First of all, I would like to state that if this character sheet would have been submitted without prior knowledge on my part about the character, it would have definitely been rejected for various reasons, even without the additions granted by claimed magical coins. However, you've done a lot of work to establish how this character would behave and utilize her skillset in the setting itself. A fate-correcting agent who so far has worked unseen so as to not alter the future is a novel concept, especially because it successfully utilizes the established story to give both direction and conflict to her, and tie her up with the current storyline without major inconsistencies.
There are some changes I would like to see to her abilities. First off, while it is understandable that the Fates would have given her Illusion magic powerful enough to avoid attention even from Third Eye-users and other Patrons, it is no longer the case now that she has joined the Crimson Cradle, so the aforementioned methods should be added among other advanced methods to spotting her. Otherwise she can keep the long-duration non-interruptible Greater Invisibility magic to comply with her Gifted status.
This probably goes without saying and you have implied as much, but for clarity's sake, replicating the appearance of attacks using Gifted Gravity magic should only be possible for attacks that don't derive from a unique or difficult-to-replicate source of damage. For example, she couldn't replicate the slash of a fire sword, or a blow that leaves shards of crystal in it's wake. Illusion magic can be used to temporarily fool in this aspect, but only for a short while.
While Coercion is allowed to be empowered in situations where Power of Friendship can be applied, and is capable of being resisted by higher MAG-users than the user, I would like it to also be capable of it being resisted with characters that possess higher LCK than the user to comply with the ruling. In the same vein, activating Parasite in combat should be changed to require the character to spend a turn on feeding, replacing the character's regular melee attacks to bite the target with a two-turn cooldown.
The spool Mystic Artifact should be specified to be capable of only revealing characters' futures with visions as agreed with the GMs depending on where and how it is used.
On a side note, Mac reminds me of Wolfwalkers, which is a cool movie.

For anyone interested in the full story, I've always found the prospect of an invisible magical girl tampering with things to be interesting. For the past few months, I've been going back to my old posts to work Mac in at appropriate moments. I think the first season was the most interesting because I legit left room open for a magical girl to be doing things, like setting up contact between the Bates and Veronica. She's also responsible for things like Alicia's sudden loss of mana during the Justine siege, etc. Some of her posts are just a few sentences long, and there are others that are far longer than that.

I'm uh, I never really understood how magic worked in this RP, so I'm just gunna take your word for it. I kinda figured she'd be a lot easier to spot now that people can react to her shenanigans. Anyway, edited.

I would argue that she could create friction burns to replicate a fire attack, but honestly, not really a meme I plan on playing with that much. As you said, it's mostly for stuff that is possible to do with gravity magic. Though the bit about illusion magic is noted.

Can she still use an off-hand weapon attack with her minor-action and keep her full movement speed after a feed?
I'm just shittin' with you, edited.
The spool Mystic Artifact should be specified to be capable of only revealing characters' futures with visions as agreed with the GMs depending on where and how it is used.
That was a little woopsie on my part. She has a replica of endless eclipse liked we talked about in PMs. I forgot to edit out the spool. Regardless, without being able to read ahead in the RP, it's probably gunna be a lot harder to guess what's going on.
Edited, and noted about the Gm thing.
On a side note, Mac reminds me of Wolfwalkers, which is a cool movie.
I'm glad you told me it was a cool movie, because I never saw it.
Tonya has the appearance of a tall, slender woman who’s beastly features are hardly contained by her outfit. While she wears a police uniform, it’s been “customized” with accessories to the point where no one would ever suspect she was law enforcement. Though her canine ears and harness lead most to think she’s a fetish model, if not something more depraved.
Specialization: Illusion, Gravity
Illusion magic is what Tonya makes the most use of. Like other illusionary masters, she can simulate virtually every sense one can use. Visual, sounds, balance, and proprioception are all things that she can play around with. And because she’s particularly gifted with her magic, her illusions are difficult to pick up. Though her alignment with Cradle has weakened this a bit, but she still has access to a long-duration non-interruptible Greater Invisibility spell.
Gravity is her second specialization, which can be used to create gravity wells or adjust the weight of objects/people. With some effort, she can make gravity effects that only work on an individual person/thing, but this is taxing and not something she does often. Though as a gifted mage, she is able to create attacks with gravity that can replicate wounds inflicted by other weapons. As an example, she can pull streams of air across one’s flesh to simulate a sword slice or a claw scratch, Or thump someone to create a bruise as if they were punched.
Weapon: Fist
Tonya’s entire body is a weapon, from her metal studded knuckles to her leather boots. Her extensive training with other weapons means that she can improvise just about anything she picks up, but most aren’t able to handle more than a few swings before breaking.
Power: Power of Friendship #1, Regeneration #2 (Gold) Third Eye #3 (Platinum)
Maybe it’s her time as a police officer, maybe it’s something in her magic, but she has no difficulty making friends with people if she so chooses. At the very least, people are always willing to give Tonya the benefit of the doubt, and she can tell if it’s possible to befriend someone, and if so, how to do it.
Perks:
Coercion: While Tonya is already a pretty affable individual, she can influence the thoughts of those who look into her eyes. Attackers might get the urge to free or not attack with such ferocity. This is made more potent by her power of friendship, or if the person she's looking at is less magical/lucky than her.
Soul Jar: Tonya has joked in the past that she’s not going to hang up her badge until she’s ready to sleep in a grave. Those words couldn’t be any more true now. She cannot truly die until her badge is destroyed.
Martial Training: Her extensive training with weapons and martial arts were always formidable, moreso now that she is a magical/monster girl.
True Sight: No bad deed can escape the long arm of the law, and if that deed is performed in darkness, smoke, or behind an illusion, Mac will still see it.
Parasite: Tonya can get a bit hungry when she's wounded or low on mana, and nothing satisfies like the hide of some arcane flesh. Monsters, monster girls. She can feed in place of attacking once every three turns to recover wounds or recover her mana. Her regeneration is also twice as strong as normal.
Gifted (Emergency): Mac’s magical specializations are gifted, and explained better in their sections.
Awareness (Emergency): It might be her instincts as a cop, or her beastly nature, but Tonya’s senses are all far more acute. She is almost impossible to surprise or ambush, and will immediately notice if something is out of place.
Overcity Shift(Ruby Coin): Mac can now enter the Overcity at will.
Mystic Artifact (Gifted Item): Mac has been given a replica of Endless Eclipse, which is not a capable weapon, but can divine past, present, and future events.
Patron: Maura's Cradle
Patron Benefits:
Magical Overload:Due to events outside her control, Tonya has come in contact with enough magic to turn her into a monster girl, and now has canine features.
Cradle Supply - Got somethin' that might interest ya! Heheh!
Monkey's Paw: An artifact that is said to grant wishes, but with horrifying consequences for attempting to change fate. The artifact enables Mac to swap all of her base stats with one other willing target. Can be activated and shut down once per encounter, but it does take time for Mac's base stats to return to normal once the paw is deactivated.
Connected: Magicoms, red halo, check.
Gifted Item (Aigorost): Tonya was given a replica of Endless Eclipse, which allows her to divine the future much in the same way Oros does.
Patron Drawbacks:
Monstrous Form: Power is good, but it comes at the cost of some mental mutations, inhuman features, and a willingness for Beacon to kill you on sight.
Exposed: Your thoughts aren't safe anymore.
Mercy: Maura. Stop being a mother hen for five minutes. Please.
Distrust: Things have been hectic in Cradle, especially with Justine going behind Maura's back every chance she gets. This reflects poorly on Mac, who is another powerful magical girl with abilities that are difficult to contain. She is held to very high standards, and is allowed less freedom than other Cradle agents.
Monster Features:
Nonstandard limbs: Tonya got lucky, and just has a pair of wolf ears to indicate her monstrous nature.
