My petpeeves are simple: I'm not fanatical about "Grammar Experts" because my rebuttal to them is simple; go find a job, get paid for being what you pose yourself as, don't waste time correcting people. In the same vein, I don't tolerate Elitist RPers, if you're an Elitist & reading this, do yourself a favor; find a job that gets you paid to be an Elitist, you have no business on forums, put me on your blacklists, don't bother me and I won't bother you, go forth and find a job that pays you to be an Elitist. Identity-disaccountability is another one that I don't accept, if you've messed up your reputation so bad, I don't have a big problem with shedding your skin to a new identity, however if your attitude comes to light, then all of this are for nothing!
Learn to take the Ls of your RP-times regardless of where you're from, I don't care where you're from. I'm willing to give you chances to change but if your old nature don't repent, then you're fooling yourself. These no-nos of mine is warranted to those who see oneself as some form of RPer-Police, and overall a total jerk, don't waste my time, go out there and touch some grass, get paid for your self-righteous etiquettes, woe to you.
For those who read up to this point, you're a gold fresh from the hearth, rejoice. I rather indulge in the harsh truths than beautiful lies. I see RP as a Business, a friend is earned but until then I'm civil enough to treat you right. I see RP as a Church, it's when different people learn to be diverse under a singular goal and I am your Pastor.

Secret Paradise
Himitsuraku takes after the common majority and unanimous preferences of stans in Kishimoto's Narutoverse.
Coursing through what "ninjalike" powerlevels mean for this battle shounen style, my Team & I've reworked the Narutoverse to the ideal powerlevels of what Shinobi are about. Although we've emphasized "proper powerlevels", given that this world' act according to role, the story itself is equally given the same treatment, reworks after reworks & sunken wonders of Naruto Roleplays, we will cultivate our dreams to makeway for a Naruto Roleplay with a resolute beginning & ending. For I don't plan this to be too stretched out, this will end in 9 arcs, just as how good ole' foxy Naruto has 9 tails!
Now that we've summed up the bits of this ideal world, especially there's no alien moon people shenanigans, if you've reached this, you are now a members of the content creating, Danyel Productions.
This section specifically addresses your curiosity of what changes had been made for the Narutoverse Roleplay at its core, do take your time to digest these justified changes to better immerse yourself, more reading, less asking, do yourselves a favor and indoctrinate yourselves.
Himitsuraku in terms of overall story deals with a Batman's Gothamesque, crime fiction plot in the village itself. With the most recent event being 7 years after our version of Pain arc, Konoha Mainland may've recovered physically but the wicked still go about sabotaging each other. Konoha Shinobi being too indulged in their classism sowed the seeds of distrust and uprising as of their situational injustices amidst reformation.
My inspiration is the noiresque arc progression of Robert Pattinson's Batman and you can already tell that there's some semblance of JJK.
If you've reached this section and read the Rulebook, I guarantee you as much that there is no need to rush towards the eventual destination.
For each every finished arc, we'll be taking longer breaks similar to how great movies like the MCU, take time to release their movies, the same goes here.
Now that you're aware that Himitsuraku balances AU and canon facts, I will spell out what it means to be a Shinobi by Rank.
You probably read the Lore Compilations and I bluntly say, most of you have the attention span of a 5-year old. So here's the gist, Genin are Academy Students, Chūnin are seasoned shinobi, this is where the grinding happens for the masses while Jonin is out of your league. In this AU, Jonin is treated with sacred rites and authority like being a Jedi Master. You don't just become a Jonin for the sake of it, once a Jonin, you're a Master Shinobi of the Council, a political figure.
We are Chūnin and for a thousand time to those who've RP'd in my RPs, I don't follow the Shounen Formula much. Enough of Genin babies & abused Jonins, in my experience, being Chunin is the ideal lineup for a Naruto RP's character roster because we can relate to something more mature. Statistically, it seems that when Naruto RPs were rampant on its haydays, a Chunin Roster promotes RP longevity.
Enough of that, basically, your role is a Chunin, ranging between 13-16 years old.
Get your IRL logic out of here! If you've read more than Japanese History, Warbooks and the like, you will understand that Naruto as a setting itself is filled with child soldier themes. Your age is just a number for mortality and experience is your guiding compass of maturity to overcome this Shinobi world.
You're an adult as soon as you're 13 and being a Shinobi taking in rigorous jobs, it's said that most don't age past 30, so the average lifespan of a Shinobi is 33.
One can say that those that lived past their 30s are fortunate.
Then again, Mortality vs Consent really depends on the era that one is situated on, if this bothers you, dont waste our time and leave.
The era we're in will be similar to the Cold Wars of IRL, inspired.
I'm not sorry for the Gen Z Slanging, that's your problem if you're triggered, moving on, because this is a neighborhood storyline, there will only be two prominent factions.
The factions are Uruha and Konoha 12.
What in the name of Jargon? Ok I'll spare you the brainrot.
Konoha 12 is your faction, give or take 6-9 Players, that's where your OC is gonna be, by virtue of fighting alongside the status quo, you see the Hokage's most prominent Chūnin Shinobi.
Uruha is the GM's faction, yes what better way to outright say that the villain/antihero group is your GM Team.
Experience Differences
To outright say it now, your Chūnin has six-months to 1-year experience, so at least that is something than nothing at all, your Chūnin has been part of the Konoha 12 for that duration.
Uruha on the other hand, being 18-21 years old, have more experience. So what is Uruha? Vigilantes, the very group that Konoha 12 is going to be clashing against with from time to time.
Every encounter with an Uruha Member is a boss-fight, so you really have to put effort in Teamwork.
Here's my problem with Naruto RPs, most of y'all, including me are guilty of filling up the Jutsu stuff, so this time, I say different, if you can write a decent enough depth of character, then we will give you the second half of the sheet, which is the combat stuff section that includes Jutsu, etc.
P.S I'm allowing 1-2 Uruha Players but you have to PM me, because Top 10 Anime Betrayals and you're under an NDA, not to reveal and sus yourself out.
Players can play refugees or foreigners from different nations.

