My petpeeves are simple: I'm not fanatical about "Grammar Experts" because my rebuttal to them is simple; go find a job, get paid for being what you pose yourself as, don't waste time correcting people. In the same vein, I don't tolerate Elitist RPers, if you're an Elitist & reading this, do yourself a favor; find a job that gets you paid to be an Elitist, you have no business on forums, put me on your blacklists, don't bother me and I won't bother you, go forth and find a job that pays you to be an Elitist. Identity-disaccountability is another one that I don't accept, if you've messed up your reputation so bad, I don't have a big problem with shedding your skin to a new identity, however if your attitude comes to light, then all of this are for nothing!
Learn to take the Ls of your RP-times regardless of where you're from, I don't care where you're from. I'm willing to give you chances to change but if your old nature don't repent, then you're fooling yourself. These no-nos of mine is warranted to those who see oneself as some form of RPer-Police, and overall a total jerk, don't waste my time, go out there and touch some grass, get paid for your self-righteous etiquettes, woe to you.

Awakened means you know the basis of your Quirk.
Repressed means, a trauma PTSD or such, holds back your Quirk from its fullest.
The Fall of All Might & All For One, birthed the norms of a comicesque society in Japan. Businessmen coined the Herobiz while Authorities saw Heroes as another form of police in the Nihon Justice System while some as mere Vigilantes. Dynasties of Hero Families rose and so did Villainous Empires, fiction became reality yet stranger.
The world turned upside down as each day just turns greyer than the last, Heroes & Villains were no different from each other. Labor to them is nothing more than an ordinary chore and making ends-meet just to survive in the saturated cruel game called life. People rarely see the difference and are indifferent to the norms, having different yet entitled opinions and even romanticizing villains. Others just don't want to be saved, declaring themselves independent and capable without the need of heroes but Eirei Academy digressed and still hopes despite the odd future.
Even if it's hell that genuine Heroes are walking into, they will strive to become an ally of justice and transform what's just because is correct, doesn't mean it's right.
So begins an adventure into the unknown...
AUverse
The biggest difference is that All Might & All For One have died during their epic ordeal before the canonical storyline. This gives us the opportunity of exploring the facets of the never before seen aspects of MHAverse with dark undertones amidst the fun adventure-based roleplay it's going for. I'm also not a fan of bequeathing Quirks.
We're also seven years ahead of whatever the Manga and Anime is in now.
Heroes
The ranking of Heroes are nonexistent because Japan still has semblance of common sense. Due to the realism of this reality, Japan focuses on developing other aspects of their nation's growth invested in technology and the likes, that they just can't give a damn about bragging rights. That said, Endeavor is the most well known Hero and surprisingly this variant of him is a tough love father of three, has a loving relationship with his wife and owns a Dojo than the perceived canon we knew.
Think of him being similar to Yujiro Hanma.
His wife Rei, his children being Toya, Fuyumi and Shoto, it's obvious that I hate Natsu, hence his nonexistence.
Since the Todoroki is a Hero Dynasty Family, Players are encouraged making pyrokinetic characters. They may not be Endeavor's children but they can be related to Endeavor as cousins or simply clan members of the Todoroki or better yet people with Fire Quirks who practice FlashFire Fist.

It's obvious that I'm not allowing canon characters to be playable.
Quirk System
Quirks will be taking after the early half of Canon in a Metahuman approach. Again, I'm just not a fan of the supernatural aspect of Quirks along with its power bequeathing plot devices, I experienced it the hard way so I don't want you to end up like me. You must train your Quirk to exceed its limits and become the best version of yourself.
Quirkless I encourage the creation of Quirkless Characters however I am also strongly discouraging ourselves to make Batman the staple of representation. We want the approach to be realistic as possible, no one here, not even me and my GMs agree on having a Batmanesque character with absurd prep time skill and so on. Use your common sense and understand what fits in the verse.
Quirkful The Quirkful are the people that're born with Quirks. Quirk Types We will be having a more detailed versions of Quirks because the Canon ones were lackluster.
Accumulation are Quirks that require an equivalent exchange current stimulus to work. Examples are Creati's calorie burning to use her Quirk & Dynamite needing to sweat to make explosions or simply stockpiling fat like Fatgum.
Contractor are Quirks that are fueled by an emotional stimulus to function. Examples include Dabi needing to be emotional to summon Blue Flames or Redestro becoming more stress to become bigger.
Emulation are Quirks that require complex scientific understanding, these are the likes of Overhaul, Half Cold, Half Hot & any Quirk that copies other Quirks, often are conceptual abilities.
Metamorphosis, no, not that. These are Quirks that give Secondary Mutations like Tsuyu, Kirishima, Tetsutetsu.
Nullification are Quirks that negates other Quirks like Eraserhead.
Psychokinesis are Quirks that require mental discipline to levitate objects or people or simply read minds or even energy blasts like Nejire Hado.
Transporter are Quirks that are mobility based like superspeed, etc. so you got like Warp Gate.
Villains
The League of Villains this time is a society for villains, this includes villainous empires and the like. The League's top three Dynasties are the Yakuza, Humarise & Detnerat.
With All For One dead, he had no successor to snare.
Instead, we will have our own set of Antagonists.
Eirei Academy
Eirei is ranked third in all of Japan, the top three schools being UA, Shiketsu & Eirei. Unlike the other two, Eirei Academy focuses on the traditional values of heroics, primarily keeping one's identity a secret and having a sense of privacy. Character names are only ever used inside the school but never in the public, Eirei is also not a fan of making their school lives hosted in public.
Mirrorwater(A Mirror Locket) Mirrorwater conjures six malleable two-way mirrors with sharp ethereal blue rose-borders as the visual appeal of the mirrors, taking after rippling waters. The seventh mirror being the locket is the core, not only can it be worn by its heirloom but also ascertain its functions with no hindrance even when conveniently hidden in pockets, sleeves and wallet, etc. When the mirrors are shattered, they dissipate like blue dust and can be resummoned as long as the locket isn't stolen or exhausted from cooldowns.