Destroyer: Her desire to see the mighty fall isn’t just the will of her patrons. It’s also part of her own dark desires.
Redirected Magic: Mac’s magic is more potent than most, but many would be surprised to find out that she could be even more mystical if her power wasn’t redirected into her physical form.
Second Specialization (Gravity): Better explained in the appropriate section.
Fighting Style: Tonya is the rare type of magical girl that if you’re in a fight with her, you probably don’t even know it. She makes good use of her magical specializations to trick her opponents into moving exactly how she wants, all while remaining disguised or invisible. For the instances where her magic isn’t viable, her physical prowess is well enough that she can hold her own against all but the strongest magical girls.
Stats (Untransformed): These start at 3. CYOA options indicate if they apply out of costume as well. 04 STR: 3+ Martial training (+1) 03 AGI: 3+ 04 VIT: 3+ Overdeveloped (+1) 03 MAG: 3+ 03 LCK: 3+
Personality: Mac is pretty laid back as far as magical girls go. She’s playful, but not to the point that it would make anyone feel uncomfortable. She’s mature, difficult (but not impossible) to offend, and has some wit. About as much wit as you would expect from someone who chose to put their life on the line before becoming an immortal monster girl. She’s fairly confident, and doesn’t kowtow to anyone. Least of all her enemies.
While her previous job had her blending in with all kinds of scumbags, she prefers to conduct herself with a certain level of professionalism. She hardly ever swears, and tries not to name call. Unfortunately, magical girls are an eccentric bunch, and she’ll do whatever it takes to break through if communication is important.
History: Emergency
It was the most trivial of emergencies. The end of the world.
Normally a plain jane cop like Tonya could expect herself to get swallowed up by a hole in the earth, had her skeleton extracted by a necromancer, or her brain by a mad scientist. But fate, literally fate, had other plans for her.
It was a case of being at the right place at the right time. She and a few others were suffused in magical energy so that she could delay the inevitable long enough for most to escape. Few of fate’s champions survived, but Tonya did, if only barely.
She was rewarded for her bravery by being placed in another world that’s ready to meet its end. Only this time, she’s been tasked with ensuring such a fate never comes to pass.
Incantation: ”I don’t spin the thread of fate, but I can cut it shorter!”
Additional Info:
-In Ireland, wolves are known as “Mac” which roughly translates to "Son of the Country(side)"
-There are no more wolves in Ireland due to persecution by humans. Or maybe they’re just well hidden?
Sheer dramatic theatrics aside, spent a heck of a time trying to get the code right and get things worked out good for the apps themselves. So if I need to fix something just let me know and I'll fix it! Hopefully not much will need to be fixed...but still. (@_@)
Specialization: Cosmic - A magic related to the planets, stars, space, and universe in general. A mostly offensive spec with supporting capabilities of some sort. Attacks take the form of things such as (but not limited to): Meteor-shower like AoE spells, guided (for some more sustained mana) or unguided attacks, comet-like icy projectile spells, ‘magic missile’ style projectile attacks that look like stars, dark energy-based spells and attacks, attacks and spells based on planets, and conjuring solar winds to try to sear away at enemies (pretty limited sun stuff compared to a Sun spec proper). Secondarily possesses the use of astrological and divination magics, including luck/probability altering magic, and guidance-related magical spells used to find things/places/etc and even guide one’s or allies’ attacks or redirect enemy attacks by channeling some more sustained mana on the caster’s end.
Out of Costume: Cosmic-spec girls retain a certain sense of cosmic mystical-ness about them (AKA: +1 MAG is retained out of costume), and can easily locate and recognize constellations in the/a starry sky.
Weapon: A floating orb of inky darkness, filled with what looks like galactic clouds and glittering, twinkling stars fixed in its artificial firmament. It passively follows her around, acting as a catalyst for her magic, a means for her patron to rapidly communicate with her, and being able to fire a magical blast as an attack of sorts.
Power: Third Eye.
Perks:
***Disguise Artifact - Often lent to her Ally, or used personally if she is sneaking about or doing something in secret or needs to hide otherwise.
***Enhanced Weapon - Her weapon is a notably more efficient catalyst, as well as now firing off a magical blast of standard/average magical potency blast rather than a weak one.
***Interdimensional Tourist - A most inauspicious fate indeed, for someone to get pulled into the world of magic…or so at least were the thoughts of the interdimensional traveler who by chance was passing by on the way to a job as she made a contract with her patron. Glorg’bah, the traveler in question, felt bad enough for the new magical girl that she (and eventually her compatriot as an extension) were allowed to crash at her place at will. No more guests than that though! Sheesh. Job to job only pays so much, even for an interdimensional traveler.
***Absolute Direction
***Ally - A spatial swordswoman and greedy dragon whose aim is to serve her, and the two have traveled together for some time. They met amidst a battle and the latter swore her service to her after she had saved her life. Strange and oddly dedicated, but a welcome ally by her side all the same. (This is Dragon Monster Girl who is my second character, who herself is just simply counted as this Ally.)
***Awareness - Rounding out her great sense of direction and potent Third Eye power, her senses are likewise even more keen. It is hard to hide things from her indeed…
***Watcher - Thos has taken a special interest in her, ranging from bringing her into contact with her current compatriot to providing transportation to ever, in this perk’s case, ensuring she is watched over carefully. Is her bloodline truly seen as that valuable in its eyes?
Patron: Thos
Patron Benefits:
***Reasonable - Thos does not seek the destruction of all. Quite the opposite, actually, as infinite growth is seemingly its goal. At least within the realm of what mortals can actually glean from their interactions with it. This does not mean destruction and such cannot or does not occur from its actions, as humans are so tiny compared to something on its own scale (like a human vs an ant), but it isn’t utterly unreasonable either.
***Minions - Fragments shed from that which has no end, used as servitors and existing simply as a byproduct of Thos’ existence. Disposable minions that take on various shapes and sizes and so forth, their standout traits of being regenerating in nature but still only as stronger than humans and inferior/weak compared to magical girls/boys.
***Mana Font - She has much more mana than normal, given access to the vast stores of magical energy from her patron to a certain extent. It doesn’t mean she can’t run out, of course, but it does support her potent MAG stat and solid personal mana reserves.
***Retrieval - The patron will take her back in if she is in a dire enough condition, and she will be returned when healed up and able once more.
***Transportation - In her case, her contract with Thos has led her to be given various forms of transport to be able to get her to battlefields and elsewhere she needs to be. She is allowed to use these at her discretion, and as such she usually takes her compatriot along with her using these.
Patron Drawbacks:
***Insomnia - A result of information from a being one cannot grasp leaking over into the minds of those serving it, a source of nightmares and confusing warped dreams that whispers in one’s mind. During active hours it can generally be ignored by this point as ‘background noise’ in favor of active things going on, yet at night it is far worse. Sleep is never easy, and even if she gets sleep it usually is not restful.
Uses sleep medication provided on the side to help this slightly. But in truth there is no escape from it. It is an inevitable bleed-over effect of contracting with Thos.
***Fearsome Reputation - The name of Thos is widely known, if not just as much so as that horror from which it originated and against which it has been set to eternally battle in an endless stalemate. Of course this means its more Reasonable side is also just as well-known.
***Health Sapping - For this power she was granted, her health took a bit of a toll. She came out better-off than her compatriot did for sure, though she didn’t request the kind of power that comes with becoming a monster girl either.
***Quick Tempered - Thos is generally a cool and calm patron most of the time, but when Soth or Soth’s ilk roll around its temper is bound to more easily go off indeed. It is in this time the anger of Thos is much more present, most poignant and palpable, and even if aimed at the situation and not its own servants it will be felt anyway by anyone close enough to hear or witness said anger. Ouch.