Worldmaps? Not a problem, our Team has established the worldbuilding for this Narutoverse AU, there are changes, enabling a more immersive exp. for everyone, in the meantime, here are playable Nations, where your Shinobi is going to come from.
Please understand the vision of the GMs as to why Konoha has always been the melting pot destination as it always has been since Naruto RPs were all like. No amount of canon interpretation of places to be set towards is going to compare to the classical Konoha, so look elsewhere if you think you could do better. Land of Fire is the richest in overall development, no questions as to why it's always has been & always will be.

Brandon was surprised by the sheer spikes of magic power that Kaiga released as the floor beneath him not only appeared to be molten but the atmospheric heat of his aura, seemed to be melting the icy walls of the castle.
That quick rush sent Brandon flocking back to his shadow portal realm, flocking to his dimension safe, having nothing but agonizing scream of immolation, not even his dark magic could heal him as it cannot keep up with Kaiga's fire magic, burning him constantly, even after he escaped.
Such humiliating defeat, caught the attention of Lady Setsuka, who wiped the blood stains, dripping from her lips, she initially thought that it was from the people she drained earlier and her cup was full, not even a sip, Setsuka realized that it was her nose bleeding from the sheer heat of Kaiga's flames.
She stood up from her throne for the first time.

She didn't want to intervene with the young peoples decision making but given how it took them long to decode what's even going on and how to approach the situation swiftly, surely failed her standards. Standards that are high, Amaya took the mission upon herself based on Azuria's teaching methods, while it's personal to her, she's also an S-Class Mage & a teacher-figure to the younger generations, just like Ifrit would do.
"That young lad swift to his feet went ahead & send sinners on the same day to Ankhseram" Referring to Reuel who did what he just did, less to be said about her fellow S-Class.
"A Time Mage who just altered time & flashforwarded to spoil the schemes of the Enemy, a risky yet efficient method, that young lady knows what she's doing since the Time Bureau Rave Masters hasn't come after her."
"An Ether Gearist with the same vigor as Jericho, I'd at least praise Shinra for his capacity to listen and take precaution."
"A God Slayer of the same pantheon as Lucas, this child is on the right track to interrogate enemies but lacks the force to do so.
Amaya takes leadership of the mission and had enough of the younglings, prolonging it.
"Rena, if you have any magic at your disposal, I strongly suggest you use that instead. Young Lady, I am forbidding you to use Time Magic, I am not asking you, I'm telling you." Amaya commanded Rena not to use anymore Time Magic because of the implications.
"Jaina, leave this politician to me, I need you to look for any runes in this place."
"Right ahead of you" Amaya used her Dragon's Eye and saw runes connecting from not just Fortuna but the entire ecosystem of Iceberg.
"These are bloodbank runes, any blood spilled is converted into ritualistic magic transfer that feeds households of Vampires. In fact, not just the Vampires themselves but also their weapons, devices... Reuel...what have you done... Did Azuria even factored this to her plans? Is this a miscalculation? No. We have to move forward before Setsuka makes hers."
