@Nallore Got a bit of a continuity error. Refer to Katniss in your post. Since this Rp is taking place in 2010, three years after the out break, means there would have never been a Hunger Games. Book wasn't released until 2008. (Which would mean it couldn't have been released since the outbreak occupied a year before hand.)