Mirrorweave, Age of Kafagway Dior reshapes any of his mirrors into weapon constructs, if not, he'll stand stationary and shoot a volley of cold beams, which at minimum has the output of a machine gun and the maximum output of multiple six barrelled shotguns in each mirror with explosive effects, enough to puncture defenses like metals, his maximum range is 60 meters.
Refraction, Baguio Mirrors Refraction allows Dior to redirect incoming attacks from any Noble Arms at the cost of a mirror(s). If the attack is weak, no mirror is lost, if the attack is intermediate, the mirror cracks while multiple attacks in succession destroys a mirror or two. However, powerful attacks can destroy three mirrors at once and even immobilize Dior's Noble Arm.
Emulation, Made in China Dior can store different ability themes of a Noble Arm, six at a time, exceeding said count, resets all of the themes he copied, every time. The ability themes he copied would be used in tandem to attribute to his Noble Arms temporarily, lasting for as long as his Noble Arm is active until disabled. Usually, he makes his own version of the fancied abilities he have into his arsenal. On the other hand, Dior has no control on which ability themes he comes across, the first six people his mirror shines upon are always the ones he mirrors.
Dior cannot copy what he don't understand.
Dior ain't having additional elements.
If he has to copy, he has to see it first.
He cannot copy NAs that also Copies.
He must copy from the Direct Owner.
He cannot outright copy, he has to reinvent it as his own.

Mystic Eyes of Danggal De La Dios These are surgically modified eyes bestowed to the finest Assassins of Danggal, its ocular prowess boast dynamic visual acuity of 20/5.
Seeing movements in fluid motion, scoping 20-feet at default and adapting quickly to low-light, dimmed & dark environments including resistance to UV radiation. It's said that Danggals with these eyes, per hyperbole are capable of looking Gods at their eyes without fear. Bringing death with style against those who cross paths with them.

Danggal Assassination Techniques Dior is versed in the assassination arts, this ranges from espionage to subterfuge, guerrilla tactics and even knowing the human anatomy to kill including falsifying of evidence and resistance to the common poison.
Dancing Specifically in downtimes, Dior takes the chances to one-up his dance rival and friend, Noel, admittedly, Noel lasts longer and has the better stamina while Dior is the equivalent of the stereotypical Asian Kung-Fu reflexes guy who incorporate it with dancing moves.
Marksmanship Dior's skill is cut to precise, he's even trained in Shuriken, Kunai and Needles.
Pagkatao Dior is someone plunged into critical decision making regardless of character disposition, reflecting characteristics of people accordingly that are sound to a fault. He commits to objectives with unwavering impartiality yet what his heart reflects is to read between the lines and embrace the inevitably of the situation to discreetly find options. Most of the time, Dior is emotive and cheerful while he withholds his true intentions and may only disclose to those he trusts.
Historia Dior is the firstborn of Lakan. Jion De Danggal, an esteemed awardee stemming from the Order of Sikatuna for outstanding diplomatic relations between Spain, Philippines, America & Japan. By the extension and shadow of his father, the Lakan (Commanding Officer), Jion De Danggal, Dior and the rest of his family members are Maginoo aka Maharlikans, Nobleborns sorted into Politics and Medicine. This is just a distraction and a facade to the masses in the Philippines, the Danggal are actually a family of Assassins, hitmen for hire, with enough clout and fear in the Philippine Criminal Underworld across Baguio, Makati & Taguig.
Dior himself don't exactly have a nice childhood, he's sheltered by the confines of homeschooling that of a Prince with stationed Mentors. He was always compared to his more gifted younger sister yet as the eldest, he's expected to lead the clan one day. At age 11, he was trained in the ways of the assassin and manifested his Noble Arm, 4 years later, in which he continuously polish.
By the age of 13, he participated in Assassination Missions, and assumed many fake identities that gained connections such as Franchising Owner of a Pizza Hut for vantage point missions and meetings with his Assassination Squads, he also traveled to Norway and gained sponsorship with Geir Ness Perfume, a fellow assassin ally, he loves Norway due to its Aurora View.
He partake the same program with an esteemed friend, Noel Alonso during the coup at Mindanao as a Second Lieutenant.
With the recent revolt of the Danggal clan, Dior is plunged into an Unwanted Situation as the pipeline and leader of said revolt while his father is actually the man behind the scenes, though clearly.