Fighting Style: With her very high MAG stat, combined with her Mana Font benefit, she has a rather large mana pool and uses this to spam out offensive and other spells during the course of a battle. High-firepower big-brained spell-flinging is the name of the game when it comes to her fighting style in battle, usually supported by her ally and/or summoned fodder Minions to assist her (depending on the situation).
Likewise her augmented senses are, collectively, something of great note as well in a battle. Awareness, Third Eye, Absolute Direction, and divination or guidance related spells from her spec make her hard to sneak up on, and with her able to toss spells with great destructive power from a distance she can wheel about and fire on those who might think themselves sneaky enough to get behind her.
In this overall manner she is a glass cannon of sorts, relying on raw magic and chaff minions and collectively enhanced senses to handle things. Despite the rather straightforward nature of her fighting style, though, one cannot deny the notable dangers of facing such a hard-hitting magic spammer…

Personality: A kind and sincere sort of person at her very core as a magical girl, the kind of person who would see a kitten stuck in a tree and try to climb and try to get it without thinking after seeing the crying little girl who needed help getting it down. The kind of person to pick up trash in the park, or try to talk things out, and believes in working toward the best even if it hurts herself to do so. A person who passionately enjoys cooking as a hobby, though even before she became a magical girl it was seen as ‘professional-level’ by others about her for good reason indeed. A heroine who seeks to do her best no matter what happens, and seeks to be there for those she cares about. In short, someone very peculiar to have working for a Horror of all things, especially in a place such as Penrose beyond this. Though given her horror’s seeming desires, and what it is opposed to, it's at least not impossible to think there’s some reason out there that they are in agreement with each other.
Even so, there is more to her than the happy, friendly, kind heart that she seeks to be to the best of her ability. She can be rather stubborn at times in her decisions, taking either her patron, companion, or another close person to dissuade her away from this in certain cases where she’s stuck her mind to something and intends to do it. Likewise, whilst she has passion and the desire to talk things out with others if she thinks it is possible….the monsters and such she fights do not get such luxury. Those who harm people, who breed conflict and misery and woe, those shall find her cosmic wrath unleashed upon them without hesitation and with all soberness Indeed she can be decisive, even if it sometimes takes a moment, but once she’s put her mind to something that old stubbornness and her rather admirable hard work ethic kick in without a doubt. So too is her wrath great in its fury and passion, if it is prodded and provoked and pulled out kicking and screaming in most cases that is, and even her compatriot is made to take a serious and perhaps frightened pause when it emerges.
History: A child who was gifted in cooking, but sought it only as a hobby despite attempts by family to push it into a lifelong career. Professional classes, featuring on a kids cooking show on TV three times over, and even being gifted cook books and instructional videos, her talent and skill and passion for the art made her incredible but her true desire was to work in something else: Helping people. As much as her childhood was rife with rough and tumble moments, and the struggle was real for her and her family before things got better, she didn’t want to forget that. Rather, she’d seen and experienced and been rocked to the core by such things to the point she couldn’t forget either. Whilst her wishes were seen as good and part of her ‘admirable nature’, they were not frankly respected by those about her as they sought to push her to heights to rise as far from ‘those days’ as could ever be rendered possible. Indeed, her home life became more and more conflicted over the years due to this. To say the least, it caused a rift in things that only ever grew.
Upon reaching the age of eighteen, she cut herself off as an adult and left to go to college by working her way through. Social work was the aim of her degree, she worked at a local soup kitchen in the city her college was in, and she further worked myriad hours at a local campus eatery that rose from a ‘nearly unknown local eatery’ to ‘notably famous diner across the state and somewhat beyond’ during her employment there in its kitchen. All part of her work to simply help make end’s meet and get that degree she was both fighting for and studying hard to acquire. It was at this time she was approached by a certain horror, one who made contact with her. Her bloodline was one that had unique talents, talents that were of interest to the horror who saw them as rare and valuable.
It would be a chance to help people. To save them. To work hard, for as long as possible, without the frailties of old age and the issues of finances eating away at her. It also meant giving a lot up, and dealing with the effects of what she was to become. A lot could go right. A lot could go wrong.
Ultimately, however, she accepted the deal.
Incantation: “By the guidance of the stars, I shall smite all evil!”
Additional Info:
***Can tolerate, and enjoys, incredibly spicy food. Among a myriad of other things. Not a picky eater.
***Greatly dislikes, but won't kill on sight, seagulls. Claims it due to some family beach trips when she was younger and not a magical girl. Still likes the beach though.
***If you ask her to cook food for you, and she agrees, be prepared for a veritable if not literal feast coming your way. She doesn't skimp on the food...nor does she gain weight funny enough. Then again her horror is known to absorb such stuff. Eww. Just eww.

Name: Kiyome
Age (Magical Girl): 16
Age (Before Magical Girl): 39
Gender: Female
Gender (Before Magical Girl): Male
Appearance: A monster girl whose body is thin and her health generally of the sickly sort, coughing and seeming to be in pain (among other things) often. This despite her ability to throw up a mask. Likewise, to the eyes of others she seems to be relatively or generally frail or delicate in nature. This is all notably even more pronounced in her Disguise state, reflecting what would have been her Untransformed state had she not gone for the power of becoming a monster girl.
1 ) Time (Out of Costume: Always aware what time it is and how much time has passed. Also aware of gravitic distortions, as they distort time.)
2 ) Space (Out of Costume: “Internal Compass” - One with this spec gains an internal compass effect, so they always know where the cardinal directions are.)
Weapon: An elongated eight-foot-long odachi/nodachi she can wield with one or two hands comfortably, having used it as a “Washing Pole” to dry clothes or such things a few times when on the road. Despite this, it is an invincible magical girl weapon that can impale and even better so cut targets before it to ribbons. Combined with her fighting style, it gives her solid reach. Is not so good in overly close quarters due to its length though.
Power:
1 ) Focused Assault
2 ) Regeneration
Perks:
***Precognition - She possesses a mild sense of clairvoyance, though without Scrying nor a Mystic Artifact it is mostly just limited to being a passive clairvoyant ‘sixth sense’ applicable in and out of battle (is how I flavored it at least). The sort of clairvoyant sense that gives insight into things like an opponent or target’s next move, or being able to detect if something is going to happen to herself out of left field like a surprise attack or ambush or so forth. In this sense, it is really just a personally-applied perk for the most part due to how mild and weak it is. Cannot be applied to allies or others in general, and it doesn’t mean she can dodge everything either. Maybe brace herself to soak a blow she can’t avoid?
With enough focus, meaning outside of battle only of course, she can actually use this precognition of hers to have a limited vision of the future, which can be targeted at herself, a target, a goal, or someone like her mistress. (This would be used by asking the GMs for the contents of said vision basically, to keep things balanced.)
***Monstrous Metamorphosis - When it kicks in, her draconic features heighten and warp and twist. Her teeth become sharpened like the predatory teeth and fangs of a dragon, her eyes become entirely black with slitted golden pupils, scales grow much more all over her skin save for the face,
***Big Damn Hero - (A skill with obvious CYOA-described uses, there is some chance for her Precognition to detect right before a token will go off {albeit not a 100 percent chance either, and left to the GMs’ discretions} to give her somewhat better leeway to get there in the nick of time on-time!)
***Enhanced Weapon - Her sword has a very fine cutting edge, its quality noticeably high in general.
***Immortality - (Using some edits and other text ripped from Penny’s description of it to try to stay consistent with this perk’s description and use. Not top copy it 1-1 though, as Penny’s situation is also different to hers) For whatever reason, whether it is her potent regeneration, her stubborn sense of duty to serve her mistress, raw will, or some other unexplained aspect of her being, Kiyome is very hard to kill indeed. She is capable of continuing to function and frankly fight well past the point where others would have fallen, and just keeps standing back up beyond the point that she should be able to.
