I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio
Hello! Welcome to my little bio.
Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).
“Coffee Machine…?” Numako was unfamiliar with a lot of things, thanks to being just fourteen when she was put into a memory loss inducing coma, sixteen when she came out of it, and effectively had been living mostly in the branch since turning eighteen. Normally too, she typically just had her spirits bring her anything she wanted without much trouble. Usually.
As such, Numako had never paid much attention to the coffee machine or how it worked. Only that if she ever wanted some, a spirit soon just came back and gave it to her.
“...I see.” She’d nod, as if understanding. “So this…is where they get the coffee from…ok.” The solution to this was simple then. She didn’t know how, but she knew things that at least could do it with a reasonable success rate. Making a circular motion with her hand, a feminine spectral entity that looked like it had its flesh ripped off would pull itself up from the ground.
“Coffee.” Numako would say, nodding towards the machine in her usual manner. The specter, floating over to the machine would phase through the machines exterior, sticking an arm inside of it. A few clanks and whirrs could be heard as the machine turned on.
Perhaps on a little too much.
The machine rumbled, clinking and clanging…before hot coffee was blasted out of it forcefully, getting all over Numako and Sakura both.
“...snrk.” Numako badly tried to stifle her laughter.
“I did not sign up to babysit you…” Laurel replied, frowning. “If I am not in the middle of something, I suppose so, though I don’t know how you expect me to find you in a cavern system…”
“Muuunch?” “Spriii~”
“H-hey!” Munchlax was tugging on Laurel’s dress, while Verdue had run off ahead into the forest. “C-come back here you troublemaker!”
Laurel vanished into the forest, leaving Richard to find the caverns himself. Heading down a rocky path towards the beachfront, he’d walk along the sandy shores, passing several people before eventually finding himself standing on some rocky outcroppings a bit of a ways down route 2 and away from people. However, he could see the caves Frieda were talking about now, though. The entrance was fairly inconspicuous, about big enough for two people to enter shoulder to shoulder.
Stepping inside, the smell of sea and salt became prominent…
-Seasalt Caverns-
The wet stone beneath his feet shimmered in the sunlight filtering in from the outside. The cavern walls were natural, bowing out as they traveled up before coming back together at the top making a tube-like rocky passage into the cliffside. Venturing a little further inside, a stream of sea water would soon flow in from a channel carved into the right, flowing down as the floor gently did. A few Zubat would rather irritably fly from their ceiling nests before flying deeper into the cave at him disturbing them. Magikarp could also be seen getting carried away by the relatively swift current of the stream deeper into the caverns.
Thankfully, it seemed as though there was plenty of light to see in here. Durable lanterns had been set up, likely by the league or some other local authority to make sure beginner trainers and people didn’t get completely lost here. Looks like there might be someone else in here too, were the muddy tracks on the ground were anything to go by. Might be some other trainers in here.
Now, it was possible to go deeper. The caverns seemed to slope gently downward below sea level, but it was fairly open and wouldn't be hard to train here instead, or find a pokemon that might be useful.
Descending into the cave his first obstacle would well, probably be an unfortunate one. Those Zubat he had annoyed earlier with his presence? Well...
One screeched and flapped its wings irritably at Richard.
A second fluttered down from the ceiling behind him, putt itself between him and the exit, and if that wasn't bad enough...
A third soon joined the second. He now effectively had a very angry Zubat in front of him, and two behind him blocking the exit. So, his only choice now, was to either somehow run past the two Zubat, or make a break for it deeper into the cavern and hope that they didn't decide to chase him down that way.
Losing them, at least, wouldn't be too difficult...probably.
Head back out to route 2 Train pokemon in the current area? Head deeper into the caves? Chances of encountering multiple wild pokemon is high. Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.)
Thankfully at least, the Nickit leaned eagerly into the pettings. It seemed happy enough being spoiled by Isla at least. It allowed Isla to pet it all over, in return of course, if it was continued to be plied with treats and other foodstuffs from the trainer. Whether she did or not though, once the question was asked it’d hop away, tilt its head at Isla and Yip at her as though it was thinking, its tail swishing back and forth against the ground in thought.
“Niiii.” With a paw pointed at the bag of treats, it would nod as if saying ‘feed me more, and yes.’
Supposing Isla did, then and proceeded to use one of her pokeballs…
Isla Caught a Nickit! Pokemon successfully Registered. Isla gained 1000p!
