@Aeolian
Still concepting some ideas for my girl, and just out of curiousity was looking at the pets and had a question regarding the Gupoo. Like, your answer won't change whether or not she has one, just some minor details lmao. The main question is just how intelligent they are. Are they just floating puffballs that have some vague sentience, or are they actually capable of nominally higher intelligence? Building off that, considering they seem to be rather affectionate creatures and bond with people easily, are they capable of being taught commands as it were?
AeolianHonestly, they're not that smart. They're just cute fluff balls really. They're the least intelligent of the pet options. I mean, they can be taught commands, like come and stay. LOL But they have no extremities to be able to do much of anything. They don't even eat or drink like normal animals do cause they have no mouths. It's really just a glorified plush doll tbh. LOL

Just hope the statues aren't like the anime Dr Stone, or that could turn things bad rather quickly.
AeolianI don't know what Dr. Stone is. Could elaborate on what those statues were?
@Emeth@Silver CarrotAeolianI love the creativity, but sadly, your characters' telepathic/psychic powers wouldn't work in this kind of scenario. Seraphim are lifeless husks, stone shells with no sentience for your telepathic powers to latch onto and control. Seraphim statues are controlled purely by raw vitesse "energy", which requires a lot of it and fine-tunted consistent control of how that energy is flowing through the limbs as its being "puppeted". So once you run out of vitesse, you lose control of the shell. It's like any other object in this world fueled by vitesse. its like magical biological fuel I guess lol Also, a Seraphim Pilots can only "puppet" one Seraphim at a time. But yeah, it's not a creature with a mind anymore. It's truly just a stone corpse. I just call it a golem for simplicity, but its really just an animated suit of armor in the shape of a giant angel.
