The meaning behind the Jasmin Fanning Fire is set known as Ria born from Hiro Tokugawa and Mari Uchiha. Her name itself is a name that her Father and Mother thought of, a story of a Samurai and a Police Woman's love during the old days of Winter and Jasmine Flowers.

As a child of a Ninja and a Samurai, Ria grew with the mindset of both Ninja and Samurai. For her life is put forth great effort in matters of learning. She learned how to read books concerning military matters, and direct her attention exclusively to the virtues of loyalty and filial piety . Furthermore the idea of a Ninja is to serve within the shadows and execute their job within the shadows and because of this Ria developed the mentality and philosophy called Dual Handed Prayer; as loyal as the samurai and as decisive as the ninja and as swift as a falcon therefore her animal motif is a falcon and jasmine. In short it means that a Falcon's scent is like Jasmine for it smells of loyalty hence allegiance to the country, the village, and the clan and it's wings fans the will of fire such as the Uchiha's affinity to fire and it's swiftness of flight which resembles resolve and sword.

During her Academy Days and Early Days as a Genin, she spent most of it in a fruitful manner, applying her parents' teachings which one day would be a combined belief, dream and goal wise however is harder to apply. She learned to live in a balance way and distaste the belief of just dying for X reasons. Not to mention, she struggled during the finals of Chuunin Exams by fighting a fellow Uchiha with a developed sharingan of two swirls which she also has but the guy uses it better and had no choice but to fight dirty and throw dirt on the guy's in an opportune time. It was a hard match because it's the first time she broke two of her swords in a close range fight even though decisiveness made up for it. After the fight, she developed Tsubamegaeshi and learned Chidori from scrolls, she wanted to learn Chidori because it suited her style which was lightning and an additional cut for Tsubamegaeshi.

Personality:
Ria a competitive, subtle, passionate, hot blooded, and observant. She hates losing and is a perfectionist when called for, at the same time she is boyish due to her closeness with her father and mainly how she dresses. Ria believes that The Sword does not define the person and it's the person that defines the sword hence she applies this belief of hers on a daily basis. She also hates getting forced on things she hates and makes it quick which shows her child like personality.

One of the Founding Fathers of the Hidden Leaf, they are recluse from anything social. They are sovereign Military Police Man Power of the Hidden Leaf. They are feared for their red eyes, the sharingan and eternal rivals with the Senju Clan. While some members harbor iniquity like hatred is power, Ria is anything but hatred.

The Tokugawa Clan is one of the influential clans in The Land of Iron. A Clan that forges their own swords and excels at the art of dual wielding. The Land Of Iron is neutral and carries a strong code of morality. Hiro Tokugawa, Ria's father is born from the clan itself and carries a neutral nature. The belief of the clan is "Forging Anything." It is believed that one cannot forge when the heart is not set into it, therefore set thy heart into forging not only skills but also character and ties.

Having been born from a Clan of Hatred and a Clan of Neutral, Ria sees herself neither an Uchiha nor a Tokugawa rather a citizen of the leaf. She also struggles of discrimination because of opposing beliefs of her clans, her father brought her to the leaf due to a strong demand of the Uchiha side. Although he sees her, it is only through birthdays of both Ria herself and her mother's because of internal family feuds, mainly Mari's side of the family.

It all happened at winter. At the age of 9, Ria stopped seeing her Father and the reason itself, she does not know, her mother on the other hand became focused on Police Work. As a result, she engrossed herself into learning whatever she can, mainly on dual wielding and her belief which is Falcon.

She is an honorable fighter as she greets her opponent first, that it all depends on the worth, if the opponent is worthy, she'll acknowledge the name and have an intro. While she excels on the art of the sword, she also makes use of her Uchiha based skills such as using the wires, shurikenjutsu and windmill shuriken. As fast as she is, the weakest point of her is her glass cannon durability and her lack of chakra control which falls as a domino making her stamina drain faster.

Striking downward from above and then instantly striking again in an upward motion from below. The third strike's from below toward the rear and then upward at an angle, like an eagle climbing again after swooping down on its prey.

