical therapist, offering encouragement and advice to those in the same spot she'd once been in. - P O S T C A T A L O G P O S T C A T A L O G - P O S T C A T A L O G ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ ◼ - | C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T Barbara was only a teenager when her younger brother put a bullet through her spine. Little James would flee into the night, going on to kill other redheaded women in some twisted retribution for their mother walking out on them. Barbara, though? She was stuck. Stuck without the use of her legs. Stuck with the memory of that attack- recalled in perfect, horrid accuracy. A wealthy, anonymous donor threw her a lifeline, spending a fortune on an experimental procedure and the months of intensive recovery that followed. Every step was agony. The memory of that moment kept her going...the memory, and what she dreamed of doing when she finally caught her brother. A crawl turned to a run turned to a leap. She didn't just return to her old self. Babs was better, stronger. Driven with a purpose few could match, Barbara donned a costume bearing Gotham's premier symbol of vengeance- justice- and went on the hunt. She would've killed James that night if Batman hadn't been there to turn her gaze from the abyss. Nearly a decade's past since. As Batgirl she's fought every villain in Gotham, tangled with aliens alongside the Justice League, and gone on to help train a few bats and robins of her own. As Barbara Gordon, she's working on her doctorate in Forensic Psychiatry and found work in Arkham Asylum of all places. She hasn't quite hung up the cape, though her newfound career takes precedent: she's come to believe an outreached hand does more to help Gotham in the long run than a closed fist to the nose. Its been a hard, storied road, but the end's not yet in sight. Not for Batwoman. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) Following the example set by MB, I wanted to explore a version of Barbara Gordon that was allowed to grow up. Most comic book characters are stuck in a temporal loop, never allowed to evolve much beyond their original conception- I think that's lame as hell, but it also provides an opportunity to explore those futures in games like this one. This Babs has lived a full life as a costumed vigilante already, and while she hasn't retired yet, its becoming a less and less prominent aspect of her life. She only puts on the costume when circumstances require it; its a 'break glass in case of emergency' option that she's growing less fond of each time she goes out. She feels quite strongly that she does the best work for the future of Gotham as a psychiatrist, curbing the worst impulses of her patients and offering a second chance to those that want it. In her mind, Batman's methods don't offer much in the long run save for broken bones and a festering grudge. She loves and respects the man for all he's done for her. That won't change. There is, however, an undeniably tension between the two, as Barbara has made her disagreements with him very clear. I'm hoping to play a supportive role in the arcs centered in Gotham, offering a helping hand and a different perspective to the rest of the Batfam. A bit of character drama and tension always makes things spicier, too. Bab's direction in the future would depend a lot on what happens IC, and there's a possibility of her upgrading to a roaming role. |

Well, another Batman ally. It's springtime for Mr. Freeze. This will be a fun fight against the bat horde

Fight? You think there's going to be a fight if all of them show up.
I don't remember suicidal in Mr. Freeze's psychological profile.
