If you can read that. Then as long as I have time. I'm happy to Roleplay with you. I'm okay with my French, but don't expect a Masters Thesis level of French from me.

I'm also cool with Roleplaying in English though!

Yoshina quickly nodded her head and departed along with the rest of the group. The wood elves seemingly threatened enough that they don't want to mess with the party. Soon enough, the group quickly exited the forest. Yoshina herself feeling rather exhausted after the seemingly short, but felt like a lifetime endeavor. "Whew. I'm glad that we got out of there safely." The Princess commented. "Perhaps, it would be better for all of us that we stick towards the edges of this forest later. Those wood elves seem to have murderous intent on their eyes. I can see that even from afar."

"Well, it can't be helped." The Princess finished in Sangakuan. "Now uhh, where's Thaddeus? That Privateer? I'm getting really concerned that he might not make this one out alive."

In truth, Yoshina feels a bit of dread pinging throughout her body right now. The fact that Thaddeus isn't here might indicate the worst outcome. But nonetheless. Yoshina calms herself, the horrors of the past does not have the conditions to resurface again, hopefully. "Ashwing, do you know where Thaddeus is currently located?" She asked. "I kinda don't wanna continue our small quest unless that guy's back with us."

"Also, Rudolph. Do you know of any tracking spells that might be useful right now? Just curious."

"What the frick?"

The crew of the bridge, from the helmsman to the spotter, even to the radar operator and communications officer, could only stare in amazement and turned their heads towards the Captain. Who herself was rather perplexed at the whole situation herself. Who would've thought, that in another planet, lightyears away from earth, that a creature that seemed like a dragon, that possesses all the magical properties of a fantasy dragon, from the transformation to the beautiful facial features. Would actually speak a form of language Almira could understand.

Not easily understand mind you, the language structure feels a bit off for her. But it's familiar enough, it's not Javanese, but more... old Indonesian by the looks of it.

"Ini gimana ya si naga ini bisa bahasa Indonesia?" ("How in the world did that Dragon speak Indonesian?") She visibly questioned. Looking at the crew, obviously looking either confused because they don't speak her language. But the ones that has their translators on was just as perplexed as she is. "Oke deh." ("Alright") She continued in Indonesian. "Comms officer, connect me with the tablet. I wanna talk with the Dragon myself."

The tablet buzzed into life. Quickly showing the picture of the Captain of the ship, no hat on, just her face on the screen. She looks rather surprised by the appearance of the Dragon. Sure she is enchantingly beautiful, but it feels a bit unnatural for Almira's very old eyes. Her skin's just a little bit too perfect, her facial features are directly proportional and symmetrical, without the horns and everything, she would make for a perfect runway model. But with the horns, well, she looks very, very much like a typical description of what a Dragon's human form would look like.

"Uhh. Selamat... sore Ibu Galmira. Nama saya adalah Kapten Almira Gunnarsson Budiman, dan saya adalah kapten untuk kapal Explorator Thucydides, uhh. Mohon maaf ya, kapal kami tabrak di daerah anda. Saya dan awak kapal saya sedang sibuk banget memperbaiki situasi kapal ini, mohon ibu Galmira tidak marah ya."

("Umm, good... evening miss Galmira. My name's Captain Almira Gunnarsson Budiman, and I am the Captain of the Explorator ship Thucydides. I'm very sorry that our ship has crashed in your lands. Myself and my ship-crew are very busy repairing the situation. I hope that you are not offended by this.")

Now it was the time for Galmira to be visibly shocked. The Captain of this ship spoke a... form of Pataliputran, but it feels off, feels very truncated and rough. But nonetheless it is unmistakably Pataliputran.

"I didn't expect that you would be able to speak the language of the Jungle Kingdom. But no, I am not offended by your crash. However, I would need to summon our elders for an assembly, for this is quite an interesting incident to happen. I am sure that the elders would be most accommodating to your current predicament, although I am not sure how they will truly react. I can however assure you that your safety is guaranteed. You might be considered as unwanted trespassers, but since you do not come here willingly. I cannot have your presence here disturbed, it is the Dragon's Code to be accommodating towards any visitor that has arrived here in accident."

