Everything was happening very fast. In one moment they had jumped out the next the fighting began and it ended. Amelia for some reason found herself barely able to react by the time it was over with the walkers in the immediate vicinity. The rain was growing in strength ever so heavy and the noise of it was deafening the surroundings and lessening visibility to a great degree. This was the perfect moment to avoid walkers as in most cases they would have troubles keeping up and spotting or hearing you. Then again the reverse was also true... you could more or less run into something you didn't hear or spot. Hopefully this would work in their favor this time around. She really didn't want to run into something unexpected... Though she didn't expect to run into Tati and her child too... If they ran into that unexpected thing she'd be actually quite happy!

She noticed that Riley's revolver jammed which was not nice, but it was over for now. Water was going down her face and shoulders, soaking her, but it wasn't important, they were free for the moment!” Riley, time to get back!” She said and gestured to her love to start get back into the horde buster, since she wasn't sure if Riley could her her through the rain. She also held her bad in readied manner in case something shows up, but luckily it was pretty clear around as far as she could see. It seems for the moment it was fine. She also started waving for the Nun to get inside. Granted in Amelia's mind there was also the pressing manner of the chance that the nun was a spy/evil/cultist/psycho/serial killer that she had to whack in the head at the slightest signs of danger, so she was god damn keeping an eye on her for the moment as she proceeded to also start getting back into the vehicle. At least inside they should be able to talk and hear each other with far less difficulty!

Driving through New York as always was a pain. New York was one of those cities she really didn't appreciate the traffic of. Granted trafficlights and the like were a thing, but it didn't make the road much faster to navigate. At least she had the police lights going on which was making things ever so better for her as she threw a glance around, navigating towards the point of interest which all in all 10 minutes weren't too much of a time to respond.

When they finally arrived, the scene was more or less as if taken from a tv show. There was an old lady who probably was the caller, there was a couple who were having a breakup like argument with the man down on the road while the woman was throwing out his stuff out the window and presumably at him. Claire raised an eyebrow and burst into muffled laugh as she quickly put on her hat and gestured for her partner to follow.

β€œExcuse me, Sir could you please step away from there?” Claire called to the man who was being showered by stuff.” Ma'am you too, if you please could you stop throwing stuff for a moment?” She called loudly and gestured her rookie at disposal to stay nearby should he needs to tackle a fool. As Claire focused on her power, she started to hear the noise of the busy street... well the brainwave radio of the busy street and all passing thoughts of everyone around, but she did pick up a specific line that the man wasn't cheating and was only hanging with his cousin. Well...' You poor unfortunate soul... RIP.' She thought and looked upwards again.” Ma'am, this is NYPD, if you continue to throw stuff outside, I will be forced to detain you, so please stop and explain to me what caused this mess.”

β€œOhhh.... okey?” She quietly replied and blinked a few times with her big round eyes.” Sure...!” She finally said with more emotion as she realized Riley wanted to tag alone in her painting supplies shopping. It really wasn't much of anything special, but who knew, maybe the musician will enjoy going to that low profile, but good art supplies store that Amelia frequented. It was nice, well stocked and at a calm location so there weren't too many customers most of the time. She could slowly chose her things without troubling anyone with how picky she was about some stuff... like pencil lead types.” Well art supplies I do need... I ran out of some stuff last night... on superhero sketches...” Amelia nodded and suddenly realised she did blur out what she was doing and flushed like a tomato.

β€œClothes, I've not gotten my paycheck yet and there's still time till then, so for now I will only be window shopping.” She said quietly again, feeling awkward.” I will buy some stuff online later though, once my paycheck arrives.” Amelia added, avoiding eye contact. She was going to buy some cheap discount stuff as usual. It worked for her! She spend more money only on really required things such as a decent coat, winter boots or the like. For everyday and the like use she just bought stuff that were functioning. She didn't want to have Riley feel like she ought to help her by buying something for her. Because she was rather sure that was bound to happen.

The thoughts of tiny soullesses didn't leave Constantin's mind for a few moments as the image of finger sized monsters going 'rawr' appeared in his mind and he couldn't stop himself from chuckling at the idea of them being squashed under the heel of a big leather boot. This image alone was very entertaining especially given the situation, but then Vlad's loud voice reached him taking about a seed.' Vhat's the crazy person vant vith a seed?' He wondered as he followed and made sure to not fall back even an inch. This was probably going to take a good while of riding before they arrived.