As for its weakness. Despite how deadly and flashy the attack is to the eye. By all means, it is simple. Just simply it is just slashes done in multiple segments swung fast by the user by embedding their chakra. It can be blocked by anyone, swordsmaster and anyone with power and skill. At the long run, it is just a sword performing multi slashes.

This is Ria's signature technique. She developed it after her fight against her fellow clansman during the Chuunin Exams, Final Round. She noticed that swallows fly away because of the earth trembling and wind passing.

It can also be used in launching chakra slashes like the conventional Samurai. When Ria uses this technique, a pink aura oozes from the sword resembling a cherry blossom.

I humbly present my character sheet. I aimed for a female Uchiha and I was wondering to take out or add in majority of the CS. So many questions too like Chidori. Does she qualify as Chuunin?

I also made a custom clan. We may collab depending on what ideas you gained for it. I am loving the concept and belief you and Hilian made. I'm a fan of world building so yeah.. is it okay if I made a custom clan?

Chidori have so many variations. Does that mean I will only be able to use one variant. If I can use more than one like Chidori Current, does that count as a second A rank? Does Chidori variants fall under one jutsu and not another jutsu?

It's fine making her two swirled right or should I go for three swirls?

I tried making her like that. As much as possible, I am refraining from making more jutsus. The user itself is the definition, not the jutsu defines the user.

Overall, I focused more on the character than the jutsus itself and looked at Chuunin examples and the best example I got was Mū, kudos to the author who made him. I let the judgement be in your hands. I have lots of questions in the tip of my tongue too so these are what I can thinkfor now.

I disagree on the Neji part. Any Uchiha that has no name, he can stomp but any Uchiha that is named Sasuke, Madara, Obito and Itachi he will not stomp. Damn I'm sounding like an Uchiha fanboy even though I'm a fan but not wanking levels lol

That depends. You're talking about making weapons out of bones? I'd say make it into a custom jutsu, and if it causes you to go over the limit, then I'll see it through the fingers.

@Buddha You make a good point with that but the thing is that uchiha are naturally gifted with ninjutsu and genjutsu. They usually also have fire or lightning natures. Both of which are good long range which the Hyuga aren't. Esentially it's a battle of who the better of the two actually is. Like much of naruto should have been. Not the mage anime/manga it became.

Genjutsu is taken care of directly because Hyuga can see chakra and chakra paths and therefore can detect genjutsu. I think only the most powerful genjutsu's (aka anything Itachi pulled from his ass) couldn't be dispelled. Literally anything else was fair game.

Ninjutsu.. I mean, besides the fact that Hyuga can see chakra buildup and thus can tell when someone is preparing ninjutsu, they also can dispel it more or less by fucking around with the chakra.

Furthermore, the point I'm making here is that the Uchiha are not some badass clan of shinobi. Not everyone is Madara, Sasuke or god forbid Itachi. Most Uchiha shinobi (which only made up a small part of the clan) never even awaken their sharingan, let alone unlock two tomoe. It just seems like every Uchiha will obtain an EMS or something because Itachi killed the whole clan, making Itachi, Madara and Sasuke the only survivors. Coincidentally they are all 'geniuses'. So it seems like the Uchiha clan are OP. In reality, Kishimoto just made it look like they were.

A standard, average Uchiha wouldn't be anywhere as close to powerful as any of those three.

Hyuga have wind chakra, though, and they use it fairly often.

The Hyuga also have Chakra natures, they just chose not to use them. Not to mention the fact that they can be easily blocked. In fact, a Hyuga like Neji could take a chunk out of the Sususan'o and dispel Amatrasu with the Gentle Fist. Think the writer chose not to explore that interaction.

Striking downward from above and then instantly striking again in an upward motion from below. The third strike's from below toward the rear and then upward at an angle, like an eagle climbing again after swooping down on its prey.