An impish, cunning and cautious pokemon that survives by stealing food from others. The soft pads on its feet makes it able to move almost completely silently. As it flees, it uses its tail to cover and mask its tracks. Its known to have a rather strong rivalry with Purrloin and Liepard.
Nickit huh. Fairly common around Byjerlfal. Lets see here…hm, nothing too special from the looks of it. I’ve heard from a friend they’re good partners though, if you don’t mind them bringing back their ill-gotten gains as presents.
A Nickit hopped onto Camphor’s table and ran off with her coffee. The Professor proceeded to chase after it.
Well, here she was now. Up one pokemon, and not a scratch on her or her pokemon. Now certainly all pokemon weren’t going to be this easy - or could be tamed in such a fashion. Ones with more ornery temperaments certainly wouldn’t be befriended so easily…but perhaps, this was a start.
For now though, she was free to continue searching for more pokemon or continue on her way to Pines’ End.
It seems whoever owned the motorcycle had left while she was busy with the Nickit, though. Seems they rode off in the direction of Pines end, but with a vehicle like that they were likely already long gone.
1. Find pokemon (Specify if you’re looking for anything in particular or how you look) 2. Find trainers to battle (Probably not hard to find other trainers to battle here of varying skill levels) 3. Train pokemon. (Skip the grind, and we get to the result. Tell me how you train and if you just grind wild mon or some other creative training) 4. Move along. (Don’t want to engage with anything and move quickly to the next destination? Go ahead, then. A few events may prevent this.) 5. Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.) 6. Area Specific: There are a handful of fishermen along the river. Perhaps they might have something interesting. 7. You could always head back to Byjerlfal 8. Alternatively, you can access the Winding wood from here, and carrying on through route 1 will eventually lead you to Pines End.
“Wow, someone’s got their head so far up-” Nevine’s hand plastered itself over Remi’s mouth, muffling whatever he was going to say to Yuu.
“The Manor? Didn’t camphor say…it was a bad idea to go…?” Nevine frowned as Remi would pull Nevine’s hand off of his mouth.
“Hmph, yeah, she did.” Remi frowned, grumbling lightly. The young man would take a moment to glance up at Nevine who shook her head, and would ultimately let out a sigh. “...and as much as I’d like to see you get your butt kicked, I’m not going to force Nevvy to go somewhere she doesn’t want too.”
Nevine breathed a sigh of relief before patting Remi on the head.
“So yeah, we’ll say no. We got stuff to do in Wailport anyways.”
You’re in Camphor’s lab, but she’s probably not feeling very sociable right now. The contest hall is currently holding a master-rank championship contest. Perhaps you could inquire how you could participate yourself. The resort area is famous for its well, resort. Sandy, sunny beaches, amusement park, Casino…and gym. Its often considered the toughest gym in the region. You can get to Route 1, Route 2, and Route 25 from Byjerlfal. Neither of the three routes are particularly dangerous. Frieda mentioned a cave system on Route 2. Perhaps there could be something interesting in the Commercial district or the Industrial district. You also saw a park on the way to the lab. Might be a good place to start, if you really wanted to stay in the city or avoid heading out, for a bit. It looked like someone unfamiliar walked into the lab while you were battling.
The shrine was probably the most prominent feature in Pines End. Situated against the tree line, it was the now the second largest building in the town. Made and constructed of wood, and its design apparently hasn’t changed for the many hundreds of years that it had been built here. While all the other buildings had embraced modernity, it however, remained firmly rooted in the past, it seemed. Several stories tall, though, and a worn dirt path led the way. Worn, wooden totems depicting some pokemon stood at either door of the entrance to the place, and a small stone fence separated the temple grounds from the rest of the town. Between the fence and the temple itself, was a large field of flowers rife with pokemon from what she could see.
She’d say rather brusquely to Camila before starting to walk away around the temples side.
You could head back to route 2, or head on to route 3. Find trainers to battle. While sparse, there’s probably people here you could battle and train against. Train pokemon. (Skip the grind, and we get to the result. Tell me how you train and if you just grind wild mon or some other creative training) Maybe see if the wild pokemon in the field are of any interest to you. Maybe you wanna try resting at that Hotel. That girl seemed a bit stiff but she obviously works at or knows about the temple… Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.)
Most people in the offices were normal agents. Well, as normal as agents of Sefirot got, anyways. They were going about their business, seeing if they were to be sent on an assignment somewhere or if it was just going to be a slow day of report finding, anomaly research and otherwise a relatively mundane day for them. Numako, was among these people already in the offices, having just finished her weekly checkup for the suppression device.
A startled yelp from the women's toilets would bring a small interruption to this peace.
