Hailing from long line of secretive yet clever mages, Quill Gellers is the youngest son of the Gellers family, a mage group dating back to the Age of Gods in Ancient Greece. Always keeping to themselves, the family do not have ties to any of the factions in the Moonlit World, be it the Atlas Institute, The Wandering Sea or the Clock Tower. As such, any who do encounter a Gellers are met with uncanny wit, esoteric magecraft and modern worldviews. Quill is no exception and when the Chaldea Security Organization offer a slot to the family, it was Quill who was sent to fill the need.

Primary Servant Install
Servant, Assassin. Fuuma Kotarou. I might look like this, but please don't let that bother you...
With a family as reclusive as Quill's, it seemed only fitting that he would be matched with the "Evil Wind" ninja himself, Fuuma Kotarou.
Quill gains Kotarou's kunai(normal and explosive) and throwing stars, as well as the speed and agility of a true ninja. He also gains the trademark abilites of the shinobi, such as running on water and walls, standing on various surfaces including ceilings and being able to move without a sound. Upon Install, Quill receives the full arsenal of a veteran shinobi, including a wakizashi, a kusarigama, windmill shurikens and bombs(smoke and explosive). He also gains the ability to produce shadow clones and substitution(swap himself with a wooden log or dummy). The install completely replaces Quill's current outfit with Kotarou's signature shinobi grab(Ascension 2).

- Sabotage B+: Quill cripples his enemies with clever traps, decreasing their Attack and Critical Rate so that they never get the advantage that they needed for short amount of time.

-Crit Rate Reduction(Enemies), 3/Post - Ninjutsu A+++: Quill grants himself or one of his allies a ninja's agility, giving them Evade and upping their Critical Star Drop Rate for a brief time.

-Critical Star Drop Rate Boost(Ally or Self), 1/Post - Suspicious Shadow C++: Quill tampers and exposes the enemies' weaknesses for his allies with shinobi-class efficiency, decreasing their Debuff Resistance and Defense for a short time. Also causes Buff Block on all enemies for a crucial moment.

- Presence Concealment A+: Preferring to not be seen, Quill will always look for opportunities to stick to shadows dark areas or any kind of sufficient cover, waiting for the right moment to strike when enemy least expects it.

Noble Phantasm
"Immortal Chaos Brigade"
An Anti-Army Noble Phantasm that lets Quill calls upon the spirits of 200 Fuuma Ninja and leads them to turn the area surrounding the enemy into pure darkness before sending them to Hell in a towering twister of flame.

Magecraft Abilities/Items
- Sleight of Hand: Able to pickpocket and steal from an NPC without alerting them. The more aware/paranoid the NPC is, the harder it will be to pickpocket from them.
- Blink: Able to teleport up to 50 yards. Can rapidly teleport in succession but drains mana very quickly.
- Phasing: Can go through walls and solid objects. Can stay within a wall or solid object for 10 seconds before needing to get out.