Galmira wasn't sure about this whole thing. On one claw, she is handling this rather amicably, the humans from this 'Commonwealth' seems a very accommodating bunch, but on the other hand. She herself was not sure how the elders will react. They are ultimately reasonable, but this is genuinely a situation nobody expected.

"I will have my partners, Gallius and Honorius guard your ship. I would like to talk with you further miss Almira. But I am afraid that this kind of situation might be out of my depth, perhaps initial negotiations between your kind and ours can be initiated once an Elder Dragon has come through, yes?"

The 300 year old woman's face frowned, her hand rubbing her chin as she pondered the offer. It is good that Galmira is visibly showing no signs of hostility, but having two dragons be right next to her ship sounds very dangerous. Like, ridiculously dangerous. Galmira has shown the ability to somehow shapeshift, and the Captain was not sure what other kinds of unexplained abilities the other Dragons may have shown her.

I think it's time for her to make a counteroffer.

"Perhaps you can stay here with us Galmira. Inform your two friends over there about our arrival and make them send the message about our presence to the Elders. I am... personally not comfortable with the thought of being alone with two other dragons I am not familiar with."

Galmira, visibly intrigued by Almira's response, thought for a while, her hands making the same gestures Almira was when she was mulling about the situation. It lasted a good couple of minutes, but eventually she nodded. "Very well, I will inform my two friends about the situation, and have them inform the elders of the situation."

She immediately transformed back into her dragon form, and flew high into the sky. A good couple of minutes of talking with the other two dragons, a conversation in a language the Universal Translator picked up on and is busy deciphering. And she landed back immediately, transforming back into her human form once more. "My two friends are leaving for the nest as I speak. Would you prefer that I stay here or do you want me to be somewhere else?"

"Umm... perhaps you can wait there for a while. I need to speak with my crew first." Before the Captain's connection suddenly went dark and she turned her face towards Sumiye. "Hey, Sumiye. Can you perhaps set up a small tent in the meeting place? Nothing fancy, just set up a couple of chairs, a heater, a table, and we can have a nice conversation going. Don't worry, I'll be bringing my security team with me while you set up everything."

"As for you Zoe. Can you come with me to the site as well? I think you can ask about the local flora in this region to the Dragon. As good as an icebreaker as we can get talking to this dragon, right?"

"Oh dear here we go. Good luck Q-T! I really don't wanna be you right now..."

@King Cosmos@deadpixel101@DracoLunaris

CIC has done a dang good job making sure the weapons are auto-tracking the three targets. Their significant size making them relatively easy to lock and auto-track, but Almira herself was still a bit nervous. Sure, Sumiye has ordered the reactor to run at a quarter capacity, sufficient, so CIC says, to ensure full combat readiness with some power being redirected from other parts of the ship. But she still bit her finger a little bit, this is, quite literally, an unknown unknown. She doesn't know their capabilities, and hopefully the Dragons don't know about what this ship's capable of.

"Hey, anyone heard about D&D? That one tabletop RPG that used to be popular in the 21st century? Heh, who would've thought right?" She tried cracking a joke, her nervousness very visible for everyone to see. "See, I've heard that Dragons in D&D are categorized as Good, Neutral, or Evil. And they say that the Dragons with Red Coloring's pretty evil, while the yellow one's good. I... forgot about what color neutral Dragons should take. But if it's blue, then..."

"Captain." An officer interrupted. "Q-T Brackman's out in a jetbike."

"Good, track her, tell her to move 500 meters away from the edge of the bow of the ship. Stop there, signal to us if she's okay, and then signal to the dragons. Do a lightshow or something."

"Yes Captain."

"Also, can you tell Q-T to show them my face in case they land in front of her. I wanna make sure that I get to talk to them face to face. Assuming they can talk of course."

"Yes, of course. I will relay that to Q-T ma'am."

Unfortunately, she was too focused on the job that she didn't hear much from Zoe. But she only gestured for her to stay in the bridge and probably inform the crew at the Botanical gardens should something go haywire.

Galmira was not sure what to make of this mass of metal she's staring at. The Thunder Dragon eyed the object with curiosity, at first she thought that the meteor was just a chunk of rock that crashed into the Great Table. It visibly spooked the elders, themselves thinking that for such an object to crash at a place of great importance, a great change will come about in all societies in Friestan. While she does think that the Elders can be a bit kooky at times, this time though, they might be right.