As black liquid started filling one of the sinks, overflowing slightly, a pale, lithe hand followed by an arm soon would too pull itself from the sink. It grabbed the edge, and it was soon followed by another arm...and this, was soon followed by a head. A messy head of black hair, wet with water.
"...Damn it Miss Yamamizu!" The same voice that screamed would promptly shout. Not something that was too unheard of being shouted every now and then.
"Oh heeeey, didn't see you there. What's with the screaming?" The head, now quickly pulling itself from the blackened sink water addressed the other woman as it was apparent this was in fact, an entire person just materializing from the sink. The voice that accompanied the objectively bizzare sight was low in tone, and somewhat airy. "Just got done with the weekly checkup. Anyone from the research wing here?"
"N-No...?"
"Well, If you see one, you didn't see me." Pulling herself from the sink and drying herself off as the black liquid vanished near instantly. Numako left, quietly walking out of the restroom and into the offices properly. Messing with the researchers was always fun. Really, they should be used to it by now! It was always funny watching them try and figure out if she was just fucking with them or not and whether or not she was going to do some silly prank. Though, sometimes they didn't quite go to plan, like that time she tried to escape and ended up getting stuck between two of her puddles...
"...Sakura." She was pulled out of her thoughts by the sight of the short, pink haired tentacle lover looking for something. She'd quietly approach the pink haired girl from behind. "...looking for something?"
Here it is. Feel free to edit/do as you want. I figured since its still a relatively recent acquirement and the fact it'd be difficult to study as long as its possessing Numako, they're still in the middle of researching it.
A-413: The Weeping God
Grade: Esh
Description: Subject appears to be a entity that resembles a large, monstrous eel of indeterminate length from what has been gathered with the brief appearances of it. Numerous skeletal hands and arms covered in mystical talismans have grown out of its sides which seem to be its main form of locomotion. Where its head normally would have been, is instead a gaping hole that weeps tainted, black water.
Containment Protocol: Subject is currently contained within its host, Numako Yamamizu. This was done by integrating a specialized device to suppress supernatural entities into Miss Yamamizu's body directly. Research into containment should it not have a host has been minimal, as separating Yamamizu and the Weeping God has been determined to very likely cause her undue harm if not outright terminate the host at the current time.
Anomalous Qualities: Subject appears to have once been a local spirit or god that lived in a mountain lake. However, after the lake was polluted by dumping several bodies of dead murder victims, primarily which were once priests that looked after the shrine it was found in, it negatively seems to have affected the spirit. It constantly weeps black water like liquid from its body. Anything living being this liquid touches will result in its body and mind rotting and becoming weaker until the point of death. This liquid, in large quantities, can pollute entire water supplies.
Note: There are many questions regarding the Weeping Gods properties and qualities as studying it directly would prove dangerous and harmful to Miss Yamamizu. What has been determined in the time that it took to contain Miss Yamamizu herself, however, is that the Weeping God primarily functions in two states. A 'Passive' and 'Active' state. In its passive state, it seems to be dormant, using its black liquid to passively pollute any body of water it finds itself sleeping in. It will stay in this state until it senses a suitable host nearby where it will switch to an active state where it haunts the host and proceeds to forcibly possess its body. Its goal, beyond being extremely aggressive to humans, is unknown.
Further research, so long as it does not harm Miss Yamamizu has been authorized and agreed upon at regular intervals. Miss Yamamizu has agreed to live on-site for this reason and further monitoring.
“Ha. Well, I suppose if you’re asking I can’t exactly refuse.” Laurel responded, a somewhat smug smile as though she was doing Richard a favor by going along with what was effectively her own idea. “I suppose I could lead the way. It's not a terribly hard journey.” Laurel started walking, Munchlax waddling along behind her as Nurse joy waved by to the three of them. “Since you’re new to Eidda, the easiest path from here is to head up through Route 2 then through Route 5. Its almost a straight line, right through the forests and then through the Central Plains area. Never been on this side of Eidda before, but I’ve heard the plains around Giervor are rainy and tend to be a bit gloomy. I’ve heard the people from there are similar.”
By now the pair would end up on the northern end of Byjerlfal, the commercial district fading into the background noise as the hustle and bustle of the crowds and people slowly fell away. The paved roads and sidewalks would soon give way to nature and the pair would find themselves on…
-Route 2
-
“Nnhn, its a bit hot out here…”
Laurel grumbled lightly as the warm sunlight filtered down from above. Route 2 ran between the rocky coastline and the dense forest outside of Byjerlfal, traveling between the two before eventually flattening out near route five where Route 2 met Route 5 and Route 4. Many beach goers that wanted a little more privacy than what the resort offered could be found here, along with families and other people camping along the beach shoreline and several boats could be seen out in the distance, gently sailing upon the calm waters.