Whilst not having things to the same extent of this perk as applied to a certain “Queen” in Penrose, because she is still composed of flesh and bone, she is definitely up there in raw toughness and resilience when combining this with her Regeneration power.
***Marked - Thos’ mark burns on her skin, sitting just below her collarbone and above her chest in the center. A sigil that remains hidden under her clothes, but which blurs and never looks quite clear when others look upon it. A mark of her service and a mark in particular of her gift of power to become a monster girl. Monsters can sense it clearly, however, and lesser monsters as even other horror minions inherently fear her due to it. Even if this spot on her body is cut up or off, the mark lingers as part of her being as more than just as physical marking. It is part of her.
***Mana Font - She has much more mana than normal, given access to the vast stores of magical energy from her patron to a certain extent. It doesn’t mean she can’t run out, but what she has is far more than the normal with this added on top of her VIT and MAG stats.
***Retrieval - The patron will take her back in if she is in a dire enough condition, and she will be returned when healed up and able once more.
***Magical Overload - She desired power, greater power, and for this was given boon when she became a magical girl. She is a monster girl due to this, though it came at the cost of her health (Underdeveloped and Health Sapping taken into account as this) in return for that power. A price she will always have to live with, but not looked back from since.
Uses sleep medication on the side to help this slightly.
***Health Sapping - For this power she was granted, her health took a toll. Sickly and thin and frail-looking even as a magical girl, her disguise form likewise reflects the true ill nature of her soul in the flesh. Be careful what you wish for.
***Quick Tempered - Thos is generally a cool and calm patron most of the time, but when Soth or Soth’s ilk roll around its temper is bound to more easily go off indeed. It is in this time the anger of Thos is much more present, most poignant and palpable, and even if aimed at the situation and not its own servants it will be felt anyway by anyone close enough to hear or frankly witness said anger. Ouch.
***Monstrous Form - (See “Magical Overload”. I felt the text works well for both of these. XD)
Fighting Style:
Her fighting style relies on spamming her time/space specializations to compensate fully for her pathetic AGI stat, darting in and out like a teleporting blur and striking foes with the long reach of her weapon. Sometimes even deals multiple hits by using her specs to unleash a flurry of blows in the span of one attack. In this vein she is great at cutting down swaths of lesser enemies whilst embodying the concept of ‘death by a thousand cuts’ as she chips apart larger foes. Focused Assault is employed to hit foes she uses it on with far more punishing and mighty blows than her STR would lead anyone to believe, making prodigious use of her powerful and high overall mana reserves to hit like a top-speed bullet train and such when she wants to. This is ultimately only surprising to those who don’t know her well enough, and those who otherwise underestimate her consciously or unconsciously so.
She likewise acts as a tank, soaking up damage using her higher VIT and overall potent survival/regeneration capabilities and taking blows. Her patron’s minions might potentially be summoned in battle if she needs chaff fodder for something at best.
Overall it is a powerful fighting style in its own ways, compensating for general weaknesses with strength, but like any other fighting style it is not perfect and has its inherent weaknesses. Among these, to make a note, is the fact that her movement speed without the use of spec magic is slower than the average human due to her sickly nature.
As for ‘signature moves’, she has two that are based on the exertion of her two specs in combination with Focused Assault:
***Three Branches - Three attacks, three slashes, performed against the target whilst channeling the focused mana to warp time and space so all three attacks occur simultaneously. The attacks are placed at three different angles about the target, aiming to try to prevent escape. A technique that originated from a supernatural swordswoman in Japan, who developed and practiced with it by slaying swallows mid-flight before eventually dying to the cheap tricks of a rival of his (and becoming considered as nothing but a legend by the mundane world at that).
A moderately taxing move that can be used several times, though it is usually reserved for tough, strong, or frankly fast/dodgy enough opponents to try to get a guaranteed hit and powerful blows in on them when they are within striking distance of her long blade. Not something to be spammed every battle all the time, by any means or stretch of the imagination, but a serious move to use when needed or seemingly necessary.
***Nine Petals - The blooming flower of battle, the peak of her fighting style. A Focused Assault move which pushes her mana and spec magics and Focused Assault power to their furthest within her capabilities. It is a move that isn’t a single-blow Killing Blow, but instead takes all her power and mana and channels it into nine blows aimed at nine separate lethal locations on the target’s body. Nine attacks. Nine petals. In short, a move meant to try to exterminate the target in one fell swoop at the cost of everything they have in them. Is it a guaranteed kill? I mean, it depends on the target. It isn't a Killing Blow power, this move is based in Focused Assault. I'll leave to GM discretion there. XD
Just like with the “Three Branches”, the move warps time and space to where all blows occur simultaneously upon execution of the move. However, the cost is very high indeed and comes with very major ramifications of raw physical strain, mana drain, and mental exertion in general. A move that will leave the user wiped out and weak in the aftermath without a doubt.
This is the reason why this move of hers is only ever saved for those things and beings and the like she sees as a terrible and incredible enough threat. Even the thought of using it arising only usually comes in notably dire enough straits or against a strong enough enemy/opponent/foe/target. Also a move that can only be used when she is within actual striking distance of a target with her long-reaching sword.

Personality: A sober, stoic, and serious servant who takes her devotion to her mistress very professionally and more so seriously, pushing herself to serve to her wholehearted best. She is likewise unabashed, blunt, and frankly even sometimes a strict protector, overall making her seem like a sort of high-discipline personal guard for a higher-up in effect. Her sense of stalwart self-discipline, a feature alongside her usually cooler head, seems to stem from a more professional and drilled angle rather than alluding to being some general civilian magical girl.
During her time ‘off’, however, she can be more or less a rather relaxed and even laid-back person in contrast to when she is ‘on the job’. Even then she is still not very expressive, but it is a break from her nature otherwise. However, even then she is loath to talk about her own past in any way or shape or form. Indeed, she seems to get agitated if the matter is pressed badly enough. The only other time one might see her get truly visibly angry or agitated is if her mistress is hurt badly enough, or the matter of her past is pressed too far, which is where one can likewise find her being at her most ferocious and frankly venomous and even cruel. Indeed, it is because her mistress and what she cares about is her treasure, her “Hoard”(ing), and she will devote herself to it and fight for it to the very bitter end.
History: To say the least, Kiyome’s past has mostly been cloaked in secrecy and tight lips on her own part, with all of it only being known by the patron who took her on. In that sense she’s been tight-lipped indeed. Yet until or unless she ever speaks of the matter in full, laying it out at some point, the full truth of her past will remain in shadow.
What is known is that she was involved in the death of a magical girl/boy of Thos, and that Thos took her on in service as recompense afterward. She was paired with another magical girl in her patron’s service, and has been her protector and dedicated servant for a long time.
Now coming to Penrose, it is only a matter of time to see what will become of her and her compatriot here. Change? Growth? More of the same? Only time will tell.
Incantation: “Rend the whole Heavens. Shatter the whole of the Earth. Fear the Dragon’s Wrath!”
Additional Info:
***Enjoys sweet foods more than she lets on actively, and far more than she ever wants to let on for that matter. Especially chocolate. Not that it couldn’t come out of the woodwork and from behind her self-discipline under the right conditions.
***Her backstory and such could be revealed as part of some story point or such as things go along with character growth.
I had the idea she was part of an “M.I.B.” type organization, mundane one that is part of the US Government, which sought to study magical things and had Puchuu contacts and some enchanted weapons to try to deal with magical threats on an as-needed basis to avoid major open conflict with the magical world. Then one mission killed either the wrong magical girl/boy or a loved one who had become a magical girl/boy, then got recruited and dedicated herself to the new role/job as a means of atonement/repentance.
