Technically, they're dipping before this event happens. They're still in the early period of superhumans emerging, in the first few days after the RP would have began, but you would never know that because my posting rate is atrocious and I'm far, far behind.

But I'll remedy that slightly once they return from the Negative Zone, after which they'll be on 'par' with everyone else timeline-wise. Until they're not, again, because of my posting rate.

... It's the thought that counts.