This looks unlike anything she has seen in her very long life. Nothing, not her time spent in Oberia, Takal, Putonghua, Kumandra, nothing has the aesthetic of this 'meteor', assuming you can call it that. And this 'meteor' also has humans running around inside of it? Just what is this thing exactly?

Just then, Galmira saw a small figure darting out of the metallic object. An... automaton by the looks of it? She took interest in it, but then the Automaton seemed to... waved at her? It seems that this little metallic object wants to talk, she gestured at her friends, both of them nodded and seemingly agreed to cover her as she descended, and so she did. She is the only one here that knows how to speak in the lesser species' languages.

The Elders will certainly be interested once she goes back home with news of this. She landed at the Great Table, her fluttering leaving a small snowstorm in her wake, before she transformed herself, revealing an enchantingly beautiful humanlike form with elongated ears and three horns protruding from her head.

What language will she choose... hmm, perhaps Pataliputran might be for the best, this is pretty close to Pataliputra after all.

"Greetings little one." She gestured at the Q-T unit. "Might I ask, but where do you hail from? And why have you crashed at this Great Table?"

Amanda was just waiting around. Her eyes a fluttering of light flashes and other such randomness as the whole group got around. Of course she heard about the whole conversation. The group decided to have the night out together, with the only exception being Ulross, who decided to retire for the day. Big guy also made a big impression to her, considering all the firepower he managed to lay down, alongside with Scarlet of course.

"Just a moment, I'm perusing the Frankfurt office's database to find some grub we can eat." Amanda replied to the group. Not moving an inch as her eyes kept fluttering in a small lightshow. In a flick of a switch though, Amanda shook her head, looked at the group, and smiled with a shine of a thousand suns. "Found something, It's an old German restaurant just across the block right over there. It's an employee favourite, it's implied that their beers and meat selection's top quality. So let's go there!! My treat." the android gestured, leading the group towards the restaurant.

The restaurant itself felt... old, like some tavern where traders and adventurers would go in ages past. Signs of modernity are still present, there are computers, people texting each other in their cellphones, and cars parked all across the street where the restaurant lies, but the restaurant itself felt like some old tavern that just got transported into 1995. A real gem by the looks of it. Amanda, herself knowing German, gestured at the waiter. "6 persons please." She ordered in German, and they were promptly placed in two sofas surrounding a table right next to a wall.

Red leather sofas too. Fancy.

"Alright, I'm just gonna sit here and relax while I'll let you order some stuff. The waiter said that their beers, bockwurst and hollandaise asparagus are their top sellers."

"Alright, so dropship's down, but it looks like our terrestrial vehicles aren't too banged up by the looks of it. I can work with this, we just need to wait until the Dropship's back online and then we can have some fun."

@DracoLunaris@deadpixel101@King Cosmos

Almira listened intently on both Q-T and Zoe as both of them elaborated on their Section's current status. Her fingers twiddling and grabbing her Captain's hat as she listened to the two crewmembers. She's happy that there's only 1 injury in the EVA crew, and that the rest are busy repairing the ship and ready to assist Engineering should there be such a need. She's little bit concerned with Zoe's report though, a possible loss of biodiversity doesn't look good by the looks of it. BUT, water, at least from her simple observation, shouldn't be too much of an issue. Especially considering where they crashed right now.

"Don't worry too much about water Zoe. We're quite literally in Icy mountains and it shouldn't be too hard to chip some ice from, well, literally all around you and put it in the water filtration system. Once Engineering brings the reactor back up you shouldn't be worrying too much." She replied to Zoe's concerns. "Well, looks like I'm getting a good idea of the current situation. Take a shower and take some rest if you have time in-between all this work. I know I'll be tired as hell if I were in your shoes. Alright, Zoe, Sumiye, you're dismissed for now. Q-T, can you take me to the Hangar bay and show me the vehicles we have available, I think that we ca-"

A sudden ring on the telephone interrupted the Captain's speech. Visible annoyance was felt in Almira's face, but she took a deep breath and grabbed the ringing object. "Yeah? Captain here. Whatchu need? Uhuh... uhuh, seriously? Does that creature pose a threat to the ship? Alright alright, I'm on my way to the bridge right now."

