I would say that you might be mixing up misogyny (hatred of women) with sexism. Sexism has broader definitions and even if Asterion's perspective/habits/beliefs are not necessarily bad. They would be categorized as a benevolent sexism which can still be very problematic even if they are not perceived in such a way. Favoring towards women. Versus malevolent or neutral sexism towards men.

XD in all fairness Leon would probably have the best chance through just presence of authority (I feel like Leon is the kind of guy people go quiet around when he enters a room, at least before they know him) by commanding a moment of clarity just through presence for Khor to actually focus on it.
