@baraquiel I uhh.. play the game he's in.
-_- I have a concept and my brain is like a stuck faucet. I know what she looks like. *sigh* bringing the laptop to dnd tomorrow, we will see what happens...
sorry it's super short. It took me a long time just to get that much out. >_< I am like.. wrung out mentally.
The feeling of being watched intensified greatly. But then, the water rippled, and there was a series of splashes as something surfaced from the water.

"You noticed me. You can't be human. I've been watching humans for years and they never see me." Chalakon leaned on a sizable boulder jutting out of the water, brown upper body dripping water. Curious blue eyes stared the elf down. "Hm. I thought you were human with funny ears, but no. Your senses actually work. What are you?"
@Omega Man True. But I will back off. Can't work out a character and my work life is about to go into nuclear meltdown.
@PerfectThought Hey, yes I am. I apologize for the delay. My husband was in the hospital (he is okay!) and we're kinda adjusting around some things.
@Omega Man bruh I told you to tag me when you were alive again...
Jinny couldn't help but giggle faintly at the behavior between the twins. Having a sibling seemed sort of fun. When Inei went over the MP5, she hesitated. There was plenty more to look over on that kind of gun. But would be showing her hand if she told them that? Probably. But she did want to make friends, and they had been nice to her when everyone else was too scared.

"You missed a few things on the guns. Lemme help." She gave them a brief run through of what else to check on an unknown weapon. Then, like everyone else, she started into practice.

It didn't take her long to get used to the weight of the Glock. Once she had the kick handled, she started to mess with the target settings to make things more interesting. The extra screen that she hadn't triggered made her squint in suspicion before it clicked who was intruding. The data was interesting, but she didn't want to be bothered at the moment.

Oh well. This would just have to be a free lesson in ignoring distractions. Otou-san had been working on that one with her before they had left for HYAEP. Jin was not good at it, unfortunately. No matter how hard she tried, a certain level of distraction would yank her out of what she was doing.

Finally choosing a high speed and random set, she inhaled and exhaled, trying to deliberately push herself into the spot in her mind she used for math equations. When she fought Gizmo, she'd worked out that he could do what she could, but fast enough to put it to use. How irritating - that shithead could outdo her at her own game.

The targets flew, fast. Jin's body moved, instincts and training and frustration blending seamlessly. One target after another dropped. It was as if everything else fell to the background like before, but this time on purpose.

Jinny became aware of her surroundings again once the last target dropped. She blinked a few times, then flinched as everything almost immediately too loud and bright. She muttered several vulgarities under her breath while trying to shake it off. The sensory overload was not physically painful, but it was just as debilitating.

hey! I am not dead though I feel like it.

Trying to pick myself up. Husband is really going through it and I'm 50% of his support system so I haven't really had free time for myself lately.