She closed the phone and looked at the trio. "Ooookay, so uhh... I think you might wanna come to the bridge and see this one girls." She gestured and immediately walked, the three figures tailing her as she goes through the hallways, saluted several of her officers, took the lift and arriving at the bridge.

And it was at that bridge that the 'creature' she talked on the phone was very visible for all to see. 3 winged creatures, one red, one blue, and one yellow. Each of them with scaly wings and as a Bridge crew handed Almira some binoculars. Possessing visible reptilian features throughout their body.

Almira did not hesitate. Her crew's safety is priority right now.

"Comms?"

"Yes ma'am?"

"Contact CIC, VLS firing solution, 3 capital ship mixtures, focus on Armour Piercing missiles. DO NOT FIRE unless I give the order."

"Of course ma'am."

"Tell them that I want guns and shields activated, I don't care if power's redirected from unnecessary parts of the ship. APFSDS rounds on the guns, Laser CIWS at full wattage at the ready too."

"Yes ma'am."

"Get all outside crews back to the ship, don't bother about equipment, I just want them safe." She finally ordered, to a chorus of yes ma'ams too. The Captain then immediately turned, her eyes focusing on Sumiye. "Sumiye. Can you do a crash activation of the reactor for me? And make sure those final safety checks are done real quick. I don't want that." She gestured at the Dragons. "Frying the ship. It will probably complicate engineering matters would it not?"

She then turned her head back towards the bridge. "I have no idea if that thing can talk or not. Dragons from what I've read can, but I've never met one before. Hmmm... Q-T? Are you willing to become humanity's temporary envoy to the dragons should you be needed? Sorry about this, but I honestly think that you're probably the only thing that can resist dragonfire right now."

"Ah shit, I knew this was going to happen. Looks like we have to get a bit creative now aren't we?"

@King Cosmos@DracoLunaris@deadpixel101

Shit shit shit shit shit.

The Captain was already expecting the bad news to happen in a short while. But What she's not sure of was that the Ship cannot be floated. As Sumiye suspects, the Captain does remember the old days where they used to built large accelerators that span kilometers, in places like say, Siberia or Western China without a lot of people, put whole spaceships on large rockets, and then slingshot them into space with the combined magnetic and rocket force. She's even old enough to remember the days when spaceships are just crude little things, barely large enough to be launched by a single rocket. In places like Cape Canaveral or Baikonour.

She suspects that building those things will be prohibitively expensive, and she suspects that asking Sumiye to build an accelerator, in the mountains like this, is just an exercise in futility.

But more importantly, is that the FTL drive is down. And so they are on their own for the time being, sure, the Thucydides must send a report via the FTL comms system in a couple months, but that's a couple months way too long for Almira's liking. Admiralty will have to pinpoint where the Thucydides Jumped, nearby planets on the way of their jump, investigate each one of them, and... Well let's just say it'll take a long time for that.

Yeah, priority number one is repairing the FTL drive by the looks of it.

"Sumiye, once all necessary repairs on the ship's done. I want the fixing of the FTL drive to be the No. 1 Priority for the crew of the Thucydides. That goes for the EVA team as well, this ship's don't necessarily need as much chrome right now as it needs it's communicator, so coordinate with all engineers, from all sections, and get that FTL fixed in a couple weeks time preferably. Is that workable?"

"Oh, and Sumiye, I'm not sure if you heard of this, but I'm certain that if you look at the local database internet, that there is a small program the Commonwealth Exploratory force tried experimenting on in the mid 2300s. It's called... hmm, I forgot, is it the Chang'e program? Anyway, it essentially entails putting small anti gravity reactors all across the ship specifically in situations where the ship's grounded like this one. It's a canned project, but from what I've heard, the science and engineering around that project is sound. So maybe look up on that once that FTL's fixed."

"I'll coordinate the expedition myself. And I would like for you to be there as well Sumiye. Once you get the small business of repairing the FTL drive underway. There's no mechanic I trust right now to be in the field rather than you, so I'll probably hold off the expedition once the FTL drive's repaired. Now, with that out of the way, Brackman, onto you." She gestured at the robot. "How are the EVA crew's doing? You think they're ready to assist engineering in FTL repairs?"