"On second thought, while you're at it, make it quick and I need you find the locations of Ifrit and the others because we're heading there soon."
Amaya quickly froze the incoming projectile.
Vergil Dantes has arrived.
"O Trespassers, you have sinned against Iceberg, prepare to be exorcised." The Priest, Vergil Dantes has brought the Devil Slayer Brigade with him.
"Fenix Tear Team A, disperse. We don't have time to fight the Exorcist Brigade of Iceberg, dodge their attacks and whatever you do, do not spill blood!"
Things were about to get worst.
"Jaina! Shinra!" Amaya didn't see it coming.
Vergil went ahead and gunned towards Shinra and Jaina, speed blitzing them out of range, outside, breaking the roof and setting them in midair.

Vergil went ahead and gunned towards Shinra and Jaina, speed blitzing them out of range, outside, breaking the roof and setting them in midair.

And so it began, Fenix Tear has been exposed to the inhabitants of Iceberg.
Space around him begins to crumble.

It wasn't a happy landing for Gwen, neither for Lucas and Ceri as they found themselves not quite far from the Blüdenfort Castle.
They landed in the snowy woods of Fylkirlén, separated from their comrades & fate wasn't so kind either, given the never ending quarrelful history between Gwen and Lucas. Surrounded by snow-white elden trees that spans 80-feet tall, no traces of corrupted magic can be found, Gwen briefly saw the rubble of her father's ship on the snowy grass. It's as if the trace of black magic was washed away.
Gwen's memories flashed yet it's distorted, she recalled fond memories of playing with her bestfriend in the very forest itself.
She looked at Ayuna, Lucas & Ceri, who were the only ones in immediate grasp & conversation.
This magic power felt awfully familiar

Yaorin was fighting both Kaiga & Kotarou all at once but she never anticipated that one of their own, Jericho would turn into a Dragon and that Kaiga has taken down the Nemesis Marionette, effortlessly.
Things get to be even more interesting as it went on, Yaorin recognized the sound from what's not so far. Yaorin's interest, waned in both Kaiga & Kotarou, t'was quite a migraine that of all people, she needed to feel Brandon's eery telepathic comms. & the sound of his voice was not only distorted but commanding. That's the voice that frightened Yaorin to her wits.
Brandon claimed that all his victims were marked by his runic clown magic & that escaping was never an option, at least when he's around but this time around, it's not that he needs to be around but because he's confident in the very castle that they're in.
Just who knows if Kotarou landed on some, rather grotesque traps or significant players, which by the way was rather expected.
Yaorin yawned at Kaiga, the waning interest she had with him initially, just waxed.
Suddenly, the castle began to change in form and shape, Brandon was equally surprised outside that Yaorin is going to use that.
He turned his attention to Liv, who seemed to be taking on Jericho's Dragon.
Yaorin transformed into a four-winged Angel.
Yaorin reveals herself to be a Devil Slayer, immediately using Angel Force to overpower Kaiga as she intended to bring down Jericho to lessen the physical casualties in the city.

Kotarou was warped back & together with Kaiga, their magic was restricted with antimagic particles.
It didn't take long for Yaorin to also round up whoever is at the vicinity of said location, Eris was captured & detained in the castle too.
Back to square one, Brandon watches over the prisoners while Setsuka remained seated in her throne.
