Update on post:
Today marks the two-week limit for me. I've no real excuse as to why I haven't gotten the post up in the last few days, especially as I said I would yesterday. Just been low on motivation for many things. However, I took about five hours out of my day to go for a nice walk as the rain has finally ended, and get a much-needed change of scenery which has greatly helped with that low-energy feeling. So, tomorrow will be the day for the post. Apologies to the GM team for the delay.
I have, though, been using these last few days of lackadaisicalness to read IC posts and I am almost caught up. So there's a positive there.

I made a heroic Doctor Doom in a previous game. The only thing holding you back is imagination... and really terrible concepts.

I didn't mean that the entirety of the cosmos was in a week-one equivalent development. I meant that if we are ignoring the rule that our player characters have to be week one so long as those characters aren't Earth-based, then that establishes a precedent.

I mean, if we're saying that only Earth is week one, and everything else, cosmic or otherwise, is fair game, that's a bad precedent to set.
My professional development ends tomorrow evening, so I'll spend this weekend catching up on at least the first page of the IC, and working on a post. After that, I'll have a week or so before the school year starts, so I want to use that time to make progress before I need to start devoting time to educating the brats youth of America.
This week is my professional development, from early morning to evening, so I won't have time to do much until Friday. I forgot to mention that earlier.