Standing on a small rocky outcropping some distance away from people, Richard would see someone. If he had been paying a small amount of attention to all the fanfare surrounding the contestants, he’d recognize her immediately. Clementine, her name was. She seemed to be well, painting.
Maybe he wanted to go over and say hi?
“I much prefer the coolness of the north…anyways,” Laurel nodded. “I think I’m going to take a bit of time and train and look for more pokemon. Are you going to continue? I do remember that assistant…Frieda, saying there was a cave system here that might have some interesting pokemon.”
Frieda did mention a cave system. It probably isn’t too hard to find along the beach. Head back to Byjerlfal or continue on to Route 5? Clementine is busy painting something… Train pokemon? The Nickit continued to try and tear and rip through the fabric, but ultimately it seemed as though it was not tough or strong enough to rip and tear it. After a minute of trying and Dancing growling at it, the NIckit released leaving only some bite marks behind as the pokemon narrowed its eyes at Dancing. It almost looked like it was going to attack.
“Niiii.” But a small whine from the first Nickit caught its attention, turning its head towards it as the first was now growling at it alongside Dancing. With an annoyed huff, the Nickit would disappear back into the forest. The first yawned, and started pawing at Islas leg for more food. Did she indulge this little pokemon, or was it only trying to get more free food before bolting?
She could try getting a pokeball out and seeing if it wouldn’t mind being hers.

Truthfully, this battle was extremely low stakes all things considered. Just a casual battle between a Buneary and an Aron. By all rights, the Aron should normally have had no problem with such a matchup had it not been for the power up punch. As the small steel type barreled towards the Buneary, it’d raise a sharpened claw. Sir Lopsalot would bounce again, and raise its little fist right towards the Aron. Arons claws met Lopsalots torso. Lopsalots fist met Aron’s face.
Sir Lopsalot fell to a knee as the force of the punch caused Aron to skid across the floor.
A moment of silence fell over the crowd as they looked on.
“A…aroooon….”
Aron tried to stand once more, but found its legs unable to support itself. Sir Lopsalot would just barely manage to stand.
This was followed by a cheer, and a hearty laugh from Tuule.
“Well now, ain’t that something…” He’d chuckle, recalling Aron to the pokebally.
Clarissa won the battle! Clarissa got 2000p for defeating Gym leader Tuule!
“Gahaha, good work lass. That little bunny of yours is a tough fella.” He’d walk over, offering a hand for her to shake. “Too bad that wasn’t an official match or you’d have yourself a nice little new badge for your troubles, heh.
“Huh, she actually won against Tuule…” Beryl mused from the sidelines. “Welp, someone’s just made bank over at the betting tables, ahaha.” Well, the battle was over now. Her food was ready and unless there was anything else she needed from Tuule, she could probably leave without much trouble. She still had those murkrow to find, after all.

“Tch-!” There was little Remi could do to counterattack a Bullet Punch at this stage. Riolu closed in on Cottonne, and with a flurry of punches fast as bullets, the small cotton ball gave a small cry of annoyance as it was laid into. The force of the punches knocked it back onto the ground. “Cottonnee-!”
Ko’ed it.
Jill and Yuu won the battle! They received 3000p!
Aster Grew to level 7! Jojo Grew to level 7!
“Haa…what a stupid battle.” Remi grumbled, frowning as he’d return his pokemon to his pokeball. “Well, whatever. Good job and all that.”
“Remi don’t be a sore loser…”
“Were you paying attention? The guy barely stuck to proper battling rules…” He gave a sigh and a shrug, shaking his head before glancing over to Yuu. Nevine proceeded to grab the smaller male by the shoulders, pull him into a small hug and tug the sides of his face. “Weh! Hey don’t pinch my cheeks-!”
“Don’t worry…he’s just…sulking. It wasn’t a great matchup Remi…”
“But still!”
“...uhm. Do you want anything else…? Were planning on heading to Wailport…”

Making her way through Route 1 wouldn’t be too much more difficult. The pokemon that lived here weren’t particularly strong and if anything, were a bit too familiar and unafraid of humans sometimes. That said, it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to train some here on her way. With Snow and Pidgey being healed up by Clara they could make their way forward without worrying too much, and training wouldn’t be that hard.
