I’m gonna go ahead and throw this out there in case past players are waiting around to submit CS’s… only gonna have six players on each team with a total of thirteen players including myself.

Also, as it seems to be a thing on rpguild… a hero dressing in more street style clothing is usually one person per team’s schtick. Anyone submitting an anime inspired visual will have to give me something more in terms of a superhero appearance. Shard’s Evermore character is a good example. In the extra bits there was battle gear that included a hood, mask, and chest piece. It’s cool if somebody wants the street clothes schtick, but go ahead and have a backup superhero suit in case. I’ll just pick somebody to be ‘that guy’ out of the lot who wants street clothes for their thing. This includes the accepted characters.

@Avanhelsing Kid Solomon is definitely accepted. Can't wait to see more of him in the universe. He'll definitely be 'that guy' in the Titans who wears street clothes. That's just too good of a look not to use with all of the tats. I think that was one of the reasons I didn't try and use Constantine in the last game as a primary, your magic guy just seemed too cool for me to step on any toes.

@Shard I wouldn't mind the character change but of the two I like Evermore 10x more. The rich guy backstory and possible friendship with Bruce Wayne, his limited power set, as well as the look with the hood and face mask are all just well put together and something I can really work with in the game.

@Double I definitely might use a C or D list rogue as a villain for my Secondary, as soon as I figure out who that will be LOL. Right now I've got Replicant as part of Sideways story similar to his introduction in the comics.

Could be good to discuss prior relationships between characters as a whole. Would also be fun to write down a character relationship sheet, eventually.

@Double The problem with the last DCU game was that we had more solos than team players. Everybody wanted a similar situation, however none of them followed through IIRC.

Cold could've been in Metropolis on the day Doomsday attacked and he could've helped save citizens. League offered membership to most of the heroes who helped during then, unless they were obviously still too young or inexperienced.

I thought I mentioned it here in the thread however it might have been in the old Discord. Secondaries will be available after two posts in-game. Remember though you can choose to opt out and just tell solo stories of your character away from their respective teams.

I'm thinking for the JL I may recreate the Ray and make him a legacy character who's great grandfather was the original Ray back in WWII.

He’s from Gotham, rifts just about anywhere as a hero. He also operates in San Francisco with the Titans.

Strength - he can lift 7-10 tons [roughly 20k pounds max].

Speed/Agility - also above average, but also due to being a parkour enthusiast.

Rifting – Derek can create rifts in space/time and teleport anywhere he can think of as well as cross into the Multiverse, Dark Multiverse, and the spaces in between.

He can be physically overpowered and is vulnerable to the same things as any human would be in a light body armor suit. Outside of his suit, smaller arms fire doesn’t bother him as much as anything high powered and knives can still do damage. He’s meant to be flawed somewhat in the same ways as Spider-man. He’s human and vulnerable.

He’s good with computers and most modern tech. Knows waaaay too much about tv and movies as well as music. His powers make him stealthy when it’s needed. Anything else he just Google’s or watches a YouView video on it.

⫸ ⫸ BRIEF Bio: ⫷

During the Justice League’s discovery of the Dark Multiverse some years earlier, 16 year old Derek James fell into an opening into the space between universes. Four days later he woke up with powers allowing him to teleport anywhere he could think of. After coming into contact with the Fuginauts, Derek learned of the Multiverse, the Dark Multiverse, and the space in between called the Hypertime Membrane. Derek would face a dark matter creature from the Dark Multiverse similar in a way to Marvel’s Venom symbiote, however it would consume and manipulate half of Darkstar Science’s staff including their CEO. After a war with Sideways, Batman, and other allies from Gotham the Fuginauts stepped in to help eliminate the Dark Matter’s presence, or so they thought.

After the Dark Matter managed to corrupt one Fuginaut it took nearly all of them and began destroying worlds in the Multiverse and Dark Multiverse. Now only Tempus remains after Sideways cornered them in a dark universe that Tempus destroyed.

Now after having the weight of two Multiverses thrust onto his shoulders in a three year period, Derek focuses on getting grounded back in his universe and joins the Titans after Batman offers him a steady income while attending school.

Batman, cause Derek lives in Gotham and he’s also a member of the Titans.

Ernestine Edgars, at 19 years old she’s become the Edna Mode of the DCU and creates looks for several heroes now. Still a potential love interest for Derek but she’s become her own shining star thanks to Sideways.

Replicant, Derek’s first metahuman enemy now also powered by the Dark Matter.