From the looks of it the German made a hat from a snack? Constantin blinked and shook his head, this weirdness was getting to him! He was trying to rhyme for no reason! He took a deep breath and continued his attention on the road Vlad was leading them through... or was it Ludwig that was leading them? Well it was really weird to consider someone having a nice journey while comfortably being carried in a bag to be leading them, but Constantin did realize that indeed the cookie fellow was supposed to be the current guide.' Guess madness is it's own revard....' He mumbled, looking over the bag. Who knew what the world looked like to that one and what he was seeing. As much as Constantin held a grudge, he couldn't help be wonder what ideas and thoughts filled the head of the currently little man. Madness was often said to be mistaken with genious.

'Then again he's vearing a seed shell as a hat...' Constantin thought and decided to stop paying as much attention on the little man and more on the road. Who knew what manners of dangers might appear on this unknown road.

β€œHmmm?” Mosi made a questioning sound as she looked over at Nora as the woman spoke to her. She seemed quite dissatisfied with something which baffled the American for a moment until she finally heard everything that Nora told her.” Ohhh...” She added another sound of surprise and started chuckling at it. It was a rather mild chuckle, nothing too loud or bombastic, but enough to notice her amusement of the topic.

β€œMy death...” She started, forcing herself to stop chuckling.” My death will probably be painful, grotesque and more likely than not at a place or situation where the news of it will take time to spread if at all. People speaking coldly of my death? I'd be rather fine with it, I simply don't care. I'm also not afraid of death. In manner of fact, once I die, I will have an answer to the question of what's after death, is that not a good thing? Death should be celebrated, not lamented and feared!” Mosi snickered.

She looked at the doctor treating Mahendra and then about the place.” Don't worry Mehendra! Scars will make people think twice before messing with ya, it's a good thing!” She called to cheer up the man!” We can also get some tattoos later for additional encouragement! SOLDIER ON!”

Kosara's exorcism was on point. She hadn't pulled one off in quite a while, but it seemed she still had it in her. As the demon proceeded to kill off hte host before escaping, Kosara finally frowned." Fucker pulled one over on me." SHe was not pleased with this developement of hte situation, but all things considered it wasn't really new for demons to kill hosts during exorcism. Some demons didn't for whatever reason, but others were annoying pricks.

She looked at the message in blood and Abe's thinking expression." This could have went better... Well still worked at least we didn't get one of the really scary ones..." She mumbled with a sigh and slammed the book she was reciting from shut, rather loudly." Still Asmodeus is a rather big league player, but not from this part of the world... we are talking King Solomon times here... This is usually Holy Lands type of thing... why here?" She stated and eyed the Five in blood." Could be anything from date to how much days are left or even something else." She added and quickly made a note of it in her notebook.

"We better inform Jenna about the development of the situation... You might as well do it, I will start to prepare to dispose of the body... Will give him a nice grave somewhere out of the prying eyes. With good scenery." Kosara stated, looking at the poor unfortunate soul that was killed.

Prima Rave felt still quite uncomfortable here. This was rather unusual situation to be in all things considered. Never in her mind would she have considered that she'd be at such a place like Shadowell Manor and especially non getting carried on a contraption the manner of likes she had not seen before! She had seen engines before, but something like this was new! Who made it! Why were they using it to simply ferry guests around? What manner of good work could a power like this be used for? All questions she had no answers to right about now.

Suddenly something happened that she found rather... probably not supposed to happen. One of the chairs went up in the air. Dammit it went high in the air! She could only watch at it as it was going up and up. Then naturally as things tended to do when they were going up it was starting to go down. She panicked right away and hopped out of that chair as she ran away from it as she had this feeling it was heading in the direction where she was seating.” Nonononononononooo!” She repeated in a scream as she ran.

She made it to the road by the chairs before she finally turned her head around to check what was happening behind her. She was feeling a chair like that falling down was not going to be a nice thing to happen for those involved.

β€œSounds good, yes.” Amelia confirmed with a nod at Ashton's decision on how they should proceed with the plan. Food and meds first and then the Fire Department last. She didn't have anything to add to such a plan and she did approve of it. That said she did wonder how they will devide the teams. She really didn't want Riley to go out there...

β€œBut aren't all public buildings such as those usually really infested?” Amelia asked when Riley suggested they check out the school. Schools tended to have a lot of people and infestations usually lingered there for a long long while.” Though I do suppose we can at least scout it out... carefully.” She smiled.