The grass types that were common here proved very little challenge for Pidgey or Snow.
Pidgey grew to level 7! Snow grew to level 8! Snow learned Ice Shard!
So onward they’d continue to…
~Pines End~
Stepping out of the Winding wood, Camila would find herself standing on the outskirts of Pines End. Named aptly, as this is where the forest stopped and the plains began. Small houses dotted the landscape, large wind turbines cresting many hills, harvesting power as gently rolling farmland spread out in the distance. The small town wasn’t known for anything spectacular aside from its sleepy atmosphere and being a popular getaway for those that still wanted modern amenities while being closer to nature. The only claim to fame the town had was the ancient shrine to an ancient pokemon. There was the large hotel too, which recently opened that promised a good nights sleep, even if you were having trouble sleeping.
Apparently they claimed their beds were so good you could sleep for days…
You could head back to route 2, or head on to route 3. Find trainers to battle. While sparse, there’s probably people here you could battle and train against. Train pokemon. Heading past the reception desk and into the back of the lab, Chloe would find it…disconcertingly empty. There was not a single person to be seen. Not a hint of some assistant and not a hint of any pokemon. In fact, there didn’t look like there was anyone in the building at all that she could hear. It was eerily quiet, only her voice and her footsteps.
tug
Something, proceeded to pull on her hair. Turning around she’d find…
“Fluuuur?”
It…looked like a Misdreavus, but it was hard to tell if it actually was one. It was too spiky and had a few too many appendages. Apparently, it had a strand of her hair in its mouth and was idly munching on it without a care in the world while giving her a somewhat smug ‘what you gonna do about it’ look.
Appearance: A taller girl that doesn't look like she gets enough sunlight. Pale, almost porcelain colored skin, dark circles constantly looming under her violet colored eyes that give off a somewhat odd, constantly tired expression. Her messy mop of black hair doesn't help the somewhat corpse-like appearance she sometimes has. Standing at around 170cm, catch her on a dark night, on a dimly lit street, you might very well think you've just seen a ghost.
Numako, typically wears slightly more traditional sleeveless and legless Qipao under a thick, somewhat oversized jacket she sems to wear more often than not.
Psychological Profile: Numako has, perhaps understandably given her condition, something of a muted personality. Constantly exuding a low energy demeanor, a somewhat lackadaisical stoic attitude towards most things, she's something of a slacker and someone that doesn't like working hard at anything other than lazing around. This she says, is totally the fault of the spirit feeding on her soul and definitely causing her to have constant low energy levels (lie).
That perhaps, would be someones first impression of her anyways, and its not a total lie. She does suffer from insomnia and constant lack of sleep which makes it hard for her to have enough energy to feel like doing anything most of the time, though it doesn't harm her mental acuity. She possesses a surprisingly sharp and witty tongue, and she won't hesitate to use it to tease someone if she gets an opportunity and has a particular penchant for scaring people.
Skills: Numako possesses the entire skillful arsenal of a cat. She excels in lazing around and being cute (in her opinion) while not having their skillful acrobatics or dexterity to always land on their feet. Her own joking aside, Considering Numako's condition, she was made to become extremely familiar with Occultism, especially those originating from Japan. Has a particular expertise in exorcism and sealing rituals.
Abilities: While Numako herself isn't particularly skilled in any form of magic, ability, or other such mystics, being possessed by the water spirit from the mountains has given Numako some special abilities. Namely, pale imitations of its own abilities. These are limited currently to three curses and the ability to summon and control nameless ghosts to do its or hers bidding.
Defiled Waters: The black, inky waters of defilement and curses. The once pure healing spring water have become a font for curses, hatred, and weakness. She, by an extension of the possession is able to control these defiled waters was an extension of her own body and consciousness. While she can't control an entire lakes worth like the spirit can, she can use enough to properly defend herself and use it to attack, and is her most common form of it. Highly pressurized blasts of cursed water and similar feats. While that might be bad enough - any who touch the water will have their physical strength drained and weakened for a time as their souls vitality is drained and fed to the spirit. As a small note, she can use any large enough puddle for travel for herself for short distances. Not super useful in emergency situations as the water puddle must be double her size and requires some effort of concentration. And of course, a second puddle to come out of. Without her influence the water doesn't last long.
Bindings of Grudges: The grudges which festered and defiled the once vibrant spring coalesced into a nasty curse. Simply by performing a small gesture with her hand of crushing the target the grudge that the spirit and by extension Numako possesses, will fly into a frenzy and attempt to restrain the foe. Spectral hands of decayed flesh wearing old holy talismans and bindings on themselves will reach from the earth as though it was itself the cursed spring, where they will attempt to ensnare and trap the foe.
