"Yeah, we had a bit of a Giant Mouse and Devil Bug infestation, but we made them some food and expounded on the benefits of participating in civil society, instead of living like thieves," Sylvia explained, "Once they were certain that they couldn't make off with a man, I think they lost interest. Hopefully they don't come back."

At Bart's mention of dinner, Vivian slapped herself on the forehead, "Gods! Is it that late already!" Making lasagna for the vermin threw off Vivian's culinary timer. Realizing that everyone was returning sent her into a mild panic as the sisters made their way back into the kitchen. "Hey Yang, I hope you're not too tired. I might need your help to rustle up some grub quickly. I kind of spent most of my day cooking for our uninvited guests."

...a still-embarrassed Haley turned to the Liliraune. "Were they also here looking for men?! Thank the gods I've already taken Freyr while Neil, Bart and Reed still aren't here. We would've had a real problem on our hands if that wasn't so! How'd they find this place anyway?"

"Yeah, it was a real pain. I had to explain to them how they can't just go around taking men if monsters and humans are to coexist. I even went so far as to give them some of our nectar, but don't worry, I didn't give them enough to do any serious harm...hopefully..." Vivian explained.

"I'm wondering if we should put around some repellant? But that feels somewhat hypocritical," Sylvia mused, "Either way, I'm glad they left. Are you guys full from the lasagna? We can make more if anyone's still hungry."

However, the offer for more food was interrupted by the sound of hooves and armor. Curious, the Liliraune followed the others outside to see what was up, not suspecting any danger.
Gammaton had written down as much as she could recall in the moment, things of immediate importance to Infactorium, as well as a rudimentarily drawn-up map of Anzelgard and it's surroundings. But since Szilard did not have a photographic memory, nor was he a cartographer, the map was dubious at best. Gammaton had rushed to put down in pen as much as he could for fear of the memories fading; after all, skills he acquired with Consume Knowledge were only temporary. Yet the memories remained, haunting Gammaton's mind, and to a degree, poisoning her judgment. Gammaton didn't like the idea of having to wrestle the memories of with Szilard's pathetic life longer than she had to, but could, for now, only hope that the memories would fade in time. having finally taken satisfaction with her report, Gammaton marched out of Hivehill, searching Infactorium for its Guildmaster.

Upon exiting her domain, Gammaton realized that she had no way of locating Faetalis herself, but recalling how the Supreme Beings themselves had a way of communicating with one another. In fact, Gammaton was fairly certain that they did this through the use of an item, most likely that silly explorer's hat that GrillBears always wore. More likely than not, the hat was in GrillBears' personal storage in his lab at Hivehill, but Gammaton wasn't ready to root through her former master's personal effects and wear his things. Perhaps at some later date, if she felt that she had earned that right to wear a Supreme Being's personal artifact without their permission or presence. With that, she continued on her way, only to run into Mae, who likely shared the same purpose.

"Ah, Mae. I suppose you are also looking for the Guildmaster to report on your findings? How did you get yours to talk? I suppose the threat of being slow-roasted over a spit would loosen any tongue. Would you happen to know where the Guildmaster might be? If not, we might as well head to the throne room, as I'm sure she's bound to return there at some point." While saying this, Gammaton was already meandering in that direction, unless Mae had another suggestion. "I also plan on requesting permission to head into Anzelgard to procure a map. I have a vague understanding of where important locations are, but some details would be nice. I can perhaps use this body for one last mission before I allow myself to hatch."
@Enkryption

Sorry, I'm still here. Just a bit of being busy with IRL and poor time management on my part. I have a post more-or-less formulated, but I just wanted to confirm a few things:

Where are Faetalis and Cormac? I know they're at a window, but is this window in Mór Brionnú? I'm asking because it doesn't seem tactful for Gammaton to just barge into Mór Brionnú without reason nor invitation, given Cormac's general surly attitude.

Also, is there instant messaging within the guild, and can the overseers use it? I assume not, since Faetalis has had to send couriers to relay messages. Would there be a guild-based way for Gammaton to simply 'find' where Faetalis is located? I supposed Gammaton can use her heightened bug senses to trace Faetalis but I wanted to know beforehand if that could be avoided since it seems disrespectful to 'sniff out' your creator.

Sylvia swooned slightly at hearing Haley describe how she was rescued by Freyr. "It must be wonderful for someone you love to come to your rescue!" Sylvia proclaimed, as she imagined being princess-carried by Neil, but reality soon set in as Sylvia realized that Neil would be crushed under the weight of herself, her massive clay pot, and the soil within, and heaved a despondent sigh.

Then Yang and Kira returned, and it looked like they had had an awful day. At Freyr and Kira's questions about their 'guests', Vivian replied, starting with a rhetorical question, "Why are there ever mice and devil bugs in kitchens? It appears the Guild has a bit of an...well, it's not exactly a nice word, given present company, but it begins with an 'I-' and ends with '-station'. However, they're perfectly reasonable and can be negotiated with. We've offered them some food in return for them leaving. I guess it's wrong what they say about when you give a mouse a cookie, since they certainly seem satisfied with what they have been given and aren't going to ask for anything else."

Vivian didn't know if the mice and devil bugs would actually honor their end of the deal, but she hoped saying it out loud would make it true. It was plain from Vivian's strained expression that she was actually rather annoyed at the presence of the vermin (what self-respecting chef wouldn't be?) and was just hoping for this all to end. When the guildmembers started reaching for food, a bit of panic streaked across Vivian's face as her eyes darted around, doing a quick calculation just to make sure there would be enough to go around. She hadn't planned for this meal to go for as long or as late as it did, and certainly hadn't planned on feeding her guildmates with the same stuff she gave the mice and bugs. But it looked like the food would be enough, and she didn't want to start cooking again lest the vermin become curious and wish to stay to eat whatever else Vivian started making.

"Oh! Hi Haley! Freyr!" Vivian greeted. "These...umm... mice and bugs showed up, and they were pretty hungry, so I thought I'd cook them up a meal and send them on their way." Vivian sort of winked and tilted her head a few times to sort of convey that this a delicate and slightly undesirable situation, but that it was being handled. She didn't want to just come out and say that they apparently had a vermin problem, since she didn't want an insult to stir up petty vengeance in the hearts of these mice and devil bugs, making them renege on their promise to leave.

"How was your day? You were looking for some poor soul lost in the woods, correct/?" Sylvia asked.
I'm mainly looking for basic information, name of the town, name of the county/dukedom/nation the town is in, neighboring towns, whether the country is ruled by a king, queen, emperor, senate, or anarcho-syndicalist commune, whether the nation is the vassal of another country, what neighboring countries there are, and if they are at war or have tension, what races exist, what religions exist, who or what is held in high regard, who or what is treated like garbage, what major threats exist in the world that parents use to scare their children at night; stuff that would let you pass as a native and not appear as an isekai protagonist.
Hey all, sorry for the wait. I had some busy weeks, but I'm back.

@Enkryption Even though Gammaton now has Szilard's knowledge, I as a player, do not, so I hope you don't mind if I pester you for information. So if Gammaton is like, "Ah yes, this town is named..." or "This country borders that country, which they are at war with..." I'm probably going to need to ask you. I also hope I'm not like forcing a lore dump from you. I'm also perfectly fine if you say, "Szilard was an ignorant country bumpkin and wouldn't know that", but given his proximity to the Mayor as Groundskeeper, my intention was he would be just a little bit more knowledgeable than the typical bumpkin.