β€œWait what?” Amelia asked when Jack mentioned if they had asked for a nun. She quickly turned to look outside and saw her too.” What on earth?” She mumbled in disbelieve. A nun out here!? How did she survive? Is this a trap? It was raining now... Actually rain was good. Rain meant less walkers should notice them which was good, but it could also be taken as a big hindering factor. They were going to get drenched the moment they walked outside. She sighed and her eyes focused on the Nun who had some walkers around her. She looked at the others in the buster.” So... what do we do with this? Do we help her...?”

β€œAlright.” She quickly took position by Riley as they started moving. Riley was drawing the walker's attention which Amelia wasn't really happy about, but what to do. She readied her bat as she jumped outside and prepared to play whack-a-zombie.

"Stick around for a longer and you might learn." Claire replied to her partner with a huge grin. The boy was a new recruit she got given a while back after all. Her old partner retired so yeah now she was the old dog of the car. Not that she minded and she did have her pride as a policewoman to a certain degree... that and her rather vengeful personality she used to find workarounds in her plans for revenge. Best revenge was the legal revenge. Cause no one can call faul.

When the radio came to life and the person from dispatch gave them the information, she quickly put away her food and picked up the radio, calling her car's number." We are closest to the disturbance and are heading there." She replied and quickly turned on the lights and sirens before driving off." Lunch's over, Rookie. Put your hat on..." She joked as she drove towards the target. She wondered what exactly it was this time. Hopefully nothing too serious.

"Alright." Was Amelia's brief quiet reply as she gave off a shy smile and also returned to finish her breakfast. She knew that a friend of Riley was arriving today, but didn't mean she could just treat her normally out of the sudden. All things considered she was still awkward and shy even around her roommate and what's to say about a new person she never met before. It would take some time before she could break out of her shell.

She waved a little with her right hand, feeling embarrassed as her roommate introduced her a second time. This was uncomfortable... How long has it been since she had to meet and get to know new people more than once a week? Maybe over the internet it happened often, but it didn't really count. She felt a lot braver when she was on the internet and no one could see her. She wasn't a bad person, but her online persona and the real Amelia did deviate a lot." Ahmm... I was planning to go buy new sketchbook and pens... I'm running out." She said quietly." Also... w...w.. window shopping.?" She said in unsure manner, her whole face blushing as she looked down at the plate of food.

It didn't take Constantin who now had a proper horse to quickly arrive back at Vlad's location without any real problems going on. He quickly also passed by his family's wagon and in a few sentences explained what was going on and that he was going away with Vlad on an important task to help with. He was really okey with it, but his mother did make a few prayers for his safe return and made him to promise he will be careful. His father only nodded and told him to do the job. With that done he in post haste returned to Vlad.

He returned to The Great Bazhooli and a speech was had right away. In the grand bombastic manner that only Vlad could do it, Constantin smiled with happy expression as he joined up next to his leader. Constantin's eyes were filled with dancing flames of conviction as he loudly ushered his horse with the trained skills ever forward to keep up with Vlad. That said he finally realized why the crazy German was missing. It didn't take him long to remember the funny fellow had grown out of nowhere. Then he must have done the reverse or something. And Vlad did have his bag so he was around that's for sure. And his conclusion was confirmed eventually when the person showed up from the bag.

β€œThis is so veird... Could be useful though.” He mumbled, but did wonder if the funny fellow had any way of fighting a soulless in that size. Or maybe there were also tiny soulless he didn't know about!!!

β€œUghh... this is a first...” Priscilla was trying to make sense of what just happened when a stream of puke hit her in return! This was awkward. She used her hand to clean herself of as much as she can directly swiping it of herself as the others were heading off towards the barracks of some kind. Well this was another first thing she'd do. Entering a military barracks was not on her to do list, but might as well do it. If nothing else for some cleaning of that damnable brand. Maybe a bandage... at worst. Actually with this puke she'd need that cleaning and bandage for sure.

β€œLook... I'm sorry for that, miss.” She quickly moved over with the rest to catch up to Nora.” I want to apologize for what happened... Usually I have that bodily reflex under better control.” She quickly said to the woman, but to be fair she did get puked on in return so on that front they were rather even for now. That said Mosi was already thinking of what to get changed into. Or maybe she could just use a bathroom to wash the clothes and walk around in wet clothing for a while. Given it's bloody EGYPT she figured she'd dry away fast enough.

β€œExcuse me, but is it me or there's a lot of strange things going on around this museum?” She asked Nora who looked rather in thought. The others looked way too occupied with the problems of life too, but she figured she'd talk to Nora for whatever reason.” I mean, deaths... thefts and now someone whom you knew getting the inquisition treatment? It's just too coincidental to be a coincidence.”