@Izurich@13org@Sanity43217@Medili

The ship that travelled through the many winding rivers, and into the heart of the Dragonspine mountains, was piloted by some simple ship Captain, he has travelled through these rivers his entire life, and knows the intricacies and unique features this Cijatung river has to offer. Right now, they are traveling at the Northern Edge of this great river, and soon enough, by day's end. They arrived right near the source of this great Cijatung river itself.

And in front of them, lies the cold, high mountains of the Dragonspine.

The mountain range itself isn't the problem. Sure, these mountains are high and very cold, but it is feasible to wade through it's many winding paths and arrive on the other side. No, the problem with the Dragonspine are, well, It's dragons. An incredibly territorial bunch with no penchant on Burning, or Freezing, or Electrocuting you on the spot should you ire them. Possessing a natural baseline level of magic resistance and extremely strong to boot, there is a reason why no nation has claimed the Dragonspine mountain chain as their domain.

And right on the base of that mountain chain, facing off the party of 4 individuals, is a path that will lead into the 'Great Table', a plateau within the Dragonspine mountains that has historically served as a meeting point for various dragons. And also, by the calculations of various sages, mages, and astrographers, the place where that meteor supposedly crashed at.

One can only wonder whether the party will encounter a few, or many dragons along their way. Add on top of the various wild beasts that roam the land, this looks like it's going to be a tough expedition either way.

"Well, the team's all here I guess. Let's get this meeting started shall we?"

@King Cosmos@DracoLunaris@deadpixel101

Almira wasn't sure what to make of the first arrival to her office. Obviously she is far, far too dirty and sweaty to be present in a meeting at any level. But then again, Almira is certain that Doctor Zoe has been busting her ass off trying to save the botanical gardens from dying off. So she's not much in a punishment mood right now, considering all the circumstances that has befallen her ship and her crew.

Just as she was about to greet Zoe though, out comes that Brackman unit and Engineer King. Both of them seemingly opening the door at the same time. Q-T leaking coolant fluid and Sumiye King not looking that much better, with grease and black stains covering all over her clothes and face. Darn, is the situation down in Engineering that bad? Well, hopefully she'll get a better idea of what's going on once Engineer King starts talking.

"Darn. You all look like you need a shower or something." Almira commented. "Do clean yourself after all this BS is over alright? You look like you need it. Captain's Orders."

"Aaaanyway. Why don't Acting Chief Engineer Sumiye King start off today's meeting, can I get an assessment of damages please? How long till the ship can be floated again? Is there a potential reactor malfunction? Should we mount more Wind Turbines as alternative power sources? I want everything. Then we can move onto Dr Zoe and how the botanical garden's functioning, and finally, to Q-T and how the EVA crew's doing? That alright for you?"

"I'll be honest. I kinda want to mount an expedition across the mountains, find out the surrounding area, that kind of stuff. But I need to know if our 'base' is secure enough for us to mount such a thing. So please, give me everything I need to know, nooks and crannies and all."

@13org

The Demon woman heard everything Faye has to give out. Only nodding and continuing the magical ritual to ensure her mana flow is stable. All excess mana, all chaotic mana, slowly flows out of her as she continued talking about her experiences during the Shattering.

And when she suddenly hugged her. The 500 year old woman returned the hug in kind. Happy with the fact that Faye is fine, she is well aware how people like her, people that are very much in tune with the magical properties of the world, are particularly susceptible to the deleterious effects. She has a... personal experience with such things, being a demon herself, nowhere near enough to incapacitate her in the way it did to Faye, but enough to make sure she doesn't want such things happening even to her worst enemies.

"You return that hat to Morgana. I would like to have a chat with your robotic senior agent currently doing the rounds." Madeleine replied. Waving her hand to Faye as she herself started walking towards the living machine. Busy giving out orders and ensuring the process of evidence acquisition is doing well.

@King Cosmos@BigPapaBelial@AWACS@Martian

Being so busy coordinating the relief effort that she didn't see the Demoness slowly creeping out on her. Quickly shocking her the moment she turned her head.

"GOD! Oh, it's you. Eheheh, sorry for being so startled." Amanda embarrassingly greeted Madeleine, her right hand massaging the back of her head. "Are you here to report something? I know that you've been busy healing Faye up, so I'm kinda sorta not sure what else you've got going on."