Still, I leave it as potential RP material and stuff. Yay.
***Likes all sorts of carnivorous plants. Also hates the Gympie-Gympie stinging bush with a ferocious passion as another matter entirely.
Nada, not as of yet.

Name: Thos, aka: The “Left Eye from the Abyss”, the “Malignancy of Eternity/Eternal Malignance”, “The Endless Empyrean”, and “The Unending One”
Personality:
A usually calm, cool, and collected Horror, something that exists well beyond the scope of mortal perception that it has no need to be angry about most things done for it in the mortal realm. It enjoys success, but failure is always offset by the eternal long-term wherein there is always another chance. Or at least this is how it has taken to things when it comes to magical girls/boys and their work, its own efforts among mortals, etc. A calculating being that usually tries to work things out to its own maximal benefit, and places value in those pawns and minions and such that it sees as ‘valuable’ for one mysterious/known reason or another. On certain occasion its orders might not make any sense, like getting a taco at the local stand at exactly 5pm, but will still align properly with what it wants to do and looks into somehow all the same. Go wonder.
At the same time, Thos’ anger is something almighty to behold and only ever emerges as a quick temper when a certain being or its minions or influences come into play: Soth. Thos’ origin, its existential and conceptual and literal opposition that it equally counters in turn, whatever one wants to call that other highly infamous horror it is Thos’ most despised opponent all the same. Failure? Success? Either way it will rage about Soth, revile the being, and those close enough to hear or witness its rage aimed at its opponent will feel its shockesaves and then some by mere proximity…
History:
The infamous “Left Eye from the Abyss”, the “Malignancy of Eternity/Eternal Malignance”, and the “Unending One” are among the titles by which it has been called by mortals in the past. It is that which has no beginning and no end, embodying infinity. Infinity cannot be ended, nor killed, nor be stopped. It is, and it continues on endlessly. Tirelessly. In this manner Thos is the quite literal polar opposite to the Void it emerged from by its sheer nature and concept alone. From its body dark energy and eldritch power seeps and leaks like a trickling, never-ending wellspring to boot. The stars in the skies, scattered throughout universes and parallel worlds without end, are used like eyes to watch all that is and was and shall ever be. Its breath generates cosmic winds, and for it a ‘where’ is always a ‘when’ and ‘how’ is always ‘why’ in stark contrast to many other beings. In short, an inconceivable higher dimensional being that exists as a paradox that shouldn’t be and yet is.
Thos is one of two horrors that spawned from the origin point of a certain horror known infamously as “The Emptiness of the Void”, a being that had plans in Penrose before and led to a climactic battle to prevent it spawning a part of itself into the waking world. Both its twin and Thos itself are thus effectively what in mortal terms would be called “top-tier blue-blooded royalty”. Even so, simply because “that horror” was what they originated from did not mean they were allies or the like. Whilst Thos itself would come to remain in neutrality with its twin, and come to blows with other horrors and forces in the usual turmoil, it is also Soth’s greatest enemy without a doubt. Neither can overcome the other in the long term, as endless void cannot overcome infinity nor vice-versa, but their battles have been fierce when they do manifest.
Resources:
A Patron with plenty of resources both personal and acquired/accrued over the eons, Thos is a sizable powerful patron measuring up to the horror it originated from indeed. Coins, cars, flesh, bones, one can acquire quite a lot by working for Thos proper, and indeed if one can accept the risks and work set before then to slay monsters and cull that which they are sent after then it is a very good means of magical employment indeed.
Yet in the face of “that one horror”, that being who is the one thing Thos is most deeply opposed to at its core, then a hard conflict with it is frankly going to be inevitable. Better try to be prepared with all of those resources in that case.
Additional Info:
***Considering the actions of Soth in Penrose, it makes only logical sense that Thos would eventually find its way to the area in turn. Perhaps drawn to it? Though why it has come now in particular is a mystery, as Soth has been long gone from the area for some time now…right?
***Those monsters and such that are slayed by those in its employ are absorbed into itself, becoming one with that which has no end and no beginning. In this vein it has accrued a great amount of resources, and has come to use those in its employ and its own resources to generate more from there.
***The crow/raven/horror minion “Nevermore”, once present in Penrose as a now long-dead magical girl’s familiar, was actually once a creature taken from the realm of Thos’ twin and warped by Soth’s influence to serve a needed role. However…after Soth’s leave of Penrose it disappeared entirely. It wasn’t dead at the scene of the ritual, nor has it been seen anywhere in a long time since then. Where did it go after the death of its master, and abandonment by Soth in the cold streets of the city? Is this one of the reasons Thos has sent two of its magical girls to Penrose?
***”Nothing Gold Can Stay”? Perhaps for mortals, but the brilliance of eternity incarnate is nothing to underestimate. Funny enough, though, Thos at the same time does enjoy that particular poem by Robert Frost all the same. Never explains, or bothers to explain, why it does so.
The time has come. Days and days of work, setbacks and accidental progress loss, and a gamble in the form of her rerolls. All completed! Finally.
Behold, Serenity's app with the rerolls, fixes, neatening up, and other janitorial work done to get it ready for resubmission! :3
Serenity Gates
"MEIDO INAH HEAVAHN!!!"
Name: Serenity Gates, aka “Maid in Heaven”
Age (Magical Girl): 16
Age (Before Magical Girl): [REDACTED]
Gender: Female
Gender (Before Magical Girl): Fragment Of The Fearsome Greater Horror "Soth", Which Was Recycled Purified Into A Female Magical Girl
Appearance:
Old Untransformed Pic was deleted and got lost, so idk what it was. (@_@)
Specialization: Time
Weapon: Hands of Compassion – A silver knife, with a tough black-colored gem embedded in its hilt, that is usually kept sheathed on her outer thigh or is simply summoned into her hand for use. Though small, it has a fine sharp edge, and can be readily magically multiplied/duplicated at will into many knives as part of it's base functions (and very cheaply too). Duplicates can also be duplicated as well. The original and any duplicates can also be recalled to her hands at will, and can be used as a means to cast her magic over long distance, acting as a ‘receiver’ for it and acting as catalysts for it.
Power: Tentacles - She can generate silvery tentacles on various surfaces. They have simple minds of their own, with a general sense of what she wants them to do. Can act on their own with very little direction from Serenity herself, though she can take exacting control over one of them directly to do things such as use them like how Indiana Jones would use a whip to jump over a chasm or such. Can dismiss them at will. They give no tactile feedback, but she always knows their location in relation to herself and her own body.
They can also be formed on surfaces which her weapon, or its duplicates, are in contact with (or stabbed into). This allows them to even be made at a longer distance, and makes especially good use of the Dual Weapon aspect of her weapon and its duplicates in channeling her magic.
Perks:
-Dual Weapon: Her weapon and it's duplicates are now capable of conducting her magic and acting as 'receivers' for it at even extremes distances away from her. Her weapon, and it's duplicates by extension, is/are even now embedded with a magical gem visible in its hilt as an aesthetic physical representation of this. A very useful aspect for up to very long-range remote magic use, at least, though the knife and its duplicates cannot fire a 'weak magic blast' or anything.
-Sorcery: Rune Magic (Removed the long ramble, simplified it to just what it is like it is a certain other magical boy's app {aka: Alex}. Yay Runes! Only notable thing to mention is she can, as I'd assume anyone can, use her magical energy to etch and form them as well as any sort of physical means like her weapon or the like.)
-Environmental Sealing: At least general ambient environmental threats, like being underwater or such, aren't going to be a problem anymore.