As for its weakness. Despite how deadly and flashy the attack is to the eye. By all means, it is simple. Just simply it is just slashes done in multiple segments swung fast by the user by embedding their chakra. It can be blocked by anyone, swordsmaster and anyone with power and skill. At the long run, it is just a sword performing multi slashes. fair enough

This is Ria's signature technique. She developed it after her fight against her fellow clansman during the Chuunin Exams, Final Round. She noticed that swallows fly away because of the earth trembling and wind passing.

It can also be used in launching chakra slashes like the conventional Samurai. When Ria uses this technique, a pink aura oozes from the sword resembling a cherry blossom. She'd need to know the chakra blade technique for that IIRC

I humbly present my character sheet. I aimed for a female Uchiha and I was wondering to take out or add in majority of the CS. So many questions too like Chidori. Does she qualify as Chuunin? Sure

I also made a custom clan. We may collab depending on what ideas you gained for it. I am loving the concept and belief you and Hilian made. I'm a fan of world building so yeah.. is it okay if I made a custom clan? Yeah, I'm surprised at the lack of custom clans/kekkei genkai, but yes. You can make custom clans.

Chidori have so many variations. Does that mean I will only be able to use one variant. If I can use more than one like Chidori Current, does that count as a second A rank? Does Chidori variants fall under one jutsu and not another jutsu? We have talked about it in the past and we've told you that we generally want to see it as a new jutsu.

It's fine making her two swirled right or should I go for three swirls? We won't rise above 3 tomoe for now, so it's probably best to have 1 or 2 so that you can have character progression towards 3. It's your call.

I tried making her like that. As much as possible, I am refraining from making more jutsus. The user itself is the definition, not the jutsu defines the user. We've taught you well.

Overall, I focused more on the character than the jutsus itself good and looked at Chuunin examples and the best example I got was Mū, kudos to the author who made him. I let the judgement be in your hands. I have lots of questions in the tip of my tongue too so these are what I can thinkfor now.

This is going to be a very silly question I feel. Are all eye techniques kekkei genkai? I don't recall other eye techniques outside of that, apart form maybe senju modes if that counts. I wanted to create an eye technique with the theory of an insects compound eyes behind it, dividing the users vision into a smaller and smaller hexagonal grid with co-ordinates allowing greater accuracy.

I have been basing my character's family on the dragonfly (because why not, right?), but I felt that an eye kekkei genkai is somewhat cliche and was going to have extreme body control being it instead, hence the query :P

EDIT: Also the eyes seems to be a kind of... worse sharingan if they're a kekkei genkai

Theoretically, dojutsu are not kekkei genkai per definition. Canonically, yes they are. And because of that, if they exist as non-kekkei genkai they are almost certainly hiden techniques. But if you want to do the compound eye thing, then that's 100% certainly a kekkei genkai, even if it is limited to 1 person and not a clan.

Eye kekkei genkai are cliché though I will agree.

Notice that he never used genjutsu, if rarely and 1 kamui left him dead in his tracks. So basically he used the most basic skill, the one where you see through the others JUTSU, maybe even the time slowing one.

Even Sasuke could copy others. (from his fight with Lee) where he picked his moves only by seeing him once. And if you have a lot of chakra nature's(3 in kakashi's case) and basic level of sharingan anyone could copy. But most other have their own style which they deem to be better than resorting to copying.

This is purely my opinion based on real facts.

And Kakashi was a jounin at 12. He doesn't set the bar particularly low. The copying aspect of the sharingan is completely nullified by the rules of the RP, though. Since a genin with the Sharingan are not allowed to copy every technique they see.

Eh, that came down to Hiruzen's skill and strength. Hashirama had the same title, and he only used his wood techs. (well, most notably, anyway.)

Hiruzen mastered all the elements, unlike Kakashi, and I suppose that's where the title really lies.

@Bishop Just because you can't use them doesn't mean you don't have them. Everyone has 5 natures. But you are more inclined to 1 nature, and then a second, and then a third, and then a fourth, and then a fourth. Now consider that most people only ever unlock 3 of them during their lifetime.

Therefore, it's very impressive that Hiruzen managed to use all 5 at a master level.