"Oh please Amanda, there is always something going on within the OMR." Madeleine coyly replied. "But more seriously, I think that you've done enough work today Amanda. Perhaps I can take things from here, you can debrief your teammates on the way back to Frankfurt. And finally have some fun while you're at it! This city by the Rhine has lots of things to offer you know?"

"Really? Can you tell me some of them?"

"You just have to find out yourself dear." Madeleine winked, much to the disappointment of Amanda.

"Fine." Amanda relented, finally summoning the whole team to her location, "Don't worry about that Prelude Scarlet. Insurance will probably cover that one once this entire affair is finished. Why don't we just get back on our cars and drive back to the office huh? I'll debrief on the ride home."

The ride itself was rather non-eventful, with Amanda complimenting each and every one of the Agents (and contractor) for a job well done. The Android pointed out Morgana's ability to figure out solutions to an unconventional situation, the combat abilities of Scarlet and supporting abilities of Micheal, and of course, patted Faye in the head for maintaining composure even during something that would understandably make her go crazy.

Soon enough, the group finally reached the Frankfurt office once more, and with that. Amanda finally let go of the team for the day. "Look, the sun's setting, and I'm gonna let you go until tomorrow. Do come back here tomorrow at around... 10? Yeah, 10 AM would work. We have a lot fo work tomorrow, opening up evidence that Field team just hauled back tot he office, but for now, I'm gonna go and hit the town, if anyone here wanna come and join me, then feel free to do so, alright?" She finished, smiling to the rest of the team. "Say Morgana. Do you know of any German food you might be interested in? I'm kinda new to Germany myself, but from what I've read of you, you are a researcher for the OMR right? That also means traveling all across Europe right? To head over research conferences and stuff."

"C'mon, help me out here Morgana. I really don't know anything about Frankfurt."

"I still have no idea how we survived that crash."

@King Cosmos@DracoLunaris@deadpixel101

The mountainside is definitely cold, that is for sure. It's been a while since she last visited Tibet and the Himalayan regions, but this definitely matches the frigidity and the coldness of those areas. Nothing but cold mountains for miles on end, perhaps the occasional Yak braving the cold, and the endless snow pouring down from god knows where.

Almira herself was wearing nothing much, just her typical getup, it seems like an impossibility at first, but, as she's keenly aware of it. Almira was genetically modified, and one of the perks of getting military genetic modifications is the fact that you really don't need multiple layers of clothing to stay warm. Her internal body's metabolism is working overdrive to keep her temperature stable, and she really cannot stay here for more than a week at most. But she's not standing outside of the ship to do nothing.

She is working, a binocular on hand, watching the mountain ranges for any signs of... well, anything at this point. She just got news from the hangar that some of the planes and dropships, although damaged, can be repaired relatively easily from the existing stock of spare parts. So until the hangar's back to operational duty, all she wanted to do is to hunker down and make sure the situation didn't spiral out of control like what just happened when they were transiting in FTL.

She sees the security team setting up barricades, metallic walls with energy shielding, some wind turbines in order to get some alternative power source besides the Ship's reactor, and gates and weapon emplacements all over the place. With nothing much to see, she went back into the bulkhead, the same bulkhead she exited herself out of, and went back to the bridge.

"Hey." She gestured at one of the bridge's crew, a communications officer by his rank. "Can you bring in Chief Engineer King, that Brackman unit, and doctor Zoe Theseum to my Quarters? Make sure that they make a report of the current status of their sections, how are the repairs going, how are the botanicals fairing, are the EVA crew okay, that kind of stuff. It doesn't have to be extensive or anything, I just need a sitrep of what's going on."

"Yes Captain." He replied, promptly going to work as Almira exited the Bridge again and went back to her Quarters. She spotted some ridges within those mountains that would made for great points of exit, and perhaps lead a short expedition around the mountain chain should there be a need for such things. But before anything like that can happen, she needed her ship to be as prim and proper as she can be before making such endeavors.

She hopes that the repair logs from King aren't anything too bad, else she would just need to hunker down for the rest of the week at the very least. No hostile creatures by the looks of it though, silver linings in the situation by the looks of it.
@Martian. I know that real life comes first, but it's almost been 5 days since you posted this. I can wait but at the end of the week I need to move the story forward, take care of yourself first, I will ensure Xaviron won't die suddenly or some stupid stuff like that.