-Patron Interference: "I've decided! We're going to hang out and be super-best besties for, like, ever! Pleeeeease~?"; Cthulhu, a powerful Greater Horror, will be trying to convince her to sign up with her, ranging from running gag type antics to actual serious things in trying to help and convince her. The only downside is that Cthulhu will never be fully dissuaded now due to this perk...she's made her decision to try. Even if told no a million times over, she'll keep coming back again and again, with an eternity-long persistence. "Please! Alicia, Rachel, somebody...make the noise stop." DX
-Oujou-Sama: (See the "Meido" hider for the appearance pic and details.)
-Sapphire Coin Perk: "Free tuition to the Overcity College of Magic, allowing a pursuit of arcane scholarship or training for a magical profession." In particular she is pursuing a proper arcane scholarship for Advanced Image Magic, aka the realm of magic encompassing Runes, Sigils, Heiroglyphs, and other Pictrogram-based magic symbols. Basically something to take her Sorcery and make those skills exceptionally stronger and far better in the end. Anything that needs to be done for this education is basically done off-screen, and she's a studious student to be sure when it comes to this. (Idk how long it will take to complete this arcane education, but still thought it'd be relevant to her to choose this option.)
Yet oddly, the Sapphire coin also caused changes in her Untransformed state when it was used. Something to do with her being somewhat abnormal as a magical girl, perhaps?
Patron: The Beacon
Patron Benefits:
-Perfect Life: The Beacon will ensure she has a place to stay, friends, and a surrogate family. (Gains the Fake Parents perk for free). Any close friends and family she has will fall under the Beacon’s aegis and be protected from monster attacks.
-Shinespark: The spark has always been a powerful thing, but as times move forward even the strongest things can be beaten. This was Beacons answer to all those that were finding ways to subvert the Spark defenses.
Alongside it's normal benefits, this upgraded Spark grants immunity to any attempt to forcibly change or control Serenity's mind, and rather than being a gentle shield it is capable of retaliating with force against the would be assailants.
(Copied and edited to fit Serenity properly, because I forgot to add it in the other RP when she and others gained Shinesparks during the trial years ago irl.)
-Mystic Might (her 1 free Universal Perk): Her magical prowess is stronger as a magical girl.
(If for some reason she ever got kicked from Beacon it would remain as the one thing she basically keeps, if nothing else was allowed for some reason.)
Patron Drawbacks: (Shifted the Vow a bit to make more sense with her condition/situation and more so the event that created her, mostly just to neaten things up after I made a mess of her app back in college.)
-Vow: The Vow of Humanity. A rather 'unique' vow of sorts, as rather than a personal vow she made it is more a very much permanent condition enforced upon her by agreeing to be reincarnated into a human being and made a magical girl. She cannot abandon her own newly-gained humanity under any circumstances, even if Beacon were to force her out or a black coin used on her. Indeed she is by far no longer anything of “that Horror” in personality or will or self, save for having its memories and knowledge and such lingering things that she can never ever hope to forget.
-Excommunication
Fighting Style: She can fight up close and personal with her weapon at base, and can multiply her weapon as part of its function to make use of multiple knives at once. She can also throw her knife and/or its duplicates, using them as ranged receptors to enact her magic within a limited range of them at even very long distances. She can also makes ready use of her weapon's duplication capability, which extends to the duplicates of it in turn, in tandem with her time magic to unleash relatively cheap but punishing waves of 'bullet-hell'-type attacks.
She can also make herself move faster and such by accelerating the flow of time within herself, albeit to varying degrees to which she can do this, and even slow her own time to various degrees to do something like avoid an attack or slow her own falling speed to avoid getting hurt. These acceleration of time or slowing of time effects can also be applied to allies or even enemies, albeit fellow magical girls can resist this better than monsters can in the usual manner, to affect foes. Likewise the acceleration or slowing of time can be applied to her weapon and its duplicates, allowing her to create those 'bullet hell'-type waves of duplicates knives as attacks as well as doing something like imbuing weapon attacks with greater force and speed by accelerating the flow of time for/within them specifically. She can even freeze time for specific objects/non-living targets, unless a willing and open living subject volunteered for it for some reason, to use things like her weapon's duplicates as stairs or falling objects as stepping stones or the like to get to places usually out of reach.
It is a highly versatile fighting style that tries to compensate for her lower strength as a magical girl, as well as her spec's lack of easy brute offensive spell potential when compared to something like a Fire Spec, but in the process it makes her a threat for both singular and numerous enemies alike. A flexible fighter who can adapt to what is needed, either in close or at long range. Not some perfect and unbeatable fighting style, however, as it doesn't really specialize strongly in either close or ranged combat in return for high flexibility and the use of magical augmentations to compensate. Her monstrous MAG stat helps this at the very least.
An initially somewhat timid and nervous person in social situations, a guilty-feeling individual and a person who has yet to truly immerse herself in the world and “become someone”. In part she fears for her life, not wanting to just die and die again. One could call her intelligent with ease in all mundane subjects, however, which was achieved by her possessing her old self’s untold levels of knowledge that was translated over. Her memory is perfectly photographic, the kind some people in the world might have...but emphasized much more so as part of her penance. For some reason she also has a strong enjoyment of spicy foods, which make her rather happy when eating them. But in the end, she does wish to be truly ‘human’ when it comes down to it.
However, her magical girl alias was merely chosen based on an manga that came to her mind as she was reincarnated and awash in all of her memories. To this end, she is a bit embarrassed...but still confident enough to keep the name at least.
A girl who was once more timid and nervous person in social situations, but who is notably less so by this point in time after the little journey she's been on whilst taken away from Penrose. Indeed, she has become more accustomed to her own humanity and its value, though even then she feels a sense of deeply-cutting guilt that she clings onto about a number of things. The fear for her life has generally given way to a greater sobriety, a greater acceptance to look the idea of her own death in the eye and accept that sort of thing. Due to 'what' she once was, and the knowledge and memories of 'that' being transferred to her as she was reincarnated into a human being and then made a magical girl, she possesses both a (eerie if not creepy as to how well it works) perfect photographic memory as well as a vast and incredible intelligence in regards to mundane and magical subjects alike. Even things humans could not process can be handled by her mind...though in this sense she's inevitably unique 'aberration' who can process these sorts of things and perspectives and so forth where others simply just can't. Similarly, she is lesser-so but still peculiar in the sense that large events like wars and the like aren't so shocking and surprising to her...whereas little things about those closest to her are much more shocking revelations in turn.
She's come to better embrace her passion for spicy foods, though the extent to which she can tolerate spicy heat would make most people near her sweat nervously by mere proximity. Likewise, when it comes to types of food she is generally a fan of 'American faire', though don't expect her to not have strange ideas about what to put on such foods or make them out of. With how her body burns fat, especially after her reroll, the gaining of weight has remained a foreign concept to her body despite her still understanding it and so forth. Yet at the same time she doesn't try to be a glutton. She also still won't admit that her magical girl alias based on a manga that came to her mind as she was reincarnated, all as her mind was running through all of those memories and the knowledge being reincarnated with her. Yet at the same time she sees her appearance as not just some copy anymore...it's her. She is herself, and it's how she looks. She is herself. To this end, she feels more secure in how she looks than she once did...even after the reroll. Yet despite this, the burdens and weight on her, and that sense of personal guilt, isn't suddenly overcome by this. But she has come to cope with being human, at least, and this is what she sees as a step 'in the right direction' if nothing else.
History:
Once upon a time, a Greater Horror feared across the cosmos shed a part of itself as a scapegoat to pay for its sins. A cruel betrayal, an evil but universal entity on both sides, but even so this fragment was butchered by a blade that sought to devour all. It was smitten to pieces, and as it consciousness lingered at the end it asked “What did I do wrong? I merely wanted to see as humans do!”. It had no the capability to understand, too long a lifespan and lack of certain mortal imperfections to be able to do this.
