Pokemon Spiral

Edit: Also, I have to say a fight between our characters would be a pain for both sides. Dan would be almost impossible to hit and completely unable to damage Makoto.

My Character 'Blink'

Name: Dan Akita

Hero Outfit:



His outfit sports a few small rods that store a bit of the residual energy produced every time Dan teleports. The rods act as beacons to extend his range. Of course these batteries take quite a bit to charge, each one taking days to fill.

Quirk:

• Blink- Dan can teleport short distances leaving a short blue trail. His ability runs on a cooldown of approximately one second per meter traveled. While he could ignore that cooldown, it takes a fair bit of stamina. He can also bring objects and people with him, though that is considerably more draining.

Backstory:

Dan had a normal childhood until he turned four and his Quirk revealed itself. At first, nobody knew what was going on. Randomly throughout the day his clothes would be on the floor and he would be a few feet away confused. A few days later, one of the teachers saw him vanish leaving his clothes and a small blue trail of light through the wall.

It took a few years, but eventually Dan managed to control his teleportation and even move from one place to another with his clothes on. His Quirk didn't stand out like others in classes, especially since he didn't flaunt it too often. In Junior high this changed a bit as a few other kids bullied him quite often. Apparently his Quirk was useless as he could only move a meter or two at the time, so all of the kids said he was almost as weak as a Quirkless. Unfortunately for the kids in question, that lit a fire in Dan. He practiced, managing increased distances, even managing to bring larger objects with him. At some point, he decided to apply to U.A. to separate himself from the classmates that teased him and surround himself with new faces.

Supporting Characters

• Yin Akita- Dan's doting mother. Her Quirk allows her to disappear into her own shadow while still remaining mobile.
• Ken Akita- Dan's father. His Quirk allows him to duplicate inanimate objects.

The only enhancement that Yamerugo's armor has is a re-breather to help lessen the effects of his quirk.

Quirk:

• Stasis- Yamerugo's Quirk creates large sphere that stops all movement within. While the bubble is active Yamerugo is unable to breathe. Obviously such an ability is more suited for support, but Yamerugo is adamant about being a regular hero.

Backstory:

Yamerugo's parents were both support class heroes, working with natural disasters and the like. Of course as he grew he looked up to them quite a bit, but despite their expectations he wanted to fight bad guys. It was a terrifying day when his Quirk manifested in class. He trapped the teacher and was completely unable to breathe in the middle of class. One of the students found a second teacher that was able to snap Yamerugo out of it and sort everything out.

He was obviously bummed out when he learned what his quirk could do, such a power was clearly fit for a support role. Regardless, he practiced. He learned to hold his breath for longer periods of time so he could sustain the bubble, he figured out how to control where he put it, and even how to turn it off on his own. Once he graduated middle school, he applied to U.A.

Supporting Characters

• Jan Tatsumi- Yamerugo's mother. Her Quirk allows her create cushions that are often used to catch falling civilians.
• Kato Tatsumi- Dan's father. His Quirk can return people to the state their were in minutes ago. This is often used for first response efforts.

Well he can also teleport large objects (Though obviously not an entire bot) He could probably teleport the 1 and 2 point bots' heads off of their shoulders if he could make contact. I only really say this because they seem to be modular and not built as one solid piece. It wouldn't be too practical as it would drain his stamina quickly, but if he had to get some quick points in at the end of the exam...

The appearance thing was actually an accident. I have the actual one there now (or it would be if I could get the damn link to work). As for the entrance exam, he could probably take one or two out (the last episode showed that they aren't all that durable) Oh, and rescue points would probably be necessary.

His maximum distance is only about ten meters, something that he can only pull off about five times in a day at the most without rendering himself useless from exhaustion. Two or three meters is easy to pull off in comparison. He can also bring objects and people with him, though that is considerably more draining.

Rheese noticed that Sophia didn't really respond to his previous statement, so he dropped the topic. "Sounds good, I guess I should battle the gym leader at some point."

He returned his Pokemon and stood up. Maybe he wouldn't stand a chance, but he would have to try. Maybe the bald guy would give him some kind of advice like that psychic dickhead did. Even if he didn't like what Ray had said, he needed to hear it.

"Good, otherwise the detective and I would have needed to chat." Rachel said her expression softening. "I should've figured that oaf couldn't hurt Ray. He'd probably be more annoyed if Hammer had won...I mean he might actually have to give him a badge. Perish the thought."

Rachel chuckled a bit at Amber's Rockruff's antics. "I've read the theory, given the moves Armaldo can learn it seems likely. Speaking of, I have a feeling you might be interested in helping me with something I've been trying to figure out." She pulled out a Pokeball.

"I have a little friend here that needs a trainer, and since you've shown such an interest..." From the Pokeball emerged an Anorith. Rachel leaned in towards Amber she said with a fake whisper "She'll be a great help against Lan."