Drowning the Sins: This particular curse isn't a physical one. In fact, its not one that will work on anomalies that can't experience sensations or similar sensations that humans can. Simply put, it puts someone into a waking nightmare where one fully, whole heartedly believes they are drowning in an infinitely deep body of water. Worst still, is that the victim is made to believe that the shoreline is just mere feet away, giving hope of saving, yet no matter how much they struggle they shall never reach it, slowly being pulled under. This can kill people who can't break free of the curse, their lungs filling with the cursed water.
Nameless Spirits: Numako is able to control, communicate, and summon nameless ghosts to aid her. Tohu level anomalies that serve the Spirit and Numako. They are effectively worthless in combat and would normally serve only to be a threat to a human should the unlikely event be that they ever cross paths, and even then at most one might be given a heart attack from fright. The spirits typically work as scouts since they are able to move through solid objects and are able to track targets that Numako assigns them to 'haunt', though she must remain nearby for them to do so. Mostly though she uses them to be extremely lazy by having them bring her plates of food, snacks, drinks, and anything else without moving from wherever she's made her place of residence.
Equipment: Possession Suppression Mechanism: Normally, a possession would be fairly simple to deal with. Unfortunately, the spirit refused this simple process. It was taking Numako and either the humans could try killing it which might result in it puppeting Numako's corpse, allow it to run free, or come up with a different solution. This was this different solution. After traditional methods failed, Sefirot decided that it would get involved. A high tech device functioning on Mysticism and technology. A circular device surgically implanted on the back of her neck between her shoulder blades, it suppresses the spirits ego and allows Numako to...well, not be possessed. It also, should the creature take over Numako completely, functions as an 'off switch' that should theoretically well, temporarily paralyze and knock out Numako, allowing for a more permanent solution to be found supposing.
She has no idea how its made or how it functions. Only Sefirot does, and it does require regular checkups to make sure its functioning correctly and the spirit hasn't been steadily trying to undo it.
Background:
Numako's early life was fairly uneventful, though a far cry from what she current is like. A young girl with something of a mischievous tomboy streak. Born into an old family who had lived in the area for generations, while she didn't have a a particularly hard life comparably...it was tinged my a single emotion: Jealousy. Numako had younger sister who was objectively the baby of the family. And while she got along well with her, as she turned 14 it increasingly felt like her younger sister was the golden child. Perfect grades, prettier, hell, she even seemed to have an affinity for the families old exorcist abilities.
Perhaps it was these feelings that caused Numako to travel to that shrine she had always been told to avoid. The one by the old spring on the mountain. She cant say, because any memories of the time from before she was 14 are completely gone. She knows she walked into that shrine, and then...
help.
Those are some of Numako's earliest, clearest memories.
I can't breathe-
Cold. Darkness. Something pulling her. The sound of her own body struggling against the weight of the water.
please-
Everything after became nothing more than a blur, and everything before, drowned like she had been. Devoured by the spring.
When Numako came too later, she was in a hospital of some sort. At least, she thought it was a hospital, but she looked and felt different. Her sister? Looked older. Her parents did too. What had felt like mere moments to her, had been two years for them. Two years from the time she was fourteen, to the time she was now sixteen. It was difficult to adjust to everything after that. Two years of lost time. Two years she had spent under a spirits possession. Apparently they had to get Sefirot involved in order to prevent the possessed girl from going on a bloody rampage. It was a miracle she was even still conscious. They wanted to know why she had gone to the old shrine in the first place. Sefirot was asking what she was going to now and that she was going to likely be under routine surveillance for the rest of her life.
You could say then, her earliest actual memories of her family and life began that day. She knew them, but didn't know them. It was no wonder then, perhaps, instead of going back with her family that she only held somewhat uncertain feelings and memories for that she'd chose to go with Sefirot who seemed more than a bit interested in her condition and the spirit itself.
She spent most the first year or two getting to understand her condition better, training her apparent new abilities with Sefirot, and preparing her mind for the fact she was effectively living on borrowed time. After 18 she was given her first field assignment, and well, its been going...well, since then.
Alrighty boss. Here's the CS. Lemme know if you want me to write up some info about the spirit in question and send it to ya. Probably not gonna get that done until monday or next week though, if so.
The sound of her own body struggling against the weight of the water.
please-

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.
Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).
Have some dancing medjed.