Then came a light. A brilliant light that seemed to shine over so much, and offered it a chance for penance: “You are an evil being, that which should be smitten into nothingness. But for you inability to ever understand, in this one case I shall offer you compassion this day.
Let your mind be shaped by mine, let your will be forged by my own. I shall reincarnate you into a human, but you shall live as a magical girl for all eternity. My spark shall glow brightly within with great light, but in return you cannot escape those memories you bear nor knowledge of your many sins and deeds.”
The fragment, brought down to mortality, accepted this bargain. It was reincarnated into a human girl named Serenity Gates, and she was made a magical girl. She gained family, and friends, and was placed in a good home. It was nothing her former self deserved, she knew it to her core. But with this new life, new chance of hers, might come the chance to truly be as “human” as her former self once desired to be.
I have written this out at least twice, only to lose progress by accident despite making careful saves. So it's going to be as much a long-winded summary of things as I can manage. Cause my brain can't anymore.
Recalled to Beacon HQ on a missive to meet a Council of Cardinals for investigation, Serenity was blindfolded and escorted by several armed guards as she was taken to HQ so she'd be unable to determine where it actually was along the trip there. With all the information about Penrose events was streaming back to the higher-ups, especially events regarding everyone's disappearance to Dan's dimension and events since the Inquisition's arrival, things had become a bit jumbled. So naturally, especially with any events involving the Cardinal sent to Penrose having gone on, suspicions of foul play from the one magical girl who got supposedly created from a horror was among the top issues that HQ sought to investigate by bringing her in and interrogating her. Likewise the idea of a greater horror of notable reputation having potentially placed a spy within their ranks was something that was feared by some as well (among other things). Despite this, the intention on bringing her in was basically to talk to her, and her willingness to cooperate was at least a potential good sign. Maybe.
Higher-ups in the Inquisition met her on arrival, however, before dragging her off to a nearby facility separate from HQ proper. Here she basically lived for two weeks in a dark cell, with meager meals and being forced to clean the place as she was put through invasive and even painful session with Psychic girls tearing into her mind to reap her knowledge and memories and anything they could glean about what had gone on. She was treated basically like an animal, her Soul Gem used as collateral in case she 'tried anything', all in a place that held many dangerous things which shouldn't see the light of day that the Inquisition was either holding for purification or imprisoning for containment or the like. At the end of those two weeks, everything suddenly stopped. She was left alone for two days, before an actual Cardinal came down to her cell with an obscured letter in hand that bore a mysterious seal upon it. Said Cardinal then escorted her quietly out of the facility and back to Beacon HQ, where she was settled in far nicer quarters and doctored up and fed better and the like.
Two more days later, she was brought before a council of a number of Cardinals, only for the one who had escorted her out to read aloud the letter that she hadn't been able to see before. In the same language as whatever being or such had contacted her and reincarnated her before contracting her to Beacon, the letter read with disappointment in the particular facility officials who had her taken to that facility instead of bringing her to the Council as the assembled Cardinals had been instructed to. Thus the message had been sent to ensure she was freed, cared for, and treated well before the proper procedures could begin. Likewise the letter vouched for her personally on behalf of the one who had it sent, alongside describing her encounter and purification and reincarnation, which apparently was enough. From here, Serenity's memories of her transformation and reincarnation would be played out before the Cardinals, supporting the letter's depiction of things town to a 'T' and a number of surprised and solemn reactions among whatever Cardinals had been assembled to investigate her. After this, she'd be sent back to her quarters and ultimately be declared innocent the very next day by the assembled council.
Once this was done, she would be cared for until she could recover alongside being assigned 'remediation classes' to try to help her adjust to being human and so forth. In this time period she would make a few new acquaintances and minor friends, as well as be allowed to roam the HQ grounds and generally be around others. People began to talk to her. People began to treat her well. Like a person. It was painful before, but at this stage was a bit eye-opening for her. It gave her time to reflect and such as well. Even time to grow a little bit. Eventually she would also be gifted in addition with both a captured Red Coin as well as a new Sapphire coin as presents during her stay. She would use these gifted coins in turn, though whilst the odd side effect of her untransformed appearance changing was one things, and her changes overall brought some familiar 'trouble' her way, she felt satisfied enough by the time she was sent back to Penrose to join the other members of her Chapter once more.
...Having been away for a good time, however, it will be up to her comrades in arms and others to give her news of what's been going on. She's barely gotten back the prior night, late, before zonking out in her bed. As of her first post, she'll be stepping into things proper once more.
Incantation: (Also just neatened up Post-Reforging because it was oddly worded.)

Vivanne
Vivianne, or Vivi as she only lets her close friends or mistress call her, is the go-to magical maid who is ready to do her very best! Cooking, cleaning, sewing, anything her mistress could need is within her skillset! Er, just not fighting things. She's only human, even if magical, not a magical girl! She can appear and disappear in the blink of an eye where and when she's called upon or needed, at least, and somehow she gets her hands on the food and materials and so forth she needs for her work.
Since she's tied to her mistress, she'll be around as long as she is! The eternally respawning thing is pretty cool, all part of this neat 'forever job' she has. A really long time, to be honest, but at least there'll be no old age wrinkles!

You Rang, New Besties?
Type: Horror (Greater Horror)
Name: Cthulhu
Personality: Untold millennia of knowledge and understanding, maddening levels of raw magical power that makes even other Greater Horrors quake in fear, and a legend that even among humans is better known than many…all wrapped up in the body and personality of a friendly, super humanophile, happy, annoying, and ditzy party girl. She is happy to help her friends, enjoys finding and making new 'besties', loves to party and play about like a wild child, and beyond terrible spending habits and annoying behavior isn't honestly a threat to humanity at large.
Though while this is her up front, do not be fooled...she may walk among mortals, she may sound like an idiot party girl, but when she gets truly serious or angry she is very far from something to ever want to mess with. It is there that those unfortunate will witness the true might of the lord of The Sunken City, the wrath a true eldritch horror from beyond reason, and the ire of an abomination beyond anything mortals can comprehend. Beware, beware, the might of the dread lord Cthulhu!
History: An ancient being originating from an ancient and powerful race from far beyond the stars, a malignant Greater Horror of solar scale that in its youth sought to seize the Earth in particular and create a civilization in its own image upon the land and waters. It fought off other Horrors seeking to pierce into its territory on the then-prehistoric Earth, took on the Gods, and founded the ancient city of R’lyeh from which it began to build its own civilization in prehistoric times. Despite its war against a large assembly of Deities, and in the final struggle an alien deity descended upon her as the great meteor that destroyed the dinosaurs.
The end result was not the Horror’s death, but rather her main body being put into a hibernation-like sleep before being interred within R’lyeh and sunk deep underwater/underground beneath what is now in modern times the South China Sea. Down there her lingering people slithered, at least the scant remnants of what once a people, along with other strange creatures, some early 'prehistoric humans', and even some aliens that had migrated to worship her with great reverence.
From beneath the waves Cthulhu slept, though far from ‘actually dead’ Cthulhu's mind began to wander about and examine the planet as it changed. She became ever the more curious about humans, proper ones especially, as they rose up and dominated the planet by modern times. She even over the years visited some humans in their dreams to speak to them, and talk to them to try to understand them. Her curiosity in time grew into affection, and from an affection into a deep-seated and genuine love of humanity and its civilization upon the face of the Earth.
Though among those she talked to was included a ‘certain dreamer’, who took what he’d learned about Cthulhu’s ‘embarrassing edgy teen years’...and then published it with some twists, removals, and embellishments to become a famous author. The Greater Horror was an amount offended by this, especially as it began to cause a rise in 'crazy cultists', but also ultimately decided that she had to step in more directly. To better ‘be’ among humans and appreciate them, she projected her mind and had it take on a human-shaped avatar/container! Though despite becoming a sort of caring patron of humanity, even if from the sidelines on occasion, she also ended up a rampant humanophile and ditzy ‘party girl’ who’d help magical girls and even other groups like the deities she once fought so long ago.
What a twist.
Resources: Being a Greater Horror and the legendary Cthulhu, she had continued to accrue a wealth of resources that she is capable of providing or drawing upon. This includes an immense amount of wealth, magical girls/boys, magical coins, genuinely good followers, spawn, and other such general resources. Though this also does in the end include ‘pesky pseudo cultists’ who arose due to the work that ‘certain dreamer’ and one or two other ‘crazy a-holes’ whom she holds a very special loathing for even now.
Additional Info:
-She still talks to properly sane humans, having connections in the mortal world, and even has some legitimate worshippers out there she does give some guidance to in order to keep them from ‘acting like lunatics’. The Sunken City itself is also a magical hub of activity for many of those who work for her or as her magical girls/boys especially. It is ultimately a full-fledged city down there, of course, though there is a solid party culture that rises up when Cthulhu herself visits with her avatar.
-She 'allows' many other patrons to help her ‘clean up the crazies’ (as she puts it), those crazy cultists who use the knowledge 'a certain author' learned from her and used for his own stories, as they pop up. Because after a long time of trying to suppress them (with great exasperation at the task), ultimately, is a task that became too bothersome. These only also ever increase her irritation with 'that dreamer' who she holds 'slandered her and created stupid cultists who make my life hard and make me look bad' with his writing work in the end. Yet she still does perform ‘cleanup work’ from time to time, naturally, as a way of trying to keep things semi-orderly....unlike when she's goofing off and doing things anywhere else in the world otherwise.
It's safe to say her name and existence are a controversial matter as a result of both her past and all of these things on top of that.
-She has also worked with the local Beacon Branch in Hawaii a few times, which is considered the one 'unofficial' way she's worked with Beacon at all, though if anyone at the branch is asked about her or the “Honolulu Beach Vacation Party Incident” one will mostly get empty stares and long sighs among other such responses.
It goes without saying, though, that Cthulhu is banned from Beacon HQ in general (regardless of this incident or not, even well before it).
-Her avatar's presence is not itself actually maddening or harmful to others, but even “The Infinite Abyss” has been annoyed to death by her to the point of considering her becoming literal ‘anathema’ to it.
Here's a newcomer in the ring trying his firsthand at a magical girl RP lol.
Name:Warren James – The Golem King , Debt Collector, Judas Black
Age (Magical Girl):23
Age (Before Magical Girl):37
Gender: Girl
Gender (Before Magical Girl):Boy
Appearance:
Specialization:Stone
Weapon:
One of Warren’s choices for up close quarters combat, the Earthmovers are a cestus-styled gauntlets that he wields to devastating effect. A brawler by nature, Warren uses these in conjunction with his earth magic to bring hard hitting strikes and defenses to his fights.
Gifted to him by his patron, Draddeth’s Edge is a conduit for Warren’s more destructive abilities. Affectionately self-dubbed as his “beatin’ stick”, he takes a great deal of pleasure fighting with his hammer as its never been something that he had considered before. When combined with his Earthmovers gauntlets the full wrath can be unleashed as the gauntlets channel creations and the hammer channels destruction.
Power:Third Eye – Warren is able to see the flow and alter the effects of magic. He can sense magic at a precise level, able to see through illusions, trace the effect of rituals and is able to tell the type of magic at a glance. His sense is sharp enough to predict incoming magic and even deflect it if he’s fast enough. Warren can see Overcity entrances even out of costume.
Perks:
Dual Weapon – What started with a pair of knuckles from the Mint turned into a tandem hammer/cestus combo, both of which increase his strength.
Environmental Sealing – Even before his transformation Warren was never one to deal with outside people often wishing that he could put himself in a bubble. Little did he know this was literal.
Soul Jar – This was a bit more to get used to, once he made a deal with his second patron he had to get used the split feeling of not always being connected to himself. His ring is his “jar” as it were.
Eternal Style – Now this was something that Warren could get used to, I mean, being a chick is one thing but always being the perfectly put together chick, now that’s a bonus.
Enhanced Outfit – At least his transformed outfit is a good suit…and a durable suit as well.

Fighting Style:It’s taken him years to perfect his own personal style, but Warren has learned to combine his Stone magic hand to hand combat as fluidly as possible. A brawler at heart, he combines his on personal style of dirty boxing with his hammer while using the environment to create defensive barriers around himself and sometimes even reinforce his suit with Stone armor. When he does resort to long range assaults he is no stranger to altering the structure of everything around his opponents (quicksand, creating fissures in the ground for difficult terrain, etc.) before unleashing a barrage of spike to pierce his prey.
Personality:Warren is a New York gangster through and through, he’s been in this business with the Mint so long that its all that he’s ever known. Having to grow up facing extreme occult threats tends to harden anyone’s hearts and Warren was no different, he is a very cunning man able to think and calculate stratagems on the fly. From coin running to being dubbed the “Tax Collector” in Brooklyn, Warren is no stranger to all forms of “business” means he can expertly talk his way through any internal strife with his patrons.
History:It started with nightmares. That’s all they were for years, horrifying nightmares of creatures beyond the stars and the beings that summoned them, but when a scared kid from Brooklyn tells his ma about it its dismissed as fast as it was brought up. That was Warren’s life growing up not knowing of his eventual fate he spent his days doing what every broke tried to do, find a way to make some money. After spending months doing odd jobs for local thugs Warren was approached by a strangely dressed man and asked to deliver a single coin to someone across town, little did he know that fate had different ideas.
You never expect your nightmares to come up and appear before your eyes, but when a shifting mass of piercing red eyes pierced his being was told that he needed to take up his mantle and serve, he had little choice but to accept and surrender. Years would go by as Warren learned that he had been given magical abilities by some eldritch horror and was to act as its vessel in the waking world. Now under the mentorship of the Coin Broker of New York, Warren took up learning all about his new abilities and how he could best use them to work for the Mint.
Incantation:”I am the Builder’s stone, the one that holds up all of creation. Fear my trembling, transform!!”
Magical Coins:1 Black Coin
Type:Horror
Name:Draddeth
Personality:Draddeth is a cold and calculating entity from beyond the known realm and has been seen to meticulously lay out plans that seem to stretch out for millennia. An absolute horror to behold, they are aware of their exceedingly overpowering aura on the mortal body and mind and have no qualms about using it to crush both to fit their will.
History:Not even Warren knows much about Draddeth in all his years of service to them. All that is known from what little the eldritch entity will say is that they are millennia old and have seen the birth and death of stars beyond measuring and that should suffice for Warren. What he does know, however, is ever since the day power was thrusted upon him they have always shown themselves in the strangest possible configuration to Warren. (see Additional Resources)
Resources:While Warren is unaware of other girls that they have, it is a possibility that Draddeth has multiple other avatar like him spread throughout existence but as of yet he hasn’t met any of them. Being an eldritch entity they have no physical gifts to give and purely operate by giving powers to those he deems that they needs.

Solid set of powers, even if the pun wasn't relevant, hah. The idea of a bifauxnen type of character is unique, which is impressive considering the variety we have had over the seasons. The Horror is also one of the cutest so far (including the party girl Cthulhu we've had). I'll let co-GMs check this as well, but in my part I consider this accepted. Once they've also checked and there's no foreseeable need for edits, you can post this into the CHAR tab and begin posting IC: your character will start at Al Scarpe's office, having arrived there before Chloe teleported in.
Hey, just dropping by to say hi. Thanks for having me when I was having a real life conundrum two years ago. I'd reach out to each and any of you peeps who helped my mind be entertained that time, but maybe this is faster. Peace.
